This was the grossest "pizza" I ever tasted. The crust was flavorless, burnt, and super thin. There were hardly any toppings and what was on there also had no taste. Fifty percent of the slice was crust. The pizza sauce tasted like iron. Outrageously priced. It felt like eating cardboard. Yikes.

Ordered for pickup. Arrived right around the 15 minute mark and it was apparently already boxed and waiting. That would be a good thing, except the pizza was cold. Realized when we got home that it was apparently just re-heated. $15.95 for a reheated medium pizza? I personally feel ripped off and will never order from this location again. If I wanted cold or reheated pizza, I could buy it at a gas station. I'm giving 2 stars because I've had pizza from this location before that actually was made fresh and delivered hot.

It is ok if you like just the basic ole pep and cheese and the standard meat Lovers or Combo. there is nothing special about the menu , now here is a pizza something that you will never find here at this location, The Libretto Margherita, Eggplant (lightly fried eggplant) Tomato, Basil, Garlic, Oregano, Thyme, Mozzarella, Whipped Ricotta..... now that is a pizza.

I have been eating Napoli pizza since i was 12yrs old. Would save up3.00 and get a small combination and a coke and eat on the church steps so fresh it would burn your tongue, but sooo good. I miss hearing Frank complain while waiting but Gab coming close now. Still the best.

Pizza is always fresh for slices. They are big and they are tasty could you ask for more? The cheese is of good quality and plenty of it. I highly recommend this place. Don't let the not too busy dining room fool you most people grab and go. The fact that they are always replenishing their slices speaks to how busy they are.

Wow wow is all I can say. We were down town so we decided to get a pizza for supper. My sister Helen wanted Napoli’s. So we called and they said twenty minutes. So we went to Napolis and waited outside for twenty minutes. My sister went in to get it and they said we did not order from them. So my other sister who did the ordering recalled. The guy answered the phone and said the order was lost and the workers were not all as smart as him. Exact words . Apparently none of them fit the bill of being bright. He said he would make us one right away to go home and he would deliver the pizza free of charge. We went straight home. Coming up the road we could see the delivery guy on the step. Unbelievable. The pizza was cold. Paid 30/dollars for this pizza for extra cheese. No extra cheese. Called them and the owner female got on the phone and said there was nothing she could do. She said she watched her driver go out the door with the pizza. Now there is only one way to get to the pier from charlotte street. For a pizza that was not even started and the delivery guy waiting here when we got home. I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but I think I know what happened. That pizza was sent out on delivery by mistake and that is why the guy told us to go home. I will never never never order from Napoli again. Not only is the staff incompetent the owners are no better. Feel free to share.

OVERPRICED beyond belief. I was charged a ridiculously large amount only for extra sauce without being notified as to how much it would cost me in case I wished to change my mind. When I called to notify them what happened I was met with a "well you should have known". Not professional at all. The only saving grace is that the pizza was good.

Recommended by the staff at the Holiday Inn as the best place to order pizza from in Sydney. The pizza was delicious, and unique, however I had terrible indigestion afterwards. Hard to say if it was the pizzas fault. Regardless, it was fairly good and satisfying, and is certainly worth trying.

Everything was perfect. First, the prices. They we first of all, super cheap, and second of all, they had great price layout. They lay the price out with tax included, but it is said with simplicity. For example, $10. Not $10.72. Secondly, the food was amazing. Everything is homemade and is made to perfection.

My favorite place to get pizza! There is always hot slices ready to purchase. The dining room is always clean and well maintained. They offer other entrees besides pizza too. All the food is delicious but my favorite is by far the pizza! It's open late so you can drop in for a slice after a night out on the town!

Well let me see how my experience was. First isn't a lovely thing to see as approaching NAPOLI PIZZERIA RESTAURANT someone having there smoke break. I've watched them come in from there smoke break outside and not wash their hands before handling the pizza slices. Also really don't like the idea of people receiving MONEY in there hand and then using the same hand to pick up slices of pizza. Handling money is a very dirty way of passing on Bacteria and other diseases. Now imagine someone putting there dirty hands all over the piece of pizza that I was going to buy and enjoy. NO THANK YOU !!!!!!!! Very disgusting idea but very true. Now my experience tonight had to do with a man that was rather large in the face and wore glasses. Very rude and would not want that man to ever serve me again. No personality what so ever and very ignorant. You people are running a business not a clown circus. Wise up with your ways or I will contact health canada about your ways of handling food. Supervisor or owner should be shown and told what is going on in their place of business. Now they want a rating about the experience that I had. Below zero and wont eat or order from there again. I will do everything in my power to spread the word of this disgusting place and their dirty ways. Tourists run for the mountains you do not want to pay for the garbage they are shoveling out the door. I really hope that people are aware of their dirty ways !!!!!!!! Monday August 3 2015. The pizza I received this evening was very disgusting tasteless and burn. Just wondering do the same people order the same food or is it prepared with a better understanding of how things are suppose to be made and prepared because they are the ones eating the product now !!!!!!
