Punctual with the order, good variety of pizzas.

Spent 50 dollars on two pizzas. One was so burnt it wasnt even edible. The other one had large portions that had no cheese on it. Called to complain and was given a $15 credit. That diesnt even cover the coat of one of the pizzas that we had to throw away. Management handled this very poorly and I dont even know how they could give this to a customer knowing how burnt it was. We always eat their pizza and if this is how they treat their loyal customers we will be buying our pizza else where

Great pizza at this location! My family was very happy with the pizza and delivery. Arrived to our cottage within a reasonable time and the pizza was really good! We’re from the city and have been to many pizza Nova locations, and this was the best pizza by far. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese, toppings, crust was perfect and cooked to perfection. Great job!

Went to pizza nova to get a slice of pizza, not only did i wait 20minutes for someone to acknowledge me or ask me what i wanted but they served the people that came in behind me first. Lousy service, nobody pays attention, and they dont really care about their customer service.

I ordered a pizza and wings and asked for both to be well done. The pizza and wings that I got were not well done, they were hardly cooked, the pepperoni was pretty much raw, the sausage looked like it was put on after the pizza was cooked. Had to continue to cook my pizza at home. Very disappointed.

I think the Pizza Nova on Main Street, may be the best food I have had at a chain Pizza shop. Just well made pizzas and salads. Not really a place to eat in as their are few stools to eat. Parking might be a little tight as it shares parking with other stores and bingo. When they give you a estimate time when the food will be ready, they are usually bang on.

Ordered the Chicken Trio and a Large Mediterranean pizza. Everything was excellent! The wings big and well cooked, the polllini was great and wedge fries were perfect. The pizza was delish! Very happy with our order. And the delivery driver was really nice too. Well done Penetanguishene Pizza Nova…we’ll be ordering from you from now on.

So... had a craving and ordered pizza delivery... - I decided to get a 'make your own' pizza - and was more than willing to pay premium price for three different cheese toppings a top the mozzarella base, making it a "Quattro formagio" and also additionally ordered thin crust. An hour passed and the pizza was finally delivered but sadly mistakenly came with a thick bread crust (!) and the entire pizza tasted non distinct, because the pizza was covered with the non flavorful synthetic plastic-tasting mozzarella only - and hardly had any remnant of the three other cheeses ...! The additional 'three cheese' premium toppings were so sparingly added, that I reluctantly decided to call Pizza Nova to complain... The manager apologized and said he would send another pizza pronto and promised to specify to the kitchen that the toppings should be included on the next one... And, that this time it would be with thin crust (!) An hour an a half passed before the replacement arrived, but when it finally arrived, the pizza unfortunately was cold... The crust was noticeably thinner this time but unless my eyesight failed me, the cheese "sprinkle' only covered the center of the entire pizza...the edges were completely 3/4 bare with only a little droplet of the three other magnificent cheeses as teasers throughout: Most of the pizza was uncovered and neglected; embarrassingly lonely; bare burnt bread crust triangles that were sore to the sight. Additionally, to our utter surprise, the store demanded we return the other faulty pizza delivery (they wanted the first sad pizza back??? Why???) Sure enough, delivery demanded we return the first one in exchange for the correction..????? Say what!!!!? Most likely, this is the last time I will be ordering from Pizza Nova! EVER!

Excellent pizza and delivery is fairly fast. We order whenever we come to the cottage and have never been disappointed. Only once our order was incorrect and when we called them back they immediately sent out two new pizzas without question.
