The food is always cooked well and delicious, lots of fries are included in the dinners I can't eat everything with out being completely stuffed. The seating isn't great for larger people but the food makes up for it. Fries all gone lol

Dixie Lee is a staple from my childhood. The service is always friendly. I normally order poutine. Theirs is not warm enough to melt the cheese however I still must hive it a 4 out of 5

Nice meal after 6 hours of tubing on the river. Friendly staff member made effort to serve us in French and it was appreciated. We were a fairly large group and we were served pretty quickly. Keep up the good work.

Always the same great tasting food ????????‍???????? !!!! ! Service was wonderful ???? one thing that made me question the cleanliness off the restaurant was, the big spiderweb that covered the corner of the solarium right by the washrooms ! I know the dining room is closed its (take out only) - for covide19 - ... but the clients have to passe true the dining room anyway, we have to fallow the arrows! And let me tell you that it was not a good thing for me to see that there was not more effort put into keeping the place maintained !!!!! That's my opinion exclusively Ps; sorry i did not publish a pic. Not trying to harm local businesses ????

Food is good. Service is bad. My girlfriend asked for more ketchup. This particular lady often has an attitude towards my gf. She told I'd have to charge you. For ketchup? We just paid $40 for our meal and you want another 5 cents? Safe to say if it wasn't for their awesome food, we'd never come back.

This service is usually good. Every now and then theres kids workin there that really dont want to be and it shows in their attitude and meal preperation. Next to no presentation( i know its fast food but its they just throw ingredients in a styrofoam container and however it lands it lands). And the fries are never, not once cooked through. Theyre soggy patatoes. Which could also be a name for this particual location.

Depending on who's in the kitchen the chicken can get a lil greasy however the best thing here in my opinion is the fries. Best fries in Newcastle bar none. I make orders for just the fries all the time.

Overpriced and over hyped. Everyone talks about this place like it's amazing and you must try it. It has 4 stars but it is not a 4 star restaurant. Yes the chicken is good, but it's expensive and the interior had oil and dirt smudges on the counter and baseboards of the floor. It's not bad just twice the price of other fast-food places and not twice the quality.
