Very very delicious food!!! Prices were also extremely reasonable. We had one issue with our appitizer and they never hesitated to fix the situation for us, they even gave us the starter/appitizer for free to fix the inconvenience!

Great atmosphere and great service! Great date night restaurant for prices that are reasonable and we were full from our meals. Ordered the gnocchi bolognese pasta, chicken parmigana sandwich with minestrone soup, and had two cannolis (lemon raspberry and skor chocolate mousse). Definitely going back to try other things on the menu again!

Very hard to believe this is one of the top ten restaurants in Lethbridge!!!!! no wonder humptys comes in number three???? The antipasta was really hard to swallow but did our best, thats all i will say. The service was 10 star only reason I gave 2 stars and apparently management cares as well so added another star but no chance Im ever going back.

The recently opened restaurant in the Lethbridge Lodge was not as good as I had hoped. The pasta with chicken added was a bit dry and bland. The service was great and prices were moderate. The concept of growing fresh basil in pots throughout the restaurant was innovative & interesting.

Awesome food and service. The bellini was absolutely delicious. So much strawberry flavour, and it was interesting because it wasn't a blended bellini. The arancini are incredible. Make sure to try them with the romesco sauce. I'm a pasta person, so the pasta was awesome, and with the arrabiata sauce, you can choose your own spice level, which is really cool. Make sure that you try the olive oil cake for dessert. It is phenomenal, especially with the limoncello mascarpone cream sauce. Don't skip the cake! You will be sorry if you do.

From the moment we walked in the service was great. The door was held open for us, and we were greeted with big smiles and friendly employees. Even with the open and airy space, there was a feeling of privacy at our table. We chatted with a few of the employees and they were well informed about the menu and had great recommendations (we ordered each one). Each person we came into contact with was smiling and laughing with us, but didn't hover at the table. Great people. The food was very tasty and it was plated in an appetizing way. All in all, this was a great place to enjoy an evening. Thank you.

Went here for supper with my mom, super amazing service and food. Wait staff was very attentive even though it was busy and management was also coming around making sure everyone was enjoying their food. The arancini is AMAZING, as well as the carbonara share pasta, although the sauce was on the saltier side. Given the price of the plates I was not expecting the serving size to be as generous as they were. I was very happy with my meal and would recommend this place to my friends!

I have been here twice and both times it has been fine. I find the fire here does not taste bad, but lacks in flavour. Portions are big and three service is always very good. The decor is quite nice with herbs growing and lots of windows to let in sunlight.

Just meh... Prices are pretty much identical to the Firestone but portion sizes are very small. Staff are very friendly and helpful but our waiter was too attentive, almost stalker-ish. Leaning up against the wall watching us eat and if we took more than one sip out of our water glasses he was there refilling it, the second we would put something down he was there grabbing it...like we were his only table. It was a little obsessive after awhile... go away and let us enjoy our meal. Not the most enjoyable experience. Probably will not return

I have stayed at this hotel several times but have not tried the restaurant, until I was in town and NOT staying at the hotel! This is an excellent place to have Italian food. Starting with the Service, excellent experience with my Server, his reccomendations were spot on. The food arrived in good timing, very very tasty, and great presentation. Layering of flavors and textures was excellent. As an appetizer I had Lobster and Crab Raviolo Bites. For my main, Chicken Marsala. Enthusiastically recommended!

My boyfriend and I went there for a date this past Saturday and neither of us were overly impressed. The service was amazing! We had a very friendly and helpful waitress that provided us with quick service and was able to recommend items off the menu for my indecisive boyfriend (lol!). She was also able to explain the wine selection to me, and provided me with a few samples before I decided on which wine I wanted. I would like to point out that for a restaurant with all these "fancy" italian wines, they seemed to not have proper wine glasses, which kinda threw me off a bit. We had ordered 2 appetizers because why not? So we ordered the lobster and crab raviolo bites, as well as the pasta chips and dips. We absolutely LOVED the lobster and crab raviolo bites, we both thought they were delicious! However, the pasta chips and dips were seasoned maybe just a little too much because they ended up being super salty! I'm a chip lover and that was just too much salt for me lol. For our entrees, he ordered the salmon milanese with mashed potatoes and I ordered linguine in rose with prawns. He wasn't overly impressed with the salmon, and I tried a bite of it. I felt it was a little bit too smoked and that flavor had kinda overpowered the seasonings on the salmon. The mashed potatoes were quite garlicky which is okay for a few bites in a row but that's about it. I was expecting them to be a bit more creamy than what they were. My meal was also very mediocre, the rose sauce reminded me of the pasta sauce I make at home, when I mix cream cheese into my store-bought spaghetti sauce. The prawns weren't as garlicky as I would've liked either. We ended up not getting dessert, as we overall weren't overly impressed. We both left saying "I don't think I'll be back...". Sorry for my honest review!

What an awesome experience. We were greeted at the door with a welcoming smile and had the door opened for us. Once inside we were welcomed again by a very friendly and cheerful young lady before being immediately seated. Dinner was incredible. We shares a tenderloin steak with marscapine basil mashed potatoes and an Italian farmers panini with a Ceasar salad. Oops forgot the bread appetizer which was incredible. And for desert we shared a lemon raspberry and a cookies and cream canolis. We kept expecting John Taffer to come out and say they were killing the pressure test even though nothing was ever rushed he entire feel was mellow and comfort. Then we expect Chef Claudio from Master Chef come to ask us what we thought with Chef Alvin in the background screaming either "Hans app" or " your time starts now". Seriously though, from incredible dinner music played at a perfect level, to tables perfectly spaced to and incredible meal.... YOU GOTTA CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Amazing!!!! The staff was super friendly. You could see the managers in the floor making their rounds, meeting the guests, even assisting the servers. The food was delicious! I grew up in a city that is known as "a little italy" so I definitely know authentic italian food. This is it folks! I felt like I was back home again. You have to try it! The polenta... I could it that every day and never complain. The espresso after an amazing meal with dessert was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. I will absolutely be going back again. Highly recommend it.

Very authentic Italian style dining. Great food, great service. The only complaint I have is that the parking can be tough to find a spot in the front lot because the restaurant is located within the Sandman hotel and the hotel guests take up most of that lot. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The entire staff was polite and nice and not rude at all about asking us to follow the guidelines set in place due to COVID. Lasagna dish is served in a small pie plate and the noodles are mushy. Reminds me of the stuff you get at the deli from Save On and then over priced. The pesto dish was nice but just soaking in far too much sauce so that weird . The server also made a very odd remark to my sister about actually chewing the food. It made the rest of the meal uncomfortable. If you want to try to pass this place off as authentic or upper scale it needs some work . Doubtful we will be back k

Lots of dough- I believe "let's pasta" makes all these noodle dishes and sauces. It's abit pricey 8 ravioli for $23. ..Total was $69 without delivery fee and tip 2 main dishes an appy and salad.. You'd think they'd throw in some of that bread that they brag about.

We came to the Italian Table after reading all the great reviews. When we were finished, we were more then impressed with the quality and flavor of all our meals. The pasta dishes were spot on and the chile oil provided for the Arrabiata was awesome. One of our party members raved about the Sirlion and the food really exceeded all of our expectations (Even the kids cheese pizza was delicious, as I was only able to get one bite in before my son devoured the entire dish). I would definitely visit this wonderful restaurant again with my family or for a romantic evening out.

This was a fun experience for a date night. Nice atmosphere, clean facility, friendly staff. There is a traditional pub style bar you can sit at instead of a table for those solo nights out. Menu can be daunting at first glance but everything is listed if you are reading carefully enough. If the menu is confusing, ask the staff, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Seating was comfortable, the live plants all over are a nice touch as well. My only down to this experience was noise level, by the time we left it was great, but a full house can be quite "Noise Chaotic", maybe I only noticed because of the ADD and it isn't like it was their fault for being busy. Food portions are good (as in properly controlled). Food was delicious! Would 100% recommend trying the Olive oil Cake!

Dessert was major disappointment could have had a better dessert in the frozen section of the grocery store. People who say this is the best place in town must only eat fast food. Y'aaaaaall! Please make sure you check this place out. If you're a local, if you're passing through, or staying here for business, run - don't walk - to this fine establishment. The food is prepared amazingly well (I refuse to settle for anything less than charbroiled veggies after this), the Italian soda mixes are delicious, the desert was a perfect cap to a delectable meal, and the service was top notch. If Ty is your server, consider yourself lucky (though everyone there seemed super friendly). His calm, welcoming demeanour will instantly put you at ease. The venue has this hip, country chic, bistro sort of vibe to it that you'll see people wearing clothes that range from jeans and graphic tees (maybe a bit too casual for this establishment for my tastes, but that's just personal preference) to people dressed up for a lovely date night and no one seems out of place here. Oh! And save room for the Olive Oil cake. Don't let the name throw you; it's effectively a very elevated strawberry shortcake and worth saving room for. I'm not from this province, but I may legitimately make a point of coming back to Alberta *specifically* for another fabulous meal here. It’s great that they use all local suppliers and creators from Lethbridge, but the dishes are nothing creative or something you can’t make at home. The drinks are classic and decent, the staff is hit and miss with friendliness and efficiency. Our pasta was overdone and had the appearance and consistency of being microwaved. The desserts didn’t seem made in house. It was kind of disappointing. Probably won’t be back.

The carbonara isn't anywhere near what carbonara is and resembles more of an Alfredo, and doesn't even have egg in it. The bolognese was more of a Tomato sauce with meat in it. The onions weren't cooked, the meat wasn't browned, and it was under seasoned—where's the celery and carrot? The tomatoes in the sauce were also not cooked and tasted of nothing but raw tomato and onion.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with my visit here. High quality food for a good price. Enjoyed a nice bruschetta, turkey panini and cannoli. The bread on the bruschetta was very soft and flavoured with a nice oil, they were generous with the cheese and the bruschetta itself. The turkey panini was incredible, the turkey itself was by far the best turkey I have ever had, it was very tender. The cannoli was really good as well, I would recommend getting one for desert! We enjoyed the skor flavoured one, and they have other flavours to choose from as well.

I really liked everything going on here. From the decor, lighting to the music. Our server was Steph. She was excellent! She knew everything about the menu and was great at recommending certain things. Everything on the menu is made fresh and you can tell when tasting it. I loved it here! Went for dinner with 3 friends and the food was delicious. It took a little longer than expected for our main courses to arrive but the food was worth the wait. The desserts were a little disappointing however the cannolis were soggy and unappetizing. The tiramisu was ok but not amazing like the main menu. Regardless of the end of the meal being a let down I would definitely return for starter and a main course!

I really wanted to like the food here. Nice decor, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. But the food was just....bland to me. You expect tart balsamic, earthy basil, and full bodied four cheese ravioli, but I didn't get that. It was nice, but the distinct ingredient flavours just got flattened somehow. The roasted vegetable pannini somehow managed to be fabulous though, even microwaved the next day. I could taste each ingredient and it was awesome! Do more of that, please!

We went for dinner the other night and the service was excellent. They have amazing Bruschetta and the Olive oil cake is delicious. I ordered the citrus chicken and it was ok, would have liked a more citrus flavour to it versus being overwhelmed with red sauce but it was good. I am giving my low rating because I was extremely disappointed that when I asked for a mojito their manager came over and told me they dont have the mix for that drink……… a mojito is made of Limes, mint, simple syrup, bacardi rum and soda water, if no simple syrup is around you can use sugar packets. When staring at their drink menu they have every one of these ingredients in other drinks. She recommended a different drink they had that is just like a mojito….. it has a sparkling Chardonnay in it. Sorry but to me you are either uneducated in your drinks or you would rather just offer what is on your drink menu then to help accommodate a guest request. The drink selections are not great here. Needless to say I was disappointed because I really wanted a mojito.

Great service, inviting atmosphere, but the food lags behind. The host staff and the server were both very friendly and attentive, and the modern dining area is a comfortable space, but ultimately I found the food to be a little less Italian than Italian Table may desire. The carbonara was more cream-based than egg yolk based, and several other menu items listed were more on the North American-ized side of Italy. I'm hoping their menu can evolve and become a great restaurant in a town that needs it.

For obvious reasons, my kids and I haven't gotten out much lately. On a rare trip out of our own four walls, I took my six year old daughter on a mother/daughter date to Italian Table! Both Sarah and Jamie were incredible! My squirrely, overstimulated kid was no match for their patient and loving conversation and service. The food was amazing, I swear I ordered half the menu by mistake. Speaking of which, I misread something on the menu, causing a vast difference in expected and received bills. With nothing but my expression of surprise, they bent over backwards to accomodate the impression I had been under. In minutes. To be clear, this was my mistake, not theirs! I am grateful for the blissful adventure out, and the phenomenal service I experienced while there. Italian Table will become a staple for me and my loved ones.

If you are looking for good service and good food DO NOT GO HERE! Go to a fast food place beside this place you will get way better food and way better service! No utensils. Only 2 menus for 5 adults and 3 kids. Very long wait time for the food, we've been here for a little over an hour and still nothing. Some people are nice though, our waiter isn't. I'd expect the the "stuffed pasta" lasagna to be more than just plane old lasagna that costs $18 or $19. I'd suggest getting a $1 TV dinner from Walmart because it tastes WAY BETTER!

My sweetheart and I decided to give the Italian Table a shot. We haven't had a good Italian place in Lethbridge since Coco Pazo. The atmosphere is open, and could be a bit noisy. Once we were seated, Sara, the floor manager, came to make sure everything was ok, and to check up on a serious good allergy. Our server was a bit flighty, but Sara was very attentive. We had a large group with children come and sit next too us. She offered to move us, but being the parents of 11 kids, we could handle the commotion. The food was AMAZING! The wait staff was ok and the prices were fair. We will definately make this a 'go to' spot for a night out. The lasagna was great, and my love really enjoyed the 4 cheese ravioli. We'll done!

Never been here before but was recommended to me by various friends and coworkers. My first impression was I would not expect a restaurant like that inside of a sandman hotel, the place was tasteful and well decorated. We were greeted promptly by our server, Ty. He knew his wine and recommended the crab lobster ravioli and the steak sandwich and both were AMAZING. Ty was authentic and really made mine and my mom's experience memorable-- Give this guy a raise! Will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I are new to the city and decided to try the Italian table as our first date night since moving from Calgary. Upon entering the building the first thing we noticed was the incredibly awkward wait staff, or should I say hosts? We weren’t sure as to the role of any one of the staff because it seemed as though everyone that worked there was standing at the desk talking to one another, or leaning up against the wall watching us eat. On top of that, I ordered the lobster and crab ravioli and I will say that it didn’t taste horrible, but after leaving we decided to walk over to the a&w in the same parking lot in our fancy dinner clothes. The whole experience was incredibly regrettable as the bill turned out to be 63$ for just two of us and no booze (and we left hungry). We will not be returning to this establishment ever again and we will detract anyone from entering through the doors.

I was very pleased with my out of town visit to this restaurant! The staff was more than friendly and showed great knowledge of the menu items. I distinctly remember telling the waiter what I was in the mood for and told him to surprise me, and he nailed it. The atmosphere was bright and very inviting, not to mention very clean. I do not think the pasta is made by hand (I could be wrong) which would have increased the ‘authentic’ Italian vibe. The pastas we had were tasty, however, my dish was slightly over seasoned (nothing worth changing the review over though). We loved it so much we stayed for dessert. This is a great place to bring a date if you want to dine in a comfortable space with delicious food. Only flaw is that the bathrooms are located far away from the actual restaurant. Great work and I will be back soon to enjoy a meal!

It was great! The food was amazing, particularly the caesar salad and the lobster raviolo. The dressings are made inhouse and the ingredients are all locally-sourced. Everything had a variety of interesting herbs and great presentation, and you could tell that the chefs are passionate about what they do. If you're hungry start with the Traditional Antipasto the "for two" is generous! The atmosphere right from when I walked in was amazing! The staff were friendly but then you get to the food and it was by far the best pasta I have had at any restaurant in a long time! It was a very good portion size and the olive oil cake that I got for dessert was very tasty and not too sweet. The one thing that I was a little shocked with was that it was a whole $5 extra dollars just to add a very small portion of chicken to the meal which in my opinion is a little aggressive and over the top... BUT I would say that everything else about my experience FAR outweighed that one little gripe. I would very much recommend this place as somewhere nice to eat for dinner that is a little classier but still casual. P.S. Don't expect to buy a meal for $15 each because it is a little on the pricier side but well worth it!

Clay was such an amazing server! Dealing with my incessant questions, and helping me find the perfect wine pairing to my entree. The bruchetta was simple and delicious, and well as the pesto gnochhi, being creamy, delicate, and flavorful. The cannoli (leman raspberry and skor bar) were the perfect finale for my date night! I HIGHLY recommend this place, as they also try to locally source as much as possible. The pasta hailing from Let's Pasta right here in lethbridge!! The restaurant is very clean and bright. The waiter was very good ... Polite and helpful. And the food was good. I would rate it about an 8 out of 10. The cost for a couple without drinks was about $50. I would go again.

This was a fantastic meal. We did the 5 course meal with a group of us, and although it was a little costly, it was well worth it for the value that you get. Appetizer, Salad, Pasta, Main dish and Desert. We were stuffed. In addition, the wine selection was really great. I recommend this place.

Fantastic meal and service. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience and we'll be certainly returning. The food is as close to authentic Italy you can find (which is no easy task). Loved the renovations and decor as well. Food reco - go with the tenderloin with truffle butter, it's worth it. Update: Dec 2018 - we returned for our staff Xmas party and everything was up to expectations, great food, wine and service. We couldn't have asked for a better evening to spend with our crew. Several years ago the "old" Lodge hotel had a restaurant that was a go to place up until it was renovated and had several menu changes. Under the Sandman Inn about a year ago the restaurant is now called the Italian Table and has regained its status, in this customer's opinion as "a go to place". Great service, food selection, quality and pricing combined with a decor that makes one feel very comfortable are some of the reasons I encourage anyone to try this venue "when in Lethbridge"

I was originally impressed. The decor and atmosphere are great. But I ordered the lasagne. The flavour was very bland and the noodles were so over cooked and doughy I couldn’t finish. Nothing offered when I complained to our server. We were not offered refills on our drinks even once. Was a disappointing first impression.

I wish there was a 2.5 starts option but when having to choose between 2 and 3 I gotta go with 2 on this one. It's too bad too as I really wanted to love this place. Here was our experience. My family and I started out this Friday night looking for a place to eat. We hit one spot and it was line up but then my wife remembered this Italian Table in the old Lodge hotel. We hadn't been there so thought lets give it a shot. We arrived and it was busy but not jam packed which is never a great sign on a Friday night but we were happy to get in. The decor is amazing. I was blown away with how great it looked inside. We got a booth which was perfect. The menu was a little confusing but in their defense the server did offer to explain it to us and we (not wanting to eat our pride) said ah no we got this:) The server brought us this great water jar/jug thing so we could refill our own water and it was ice cold. That was really cool and classy. So all good up to this point right? Alright here is where things start to slide. The server left and we carefully decided what we wanted. The menu is just a sheet so there is no menu to "close" alerting the server we are "ready to order" so we just kind of hung out for a bit. Maybe 10-12 minutes but that's a long 10-12 minutes. What kind of worried me is I didn't see any food coming from the kitchen. That is never a good sign. Finally our server (who was really nice) came for our order......then we waited.....and waited.....and waited. After about 30 minutes the server did apologize and say the food should be out soon. The next 15 minutes was probably the most awkward as this nice server just avoided us (and I don't blame her) as what was she going to say? Finally about 40-45 minutes after ordering (and waiting to order) we got our food. I would describe the food as "very good" but this is not a place where you leave stuffed. Whoever runs/owns this place is definitely looking to cut costs. Staff for one, but the portions were very small and the even the presentation was small. My wife had the lasagna and it was served in this little bowl. Maybe the thinking is the smaller the dish the larger the portion looks? Oh, and the bread. They give you the most delicious bread with your pasta dish but it's (no joke) the size of 2 crackers. I don't know how much bread costs to make but they were saving some money there. Honestly had I known I would have ordered two meals. The reason for the 2 stars (and wanting to go 2.5) is the staff was amazing. The (what I think was) the manager brought us our food and the server was great. I thought the value was pretty good actually....and then I saw the portions. The guy beside me had the steak tho (another table) and it looked pretty good. So - in recap. If you want great atmosphere, very friendly staff, very good food, are not that hungry and have a lot of time to spend......this is our place:) Too bad too as this would be so easy to make a 5 star place. Throw an extra scoop of pasta on the plate and tell the person cutting the bread to not treat it like it's the last loaf before the great depression, and do all that in under...even 25 minute and I think we would have a winner.

This is hidden in a pretty basic hotel. The atmosphere is very upscale but the workers are down to earth. The staff is very attentive. The food is excellent. The pasta was done perfectly and not over-sauced. The dessert was moist and made to the highest proper standard. Drinks aren't watered down. Big portions for the appy. Would eat here again - i've noticed alot of solo business individuals are eating alone or doing some personal work, such as myself. So, they are open to all parties but i would suggest leaving before dinner time.

The overall feel of this restaurant was inviting and not "over classy". The service was good and food came out fairly quickly. Prices were very reasonable. The food was excellent although I thought my dish was missing something flavor wise. My wife's food was great (I had to steal a bite). Finished it off with the Olive Oil Cake which was also great. We went at a slower time so not sure what it would be like during a dinner or lunch rush, but we both commented on the way out that we would come back and try it again.

Absolutely amazing. My new favourite place in Lethbridge. The food is wonderful, the staff are sweet and care about the customers, the atmosphere is perfect. I could not recommend this place more. The people in my group got the lobster and crab ravioli, which was wonderful; The lemon chicken dish that I forgot the name of, which she said was the best thing she ever had; I had the Table Carbonara and I found my new favourite food. I also had the Minestrone soup and adored it. I couldn't even finish my food because there was so much of it there, but still pushed myself to eat a canoli. The canolis are just like ones you get while in Italy. I am so happy to have found this amazing place.

We were here again recently and my 4yr old daughter didn't want any sauce on her pasta, just plain butter and parmesan cheese, the waitress said that was no problem. We had a great meal and the host made sure my daughter was enjoying her meal which gave us adults some quiet time to enjoy our meal. We appreciate the time and patience that the staff gave our daughter after all it doesn't seem like a toddler friendly place. I would suggest a kids menu to make ordering easier.

The lower level is surrounded by windows with lots of natural light, with a more casual feel to it. The upper level has a bit more of a intimate classy feel to the atmosphere. Food is good. We have been to the Italian Table half a dozen times since it first opened and it is easily still my favorite new restaurant in Lethbridge. The atmosphere and design are great and the food is amazing. I get the pesto gnocchi with prawns everytime and it is perfect. The caprese salad is also to die for and the regular size is perfect to share between two people. The only downside is their cocktail options. They have some fun and creative options but the quality is not great. We have ordered mixed drinks not on the menu as well and they were not made correctly. It's not the end of the world as I usually drink red wine and they have a decent selection. And make sure you leave room for dessert as you MUST try the cannoli as it's devilishly good.

Went for dinner on New Years Eve. I was looking forward to their antipasto plate all week, and it definitely didn't disappoint; I could live off that! Their food is so delicious. Only suggestion is: we asked for a frizzante with dessert, they were out, which is fine, we will order some champagne. Unfortunately, they only sold it by the bottle. I thought being NYE, they would have a special drink available. Not a huge dealbreaker. Overall though, 5 stars and worth the price.
