We are saddened to hear that the Corporation of "the Keg' will support discrimination and segregation to the patrons of Canada. It is a sad day to know that they bow down to Government fakery, and bailout in order to bring in a socialist agenda. This is where this 'passport' will take us, never in the history of Canada were you discriminated. As a matter of fact Canada was the 'safe haven' for countries doing exactly what these big corporations the Keg/Montana...etc.. are doing, they are bowing down to Government style segregation -- that forces you to disclose your personal medical information.. WERE we not trained at work, of the PRIVACY AND LAWS against your medical history.. But I guess money talks, because they OBEY GOVERNMENT FAKE LAWS! Shame on them!

Got takeout from here today. Scheduled for 3, they finished it and packed it up at 3 on the dot, everything was nicely packaged and brought out to my car by someone wearing a mask. Food was also nice and hot when I got home, as well as delicious. Would definitely recommend as a nice treat, even with covid protocols it felt like an enjoyable Keg experience.

Great place with great staff and great food. Never a letdown at this location and the staff are always friendly. The ambiance matches with a sophisticated steakhouse atmosphere and the prices are not too high as one would expect. Definitely a go to place for romantic dates, a good family and friend time, or just of course to eat well. Location is in a less busy part of the Heartland town center area of mississauga which is great considering how busy this area usually is. Parking is plentiful with outdoor and indoor dining with covid protocols in place.

For starters right when you walk in your greeted by a beautiful atmosphere that is nice cozy and welcoming. When we were seated the waiter was very kind and polite. The food was very tasty and the presentation was great. Overall I definitely recommend this place if your just trying to relax and enjoy some great food!

I ordered the top sirloin and mushroom rice, the meal was delicious. The steak was perfectly done (medium rare), I can't recall the last time I had a perfectly done steak at a restaurant. Service was top notch and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Lovely set up indoors. We reserved table ahead of our arrival on a weekend and ambience is good with nice distance and divisions between table to give a feel of privacy and social distance. Everything we ordered was very good. Service was good but later got a bit slow with taking a couple of minutes to check upon when we wanted to order dessert and even the check. Overall good experience!

We loved our time here. Every time we’ve visited the Keg at Heartland, we’ve always been taken care of. On Friday evening we were celebrating a birthday and were really happy with the service we received from our server Bryan Q. He made our visit beyond exceptional, we had an opportunity to order our appetizers - any questions we had, he thoroughly explained everything to us. The food, drinks, overall ambiance was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here.

My husband and I celebrated our 39th Wedding Anniversary at our favourite KEG on the patio this evening. This location is on point. Consistent. Staff is on the ball and always helpful. I get the rib steak or roast beef. Cooked perfect. A decent selection of kids meals as well. My kids have a good time here and the staff goes out of their way to make them smile. Location is clean and cozy. The bar has a massive fireplace that you can sit near. The atmosphere is designed to make you want to stay longer and feel comfortable. It can get a little noisy when it’s busy. Been to a few birthday parties here and they can accommodate a fair number of people .

I've been to this location 8 times over the past 6 years. Excellent staff, great atmosphere. I've gone with friends and with work, zero complaints. This location does tend to be busy so definitely go with reservations. I've tried every appetizer, you can't go wrong with any of the choices. Conveniently located between mavis and hurontario.

Great fine dining experience. Our waiter was more than happy to take the time to explain and recommend the best kinds of steak they serve. As a result, I ordered the filet mignon which was just so soft and delicious. Also loved the mushrooms Neptune appetizer which had crab in it. I'm just daydreaming about it now. On top of that the mood of the place was also dim and romantic. Would go again!

Came here today for my birthday lunch as we couldn't do dinner. I was impressed with the way they are handling the pandemic and the precautions they're taking, felt very safe. We were also happy to see they did not have a limited menu and we could order our usual favorites, which were delicious! We took a slice of cheesecake home as we were stuffed but it will be a nice treat later. Steph was fantastic she is super friendly and helped make the day a little more special, thanks Steph!

Amazing service and great food! I let them know of my allergy and the server was really helpful and friendly and one of the cooks actually came out and asked exactly what I was ordering and reassured me there wouldn't be cross contamination. We were checked on often throughout our dinner. Great date night out.

Amazing food as usual. Great staff at this location. Due to an hour wait on a busy Saturday night we opted to sit at the bar and have a few drinks as we waited for our table. The service was so good, however, that we just ate at the bar. It was my wife's birthday and we got our drinks comped as well, which was a perfect end to a lovely evening. The Keg is really a great bang for your buck... sure I might like the tomahawk rib steak at Ruth's Chris a bit more, but for $120 we were able to have some drinks, an appetizer (garlic shrimp, which is a small portion but SO delicious) and a 20 ounce prime rib with a bleu cheese filet and sides. The same would have been $320 + at Ruth's. The Keg is always a staple of our birthdays and will be for many years.

The entrance was filthy, in need of some housekeeping ASAP. People at the reception didn’t seem to be much willing to work. No greetings were made. The only question was: how many people? The waitress, on the other hand, saved the day! She was absolutely amazing! Always smiling, checking on everybody frequently, and even played with my kids. They loved her! The food was ok. My steak wasn’t the greatest (little dry and hard). My wife’s plate was delicious, though. Congratulations to the waitress that saved the day!! I am still trying to remember her name..????

You know.. I've been a Keg guy for a very long time. I love the Keg because generally I know what to expect when I come here. But lately, I've really been noticing an inconsistency in their food quality and presentation. All time worst Keg I've ever been to was in downtown Vancouver. I was shocked at the presentation of the food and the fact their server was in full denial about it and claimed "This is how it always comes". Yet, taking photos of that food and showing it to other Keg servers all were in equal shock. Keg Mansion is pretty consistent thankfully. Food is always good and presented well. But again, not every Keg is on the same page. Also, call me what you want but I like a bit of HP sauce with my filet steaks. I'm slightly puzzled why 50% of the time when I ask for this sauce on the side they either carry it or not at all. Anyway, if they can all get on the same page I'd easily add another star.

going to start on a good note. i went to oakville’s keg a while back and it was really good i got the same exact order in this keg’s branch and it was really disappointing. i ordered the prime rib medium well and i got my steak like shown in the pictures: had to pay $47 for this bruh. not going to this keg again but the oakville one was so much better.

Alright, where do I start with this one? Well, we've all been to the Keg at some point in our lives, whether it be for a birthday, or whatever other special occasion. I have many fond memories at various locations of theirs, so it's with a heavy heart that I give only 3 stars. Why? Let's jump in. You walk into this restaurant and the atmosphere is wonderful, woodsy decor, dimmed lights, immaculately clean and organized tables. You sit down and you're given seemingly fresh bread with whipped honey butter, so you're off to a delicious start. I had a medium rare 8 OZ steak, accompanied by lobster, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables (red bell peppers, green beans). The steak was okay, not incredible, slightly chewy, and a bit dry. Still had good flavour to it, but it simply was not medium rare, it was several notches over that... The lobster? Was easily the sweetest, most scrumptious I've ever had. Ever. Anywhere. Which is saying a lot. There's something about the way the warm butter glistens over each piece as you eat it. The mashed potatoes had wonderful flavour, but they were a bit clumpy, and cold when served. This could just be an unfortunate fluke. As it's almost always the side I order at the Keg and it's usually better. The vegetables lacked seasoning but were grilled perfectly, they still had a slight bite to them which I enjoy. My dining partner had a steak with fries and the same veggies, and wow, I have to say we were both shocked. I wish I had taken a picture because he had literally 8 or 9 fries on his plate. Not steak or wedge fries either, petite ones. Insane for a little over 30 dollars. His steak was great, however. Lastly, we had brownies with ice cream. This was also just okay. We didn't finish it. Felt like something you could make at home with minimal effort and for a fraction of the cost. The service was just okay as well, we didn't have the most accommodating server, nor was she the friendliest. She seemed to be rushing us out until we placed a dessert order. Overall? I'd go back, as I said, I'm quite familiar with the chain. However, I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Myself and a friend were there for a dinner hosted by a distributor and vendor within our industry. The service was impeccable. The food, from entree, to main course, to desert was absolute perfection! It has been a long while since I've had a steak that left me wanting more. An excellent experience from walking thru the door to exit. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return.

Last night my wife and I went out to The Keg to celebrate Valentine's Day... Better late then never lol. Our server was very well mannered and professional as was the entire customer care staff. We ordered the steak cooked to medium rare and we received it 30min later followed by the salad very well done. So unfortunately I had our server return it to the kitchen. The manager made a personal visit to our table to apologized and in a polite and courteous manner ensured that another steak was on the way and if we needed anything. We received our steak promptly and grilled to perfection. Many thanks to the staff of The Keg at Heartland for their polite mannerism and professionalism to ensure the customer has a positive experience when things don't go entirely smooth with the customers order. Would suggest this location to anyone whether it's on a date night, taking the whole family out or dining solo, the staff make it a wonderful dining experience. The only suggestion I have is turning the ambient lights up a bit. The lighting is very dim making it difficult to see your meal and the person you're with. Overall the experience was very positive.

I was served by a lovely waitress Kelly who made my husband birthday priceless. She was very friendly attentive and made us laugh so much. On many occasion my husband said she was a lovely hostess. Kelly absolutely made our night more special when she gave him a slice of ice cream cake. I would recommend if your thinking of going to the Keg please ask for her. SHE IS SO WORTH IT.

We came here for our 5 year wedding anniversary and they went an extra mile to treat us special! We got an anniversary discount and the creme brule was slightly larger than usual...also, our waiter was very pleasant and accommodating! Aside from all this, the food was amazing as always and the portions were a good size! I love this Keg location!

Our party included several elderly folks, a gentleman in a wheelchair, and someone that likes to make really odd requests (like sugar for the wine, or a glass of port at 1:00 pm LOL). The servers, hostess etc. were excellent. Highly recommend this location if your in a wheelchair, elderly, or just plain weird. This is not a joke. They really made everyone feel comfortable.

Mediocre service, terrible steak. Pictures below show a medium rare Chicago steak. Anyone who knows steaks can make their judgement. When I had left more than half my steak, the server only asked if I was done with that, not even asking if everything was okay with my food. Just really basic service standards which were not there. Had to ask for coffee refills everytime instead of being offered them. Servers were all too busy looking after a large party. To top it all off the steak was very bland, was tempted to ask for more steak spice, but server seemed too busy. Regrettable as I used to love the keg.

After being here 3 times now I can say I'm definitely impressed by the service here. We got seated and got ready to order but the waitress didn't come by for a few more minutes, and we didn't think it was a very big deal but after we ordered one of the managers came to us personally to apologize for the wait and offered to take the appetizer off our bill! We ordered the escargot to start and I had the new York sirloin while my girlfriend ordered the prime rib. Both were absolutely fantastic and a pleasure for our taste buds.

I visited the keg twice in a raw last week. The place is definately worth it 5*. -Excellent service -Very Good variaty of options -Excellent quality of food -Very good beverages options. I tried two different steak options, and they were both spot-on cooked and delicious (and so were the mashed potatoes). The appetisers were also very good, with the best one being the mushrooms. I brought my boyfriend here for a date night and it was a nice treat! It’s pretty busy so it was a bit of a wait but worth it. The bread is nice and warm with the whipped butter is good to take off the edge of being hungry. We ordered the pistachio crusted salmon with rice and the prime rib with the ennochi medley. I got a Cesar salad included with the prime rib and he got the Iceberg salad as a starter. Both salads were delicious. Iceberg lettuce was nice and crunchy! Not over dressed at all. The mains were so so good. I came to the keg specifically for the prime rib, and I got the 14ounce. I happily ate all of it, and was stuffed !!! Everything was perfect. We got the brownie sundae as well as a dessert to share!

Bad experience...arrived at 5:55PM at the bar, waiting for the bartender to serve. Asked if there was a happy hour and said” it’s 6 o‘clock sharp...no more happy hour!”. Funny, at other places they still ring your drink as happy hour if you’re waiting for service. Anyway, ordered the New York strip. Tasted bad. Waited too long for anyone to remove the plate. Bartender always hustling back and forth and no attention to patrons at the bar. In my opinion from what I read and heard that The Keg is a great place to have a steak is not what I expected(especially the service), for what you pay. Definitely prefer Chop Steakhouse.

My husband dined in this location before, he loved the location and service, so we came for dinner as well, but our experience wasn’t that great this time. His birthday was a few weeks ago, so we finally got a chance to come have a dinner and enjoy our evening (nobody asked if there is any special occasion which other restaurants do) but it wasn’t that great. We started the night with 2 mojitos and fried calimary to share. The drinks were not balanced at all, tasted more like lemonade than a cocktail, calimary was ok, the sweet sauce was very nice, but the other white sauce was kinda fermented, so not sure was it meant to be that way it was it off. For main course I choose prime rib with twice baked potato which was my favourite part of the whole meal. Prime rib was good, horseradish was super strong, but a very nice addition to cut a heavy meal. The sauce I found too bland for my taste and crispy onions tasted too much of fryer oil. My husband ordered fillet mignon without bacon as he is Muslim and he made sure that request was heard by the server. He ordered extra grilled shrimps and mashed potato. As the dishes came we were super exited and dug in right away but only moments later I looked at my husband’s plate and saw that his filet is wrapped in bacon. By that time he already had a bite without realizing it. It took a few minutes to call the server but he apologized and said he will be back with another filet for us. It was quick, maybe just like 5 min wait and the plate was delivered, but it was just a super fast grilled piece of meat that didn’t even look like fillet mignon (little round piece that you normally see in any restaurant serving filet mignon). I believe it was a service manager who also came to check on us and explained that this is a quicker cooked piece of meat and it’s all good. But for us it was a bit disappointing when you come to a restaurant calling itself a steakhouse and delivering anything less than a perfect steak. Overall the most enjoyed items we found were prime rib which was super tender, the side potatoes, grilled shrimp and the bread to start dinner with. The location was big, everything seemed clean but to my understanding allergies and special requests from the guests should be heard better and taking into consideration as serving bacon to a Muslim is a big mistake. To make up for the mistake the drinks were taken of the bill which is a nice effort, but does it really make any difference... I believe it could have been easily avoided and a bit more attention paid to the guests would have been appreciated especially on a slow Monday night.

Definitely considered fine dining! It is pricy, but quality! I love love their fresh dinner rolls, well ..it's bigger then your average dinner role comes free. Service was nice, and reasonably fast. I'll probably go back for another special occasion!

I have visited this place for a workplace dinner. Food was as good as other Keg franchise but the service was not outstanding. I am not sure servers tried not to interrupt conversation of the group but I can hardly see servers coming around to my table. I had to wait at least 15 min or search for the server for myself to call them over. Comparing to other Keg I visited, the service was below average.

Order online for take out today. Bad experience—first no one serve for pick up at front. Secondly, does not accpet gift card payment for pick up. Did not noticed before ordering, it has been closed for month,the gift card I have been purchased last year, why we cannot use it for this special time? The most disappointing thing is the lobster notFRESH! It absolutely a dead lobster for long time!Rottenly！The meat is not good! New York is cook a little over, too old to chew, and the taste not enough. Every one just avoid take out! The quality is not guaranteed.

I had dinner here with my family for my birthday, in July. I loved the New York steak and baked potatoe. I chose to get the asparagus instead of the peppers and mushrooms and I did not like them. The asparagus were dry and would of been better with some seasoning and galic butter on them. I really love their Billie minor pie, it's my favorite ice cream cake. They also make really good pina coladas. The staff were nice and so was the atmosphere.

One of my top favorites. I just love this place, the way you are treated; from the way they greet you when you come in , to the hospitality of the staff or the way they check on you just often to make sure all is great but not to the point of bothering you till the very end when you are leaving, everything is timed perfectly. We were visiting for the holidays, and decided to have a night out for steak. Heard good reviews and gave it a shot. A tale of two nights though...the food was great, ordered the filet and mashed, came out medium rare as I asked and it was all good. The service sucked though...to the point where we'd probably not visit again. The waitress was horrible, borderline rude and we could see her being the same way with the table next to us. Not sure why they'd hire someone who couldn't manage a busy restaurant, or looked visually irritated all night. Too many places to find a good steak, why return to a place with horrible service?

Well it’s not my lucky day …:finally in the city and stopped at heartlands Mississauga - the keg…. Food was fine but I swear, the music they were blasting this afternoon was just too much…terrible music selection and loud for a steakhouse, not a pub. Couldn’t even enjoy a coffee and maybe slice of cheesecake - had to get out fast. Did ask our server to see if they could possibly lower, she replied well we can’t please everyone…I get that…not what I was asking and common, who is picking the music?

Had a great experience when going here with my boyfriend one weekend. It was so good I returned a week later with some girlfriends. The steak was cooked exactly how I liked it, and I'm picky with the type, as I don't like the fat bits. The server had great suggestions. Great ambience as well!

Service is good, portions always leave you wanting for more, food is far too greasy and made me that all I have to do is add tons of fat to daily food to make them taste like this expensive stuff. I am 50+ and so without my glasses the badly maintained external sign read KFC to me! So overall definitely not quite acceptable at the price point.

Service was very friendly. Forgot our waitresses name but she was great.. not sure if it was Charlene or Cheyanne. Food was on the smaller portion size compared to the location in Vaughan, especially the steaks. Portion sizes seemed tiny in comparison, however tasted great. I think some waitresses could’ve dressed a little more appropriately (less revealing clothing). All in all, had a good time with family.

We chose Keg to enjoy our Christmas dinner and not disappointed with the choice we made in terms of the overall experience. Special thanks to the kitchen manager who really excelled in customer service when we had some concerns. However, the staff seemed a little more distracted and a little less attentive - possibly due to the year end crowd. The hallways are narrower as the seatings are crammed in, and I've seem a few servers colliding into each other a few times.

I had the best server, Eric! He was super friendly and accommodating. I was there for my sister's birthday dinner and her steak wasn't done properly and Eric made sure she got a new plate. He was sincerely apologetic for the mistake. He checked up on us and made sure our cups were always full. He didn't make us feel rushed on choosing an order and always had a smile on his face. That was definitely my best experience at The Keg. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and go again because of the excellent service we received. I wish all servers were like Eric!!

Compliments to the chefs here. Every dish is cooked to perfection and well marinated. We love the food, ambiance and the great service. My advice would be to come early 5:30pm you can get in fast. Anything after 6pm is an hour wait but so worth the wait. This location has the best food in town!!!

I had an amazing experience this weekend at The Keg Steakhouse, Heartland. This was our first time dining there, and we met a server who happened to be on her first week, Dee. She was professional, knowledgeable, and intuitive; and definitely made an impact on our dining experience. Overall an amazing team, great food, and intimate atmosphere: ten out of ten for me!

This was a great experience. Adrian was a stellar server and really nice guy. They were out of the prime rib and the vegetable meatloaf which they made up to us by comping the appetizers. The steaks we had were cooked perfectly and everything was amazing!

An excellent Keg restaurant - A little on the smaller size I think so it makes it seem a little cozier. They train their staff well at all Keg restaurants. Incredible service… felt very welcome. In town for a conference – I had a great meal. Prices are exactly what you would expect for the excellent food you get – I had a steak and several sides that were perfect.

This was my first dine-in experience since our Covid shutdowns, so I splurged by treating myself to a good steak dinner out. Opting for the Meadowville Keg was a good move. The obligatory Covid check-in was different but fairly efficient. I was escorted through the restaurant to a booth near the very back, close to a servers station. The restaurant was not busy but there were a number of others dining in both the bar and restaurant seating areas. My server was prompt, pleasant and efficient. I ordered a before dinner cocktail which arrived shortly after a glass of cold water and not long before a small loaf of warm bread with creamed butter. Shrimp cocktail consisted of five plump, deveined and chilled shrimp tails and a small container of dipping sauce.. not 'fresh off the boat' of course but the shrimp were good. I had a second cocktail with the bread and shrimp plus I ordered a glass of Pino Noir with dinner, which arrived right on time. My Teriyaki sirloin steak was expertly prepared to medium rare and was accompanied by an assortment of veggies and the garlic mash potatoes that I opted for. I thought the steak would come with mushrooms but it did not, so I ordered a side which arrived very quickly and was large and warm. The steak itself was my only minor disappointment. Being a native Texan my standards for steak are quite high. Despite being cooked properly, this steak was not as tender as expected. Regardless, the steak was good... just not great. Overall the dining experience was quite good, with pleasant, comfortable ambiance and excellent service. This was an expensive dinner but no more than expected. I'll be back with my wife and family in the near future.

Have not ordered takeout for steak during the pandemic, so was craving for it so much. So, we went with the Keg at heartland. Amazing food guys! Packaging was awesome, food cooked in time and even before pick up time (thank god we went earlier), and steak was not over cooked (i was really worried about that since the steak would be sitting for quite some time waiting for pick up and driving home), but no, perfect medium rare! Everything was just delicious!!

Happened into this restaurant quite by chance. Perhaps the only reason we picked it is because of the ratings on Google. It was on a Thursday evening around 7pm. We were seated right away. It is a large place and was quite busy, but the seating arrangements are configured in such a way that you still feel like you have your own space away from the noise and crowds. I ordered the Steak special of the day which came with some Brussel Sprouts and Potatoes on the side along with a Miso Chili sauce (delicious) that I could use with the veges or my steak. Steak was cooked as per my request (medium rare). I ordered some Coke with my meal. These days I try and remember to tell the waiter not to bring a plastic straw with my drink and I forgot! Imagine my surprise when the drink came with a cardboard straw! Well done! That scores points in my book. Service was attentive and friendly. Food was good and my business colleague and I had a nice, relaxing, enjoyable meal in nice ambiance. Very satisfied indeed!

We had a farewell dinner for my sister in law going back home to Philippines. I love the Keg, but because it does get expensive we don't go as often. I have the same thing all the time but will try others if they share. I don't share, not here. I have escargot, new York sirloin med fare with garlic mashed potatoes. Very nice flavour. The service was very good right from entering to our server Dave. Creme brulee for dessert. Very good. They serve theirs cold, whereas some places serve it warm. Everyone was impressed including my sister in law. Steak was very good. Thank you again for a very good meal and not disappointing me. Good job Dave.

I have been to the keg before and I have always quite enjoyed myself. This time I went with my girlfriend to celebrate her grandchild's 21st birthday. The food was excellent and service was great. Because it was a birthday dinner the birthday girl got a free ice cream cake that was delicious. Good place to take the family. Prices were reasonable, lots of parking

What can one say about The Keg that hasn't already been said by everyone else? Great food, great atmosphere, pleasant staff. Normally I opt for the prime rib, but this time I opted for the New York striploin, which was a delight. And of course, the Billy Miner Pie for dessert, which is an absolute *must-order* for anyone with a sweet tooth. One of the most underrated aspects of The Keg is its ambience: although it's always busy and packed with guests, you never feel like you have to raise your voice to be heard by the server or fellow diners. Would recommend time and time again!

Usually we go to this Keg location. Service is great even when they are busy. Prompt service of water and warm bread. Usually order New York steak classic and split the Caesar salad up. Tasty. Billy miner pie as a dessert is (usually) amazing.

i ordered takeout from the keg at heartland . my total was 72.00 plus i tipped which came out to $80 . i got a steak twice baked tomato and no veggies but the tomato with cheese on it . i ordered a ceaser on the side which was $10 and i kid you not i did not eat anything from this salad i could see the bottom of it . for $10 thats all you get it i was so shocked if your going to be so cheap than people will not support you in this pandemic . i didnt get any sour cream or butter that i requested for our baked potatoes.overall i will never order again . 80 gone down the drain when i was expecting a decent meal . terrible

An evening out to celebrate a belated Fathers Day. Called ahead to make reservations just in case they were busy. The food was delicious. From the calamari and fresh bread with butter to start, to the filet minion and burger with sweet potato fries. Pricey, but delicious.

Went there with my family 3 adults and a 2 year old. Reserved a table and told them on the phone there was a kid coming. When we got there the kid didn't wanna sit so we were asked to leave by the manager (after we ordered the food). I understand it's covid and everything, but if you're allowing kids you should expect that kids will want to play or run around. The manager was very rude to us. Being asked to leave after ordering the food just because we have a kid.... Come on..

Ambience is nice, service is good but food is overpriced. The Caesar salad was just lettuce leaves with a sprinkle. Of parietal cheese and croutons. The oven roasted chicken was tender and well made but the fries and vegetables were too salty. The calamari was chewy.

Enjoyed my usual favourites. Only reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the bartender/server didn't go out of their way to make it an exceptional experience and I think they can put a few more vegetables on the plate. A few beans and a couple of pieces from a red pepper is kind of sad for the money you pay. Everything was as tasty as expected.

The airport and especially the Brampton city center Kegs are much better. I would recommend going to one of those two before the one near Heartland town center. The 3 stars are for the waitress

Had a great time! at first we were going to go downtown for my cousins birthday but we changed our minds and choose the keg. I’ve been to numerous kegs (niagara, Vaughn, Leslie, Bramalea ) and this is by far the best service I have experienced they are very kind and helpful. Food was great and hot ,drinks were good, even the bread was great, water was always full. I have now found my favorite keg location! Thank you, they made our little reunion more fun!

Came to The Keg for the first time for my birthday dinner and it was such a great experience! The waitress was so genuinely kind and helpful. We waited for around 15-20 minutes for our orders to be taken, and didn’t find it that long (we were going through the menu and chatting and didn’t complain or anything), but the manager came by our table to apologize for the long wait. We told her it wasn’t a problem and it didn’t feel very long, but she still ended up taking our appetizer off of the bill, which was so kind of her! We ordered the New York striploin and the prime rib which were both cooked perfectly and so delicious. We also got a slice of ice cream cake on the house to celebrate my birthday which was such a great way to end the night. All in all, the food was delicious but the service made the whole experience so much better! Such a great restaurant who really put the customers first (which you don’t find that often anymore)!

One of the best locations of the keg in mississauga. The service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly, patient and accommodating. They really try to go the extra mile to make your experience at the keg enjoyable. The food is great. This is true for most kegs. The environment is relaxed and family friendly. They got a great bar and ample space for people to watch whatever sport game is playing that day. Highly recommended.

Fantastic starter garden salad. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Great ambience, fantastic waiter named "Brad"! He had high energy and although I did not complete my meal because I was not feeling well he did everything in his power to ensure that we had a great night celebrating our anniversary. He even gave us a complimentary dessert which is absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant, this location and definitely this waiter Brad!

So long story kind of short. We got there and we had to order we waited outside about 15 minutes like we were told , we called about 20 minutes said were waiting a female said ok are you at the side we said yes, again waited another 10 to 12 and we called back a male said sorry we will be right out. Again waited , but then to turn it around a nice guy came out not sure if he was a manager but nevertheless very apologetic said the instructions were qe were in front. Anyways I'm not a complainer I want to say to the waiter/manager that came out I didn't get his name you're super amazing. More ppl like you in customer service needed.

Honestly food is always great. The server was cranky. Maybe have friendlier servers. I understand Covid. But her attitude nothing to do with that. The other server was so nice to the other tables. Prime rib and bacon wrapped scallops are AMAZING. TRY IT.
