Very nice atmosphere. The sushi is delicious. There is a Halal menu that is limited. You should mention the spice level before ordering. Menu is a variety of Chinese, Japanese and some Thai. I failed to see any Korean Specials

Ambiance is more like the rain forest cafe than a typical Asian mix restaurant but the food and customer service is excellent. The 2 or 3 item Bento box for lunch is awesome. Fresh sushi or sashimi and dim sum items are great. Meals are big and full of flavour. Great place, we go here about two to three times a month.

Very nice, loved the food. We went during lunch and I had a bento. Lots of food in there to fill you up and then dessert included! My boyfriend had the black pepper noodles and he liked it so much he wanted it again (this is 1hr drive for us so we tried to make it at home)

Ordered takeout, food was of the same quality however I was waiting for 30 minutes to get my order and it was not busy at all on a Monday evening. When I arrived there was no mention that my order had not even been started on and I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my takeout order. Response to owner: I ordered on your website, as you mentioned, at 545 for a 615 pickup and when I got there at 615 my order had not been started on. Maybe your website needs some work.

This place is great! I just moved into the area and was looking for a variety of restaurants. Axia is a bunch in the one! Japanese, Korean, Chinese and South East Asia. The menu is really deep to cover each culture. The desert menu has a wide variety of unique treats! Deep fried tempura Mars bar, Tempura cheese cake, etc. The decor of this place is beautiful! It looks like a street with a bunch of little houses. There's even a huge tree and bamboo everywhere. They give out free chicken BBQ sticks if you order a beer. If you give them your phone number, you can get free ice cream at every visit. One more thing, the portions are pretty big which I love. Have fun ordering!

Food was pretty good. I didnt find it all that special though. Pretty pricy for not-so-special taste. I'm sorry to say but I've had better, and I didn't have to pay as much. The only thing I like is that the place looks pretty upscale. Too bad the food didn't live up to the place's ambience. I ordered the pad thai--could have been better. But I guess to be fair, some of the stuff ordered were pretty decent. The sushi was good, and so was the sizzling beef. But I don't see myself coming back here...unless another friend or family member decides to celebrate another occasion here.

I had big expectations since a friend recommended me this place and my experience here was horrible, the staff is very nice but the waitress brought my husband carbonated water instead of his ginger ale, the washrooms are really bad, very cold just one toilet working and with spider webs on the top, just one small soap dispenser that didn't have soap, and they smelled bad. The food wasn't amazing and the waitress forgot to bring our ice cream and remembered when she brought the bill. So I won't recommend this to anyone and not going back again.

A robust variety of Asian fusion options await are enough to satisfy every palate. The food was tasteful and the service was also courteous. Our only issue was dirty cutlery which awaited us at our table. When I tried to switch cutlery at the neighbouring empty table, it was also set dirty. And when I say dirty I mean there was still food stuck between the prongs of the forks - time for a new dishwasher?. If it wasnt for the cutlery this rating would be much higher. Recommend management take this seriously as otherwise a pleasant dining experience.

Great Asian food. The place is fun, clean and service is excellent. Food can get a little pricey but the portions are good. The sports game of the evening is usually on so you won't miss it, but it's still a classy place in a pseudo-outdoor dining environment. Lots of windows and light, yet the inside is cozy. A go-to place and a cut above other Asian fusion restaurants. I usually get the curry as it's very well done. Pad Thai is excellent. Special sushi rolls are legit, not some half rolled bundle of cream cheese and mystery fish. We dine here at least every few months.

Met up with my relatives for a mini family reunion. My aunt suggested this place because they had chinese, japanese , thai and korean meal options. We had the dragan roll. Beef and broccoli on noodles. Very large spring rolls. Malaysian yellow curry chicken. Mango salad and chicken i took a picture after we stared eating. Everything tasted fresh. We ended with Mango ice cream. I will visit here again their meal portions were rather large. The dim sum was rather good. Try the shrimp and pork dumpling.????

I ordered sushi and was given the wrong order, a cheaper one. When I brought it up I was asked if I was okay with just having what I was given...I said yes as long as I got a refund for the difference. They asked if I was okay with waiting to have the correct order, but I didnt have time to wait since I've already waited 30-40 mins. They refunded me for the sushi I ordered instead of my original request of just the difference. I even tipped for a takeout order....

Amazing food, love the sushi, presentable, clean area, friendly and accommodating staff! The place can get busy especially at night but i think it's worth it. Definitely recommending to my co-sushi lovers! They have fried banana as dessert too!

Today I had a dinner party for my best friend and the food is really delicious for a cheap price. Loved the interior of the restaurant, pretty chill and fun. Our server was also great and really sweet, she made the party even more fun and was very polite. Overall loved it and enjoyed lots, they even let us keep the cake in the fridge and brought it to us later when we asked. It was also very clean and overall I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I don’t usually give reviews but the restaurant was so amazing that I just had to give a great review, totally recommend!!! One of my top favourite restaurants now :)

This restaurant has a unique concept but is not well executed. The greeter was rude to the woman waiting ahead of us. The entrance was awkward. The atmosphere was lovely but I was freezing cold. The food came fairly quickly. The sushi was descent, but the stir fry with chicken and broccoli was so bland and the broccoli was tough. The woman waiting on us was friendly, but we waited forever for the bill after I had told her we were done. I had to ask for the bill. Giving a negative review is hard but I won't go back there.

Our first and last time visiting this restaurant which we had such high hopes for based on the reviews. Came at 6pm and after we were seated and received drinks, we were told we couldn’t order any sushi as they are very busy with pickup/delivery orders and it would take over an hour. Wouldn’t it make more sense to prioritize and accommodate dine in customers? So instead, we ordered a few of the mains - Cantonese chow mein (below average), Black Pepper Steak (barely any flavor) and General Tso Chicken (fairly good). The worst part is a large table came in 20 mins after us and they were all able to order sushi. If we knew we couldn’t order any sushi from the start, then we would not have eaten here. The service is also subpar and very slow - our meals came quick but the server took forever to come by both for drinks and then again to clear our plates and give us our bill. The only high point was a very kind gentleman who came to our table and asked how service was. When we explained the sushi issue, he offered us complimentary dessert.

Large cosy dining, with intimate dim lighting. Very generous portions, appetizers sushi skewers and meals. Iam surprised how few people were eating, considering they are having a 50% off after 930pm. We ate like kings. I would definitely return.????????????????

My sister took me and my fiance here for lunch last summer. Atmosphere was good. Food was delicious. Their bubble tea was excellent. The only draw back was the service. We ordered and waited for more than 30 minutes to get our orders.

Haven't been here in a while. One of the few asian places with a patio. Cancelled our initial reservation as it was raining hard. Definitely getting over the shutdown, newer staff, low supply, etc. Server was a bit forgetful but also grateful we can be out. Lots more tables than they likely anticipated. Kids liked the food so that's a plus. Found the sushi portion to be on Maki for 2 to be on the small side for the price, but fairly fresh.

Edit: a manager called and apologized for the mistakes in the order. They offered to refund us the order and were very nice about it. We appreciated the customer service and effort put in to contact us and explain what happened. My family has ordered from here before, in person and online but today was a disaster. When we received the food, it was not according to the online menu. When we called to understand what went wrong, because people make mistakes, we were told by two different people that the online menu was wrong and that they couldn't do anything about it.

Decent food choices and good ambience but dismal customer service! Their rewards program is a joke; the manager refused to honour the free ice cream that they advertise at every table in the restaurant!! Overall, a disappointing experience and will not be returning anytime soon.

Came here for lunch with a friend. Right off the bat, the restaurant was beautiful! The atmosphere is very unique and something I personally haven’t seen before, really nice. It should be noted that this is a Pan-Asian restaurant as in it has cuisine from a variety of cultures. (I.e Japanese, Korean, Thai...etc) We ordered: The fried beef dumplings as an app (it was half-off apps), which tasted like Korean fried dumplings (but I could be wrong). BBQ Pork Siu Bao (from the dim sum menu): these were very delicious! We had to order a second serving because the serving was too small in my opinion We also ordered the chilli chicken house special (can’t remember if that’s exactly what it was called) which seemed like a pretty standard American-Asian dish. Personally I didn’t find it all that spicy either. Overall, the service was really great, it was a a beautiful restaurant and the food was pretty good. The one caveat is that I can see this place getting a little bit too pricy for the quality. I would recommend coming here for a big gathering as there is a lot of variety!

What an amazing restaurant! The place is very nicely done up, very different type of a setup, the feel of being outdoors in a tropical place — almost like you are on a vacation as you enjoy your meal. The overly friendly staff was very attentive to our table along with the others dining there, felt very looked after the entire time. The vast menu selection, too many items to choose from, had a difficult time in deciding what to eat! Ordered number of items, including a bento box, created our own! Loved every bit of food and still have plenty left over. Definitely, will become my go to place for all things ???? sushi.

I am revising my review from when I first went (original was 2 stars). The staff here is pretty good and super friendly. The food is ready very quick. I think the variety of asian styles makes for pleasing a large group of people with different tastes, but it also must be a lot of work to manage so many different menu items. The food is decent and when something has been wrong with my order, they always fix it promptly and without question. That said, the thai curry we had was very thick like starch was added and only had sauce and chicken. It was a lot, and it did taste good, but I expected a loose curry with some amount of vegetables. The crispy noodles were good. They packed the noodles separate so they wouldn't get soggy. This had lots of veggies, however I do find it weird to have baby carrots in a dish like this. Still, it was a decent dish. I have mixed feeling about this place because I don't think the food is bad. I think the service is quite good. But for the amount we paid for it all, I still feel like it misses the mark. I'll still try them again, but not often. Not quite a 4 star for me. (A 5 is only for outstanding).

Very beautiful and big restaurant. It's more like a Asian and Japanese fusion. They do not have many Vegetarian options. We tried some of their vegetarian options and enjoyed it. Eggplant sizzler was tasty and delicious. Sushi was average. The restaurant is big and tables are spaced out nicely creating a beautiful ambiance. Decor is pretty. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This place serves Korean, Japanese, Thai and Chinese food. The portions are actually quite big and the quality is alright. Servers were extremely friendly and service was good. Overall, we like this place because they have so many options to choose from (look at the size of the menu!) and the quality isn't as bad as you would expect for serving such a wide range of items. When I can't make up my mind on what Cusine to have I would go here.

This gem in Mississauga has been here for a little while. I went there tonight because they are offering a limited time special of part of their menu for half price. The food is tasty and is a good deal at the regular price, never mind it being half off. The location is good and has a lot of parking. The facility has some.interesting decor. There are a few private rooms if that's your thing. Staff were very friendly. Our server finished her shift and still checked in on us when she was walking out to make sure we had everything we needed. So nice! Will come back.

Food was good and the patio area was nice and quiet. Had a few issues with the food taking over 45 minutes to be brought out despite being one of the only tables around. Food arrived cold and we were pretty much finished by the time the last order for my son was brought out. Tipped well as I understand it’s been a tough time for servers but I don’t think we will be returning.

I love eating here. Been coming here for like 6 to 8 years. They Have all the different type of oriental food. Have a great sushi menu! Great fried rice selection and curry section. They even have bubble tea! Food is very flavorful. Great ambiance and decor. The owner is very friendly. Met him a couple of times. Overall, this is my go to when I got a large group of people who cant decide what they want to eat. This way, they will have to choose something from their large menu. I will definitely be coming back.

I was so disappointed and embarrassed. This was my second time here and it is my last. I decided to take my mom out for lunch and I chose this restaurant because of my first experience however I will never return to this restaurant. The waitress sat us near the trolly where there was garbage attached to it. She served us food however her hair was literally hanging in it. She didn't know our order. I didn't even eat the food her hair was in. The while eating the other stuff which now thinking about it want a good idea. The other waitress came out to wipe a table behind us. She sprayed the bleach which ended spraying towards us and our food and beverage we couldn't finish anything. Never ever ever will igo back.

This is our fave place for sushi. We've tried other items on the list, but we always come back for the sushi. Black dragon rolls, green dragon rolls and softshell crab rolls are our go to rolls. Highly recommend this place for sushi or if you have a gathering.

horrible customer service. we had a reservation for 6:45 and didn’t get our food until 8. the reason for this was because the waitress barely attended our table. we started off with drinks which took 15-20 mins for the waitress to bring. we then had to wait another 20 mins for her to come to our table and take our order. they were not busy at all on the patio and the inside of the restaurant is closed... the waitresses seemed annoyed and confused. the sushi took even longer to come out. everything was SUPER slow and the waitress did not attend to our table properly.

Food looked amazing, smelled amazing but lacked flavour. Didnt have that kick of thai spices. I ordered the veggie pad thai. Dont get me wrong, there were spices but just a hint of them, not enough to develop proper intense flavors you would want at a restuarant if you're spending $15 on a dish. My friend who ordered a thai curry said she liked hers but also agreed the pad thai didnt taste very good.

Friendly staff and good service however, as frequent sushi eaters my kids and I all agreed that the sushi isn't fresh. This is based on 2 individual trips we made as to give them the benefit of the doubt. Seaweed tasted like rotting fish. We're not the complaining type so we didn't ask for a refund or a change of dish. Eat at ur own discretion.

Love the food here! We took my dad here for fathers day and the whole family loved it. The food is AMAZING and very affordable. I also came here for take out last night and the food was made quickly and perfectly. I'm a sauce girl and as I got home I realized i forgot to ask for soy sauce for my sushi and plum sauce for my spring rolls, when I got home they already had more than I needed packed in the bag :D Very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. a MUST try.

The ambiance and decor of the restaurant is very unique. It definitely feels like you're in Japan. The only reason it's not a five star is that there is limited vegetarian options. However, the eggplant dish that I had was delicious. I ordered a side of rice with it to complete the meal.

I have probably gone to Axia 60 times in my life if not more. It is incredible. There is always something for everyone. The service is impeccable. I love the trees inside. It is just one of the best restaurants in my mind. I am only giving this place a 4/5 because I am actually so upset that they took the Pad Thai off their menu. I eat Pad Thai A LOT and their dry and spicy Pad Thai was the best I have ever had. I crave it all the time. I have gotten a few of my friends hooked on it too and many times over the years that is what everyone orders at the table. I was so so sad they took it off their menu and it doesn't make a lot of sense since they have other Thai dishes. I called the restaurant (and they were amazing as usual) and they explained that they took it off their menu because of Google reviews! I was in shock. I am so sorry that this type of hate happened to their company. So I'm writing this review to hopefully encourage Axia to put their Pad Thai back on the menu because it is in demand and has a following of fans. Please ignore the haters and bring it back. Thank you for taking the time to read this. :) And thank you for always being so great!

We are regulars at this restaurant..Have not been there since early last year I don’t need to say why everyone knows. Terrible sushi felt like it was not fresh. No tempura on menu.Very bad menu selection now..I got to agree with Mansoor on his comments feels like food was pre made came not even a minute after we ordered..i would not be surprised if it was microwave heated. I could have bought sushi from Oceans Supermarket and would have been way better..Sorry guys you just lost a long time customer.FYI waitress thought it was a joke when I told her how I felt.

Great service, amazing food. The sushi is crafted beautifully. So delicious. Their main dishes are full or flavour, fresh and the beef so soft, it falls apart in your mouth. My teenage kids say it's their favourite restaurant.

55 minute wait for Skip pickup order??? I placed a Skip pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 5:54. I get to the counter at 6 and they tell me it's being packed and will bring it out to my car. I go out and wait...and wait...and wait. I get back in the line at 6:20. The person doesn't ask me my name but says they will bring out my order. So now I wait outside the doors. Still no order. I get back in line to ask about my order for a third time. Now it's 6:50! My order was ready all along, waiting on the counter with my car name written on the receipt. I got an "I'm sooooo sorry" as she handed me the order...

I placed a large order today. I called about an hour and a half ahead of my pick up time today knowing that my order was on the larger side. I can imagine that the restaurant would be busier than usual not only because it was nearing dinner time, but also with lots of takeout orders due to customers ordering out because of Covid. The young gentleman taking my order on the phone was very polite, and repeated the order to me to ensure no mistakes. I also had specific requests like boxing certain sushi in a certain box / certain items on different transactions, and despite these requests, the ordering process went very smoothly. Arrived exactly at 5:00 and my order was ready as scheduled. The young man that (I believe) took my order over the phone was just as friendly and pleasant in person, and so was the other waitress that was there. Like mentioned above, I had requested separate transactions and certain items to be boxed together. My separate transactions were carried out exactly how I had requested, and I completed my payments and received my items without any trouble. I had dropped off half of the order to my friends house, and they informed me that the sashimi was one of the most fantastic that they've ever had. They had also ordered black pepper beef tenderloin, stir fried broccoli and chicken, axia spring rolls, and korean dumplings for their kids. To be honest, I wasn't sure if the kids would be able to enjoy them because it was their first time having these dishes, and kids can be picky! But I was told that they really enjoyed all of their dishes. As for the sushi platters, the presentations were excellent on all three platters I had asked to be grouped together, and the taste was excellent. The fish was all fresh and it melted in our mouths! I should have taken pictures but we were very hungry and we dug in right away, and once we started it was impossible to stop. Can't wait to order again!

We have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Lately my son has been ordering the sizzling garlic pepper chicken. The portion is VERY generous, mostly chicken and it's delicious! A true value for $15.95. My husband and I find that one order is enough for the 2 of us for lunch.

My family and I have been eating here for years and years and they are consistently amazing! The menu is a bit overwhelmingly large however each and every item we have tried is always delicious and flavorful. They offer several different types of cuisines ranging from Japanese to Thai food. It's a great option when you're craving a little bit of everything because you can get just that at this restaurant! Every single person I have taken here has loved the food and it goes without saying their quality of food and service is always fantastic!

Excellent food. You could taste the good quality very tasty. This was my first time trying it and I will order again for sure The veg. spring rolls were huge and so yummy!

Usually I have a better experience than I did last time. Curbside only no dine in. Felt ridiculed when I discovered I forgot my wallet . Wasn't pleasant...but I get it...just , no need for the comments sometimes you know....great restaurant, food good, service usually good also.
