Best pizza in lachine ???? , i told them not put too much pizza sauce and they did excellent work , it was perfect amount of sauce used, but just on the wrong pizza, that amount of sauce should be on 4 large pizza rather than on my medium pizza . I know it was not there mistake because i only told them only 3 times , whenever you visit just tell them 100 times and make sure you stand there when they make pizza otherwise it was perfecto no doubt the bestest pizza

Ordered counter special through phone service for $7.99 medium one topping special. When I arrived to pick-up they said the price would be over $16. Instead of honoring the walk-in special, the elected to keep the pizza and make a new one. I waited an additional 15 minutes for the special arrived. It defies logic and very disappointed. The employees called the owner and thought this option made more sense. Not sure how this makes any business sense.

I asked for the special of the day and i said instead of all the ingredients just give me a pepperoni instead. I’ve done it for the past 2 years and the person of this pizza hut said “we never do that”. I said “you’re saving on all the toppings” he didn’t care. For reference, the person is asian. It's more expansive than when it used to be Double Pizza, but the crust is now so good. There are many more options now. If you order online, you can get a free pizza every 5 orders. Look out for online promotions too.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Extremely disappointed! My 1st time ordering here and I will NEVER order from this place again! I spent $32 for my pan pizza a French fry and a dessert, complete waste of money!!! My pan pizza was soggy, not crisp like it should be; all the food arrived cold and undercooked. The french fries had a ridiculous amount of salt that they were not even edible!! They didn't remove the mushrooms like I asked and they sent me a different pizza from the one I ordered. Go elsewhere for pizza!!
