This location always seems to be consistently fast. One thing I love is my order is always right. Lets face it when buying fast food, speed and accuracy are hugely important. The only thing I find about this location is their staff are not always friendly. Many times after being handed my food they just close the window. Part of being in the service industry is being friendly with customers. I still rate 4 stars because many other places seem to mess up my order and are not polite to deal with.

First time going to this Burger King. I was a bit confused at the array of options. Ordered 8 burgers and 4 medium fries. Was going to pay about $70 but the nice lady that took my order explained that it's Whopper Wednesday and she would adjust my order so I'd pay about $59. She was so patient, and at 5pm on a Wednesday, that is not common. At the end of the transaction, she sent me off with the nicest smile. Excellent customer service, Burger King! I will be back.

Just do the survey on the back in 5 minutes and then re-do it on a different receipt every time you go. Best way to get a meal for like 6 bucks. The food is really good and so is the service. Restaurant is pretty clean too. I got no complaints.

This is a nice Burger King. They just finished updating this branch. There is a play ground for the kids and an arwa they section off for birthday parties. There is a drive thru as well. Staff are great and service is fast. They are open early for breakfast

October 18th 2017 update: Stopped back in as its been a while, and I'm revising my score to 5/5 due to continued great service and awesome consistency. As for my original remark about burgers being somewhat plain, I kind of forgot that I usually order my Whopper with cheese and bacon, but that day I didn't, which naturally would affect the taste of the burger :p Best part alongside the quick friendly service is Whopper Wednesday ^_^ Original review: Good, quick, dependable service (even during the lunch rush!) where it doesn't take long to get your food. Only downside is compared to other places, their burgers are somewhat plain, and man oh man is it a massive lunch rush they get on Whopper Wednesday.

Just went to burger king on calgary trail. Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. They had no guns for them, so I was given my order on regular buns. The bun is part of what makes the whopper "the whopper" very disappointed and cant figure out how the restaurant could run out of its signature sandwiches buns. The food is always consistent so I know I can expect the same level of quality each time I go for a bite to eat. It can be a little slow during the mealtime rush periods, but that is to be expected as they have a very small kitchen (one of the smallest I have seen in the fast food industry). The onion rings are always especially good.

Beware of this Burger King restaurant on Calgary trail in edmonton: 1- poor customer service 2- they don’t allow you to go in only drive through 3- I bought bunch of stuff and they did not give the kids their nuggets they just purposely don’t give parts of what you order 4- I had a 25$ bk gift card they used and told me zero credit in it had to repay twice! 5- place is run by bunch of Ethiopians or Indian crooks 6- windows and the inside looks v dirty when I sneak leaked inside 7- I complained to RBI on their website no response! 8- I tried calling the restaurant on their landline they answer then close the line! Unbelievable!!

I ordered $4.99 meal and ask for substitute for fries,cashier told me I have a choose of poutine or onion rings so I said poutine but they charged me full price and when I realized I payed more than I suppose to their supervisor said she is new cashier and did not know and they can't do anything about it. Went through the drive through here today and ordered 2 meals. A whopper with cheese and bacon and a big fish burger and an extra Jr. Whopper with cheese and bacon. The first whopper was just 2 patties and a disgusting amount of cheese with one strip of bacon. The big fish burger had a very small amount of very old lettuce and no sauce. Thankfully the Jr whopper was done properly. I do not recommend this location.

One of only 3 Burger King restaurants in Edmonton I personally hope they don't close like some of the other Burger Kings have. Incase you need a reminder Burger King in the 90s was the place to go for a burger, just as Japan would be the place to go for sushi. Burger King was Burger King and then there were other restaurants like McDonald's et al. Now fast forward 20 years and McDonald's has undoubtedly one not just the Burger War but the fast food war as well (forgive my blasphemy). Still Burger King focuses on quality and they have the best burgers and fries.

Went here for lunch at peak lunch time, my food was not fresh at all! I ended up throwing it out it was so bad. I called and spoke to the manager, Tina, who argued with me saying there was no way my food was not fresh. She would not let me finish my sentence on the phone and just kept rudely interrupting me. I was told she was going to look into it and call me back. I never received a call back, so I called again the next day. I had paid almost $15 all together for my meal, most places if they mess up your meal they will replace the whole meal. I had ordered nuggets, poutine, a shake and 2 apple turnovers. When they begrudgingly replaced my meal they refused to give me a drink... the pies I could have cared less about as they were actually the only fresh thing I had received the day before. But when you mess up someone's lunch you should replace the entire meal, at least the drink too. Ridiculous, terrible service, terrible food. The replacement meal was not fresh either. I will not be going back to this location and have warned friends, family and co-workers to stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!

Have gone to Burger King for couple years since they got my order wrong, thought I give them another change due to covid. Went there last night around 7:30 pm and order whopper with fries and drink. Still have change they got the order right fries were warm, burger was cold and and the cheese did not melt, but the drink was good. Only time food is good at Burger King is in the rush hour, fries were slightly on the dry side, burger paddy was grill on one side only, but why was the cheese not melting, I am guessing paddy was not very warm, but the drink was good.

Spicy popcorn chicken? Not sure why its not called tasteless popcorn chicken with zero spice. Went through drive thru and asked for ketchup, couldn't even get that right. Went there last night for a burger and it was a total disaster. Gave me a different drink and the burger was done in a hurry. This Burger King location is my favorite in the city, in over a decade frequenting it, I've only had one or two bad meals ever. That's saying a lot about their staffs commitment to quality, and many of them have been working there for a very long time. One thing I can say if you've never tried BK is you won't leave hungry. The staff seemed busy as it is Whopper wednesday, however the dining area was the worst I have ever seen at any fast food restaurant. There was a table with homeless people at it laying and sleeping on the bench seats they had no food or drinks on the table. The next table had more of their friends sitting at it with nothing in front of them. The 2 that were sleeping while we were there got up and left 2 pairs of dirty socks and a dirty toque on the table. The table was left to sit like that until after we had left. My bf took my son to wash his hands and he said the washroom was equally dirty and had no paper towels. I typically like to add positive comments but I was extaordinarily disappointed that this burger king close to my home was less than satisfactory and we unfortunately wont be back. ????
