Great restaurant. Food is amazing, there is so much place to sit. They have boots, high tables, bar and more. They offer lunch menu from 11am to 2pm. Great service. Affordable prices (lunch menu between 14-21$)

It feels like you are eating in a mall's food court. The bad atmosphere was beaten only be the terrible food. Shame to because they male an amazing pizza dough, then top it with too sweet of a sauce and bad topping combinations.

Very lovely place. Just came back from there as it is a Sunday not too many people. Great ambiance and my vegetarian pizza was the best I ever tasted. Actually had to compliment the chef as it was too good to be true. Added some spicy herbs oil to it and just loved it. The service is great as well. It's a must if you are in Moncton.

I enjoyed this place and would go back, definitely want to try the bacon avacado lobster roll! The waiter did really good ???? not sure his name but he reminded me of Zack effron! The dessert was awesome!!! (Tiramisu) Also for what me and my boyfriend shared a bottle of wine, got plenty to eat for main course plus dessert!! The cost was not bad for all we got !!!

This spot looks amazing esthetically. Nails the Italian feel. However it turns out to be more of a pub-like experience than a restaurant experience... The service was great and super friendly, the food is okay (The Fettuccini Alfredo was a little bland for my taste), but the dining room is also very loud and unpleasant for family gatherings and other such occasions. Great for going out with friends or co-workers, but consider avoiding for a date or family event where socializing is a priority.

Was told wait time would be approximately 40 minutes minutes and hour and fifteen minutes later still nothing, however they did seat 6 people after us and NO they didn't have reservations they were just a bigger table, so it's more about the money than customer service. Not cozy at all, extremely loud. The bartenders were nice and friendly. Even one star is to much. Two thumbs down

Good service, at times a bit slow but very busy night. Pasta was excellent but others at our table ordered the special which was steak and shrimp and said would never order that again, a well done steak was rare and stuffed shrimp was very dry. Overall it was okay but for the price not great.

Sooo, I’m supposed to be on the keto diet right now. My little sister wanted Baci though... so how could I say no. The chicken parm with fettuccini alfredo is so very good. And, there might have been a cannoli dessert sampler plate involved in the meal as well. Yes my keto friends, I could have had their delicious salmon and veggies, but homemade pasta gets me every time! Thanks Cam for being such a delightful waiter and host! Your hospitality was on-point!

A great restaurant, servers were very friendly and professional. The menu has lots of variety without being overwhelming. I had the Italian Stallion burger (limited time go get one) with their Cranberry Crunch salad which was exceptionally good. They also had a variety of desserts including this cannoli which was small but absolutely delicious. Looking forward to going back soon

I was very disappointed. I found the restaurant to be very noisy and although the decor was nice it was not cozy. We had to wait more than 20 minutes before anybody even approached us and another 10 minutes to get our drinks (wine) we ordered the fettuccine chicken primavera. Good portion with lots of chicken but the pasta was not fettuccine nor was the sauce good. Good Caesar salad. I will not go back.

Not sure if it was the owner we were talking to but he was very friendly and talked passionately a little about the history of the restaurant and the pizza they make. The pizza was very good. My wife particularly loved the sauce and she's very picky. The only better pizza I had was in Chicago.

I had my second visit there last Thursday. Had reservations for 10 + people and they were ready for us! Great for 2 or 15 people. I love the place! I chatted with the owner both times. Everything was perfect, but if you are not completely satisfied i would suggest you talk to the owner. A local boy who is putting his all into to this. ( I am not a long time pal boosting his business. I just know awesome service when i see it ) Great food choices; you can have an awesome steak or chicken or burger if someone in the group doesnt want the mouth watering italian dishes.

My wife and I went here last night (November 12th 2019) probably one our favourite meals we’ve had in years. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted AMAZING, the house wine was great as well and priced right. Service was spot on to say the least and knowledgeable and friendly. As I began to write this, i was going to give a 4 star rating because I'm not a huge fan of the layout, but does that truly matter? its not terrible, just a bit unexpectedly big. The food is another story, it is delicious. Great pizza, and better pasta, the carbonara is fantastic. when you are finished, try the canolli, it won't dissappoint! Both times we went, our servers were great, personable and very helpful.

It was definitely great to be back in a full restaurant after restrictions were lifted. The food was great. The appetizers have changed slightly (heard there is a new chef), the bruschetta was good but small for the price, but my Pavarotti meat pizza was delicious. The Tiramisu cheesecake was good, but I think real Tiramisu would be better. The only challenge, and the reason for only 4 stars, was that even with a reservation we still waited 30 min for our table and the mains were seriously delayed. I think the staff was doing their best, the restaurant was just unprepared for the volume.

The building is nice. The atmosphere is good and the service was excellent, BUT the food is so so at best. I think they need better cooks. We had 2 different meals that were barley ok. If my wife had made either of them, I would gave said not to make them again.

Tried a couple of different dishes, but my favorite is always the chicken parmesan. New facility is nice with extra parking across the street, but can be noisy if it's a full house. Pricing is on the higher end of the scale, but comparable to other italian restaurants.

Great Italian eatery! Home made pasta made daily. All of us were very satisfied and full with our meals. Good portions! They brought us each out water and hot bread without even asking. The atmosphere is nice and calm and not crowded or chaotic. Prices are reasonable for what you get. The staff were really nice and made our group feel welcomed. It's a nice place to take a date but also to take your family as well. I would definitely eat here again.

AMAZING! True Italian! Bravo! Our first time here and enjoyed a celebration dinner with friends. Was not disappointed! Great ambiance, friendly & personable staff. The appetizers were fabulous! The arancini was out of this world, cooked absolutely perfectly! Calamari, artichoke dip, bruschetta and the table bread all delicious ... warm with the right amount of herbs & seasonings! Our dishes of fresh pasta were so creamy and piled high! Chichen parmesan & pizza, superb! A real delight! Nothing ends a great Italian meal like fresh cannoli! Not just one flavor, but 4 ???? Definitely our "go to" restaurant for true Italian cuisine in the city! Hands down, the BEST Moncton has to offer. Give 'em a try!

Visited the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. I don't eat sugar or grains and was able to leave very full after enjoying the antipasto plate (my wife ordered the same) and sharing the Caprese Salad. The portions were more than enough and it was so so delicious. Price was affordable, service was great and I would highly recommend to anyone. Pasta is made in house and the pizza over is wood fired.

Been to this restaurant four times now and every single time the food was amazing. The four different waiters and waitresses that we've had all were very friendly and attentive. What we love the most is that all the food is made in house including the pasta. Absolutely loved the Woodfired Pizza highly recommend trying it at least once

Got the chicken parm, the food was at the table by the time we ate the bread(about 8-10minutes) Definitely not enough time to cook chicken. Im assuming it was pre made and heated up, it was very rubbery. Not what you'd expect for 22$. Go to gusto's if you're looking for fine Italian dining.

Love the ambiance of the place. It's not the typical low ceiling restaurant. It has high ceiling with an Italianesk decor. Due to Covid the tables are spaced out more but with the Italian music playing you dont really notice it. Our server Kim is very attentive and pleasant to talk to. We started with the Arancini which were delicious. The mains came out within five mins and were nice and hot. My wife and I each got a pasta. We tried each others and agreed that you could really tell the pasta was made in house. The sauces were extremely delicious and fresh tasting. Can't wait to come back

Didn't enjoy our meal. Asked for our bottle of wine to be chilled so they put it in a Moosehead pitcher with ice and water. Risotto balls didn't have much flavour and entrees were nothing to write home about. Prices are similar to Gusto, but in my opinion Gusto is much much better.

My son and I really liked our experience here. Staff was friendly, the food was quite good (the steak was excellent), the tables are quite far apart, giving a sense of privacy, elbow room and keeping the noise down. The decor is interesting. Quite a different experience from most other restaurants.

This is an instant favorite! The place is huge, clean and the service was impeccable. The food is not only delicious but generous portions and very well priced! Our entire party enjoyed each meal (something different) and the gluten free options made it easier to accommodate all of us. The dessert selection was excellent too for all of us! Looking forward to returning and trying more of the mouth watering entrees.

We were on vacation in NB from Toronto area. After a few disappointments, we went to Baci Italia and such a wonderful experience it was. Katelyn our waitress was amazing and full of personality. The seafood linguini was a taste from heaven and lasagna followed it very closely. Fresh out of the oven bread melts in your mouth. I highly recommend this place ????

I got the fish and chips and the two pieces of fish were the size of my forearm each. My friend got the seafood pasta and said it was excellent and pasta was freshly made.

Closest thing to authentic italian food you'll find in the region. Went for a lunch with coworkers about one month after opening, we all enjoyed our meals. I noticed that many reviews say the service is bad. The restaurant has not been opened for very long, give the owner a chance to to hire proper staff and train them. Overall, great experience and excellent food, service was very good on our part, only thing was that the A/C was wide opened that day because i'm usually not usually the guy to complain about the temperature, but it was freezing in there that day. Would have given 5* had it been a reasonable temperature in there. Will return for sure!

Worst replication of great cuisine. In Italy no one would eat such low quality food. Pizza, pasta and risotto are complete disappointment. Risotto made not of arborio rice, pizza thick as bread...Yet you pay the bill. It is not an Italian restaurant, for sure. Don't take your chances.

We went there for a family meal before my brother was leaving to go back to his deployment in Egypt. We had 4 children, 3 of which were under 3, as well as 7 adults. Now I understand this is a large order. But it took 1.5 hrs to get our food. Kids aren't fans of being hungry that long. Which caused for some outbursts that I'm sure was disturbing other guests. A few of the meals were great, or so I was told. Myself I had a burger that when it came to the table was rare, I don't make it a habit to look at my food butit had an odd consistency and when I looked it was red in the middle of both patties. My wife is a vegetarian and the only option without cheese was pasta swimming in olive oil with a few sprinkles of spice on it. By the time we got our food I was not about to make everyone wait for something else to be cooked. I sent it back to the kitchen, and the waitress, although pleasant the entire meal and hats off to her because we were becoming increasingly impatient. All that to say, this was the second time I have been to this restaurant and it will be the last. Both times were not good experiences but the first was when they had just opened and I figured they were just getting their feet under them.

Place is very different from what Moncton is used to. I think perhaps that resulted in a few of the bad reviews I've seen . It isn't just some restaurant chain that has had years of practice to make perfection in its ways. My only complaint was that I had made reservations very early in the day, and upon arrival was offered what I would consider the worst table in the house. This was very quickly resolved however , and I hope that their reservation process improves Regardless , I will give this place a 4 star rating. Our experience was what turned out to be a very enjoyable evening . Our waiter was exceptional. ( Rocco I believe ) He went above and beyond what is expected into making us feel like our needs were important, and that he enjoyed having us there. We ordered drinks , appetizers , and a main course . All of which were prepared very quickly with 100% accuracy. The food was very good, and was freshly prepared. Clearly does not come from a freezer bag . We had a 6 year old with us, and found the menu didn't really have anything kid friendly , but I also did not ask. He had their wood oven pizza that was rich with flavour, and geared more perhaps to an adult's taste yet he ate it up and loved it . The building is very nice . Its size and decor do bring a bit of a cafeteria kinda feel to it ,but only if your really over analyzing the place. Overall cost was very fair, Food was Great, and service was refined to perfection.

I heard bad things to start with but gave it a try either way. I ordered a pizza & it came fairly fast however the dough was so undercooked that my pizza would fall apart when I would lift it to eat it as well as the pan being full of water for some reason. The crust was extra crunchy while the rest of the dough was watery mush (makes no sense). They also asked if I wanted a parmesan crust but was tasteless & bland. Over priced food that tastes like guck. Do yourself a favour & go to gustos.

Visited for a lunch date with my awesome wife...what an excellent location to spend this time together! Enjoyed the atmosphere, pleasant decor, enjoyable background music...and the food was delicious. Although I didn’t have wine with my lunch on this occasion, I truly believe my next visit (of many future visits) will include such an addition, or maybe a beverage from their well stocked bar. Highly recommend if you’re in the mode for some Italian cuisine.

Very nice atmosphere with a lot of seating. We were there for lunch and it was not too busy so it was nice and tranquil. We each got the lunch special which was bacon carbonara with a Cesar salad. The pasta was perfectly cooked and is made in house daily so it was very nice change from the usual restaurant pasta. The carbonara sauce was creamy and very full of flavour, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in the future. Also the salad was not overly dressed and didn't have that artificial "Cesar salad" flavour to it. Well done food at a decent price, we will return in the future no question.

I've been here twice and both times really enjoyed the food and the service. I see lots of people order the spaghetti or the risotto, but you end up with too much of a good thing. Instead, try ordering an entre like chicken which comes with 2 sides. For the sides you can choose spaghetti and risotto, amongst other options like salads, which balances out the meal nicely. Photo is of the amazing seafood platter, expensive but worth it.

On our visit in June 2018, we were recommended to Baci Italia by our front desk clerk at the hotel we were staying at in Moncton. We were blown away with everything from the service to the food. Great atmosphere, lots of room and the booths are huge!! We’re in the process of moving to Moncton and have been back twice already, in between our trips from Ontario to New Brunswick. If you’re ever in the Moncton area, stop in for a bite to eat, you won’t regret it and bring an appetite, you’ll need it!

Over all the food and service was amazing BUT I have to say the steak was a pure disappointment. We each ordered a seafood chowder (amazing !) He ordered the shrimp fettuccini Alfredo, I ordered the 8oz steak with a caesar salad and loaded baked potato. The pasta and sides were exceptional but the steak was not at all cooked to how I asked, I felt like they forgot it. It was so busy and everything else was so good I did not want to send it back but for the price I regret not doing so. I requested medium rare and got close to medium well, very burnt on the outside. It was still juicy so I accepted it but it was not what I asked for. For the most part it was a good experience but dont order any red meat if you want to fully enjoy ;)

Went there for my birthday with my family and I wasn't disappointed. There pasta is delicious. I had the seafood fetuccini and was really delighted with the meal. When it was time for desserts, I was surprised by a cup cake in a plate with the message Happy Birthday wrote in a cream. I also had some cannoli. All in all it was a great atmosphere and the whole family was impressed. To boot we didn't feel rushed to leave. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is cause I never rate 5 stars although I think they probably deserve 5 stars.

Reservations, please! Common sense. We arrived without one, so a respite at the bar was in order. Negroni and Peroni! The room is a loud room, so place your expectations accordingly if you want a quiet dinner. Server was young was inexperienced; however, VERY pleasant and polite. We all have to start somewhere! ;-) I think we all have to get off our high horses and give young adults a chance, right??? The wine arrived on time! We decided to have 2 sides (arancini and calamari)and 1 main (tortellini) and we were glad to have NOT ordered 2 mains! the portions are VERY generous! I thought I was at my mom's house! The food was HOT HOT HOT... perfect. Arancini was perfectly rolled and cooked. Sauce was still plentiful (vs soaked into the crust). Calamari was the surprise star - octopus, squid and shrimp! Tortellini was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Side Caesar salad was appreciated, but put me over the top... another reason to not be friends with salad... I would prefer Baci over: - Rossano's ... is not as "authentic" as Baci, in my opinion. - Vito's is Vito's, the standard for Moncton, time to up your game, Vito's Restaurants I would prefer over Baci - Piatto is more cozy and I prefer the ambiance - Pastelli's is fancier, but tables are a little too close together for my liking In summary, great food. Fair atmosphere. The restaurant is lovely, but just noisy. We were fine with that as we knew what we were expecting.

Took an hour and a half to receive our meal. 6 of us....meals came out at staggered times. One meal was completely a different meal than ordered and took 25mins to be replaced by which time my mother was not interested in eating and just wanted to leave. Another meal was cold and the pizza crust was rock hard. Lots of apologies and references to the server having a bad day, didn't enter our order at the right time....she has a system and oops. Over two hours and 150.00 later...no one was happy or satisfied. Server didn't offer anything other than weak smiles and have a great meal!! Would never return at this point.
