Great service, great food, wonderful atmosphere and great selection. Cant recommend anything because everything is worth giving a try. Wings were a little on the dry side once or twice there but otherwise everything was consistently tasty.

Just ordered through the Skip app and they forgot to add gravy to the poutine. Contacted the app and got refunded just for the missing gravy. I would have at least expected for the entire item to be refunded since it was missing a core ingredient. Will most likely pass on ordering online from here in the future.

Service is terrible need to train staff to attend the customers and tables quicker. The staff also does not seem to know the menu or items on the menu to well as when you start asking questions the most frequent answer is “I don’t know”. It’s my 3rd time here with friends and can count 3 waitresses standing around talking. It doesn’t help that the food is average for the ridiculous price. Again waitress service needs to defiantly step its game up won’t be coming back for a while...

Tried it a second time, very disappointed, took forever to get service,the waitresses knowing how pretty they were, were selective on how to treat a table, mine was terrible,food was good no complaint on the food,I gave it another chance not going back, I did go back I loved it Chris made it better my hangout, but Chris left new workers went back to the same, I'm back to be treated terrible, had waitresses fight to see who's going to serve me because they didn't want to and the disappointed one did made me feel like a nobody,, NEVER COMING BACK, hate it when places thinK they are better than you are, no friendly people here no more

First off , service was Great, poutine very Good, the 10 oz strip steak just not the quality of steak I was looking for. The house salad with their own unique ranch dressing was excellent. Nice place not lacking for large flat screens. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Last night I was at the brew house for some supper I sat at the bar and had excellent service from Rachelle she made sure my beer was full at all times. We went twice. Hoping for a better outcome. The first time was a late lunch on Sunday and then a lunch on Wednesday. We sat on the patio on Sunday and indoors in a booth behind the bar on Wednesday. Our meal on Sunday was most delicious, but our server seemed to be more involved with her friends at another table. She actually sat down with them for an extended period of time. On Wednesday our server seemed to forget where we were seated. We had to chase her down in order to pay our bill. After our second visit, my wife experienced a reaction to her chicken & salad (the Power Soul Bowl) that she had ordered. Three hours after leaving the restaurant, her stomach was cramping, which was followed by you-know-what. This continued for 5 grueling days! Google's diagnosis: food poisoning.

I come here all the time and am always genuinely impressed with the service. Whether it’s a small perceived mistake or an actual mistake they always go out of their way to make it right, often without even mentioning it. For me, that goes a long way because I rarely say anything at all in general when I’m dining out. It’s just not my style. Here at brewhouse, I haven’t ever had to say anything because they are on top of it before I even notice sometimes. They really go the extra mile time and time again. Solid spot, easily my top 3 in Moose Jaw and the one I visit most often overall - it’s a great spot.

Very nice place I find the food can be a bit pricy but you get alot and it is very good if your meal is not cooked the way you like they will take it and cook it more. They said don't hesitate if it's not cooked to profection always let them know and they will make sure it's good. Cause we had steak special they made sure they were cooked the way we wanted them. I'm really torn on this review. Ive been to a few Canadian Brewhouse franchises before and expected more than what my group got today. The food and drinks were good. Where they fell flat this visit was the service. We waited maybe 20 mins to order drinks which arrived quick. Then we waited and waited... while watching tables (around 10 on another level) who arrived after us get their orders taken and have food arrive. About 70 mins after we ordered, the waitress came over to appologize that they had ran out of the spinach dip appetizer one of my friends had ordered. The food arrived shorty after. The waitress was extremely appologetic, and the manager did discount, which was very appreciated. I dont know if I would go back again.

I need to say that these bartenders take the cake. I’ve been in the industry for over 12 years and never have I tipped a bartender/waitress less than 20%. They got 0%. They ignored me standing at the front of the bar for over 30 minutes, July 26th, 2020 so they could serve their friends again and again

For a sports pub the overly loud rap/rap dance music definitely chased me out very shortly. Judging by the 8 patrons in total I think it might be keeping others away. So much for a few beers, appys and hockey. However if watching hockey in a rap dance club minus the dancing is your thing then food was good and beer was cold. My ears just could not take being garbage cans any longer.

We were shown to table and had to wait 20 minutes for server to arrive. Placed order for 4 people. Waited 20 minutes for first 2 dishes to arrive. Next dish arrived 10 minutes later, then waited another 8 minutes for last dish to arrive only to be told the dish was unavailable. This must be the worst restaurant I have ever been in. The service was terrible and the servers were impolite and failing to inform us that the last dish was unavailable until we have started eating. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Went for wings and beer on a Wednesday night. At 6:30 the servers were understaffed and it took almost 20 minutes to get a menu. The waitress was apologetic and nice about it, and took our orders. We were then bounced to a new waitress due to a shift change. My food came out as the wrong order and was sent back, they fixed it very quickly. Plates were cleared in an appropriate amount of time. When the bills came there were mistakes, I ended up paying for part of my friends bill, simply because it was easier than debating with a waitress who clearly had a million other things to do. I hope that they start staffing properly in the near future.

Worst place to come for anything. I went here and got pushed into a kids corner and all the tables were dirty so we just sat down near the bar. Then once we sat in here we order 4 waters and it took 20 mins. All of the people working there were incredibly rude. Never going back.

After pouring 2 ounces of house red from the 9 ounce carafe, a wasp landed in the carafe. Our server retrieved it from the table for a replacement but soon arrived back at the table saying “the manager says we can’t replace it”...we asked to speak to the manager. When Brandy the manager arrived we were told “because we choose to sit on the patio they are not responsible for bugs landing in our drinks”. Brandy the manager was told that there was no fly/wasp mitigation (traps) anywhere to be found and they would, in fact, be replacing the wine. When Brandy the manager arrived with the new carafe of wine she accused us of yelling at her?? When the bill arrived, our server said she had personally covered the cost of the wine. Our sever was caught between management and a regular customer...she wanted to see us come back...she got a great tip. As the Canadian Brew House is within walking distance from our home we have frequented the place (minimum) twice a week since they opened in MJ. Is this anyway to treat regular guests?

Went here on Wednesday and got 2 pounds of boneless wings. Was over halfway through both servings until I looked down and it was completely raw. Spent Thursday and Friday at home sick. Not sure how man were raw but this disgusted me. 0/5 stars only because the waitress tried flipping it on me and saying that it was fine and the others should be okay to eat, like really?! I’ll stick to the one in Saskatoon where it’s top shelf food and service. Not waitresses telling me it was okay to eat raw chicken.

They drastically cut down the menu from when they opened, eliminating all our families’ favourites. These included the Calamari, Pulled Pork Poutine and also the Desert Poutine (among others). Our family of five usually eat out for a sit down meal once or twice a week on average and now without any real favourites the Canadian Brewhouse is off the list. Also they have small seating area for families that is usually pretty full while the rest of the restaurant is relatively sparse.

The food was good and waitress was great. Then the bill came. We ordered from the qrcode menu that they give to us on the table. But the prices are cheaper on some items. So the bill comes and we say oh the price is off on the bill. The waitress says that’s strange. Gets a manager and she says oh that’s because the company is from Alberta and thats Alberta prices. Despite we used the Moose Jaw option for restaurant on the website. She even said ya many have complained but she will do absolutely nothing to help us. She says ya next time I will say something when talking to corporate. But nothing to fix our over charge. We will never go back

We were greeted placed at our table. We are a group of five. We ordered the fish and chips and a steak sandwich. Waitress and manager come back and said they were out of fish and chips This was about 40 min later from when we ordered. So we all ordered steak sandwich. After they brought our food the manager covered our meal and drinks plus bought us another round of drinks. This was not necessary but he thought it was. What a great gesture. Wonderful group of people. Definitely earned my respect and business. Thank you call and Canadian Brewhouse for the awesome service.

Went in last night for supper, with my mother, boyfriend and our two kids. This was our second time in, our first time in we had a rather long wait and mentioned to the manager so he offered to make it up to us our next time in. This time around the manager came over a few times to make sure everything was up to standards, they were eger to redeem "the brew house experience" Yesterday was soooooo much better...Amazing service, all the servers close enough to see us either smiled or said hi. Everyone was friendly, actually everything was more than perfect, portion sizes were great. Food was all so good. Everyone had left overs and the dessert poutine was unbelievable. Couldn't have had a better experience They definitely changed our opinions. I can't wait to go back again.

Poor service, subpar food. My chicken was dry and overcooked, and my husband's burger was so small it's like they ran out and went to McDonald's for cheeseburgers to replace theirs. ???? He wanted to go there for the John candy burger but they took it off the menu so he was dissapointed about that. We asked for a second beer before we.got our meals and they didn't bring it to us for 15 minutes....so we were already done eating. Also the menus were disgustingly sticky....???? It's really gone down hill I remember the first time being there it was good but not anymore.

Happening kind of atmosphere at the brewhouse, but +/-50 TV screens in the place certainly don't contribute to one being able to engage with one's table partner. And - what's with all the NFL helmets, and nothing at all in the way of the CFL ? This is Canada! We're right in the thick of the run to the Grey Cup! The waitress we had didn't even know who the Saskatchewan Roughriders were! And just last Sunday they just clinched first place in the CFL west! That was disappointing. But the chicken caesar salad was good ????????

The food was pretty good but the services from the manager and the other waitress were not very helpful. We ordered the food using online menu based on Moose Jaw location, ordered a Tuna poke rice bowl and menu said $12.99, and in the end they charged us $16.99. We paid and then realized it. We pointed the error to the two ladies and they gave all bunch of excuses and did not do ANYTHING About the mistake the restaurant made. It really surprised all of us, such as nice big restaurant did not honour a mistake like this and just took it as our luck having been charged an extra $4. We would have given it for free and let it go if they at least do something about it. And yet no. They just said it’s an error and too bad we had paid it. So, even though the food was good, but we wouldn’t go back there again due to a horrible service there.

For a brewhouse their options were not vast and they were “out of” most beers on the menu cause it has been “so busy” but I suspect they just don’t carry other beer options like the Saskatoon locations do. Being in the food service industry as a restaurant manager, I am disappointed in the way the Brewhouse was ran, I disagree with putting new staff and of course new management on a busy weekend night. I feel the servers were struggling to keep up due to lack of management capabilities. It’s a hard time right now for businesses, but at least take the time to train your management properly! A business is only run well if the management can take care of the staff and business. Management is there to help the staff out, I saw no management helping staff. Strong leadership equals strong staff! Cudos to the severs for working hard!! I just hope management can learn from there mistakes.

Just going to come out and say it. The service was poor in the Moose Jaw location yesterday I could accept the fact the patio was full. Sitting inside was going to be fine. But only offering I got was a seat at the bar. The restaurant area was bare with only one table in use. Near the end of my stay a second couple was seated at a booth. I got a drink from the guy behind bar and that was it. I recall being told Jill would be my server. Jill did not appear and the bartender never returned to take a food order. I have never experienced anything like this at the Brewhouse in Lloydminster. I also still go to that location 3 to 4 times a year when in that area. They still recognize me and know my order. I doubt I will return to this location.

This is a sports bar and grill with an outside dining area lots of large television's playing sports. Restaurant was very clean food was very good as well. Staff are very friendly and attentive meals can take a while to arrive however if you tell them your on a timeline and require the meal faster it will happen i think they want you to drink more while watching a sports game on one of their many televisions.

We tried this place twice and was let down. The first time we went for lunch at 11:30 ordered a drink and or meal right away. Unfortunately the place did get kind of swamped right after but we waited an hour without getting our meal or a second drink. The second time I went I ordered a pint it came in a frosted glass but the beer was room temp. I figured it was a new keg but every beer on tap or table tried was warm. Also the servers where more focused on gossiping about a fellow co-workers then actually serving their customers.

The food is always good! I love it every time we eat but today we had just awful service. We got the two appetizers first even tho we requested to to come out as a meal. Then we get the other two but never the fourth meal. It wasn’t our waitress who brought us food and we never seen here again with his food, we had someone else again refilling drinks and she didn’t know anything. By the time our waitress was able to speak to us we were all mostly done eating. He never got his food until we were all done eating and he ended up eating alone. I was very disappointed in lack of communication between all the girls trying to help up and maybe even the kitchen staff because that is who our waitress blamed it on.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever seen in a restaurant to date. We came in with a group of 30, we are a soccer team from regina. The Manager of this location literally left his server without any support. She was busting her ass for us and all the other tables in the bar area (kids allowed before 8pm) and he didnt move anyone else to help her at all. This was appalling people management and customer service on his part. He will literally be stealing all of her tips when she goes to tip out because him and every other worker in that place ignored her struggles. It is safe to say that this group of 30 will never be back!! We will go to Boston Pizza instead.

Changing my review to a 5 star from 1. When this place opened it was a gong show for service. Now it has some of the best food in moose jaw and on two separate occasions they have went above and beyond in customer service. Just today after mixing up my onion ring order, they quickly drove out and replaced the order it in full and were quite apologetic. They still have a few problems in the kitchen but any mistakes they have made they make up for.

Was in Moose Jaw on a somewhat blustery day. Getting the munchies and didn't have a clue where to go. Tired if the usual places went to a place I haven't been to in a long while. I'm a fan of the sports bar atmosphere and love to watch sports. So many TVs and so many choices to watch. But enough about the TVs. Food was excellent and had about 5 different meals to pick from. Had the Beer PhillyCheese Strak sandwich with Kactus fries. No complaints as I left full. Maybe next time, can I get small samples of what I choose? Just kidding...be back again to try one of my choices
