Même si la terrasse était pleine, le resto était vide à l'intérieur. Un menu pas très varié en plus qu'il n'y avait plus de gravlax de saumon, de lapin, de calmars, plus de bières blondes et rousse, plus de nougat. Bref une mauvaise expérience.

Ma copine à prit un tartare de saumon, elle a mange à chaque fois que l'on va au restaurant et que c'est sur le menu et c'est le pire qu'elle a mangé depuis un bout. Sucré, texture et look pas à la hauteur et encore servi avec ces chips de blé frites wonton. Pour ma part, j'ai commandé une pizza prossicutto et roquette malgré que le filet mignon me tentait, mais pas à 45$ seulement pour le plat. Finalement, que de surprise de voir ma pizza arrivé avec un tas de salade iceberg chaude, pas un mot de la serveuse, comme si c'était normal. Je lui demande où est là roquette et elle me dit il ny en avait plus. Conseil : si vs devez changer l'assiette d'un client, lui demander avant s'il accepte. Décoration vieillot qui aurait besoin de renouveau, concept "provençale" mais de 1995. Ne fais pas le poids aux autres restaurants de ce prix aux alentours.

Even though we now live further away, we liked to come back from time to time. To celebrate my fortieth birthday, on June 2, 2018, we had booked more than 6 weeks in advance, for about 20 people (including 6 children). Some of our guests had more than 3 hours of road to get to the restaurant. Reservation at 6 p.m., terrace rather full, interior of the quiet restaurant, with the exception of our group. Only one waitress (who seems to be a beginner) is assigned to us. She takes our order after a long time. Then, we wait, wait and wait ... The first dishes (for those who had ordered starters) arrived after ... 2h30 of waiting !!! It was then 8:30 p.m. Adults couldn't take it anymore, so I'll let you imagine the kids. During this waiting time, we never filled our glasses with water, never offered bread or anything else to nibble on, never offered an apology or any other explanation for the delay (much less a discount on our invoices!). In addition, the flank steaks, which were once so delicious, did not meet the required cook times and one of them was so bland it looked like the chef had forgotten to add salt and pepper. The rest of the plates were ordinary. What happened? Unacceptable. Coming from a restaurant that was once so friendly, warm and where we loved to meet up in front of good food, this experience is to be forgotten for all our guests. It’s a shame, but you have lost some very long time clients (who once gave you a great reputation), and potential clients. (Original) Expérience plus que décevante lors de notre dernière visite. Certains de nos convives avaient plus de 3h de route à faire pour se rendre au resto. Réservation à 18h, terrasse plutôt remplie, intérieur du resto calme, à l’exception de notre groupe. Une seule serveuse (qui semble débutante) nous est attitrée. Celle-ci prend notre commande après un long moment. Puis, nous attendons, attendons et attendons encore... Les premiers plats (pour ceux qui avaient commandé des entrées) sont arrivés au bout de... 2h30 d’attente!!! Il était alors 20h30. Les adultes n’en pouvaient déjà plus, alors je vous laisse imaginer les enfants. Pendant ce temps d’attente, on n’a jamais rempli nos verres d’eau, jamais offert de pain ou quoique ce soit d’autre à grignoter, jamais offert d’excuse ni une quelconque autre explication pour ce retard (encore moins un rabais sur nos factures!). En plus, les bavettes, qui étaient jadis si délicieuses, ne respectaient pas les cuissons demandées et l’une d’elles était tellement fade qu’on eût dit que le chef avait oublié d’y ajouter du sel et du poivre. Le reste des assiettes étaient ordinaires. Que s'est-il passé? Inacceptable. Venant d’un resto autrefois si sympathique, chaleureux et où nous aimions tant nous retrouver devant de bons petits plats, cette expérience est à oublier pour tous nos invités. C’est dommage, mais vous avez perdu là des clients de très longue date (qui vous faisaient autrefois une excellente réputation), et des clients potentiels.
