If you grew up in moose factory there’s no way to knock on quick. Only place to get some big crunches and awesome slushys (speaking for 2021 March for the slush, you never know when they might cancel it.) and they use to rent movies where you could get the new releases the good ol days, so nostalgic love it. Gonna get a BCPT I used to call the Big Crunch poutine style

I gave one star because the door was open. I decided to go to KFC for lunch at 12:45 on March 11,2020. I was greeted by no one.There were no customers waiting inside and only two tables with customers that had already been served. Two employees looked out from the back of the store as they were serving drive thru customers but never spoke a word to me. I waited 3 - 4 minutes before going to Mary Browns where I was greeted and served immediately. What has happened to customer service. Greet your customers and tell them it may be a few minutes and you may save the next customer.

Gross service.....25 minute wait inside for two fill ups and finally get home and my kids had the wrong order....chicken is not popcorn cgucken. Tried to call manager and got some woman who can't barely speak or understand English. My kids live KFC and I spend a lot of money there and it is sad to see what today's work force and customer satisfaction rate have dropped down to. Horrible service....longer than necessary wait and chicken that they couldn't even eat was dripping with grease. If you are going to take our money at least try to be a decent establishment. I'm so pissed

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes. No answer. Online says they close at 10pm. Door says 9pm. OPEN sign still on. Worker walks past me at the drive thru, says nothing. No star's need to be a option

It was a decent meal for a decent price. Definitely what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The only thing wrong with this visit was that the coating on the chicken was very salty. We had to take it off to enjoy. Otherwise a good meal.

If I could give it less stars, I would. The customer service at the counter is incredibly disappointing. The older lady, as well at the older gentleman are extremely rude and unprofessional. I suggest going elsewhere for food and spend your money where it’s deserved.

Went in, seemed to be rushed to order. Ordered, girl went on break. Ok whatever. Went to my car for a few minutes since the restaurant was almost empty and I knew there would be a bit of a wait, returned, no one at the counter, my order sitting in a bag, double checked the invoice to ensure it was mine. Yupp. Waited a bit, still no one at the counter. Bag is folded, ready to go. Should of checked the bag. Got home, they forgot the gravy I paid for. I don't know what's more troubling, not being able to fulfill a simple order, or thinking it's acceptable to not have even a single front counter staff when you have customers( at that time I was not the only one there). Food wasn't great either. Would not return .

This is the third time that my order for just chicken coming from the Sturgeon Falls branch was nothing short of disgusting. The chicken was under cooked again and greasy beyond acceptance. Because of my past two bad experiences with the SF branch I ordered ahead of time and requested that the chicken remain on the heating lamps for at least 20 minutes before I pick it up....The chicken was awful once again...

The food is great, service is great, staff are friendly and courteous. Only issue is that they never have plastic knives as KFC did when it was operated by the previous owner. I complained about it a couple of times, nothing was ever done about it. Found myself having to buy some plastic knives and to bring one with me whenever I plan to eat and dine in. Apart from that, there are no issues.

We were traveling on the TCH and pulled in for lunch. Middle of the afternoon and all they had was dark meat. Wow. Not OK. So we ordered boneless combos. SALTY AS HELL. Asked for a second dipping sauce but told they cost extra. Poor value for the money!

A little while ago, my family of 10 decided on KFC for supper, and everything was perfect. The food was fresh and freshly cooked, everything we ordered we got, and to top it off the customer service was great. Super friendly and hardworking. Definitely coming around again.

I was eating my 2nd 18 pc chicken thing (which was a little cold????????) with maple syrup on it when a celebration of polar bears broke in and started attacking. Had to pull out my ice fishing rod and take care of business. Overall awesome food, better service, even better bears. Definitely going back next time I visit Canada. Also I have a sick new set of rugs in my house ????????????‍❄️

We had KFC tonight and it was terrible. The chicken was so greasy. The chicken is not the same anymore. There was hardly any skin on the pieces and not crispy at all. The salads aren't the same either. The macaroni and potato salad was so runny and had an awful taste. The customer service and the food was not up to the Colonel's standards. An absolute waste of money and we will not be returning.

When KFC was over on Lincoln Ave, i loved it. I'm not sure how the move impacted the food quality. One noticeable difference is the chicken seems to have got smaller. I'll be updating this review as i go there still from time to time. UPDATE : Completely messed up my order again... 1 star and I'm done with your company. Second photo, this is what two thighs and extra fries looks like now. Paid a small fourtune for this.

I have to say there's a definite disconnect in this location. Last Tuesday we waited for over 39 minutes for our order .. our order was part of the 11 bags sitting on the counter...we ordered the deal with an extra piece....we asked and reconfirmed 2 times we were given our meals to arrive home to get inky the 2 pieces if chicken..very disappointing....on all levels...I'm sure like most businesses today it's hard to get good help...after reading all the reviews I hope the owner open his eyes

Have to say, very greasy but delcious meals. Unfortunately ive been at this location over 4 times and im met with wait times of 15-20 mintues. Ive gone with friends and seen times of under 10 mins as well, kind of seems like a gamble( in my ecperience ) The staff has been nothing but plesant so i give priase for that. My overall opinion is it seems understaffed. Not thier fault but sucks for the average customer.

They went above and beyond—made the food fresh to order but also gave Mom and hand-written birthday card and some cookies wrapped in a lovely package. Simply outstanding! Thank you!

why dont you guys deliver? when you look up kfc sturgeon falls online it leads you to believe that delivery is offered...but no...surely they are losing out on substantial sales...maybe its more than time such a huge corporation offered delivery....even small pizza shops offer delivery! Its time all the big names offered this must have option!!! I would think someone should offer to deliver for all the fast food places in town. it would surely be a pretty profitable little cash business!!!! Since the new owners have taken over, we have given this place a few tries. The first time, the bucket of chicken had almost a quarter of an inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket, small pieces and not crispy. The second time, my chicken sandwich wasn't completely cooked through and the bucket chicken was greasy, small pieces and almost tasteless, no seasoning on it. The chicken is not the same anymore. The salads aren't the same either. The macaroni salad was so runny and mushy. The food was not up to the Colonel's standards. An absolute waste of money and we will not be returning.

Not good service at all, the chicken was very dry as if it was left out. The portion size for a four peice was laughable and the employee that served us was very unfriendly. They didn't even put forks or napkins in the bags even after asking if there were any in there and being told yes....... and the gravy was watery and had no flavor. Very unfortunate when you are feeding four people including two children. You know it's not good when your kids won't even eat the food and they love KFC as a treat. We know now to go somewhere else for food when we travel through Grand Falls next time.

When I got there the sign said they were closing at 10pm but the girls said they were closing at 8. It took over 40min to get the food, and the whole time I waited the cashier and a girl in the back just complained. They spoke rudly about customers and bitched about the job the whole time. I love KFC and the food, but this particular location is not the place to go for good staff to customer experience.

As soon as we opened the door to the restaurant, a guy working said "it'll be a 20 minute wait on chicken" and as we discussed what we would have instead he said, "you know we close at 10"... it was 8:56pm. He gave us the impression that they didn't want to have to put down another batch of chicken before they closed in an hours time. Needless to say, they didn't get our service tonight. On other occasions I've heard some terrible things as well... skimpy on food, cold when you get it, poor service, long drive thru wait times, running out of things mid day and now poor customer service. I never post complaints, but this is ridiculous and something needs to be done!

Twice I've been there & went through drive thru. First time I got no napkins or fork with my meal had to go inside to ask for it which took 10 minutes before they gave it to me. Today went drive thru again ordered a 4 piece meal with macaroni salad and a small gravy only to get home to see I never got the salad. Looked at my bill & I was charged for it.So I decided to call the store but for two hours the line has been busy. Guess its time to stop going there & go across the street to Mary Brown's.

Absolutely terrible service here 2nd time I come here I called in my order beforehand I show up about 5 minutes before they told me it would be ready and my food is still not ready still have to wait over half an hour for my food unbelievable. The only explanation they are able to give me is oh you didn't show up when it was ready so we gave it to someone else. Yet as I stated beforehand I arrived about 5 minutes before I was told he would be ready. So I expect to have to wait the 5 minutes or so but over half an hours makes no sense... never go here horrible.

I haven't had KFC since last year Nov/2020 when l ordered a bucket and had to throw it all out because it was completely saturated with oil and undercooked. I went back a day later to complain. All I got was sorry!...l mentioned they aren't getting the oil hot enough or keeping it hot enough but again l got Sorry!. Today Oct 23/2021, l decided to give it another try and even mentioned my previous experience, l ordered just a 2 piece and 3 piece got home and the same thing happened fully saturated and again undercooked. This is impossible after a year???...that's it for me No more KFC from here for me. I've had chicken at other KFC outlets in North bay and as far away as Barrie never had this problem.

Not always the fastest, sometimes you can be waiting at the front for 10 minutes before someone realizes and other days lightning fast. Had multiple problems here with them messing up even to the point giving me 2 spicy chicken burgers out of 4 crispy chickens i ordered. Half the time staff forgets something and wilk have you running back, they need to start ensuring everything is in there.

I just came from kfc. When I arrived at the store there were 4 people at one table waiting for their orders. No one else in the store. I waited over 10 min before I was asked for my order , a 3 PC combo. After a couple more min the young lady came out and told me I would have to wait another 9 min for my order , or settle for a substitute , which normally cost less , for the same price. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. If I had been served as soon as I came in , I could have been informed at that time , rather than keeping me hanging on without a choice. I felt like they had been stalling , rather than telling me there would be a considerable wait. As well , my total on the meal would have been $14.12 , far too expensive for a 3 PC chicken dinner. Totally unimpressed with this whole experience.

Terrible. Ordered a $5 fill up. Chicken strips and fries. The counter person was polite but should have said there would be a wait. After giving me my change he disappeared into the back. Almost a half hour later my order comes out. Fries are soft and cool. Chicken was nice and moist and hot but very small pieces. As I only get 1/2 hour for lunch now I have to eat while driving and am late for next call. I am told by next customer that this KFC is very slow. And what's up with KFC's cutting their chicken breast pieces in half.

Made order and it was unsatisfactory. Really sm peices, got three legs in a bucket of 10 and no breast piece. Very disappointed. Service was fine though.

Have been waiting 25 mins. Other people waited longer. Was told it would not be this long when I specifically asked. They have no plates, no gravy and so on. I think the owners should be ashamed of themselves. The tables are dirty as well. I will definately avoid this place in the future.

Can you check the order before you give people food, missing huge pieces of an order is unacceptable. Like litterly 1/3 of an order missing. Do I need to pull every thing out of the bag before leaving next time? Not everyone can just drive back this is rediculus. Overpriced chicken with terrible service i wouldn't recommend this spot

Staff seems dim. Very slow. Don't understand how to prioritize orders. Don't know about Colonel's Club or other coupons. Don't pack correct pieces of chicken as per KFC guidelines. Food is not as good as at other franchises. We don't use this KFC any longer.

Worst experience ever. Waiting way to long to get served in the drive thru. Over 30 mins. The drive thru clerk, who was late teens, started to argue loudly that it had to be such a long wait because they closed at 9 pm. My order was placed at 8 pm. I was shocked at the length this young guy would go to tell me off for even saying that it was a long wait. He went on to say that they needed to cook fresh chicken. This was not the case. When I opened my order, the chicken was over cooked and had a texture like rubber. It was cold, all the food was cold. My poutine was so cold the cheese was hard. I assume if these workers are preforming this way, contacting the manager won't make a difference. Poorly managed crew to say the least. This complaint will make its way to the owners. I will never go there under this management.

Horrible service inside not just the drive thru..Five ppl waiting in line with an elderly gentleman in the front the woman behind the counter ?? Well she (ha ha) proceeded to open up napkins and stick them in a tray then YUP she grabbed another pack of napkins while FIVE ppl were in line so I just left and went to A&W..

Unfortunately I was not pleased with my visit the other day I called in advance so I could get there and get my food and go and not have to wait with others cause of covid i was told 15-20 minutes I showed up around 17 minutes after i was told that and I still have to wait 45 minutes for my food... now for the food the chicken was over cooked it was dry and the batter just does not taste right fries were cold. The gravy, popcorn chicken and the chicken strips were very good.

Placed order in drivethru..waited half hour in drivethru..hot to window only fir them to say we dont have what you ordered..this kfc is the worse service ever not once have order been done right..absolutely the worse ever!!! No consideration for playing customers what so ever..then hour later I return hoping to get what I wanted..Ha funny ..still no chicken pieces that I need 15min wait he says..its been 20min now they have me parked outside waiting for my food!! Not good at all it's called fast food for a reason..this kfc location is absolutely not fit employees are nice but never have what you want very long wait time and they always mess your order up! Paying customers should get what they pay for and here they do not!!! I have returned that many orders here I have lost count pathetic..And for your wasted time and money what do you get??? Sat in parking lot waiting..its not good enough at all..I do not recommend this kfc to anyone.....what a joke...Going to take this further to whoever runs this place ..seen 2people leave restaurant and 2 people leave drive thru so far products not available..Really it blows my mind!!! Discusted in this place..employees like to customers bout items available and wait time..not right at all!!!!
