Only pickled onions. The 3rd evening I order a filet mignon at a cost of $ 46.28 taxes and tips included to eat in the room. Arrived in my room completely opposite the restaurant, I remove the cover and I see the poor quality of my plate ... quantity, visual quality, presentation, temperature, etc. I take the trouble to ask (when I placed the order) for the accompanying vegetables and I am told that there are baby potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and roasted asparagus .... in short, no asparagus! No green vegetables! It doesn't make carbohydrates! I think I would have preferred a salad with the dressing on the side. Also, the cooking was not the desired cooking, rare by the way but rather medium pinkish. No pepper sauce or the like. At least they finally came to bring me my much desired vegetables after I had to call to assert my dissatisfaction, I let ring several times, put me on hold, let ring again to finally make me answer 10 minutes more late and wasting my time fixing things up and ultimately having to reheat my meal in the microwave! I am frankly very disappointed. On the 4th night I went to get a poke bowl at Passion Sushi, which was excellent. I wasn't going to take a chance to be disappointed again. Arrivé à ma chambre complètement à l'opposé du resto, je retire le couvercle et je vois la piètre qualité de mon assiette...quantité, qualité visuelle, présentation, température, etc. Je prends la peine de demander (quand j'ai passé la commande) les légumes d'accompagnement et on me dit qu'il y a des patates grelots, patates douces, carottes et asperges rôtis....bref, aucune asperges! Aucun légumes verts! Ça n'en fait des glucides! Je pense que j'aurai préféré une salade avec la vinaigrette à côté. De plus, la cuisson n'était pas la cuisson désiré, saignant soit dites en passant mais plutôt médium rosé. Aucune sauce au poivre ou autres. Au moins ils sont venus finalement me porter mes légumes tant souhaités après que j'ai dû appeler pour faire valoir mon mécontentement, j'ai laissé sonner plusieurs fois, me faire mettre en attente, laissé sonner encore pour finalement me faire répondre 10 minutes plus tard et perdre mon temps pour rectifier les choses et en bout de ligne être obliger de faire réchauffer mon repas au four micro-ondes! Je suis franchement très déçu. Le 4e soir je suis allé me chercher un poké bol au Passion Sushi, qui était excellent d'ailleurs. Je n'allais pas prendre de chance d'être déçu de nouveau.

Horrifying dinner experience. Lost my appetite before meal arrived and took my meal as take out. while people who arrived after us were finishing their meal, our waitress was acting surprised we wanted to enquire about our meal. We were served wrong alcohol beverage, wrong meal and had to ask for forgotten beverage for our son that never arrived. Waitress attempted to act ignorant as if it was our issue she did not get our order right. All she offered us was the correct bill for our actual order as if we should be pleased to not pay for the wrong order. Honestly not impressed. The food is very pricy for what it is. We ordered the soup of the day which was so bland we asked salt and pepper to add to it. We also ordered bread with the soup and it came hot still in its plastic packaging. We also had the matane shrimp 'beignets' and these were ok. Was hoping for more shrimps but you really just get 1 or 2 in a big fried dough ball. As for the main course, we ordered the coquille which was good and the salmon tartarre which was excellent. On top of that the service was disastrous. She forgot to bring us an ice bucket for our wine, would not remove dirty plates from our table and then struggle to find room to place the food that was coming as well as forgot to fill our water. When we said we didn't want desert, she immediately brought the bill and made us pay while we still had half the wine bottle left. She must've been new to the job and I really hope that was the case and simply needs more training.

We were staying at the Riotel hotel and reserved the day before for the Cargo restaurant. We really enjoyed our dinner at Cargo. The decor was nice and the oceanview was amazing. We were 3 people and ordered the Matane shrimp linguine, the Coquille Saint Jacques meal and the Beer battered shrimp. The meals are bit pricey for what you get but they were good and you can't beat the views. The people next to us ordered the pizza and the lobster sandwich and their portions were really big. Our waitress was really nice and no one pushed bottled water on us like another reviewer wrote. With regards to Covid....there are markers on the floor to social distance and we wore our masks until we sat down. They disinfect the tables, chairs and menus. The seating inside is Covid friendly but they also have tables outside.

Après en avoir discuté avec d'autres amis ayant voyagé la région, ils m'ont aussi témoigné d'une expérience désagréable. Travaillant dans le domaine depuis plus de 10 ans, je recommande de redresser l'attitude du gérant si vous souhaitez sauver la réputation de votre restaurant.
