The best burger on the river!

Quality burgers at a wonderful spot! ???? Was my first time here after doing a quick drive around downtown Newcastle with a friend. Guy taking orders at the drinks booth and girl working inside the food truck were friendly and offered great service. Had the Pirate Burger which had all the right flavors sailing the seven seas. Deep-fried pineapple had me a little skeptical but it actually works out well; the initial crunch into the sweetness is a delight. Burger itself is blessed with a unique barbecue sauce based on a local brew from New Maritime. Eating wasn't messy at all. And the shoestring fries? Crisp to perfection and seasoned perfectly (not bland, not overly salty). Sure, it's cash only but there's ATMs nearby if you need some bills. Some folks don't understand how quickly debit/credit fees can rack up for smaller businesses. Will return again, It's got my vote! ✅

I think I have to say they just might have the best burgers in Miramichi. Stay away from the deep fried cheesecake though - way to good.

Always great food. Evening treat for us love the burgers and the fish bites and chips are great. Good value. We did end up getting spicy fries but didn't order them while they were great for me, some others have problems with spice.

Apéro's Food Truck was recommended by a nearby business and it didn't disappoint. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Creative menu, great service and upscale ambience on a Pleasant Street corner.

Cute outdoor setting! Super affordable. It’s an easy choice to skip the fast food restaurants to support an independent small business, but be aware the quality of the burgers are similarly mediocre (patties are unseasoned and dry—seem to be cooked from frozen—on cheap, preservative-laden buns).
