Quick review: Overpriced for unremarkable food, won't go back and wouldn't recommend.
Details:
Good: Appetizers, cocktails and desserts.
Bad: Main dishes and wine. They serve small portions, as you'd expect from a gourmet resto, but the dishes weren't gourmet at all, so in the end small portions that leave you hungry and not worth the price. I had the steak and it was hard and tasteless. My other friends were all unsatisfied with their main dishes. I'm not picky with food and rarely write bad reviews but this one I could'nt pass.
The top of the unsatisfactory experience came when I ordered some white wine, which was extremely sour, impossible to drink (I've never returned a wine before), the server (bar manager) said "I'm gonna try it"...wt...k, you don't say that to a client in a respected establishment, then he comes back and tells me in front of my friends "it tastes as it is supossed to", so now for a second time he questions a client, then he allows me to change it for something else, so I went for a cocktail. One of my friends was unhappy with her Chardonnay as well, so...I don't recommend the wines based on our experience.
In conclusion: It's expensive, the food isn't good, I find much better food at their other more relaxed resto Euston park, you can instead go and have a 300% better experience at other places for the same price, like Les brumes du coude or L'Atelier Tony or Gusto.
