I am absolutely floored by the level of customer service that I received at this restaurant on a late Tuesday night, Taylor deserves recognition. I stumbled into this place which was attached to the hotel that I was staying at (for work) with little expectations. Alex at the front was a kind and accommodating to me just checking out the menu and offerings. After I had decided to dine in I was met by an incredible server named Taylor. He kept me entertained, came around for perfectly timed refills and overall was a joy to speak to. On the way out he even showed me a mind-blowing set of card tricks that I wish my wife could have experienced as well (her being at home), as we both LOVE to watch magic shows live and on Netflix. I really don't remember the last time that I had such a personable encounter with a server at any establishment, and it honestly is nice to see this sort of thing, especially since I was away from my home town for the week. If you're in-town and craving some damn-good ribs with a side of excellent customer service, this is your stop.

We were able to pre-order our food in advance, and it showed up on time, and very well organized. Food was excellent, servers went above and beyond to assist us. If I could, I'd give it a 3.5 but I can't... normally, this place is pretty good. At lunch, service is usually quick and efficient, but tonight for dinner, the place was PACKED and the service was a tad slow. Food is good quality, and the prices are decent, and the selection is pretty good. All in all, usually a good place for a good meal.

I had great service, our server was very friendly and polite, and the food was excellent. I had the Sizzling Shrimp for an appetizer, and it is so delicious. Just thinking about it makes me hungry. I couldn't decide on one, so I had three different kinds if ribs for an entree. All were perfectly cooked.

We went in Monday morning for breakfast, the food was amazing. Our server went above and beyond giving us great service all while training other employees and serving other tables. Service was very fast and overall had a great experience. Will definitely be going back!

Food was amazing the most incredible sliders ever and price was great . Service left a bit to be desired they were bang on in the beginning but then Mia. We did go near the end of the night but it was a bit disappointing .

We were excited to find out they had an all you can eat pork riblings with French fries for $16. Both of us paid the extra $1.50 for the baked potato. I can't say that these ribs were the worst I've ever eaten but they were certainly far from the best. They were extremely dried out and tasteless. After I put more of their BBQ sauce which pretty much tastes like vinegar with chili powder in it they tasted even worse. We really liked the feel of the restaurant and were given a quiet secluded booth. On the way out we took a stroll through the lounge where quite a few people were sitting at the bar watching hockey. Our hostess and server did a great job

First time here and I must say I did liked it somehow. The frozen strawberry daiquiri is what most made me happy. Ribs, just okay I guess. The only thing that gave it a big no was the rice, it's hard and tasted horrible, seemed like it's just an instant rice that you can just put in the microwave or something.

I've been here two times. The food has been ok, but having the same waitress both times with very bad service. Walking by our table multiple times over 20 minutes with our cups sitting empty right at the side and not doing or asking anything until another waitress told her to the first time, then the second time the same other waitress walked in and did the job for ours. Still haven't had the ribs yet, next times meal.

We had an employee dinner at Tony Roma's that was really a crowd pleaser! The manager and chef both communicated with us to finalize details- we had appetizers arranged to come out immediately as guests were arriving, and then a set menu to minimize the kitchen chaos. A big shout out to Nicole and Alex who handled this group with gracious care- they were on it, and managed to keep glasses full and food out for the group all at the same time- no easy feat! Thanks to management for accommodating us (even ensuring extra wine was cold and ready to be served), and making sure the experienced staff was in place who could really handle a group. A job well done by everyone at Tony Roma's!

Just left and the service was terrible. 2 couples that were seated after us got up and left. Unfortunately we had already ordered. Had to get up and go to the front desk to ask for butter, napkins and a glass of wine. Kind of complained about the service and it was met with kind of oh well. Asked if Ray the owner was there met with a sharp no! Might not be back

Been driving for 3 days and stopped off in Lethbridge for the night.. Ordered food to go and this is what we got: The wrong pasta dish because the server didn’t have the decency to tell us the one we ordered was no longer available. No forks. Disgusting spinach dip. Rock hard steak that was eaten cold. Soggy fries. $90 wasted. Whole family inconvenienced. Rewarded with 1 measly piece of cake and a $25 gift card that is ONLY VALID IN LETHBRIDGE OR MEDICINE HAT. Thanks a lot guys.

We went to Tony Romas tonight for the first time in many years. The service was SLOW. We ordered and said we might have additional people coming but we weren't sure. Eventually more people came and their orders were taken. It took almost an HOUR for our food to arrive. We had two very hungry young kids that were miserable waiting for their food. My husband enjoyed the flavor of his ribs but he said a chicken breast in the same sauce would have tasted better because the ribs were so dry. Online they say their ribs are smoked and yet there was no smoke ring or smoke flavor. I ordered the Miami burger and it was SO greasy. My hands were such a mess that I had to use the rib wipes afterwards. There was a puddle of grease on my plate and it practically ran down my wrists. The flavor was okay but definitely not even close to what a $20 burger should be. I got mashed potatoes instead or fries and I was told there would be no added charge which there wasn't but I foolishly assumed that gravy came with the mashed potatoes only to discover that the gravy I ordered which was the size of a sample cup was $2.50! Seriously? $2.50! So ridiculous. Our check was confused with the others at our table and we had to explain to our server the many mistakes. We were not impressed and will not return to spend our hard earned money on a meal like that again. Such a disappointment for what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my father-in-law.

Perhaps we caught them on a bad night but I have never experienced such a long wait for food before. I would not recommend this place if you have anywhere to be after... we waited over 30 minutes for beverages, over an hour for our food order and not even everyone had received their meal after that hour mark. And the quality of food was decent at most, which is incredibly disappointing after how long we waited. Not impressed

I have a health issue which the waitress Peggy and the hostess Christy (I think that was her name) were excellent at accommodating me!! They didn't treat me like it was a bother at all which I very much appreciated!! The food was excellent! It was hot, fresh, & cooked to perfection!! In fact it's the best Tony Roma's I've ate at!! And I've ate at lots of Tony Roma's as it's my favorite restaurant!! Peggy and Christy were very personable and attentive!! Management needs to employ more people like Peggy and Christy! On my next visit to Lethbridge I will be eating here again so I hope to see Peggy and Christy!!

Really unimpressed. We were excited to find a Tony Roma's on our trip. The interior was so nice as well which kept our excitement. We ordered. And from then it was a gong show. Our drink order never showed up (well, it did... After our entire meal was there and being eaten... Sent it back as we were not going to pay $3+ for something that would never be refilled, it also had no ice but ????). Our appetizer showed up at the same time as our meal so.. we unfortunately sent that back (even though we were really looking forward to it). They offered to pack it up but .. no, for so many reasons. One of our meals was completely wrong, but that was rectified. Kids dessert options are not what is on the menu, but assuming that is (maybe) due to the current situation. Got the bill. We were overcharged for the things we did get. But .. just gave up trying to deal with it all. Interesting concept to overcharge instead of discount when there are that many issues ???? Good points though! The food that we did get was really delicious and the interior was inviting.
