Great food but the service was terrible. We had a reservation for 9 people and they gave us 2 round tables. Between the entrees and the main dish, we had to wait 40 minutes. The bus boy dropped plum sauce on my wife's dress while removing the dirty dishes. We had mentionned that we had tickets for a show and needed to get out quickly. Even after the request, it took another 35 minutes to get our dessert and bills. We missed the show due to the staff's lack of concern. I was not at all impressed with the poor service.

Après un peu d'attente j'ai eu mon repas. Rien de grave jusque là. La soupe WonTon était délicieuse. Les sushis étaient bons mais il y avait un cheveux dans le plat :( Le boeuf et vermicelle étaient bons. Une des crevettes dans l'assiette de crevettes grillées était crue - ma conjointe a prix une bouchée et s'en est rendu compte tout de suite, une chance! (voir photo - crevette de gauche crue et crevette de droite cuite). Ma conjointe a tout de suite pris le téléphone pour contacter le restaurant. Malheureusement ils ont mis en doute la présence du cheveux et après discussion la personne nous a dit qu'elle se rappellerait de nous lors de la prochaine visite pour nous enlever 20$ sur la facture... Disons que ça laisse entendre qu'on aura pas vraiment droit à ce crédit à moins de commander dans les plus brefs délais, en espérant que cette personne travaille lors de notre appel... pas fort. Points bonis : ils n'ont jamais voulu me donner ma facture de carte de crédit en me disant que je devais contacter leur fournisseur de commande en ligne (l'entreprise s'appelle CHK PLZ). Je viens de contacter CHZ PLZ et ils me disent de contacter le restaurant... assez fâchant ça aussi. Je ne recommande PAS ce restaurant.

Mais là s'arrête là comparaison entre les deux restaurant. Entrée partagé à deux..canard croustillant avec sa salsa que nous avons adoré...combinaison de canard effiloché frit avec une salsa tomate oignon coriande excellente....pour la seconde entrée, un tartare de saumon....plus qu'ordinaire...saumon en cube grossier et la Dijon mal intégré au saumon....Correcte sans plus....ou le bât blesse, c'est à l'arrivé des plats principaux. Pour moi une sélection de sushi et pour ma conjointe une assiette de canard aux lychee d'écris comme une délicieuse combinaison de canard et de lychee marinés dans une sauce aux curry rouge et noix de coco....mais se qu'elle a reçu était plus " du canard avec tout énuméré précédemment mais....une infime portion d'environ 100gr. dans le fond du bol avec environ 350gr. de brocoli pour comblé l'assiette.....très bon canard mais...a peine quelques bouchées ....trop peu pour le prix...mais, la palme revient à mes sushis, particulièrement le "Dynamite" décris comme " crevette tempura, avocat, sauce teriyaki, concombre et caviar de poisson volant..je reçois mon assiette....vois à la vue les crevettes tempura du premier morceau mais...a la vue des rouleaux suivant je m'aperçois que se qui devait être les crevettes tempura sont en fait une crevette et une asperge "tempura"...et on se garde bien de le mentionné dans la description du sushi....on m'a passé une asperge pour une crevette....bref ce fut suffisant pour avoir 20% de rabais sur une facture qui, malgré le 20%, ne vaut pas la peine.....je m'ennuie du Zend'o

WOW Incroyable!!! Merci pour cette scène, je n'avais jamais vu celà! Un petit rappel qu'au Québec le pourboir est optionnel et conditionnel au service reçu. Really, really expensive for the amount of food you get on your plate. Two of us paid about 70 dollars and the amount of food on the plate was minimal. The only Asian restaurant I’ve been to where they cheap out on the amount of rice they give you, I literally got the smallest tiniest cup/bowl of rice with my chicken stir fry. The food was good though it wasn’t bad tasting, it’s just not worth paying that much money for what you get. The service was excellent though our server was very attentive.

While we looked for this restaurant details in internet , we found a coupon on line for a special promotion . The website would state “show this to your waiter”, but when we did the waitress explained a paper version was needed . After further explanation and talking ,she talked to the manager and finally we got the promotion price. She was great in helping, but the manager seamed upset. It’s uncomfortable to have to discuss these things, if the restaurant offers promotions, customers should not need to make a point to get them. If so, just stop adding specials or clearly advise the requirements. Other than this, service was good and food was fair, but with this experience ,honestly, I just can go to another Asian place and have the same or better food for a comparable price.
