Booked a reservation for 6pm and was finally seated at 6:30. Food was good but not great - my steak was more rare than medium-rare. Veggies were soft. Rice was stuck together in clumps. Definitely not worth it for the price you pay. Will not return.

The surroundings were a little nostalgic but it was comfortable and welcoming. The food was wonderful. I had the peppercorn strip loin and it was cooked perfectly. Great cut. Will definitely recommend this steak house to friends and family and look forward to our return.

Not a great food experience at all. Servers and staff were VERY friendly. That was about it. Which is why I'm giving 3 stars. Salad that came with meal wasn't a salad. It was all ice berg lettuce on a tiny plate and came with ONE slice of cucumber and ONE baby tomato. I'd be embarrassed to serve this to my guests. I would rather serve nothing then give this. Both my husband and I recieved this I ordered the captain's plate of lobster tail, shrimp and scallops. If I can recall. It was 60$. I got one lobster tail, one scallop and 2 shrimp. It said plural scallops on the menu and it came with one. I was incredibly disappointed by this. It was shocking to say the least. My husband got lobster tail and steak. It was okay but not worth it for the price. And again underwhelming. We were in town from the GTA visiting for the week. Sadly we were looking forward to a nice meal based on the reviews and were very dissapointed by the meal. We left feeling very ripped off. We have no problem dropping some money on a great meal but this was subpar.

Beyond delicious and amazing service, I don't know one item I have tried here that is not extremely tasty. They go above and beyond its a family run business and they always make you feel like you are special and they are privileged to have you there. That is a dying breed in today's generation there is not a place I go that I'm more then comfortable giving my money then hear. I would and will continue to highly recommend! You will never be disappointed this is a diamond in the rough if you will!

Found the service to be on the slow side. People who arrived after us had apps and drinks before us. Took awhile to get a drink. The air conditioning is not sufficient, everyone was quite hot to the point we were sticking to the stairs. There were 10 of us. The meal was absolutely delicious!

It was my sons birthday..so I wanted to take him somewhere special...my friend told me about The Arch StakeHouse..how up scale it was ..I really liked the food ..large portions..my son had steak and I had ribs.. they were very good..the only thing I have to say is the service was good ..I found it a little slow..but there was a lot of people...some of the larger crowds were quite loud and being so close to them made it hard for my son and I to hear each other talk...I felt like I was yelling at him.lol.my hearing isn't so good anymore.lol..other then that the experience was ok for the both of us. Thanx...

First order... Calamari.. Very chewy.. started our wine which was delicious. Our salad showed up, I had the Caesar salad. For 39 dollars for a meal I would expect in house croutons, not food basics. The salad itself was decent. Then the steaks arrived.... If you get a filet, and it's in pieces BEFORE you cut it yourself, does that mean you just got a glued together piece of steak? Also if you're scallops are like a wet paper towel I'm pretty sure you cooked them as long as the steak. I really don't know what people keep talking about but for a birthday dinner, I believe I'm owed some money... I was told the steak would be melt in your mouth... Not sure when that part was supposed to happen... The flavour was by far the best part of this meal. More garlic is not always better on the shrimp. Update: we left a generous tip due to SERVICE not food. In case someone wonders why the 20%... She was courteous and sorry for the unfortunate experience.

The wait staff and food were both good, for Midland. The customer service of the management was rude and abrasive. When we returned one steak due to an issue it was replaced with an inferior product and then we were lied to about the switch. We asked the manager for a discussion about the fact and then faced hostility for enquiring about it. We were yelled at and told to never return. Which we will not.

Amazing food. Everything on point. They know what they are doing and the meat is top notch. Great for take out. Just call half an hour before. We tried the bacon-wrapped filet mignon and New York strip loin. Both were delicious. The shrimp and scallops are huge. Highly recommended. Worth every penny.

Last thing you wanna do is complain! This place usually serves great food and gives good service but needs to work on their complaint process. I returned a steak after having a few bites and was given a real hard time about it. After I returned the steak because it was too tough nobody came back to ask me if I wanted another one or another meal, then I was still charged for 2/3 of it, then was asked if I'd pay half. Not sure what the logic was there. They did end up refunding the steak but I was told I should have said something so they could have made me another one.

Our visit last Wednesday was very disappointing. We were here 2 years ago and were so impressed we said we would drive here again from mississauga just for dinner. Never again, this time was horrid. I paid $40.00 for a steak that was dry, black and tasteless. The service was extremely slow and when the server finally came and asked how everything was I was honest. She came back and said she spoke to the manager and they offered to deduct the cost of the steak and charge me for my rice veggies and salad. Not the point I came to have a nice dinner and nowhere near the case this time. Very disappointing the manager was aware of the situation and couldn't be bothered to even take the time and come to our table. Horrid dinner I had 4 bites of my steak and the rest went into the garbage. A complete waste of money...never again.

Awful. Ordered medium well and got rare. Person I was with ordered rare and received medium well....obviously mixed ours up and we literally swapped steaks mid-dinner. Pathetic. If I'm paying 100 for a small little cut of meat I could pick up for 12 bucks at Valu-Mart; and have it better seasoned than the filth I received here, you better get the right steaks on the right plate. Will not be returning. Overpriced and pathetic portions....even if they were on the correct plate.
