They make good food, I'm a big fan of the oven subs. They are a little slow at times but it's well worth the wait. The garlic fingers and Donaire sauce are to die for. Also the pizza is great.

I'm giving the 5 stars purely based on the fact that this is the only Greco and the day shift is great. The night shift however is a little slower and just do stupid things sometimes but, it's usually always great food.

Over an hour for delivery, no indication that it was going to be longer, no phone call back, half the donair sauce that is supposed to come with the order. On top of the delivery driver giving us our old, squished pizza we are expected to pay the other part of it next week as his debit machine doesn't work. After calling the manager with this, she stated all they can do is $5 coupon for a $60 order. And still required to pay the $27 that he couldn't collect today next week when he can get a machine that can work. Crazy that is all they will do, besides take back the food for any sort of refund or waiving the $27. Will Not be back to this location or any of its Franchise locations.

I love there donair pizzas but they put too many onions and very few tomatoes would be alot better with less onions and alot more tomatoes, find that there toppings are very skimpy lately and cashier should be offering special that they have plus it would be nice to talk to someone that knows and understands English not another language alot of people are complaining of those 3 problems ,shame cause Greco-Roman was the best pizza in miramichi .

Travelers beware, this pizza joint is nothing like what your use to everywhere else it is offered. I have ate many fine pizza's of Greco many of times on and off the island. But here, it's thrown together pizza and sloppy service. Many disappointments from ordering here, from having family let down as what I described in other stores and as well extreme skimping on toppings compared to other Greco's. I can only recommend it for poor students for those half off days. Only then is the pizza worth it, and some times I question it then. Save your money and make your own.

Today I ordered party size pizza dough was not cooked and very flimsy all the toppings and cheese just fell off the pizza squares, looks like I'm on the hunt again to find a pizza shop in Miramichi that can actually make a proper pizza definitely would not recommend this place to anyone

If zero stars was an option they'd get it. The owner will actually harass you if u have any problems EX: order messed up or late. The guy will actually stalk you and attack you online. Man or woman alike. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

So disappointed. Raved about Greco to my daughter as a place to try while in NL and every part of the experience was a huge disappointment. The service was so slow and communication was weak between staff. One staff member was complaining she was bleeding and couldn't work but then proceeded to put on gloves and work. Front staff were not friendly or welcoming and moved at a snail pace. We ordered pizza and donairs - they made the donairs right away and they sat for ½ hour while we waited for pizza - which turned out uncut and burnt. Staff need some leadership and direction. Food prep needs some time management and health and safety checks.

Poor customer service. Everytime I have called I have been met with a very short tempered employee. That is only IF they answer the phone. I have ordered there approximately 8 times in the last year. Everytime i have to call multiple times before somebody picks up. Also severely over priced pizza. 48$ for a mighty meat party pizza. Delivery is a hassle as they dont deliver to the other side of the bridge.

No word of a lie, I used to eat here a lot until i started noticing hairs underneath the garlic fingers and pizzas, every time i checked an there was some, I stopped eating here for months an finally decided to try it again and sure enough, i find a long hair embedded in a garlic finger, It was so much i hauled the whole thing out of my mouth by the hair! Disgusting and disappointed, Never will i come and eat here again

This place is still good but they used to have their meat on a spit roast machine and now it's pre-sliced which does take away from the authenticity a bit. That's the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. That said, the flavors are still good if not the texture, and at this location the staff is very friendly. 5 stars for staff!

UPDATE: Was banned from the store for daring to complain to corporate. Used to be an extremely regular customer, often ordered once every week. Never again. Placed an order on the website. Got the order and it was wrong. No big deal, right? They'll just replace it. Nope! The manager on duty at 9pm on May 11, 2021 "kindly" informed me that because it was an online issue, they would neither replace the pizza nor refund the order, even with video evidence of me placing the order properly online and even with me up front stating that I'd be happy to return the incorrect pizza. He said that my only hope of getting the correct pizza was to talk to the owner directly whenever they were around or to call corporate. After a few minutes of arguing over Greco's error, I stated that I wanted a refund and he finally said that I'd have to return the pizza, something I had offered to do within the first ten seconds of the call and had repeated multiple times. Fine. Only then when I went in to complain and showed the video that I'd already stated on the phone that I was happy to show them did they finally agree to replace my pizza with what I'd ordered, nearly an hour after I'd ordered it. This is how to lose a customer you've had for years and this place is an expert at it.

I ordered a vegetarian sub and a donair sub with a 12" garlic fingers and it took over 50 minutes . Best part was they cooked my garlic fingers first and left them out on the table for 30 minutes so it got cold and my sub wasn't even cook . Total bummer ????

My husband and I just finished an incredible meal of donairs and garlic bacon fingers very efficiently delivered to our room at the Hotel Robin Hood in Grand Falls Windsor, NL. It was hot and delicious! The meal came with lots of napkins, disposable plates and cutlery. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely take advantage of their facility again. Ordered online. When I got there they hadn't made my pepperoni pizza because they had no pepperoni. They said they tried to contact me but the number wasn't on either number I gave. They didn't offer any alternative but to refund my money for the pizza they didn't make. Which was fine but I then had to go and wait at another place for my child's meal. Sadly, this was my first time at Greco and will be the last.

Terrible service ... if i could give it 0 stars i would. We went and ordered was told 20 - 25 minutes so we went back to our hotel. After 25 minutes we went back to pick up and they were just starting to prepare our order. Not only that but when they gave us our order it was not right at all. We then had to wait ... AGAIN for them to make our original order. All in all it was over an hour wait.

Bad customer service. Insane wait times. The poutine is the worst ive ever seen. Overall terrible meal. There was a worm on the table. 1 delivery guy who was folding boxes tried to make up for the incompetence of his team. They didnt give us fork. We asked for ketchup. The guy infronr didnt even look for it said he had none. This guy went and foubd some downstairs. 1 good guy for 3 incompetents. Sad to witness
