My wife and i ate here mid day on a Saturday which was fairly quiet. The server sat us almost immediately and was very attentive. Food service was prompt and it was an overall great experience. I would definitely eat here again.

Poor dinner experience on a very busy Sunday evening as the kitchen could not keep up with the food orders with 75 minute wait times. When food did arrive some meals had been sitting for too long and were dried out so meal quality was unacceptable. Lots of unhappy people on that particular night. Server was apologetic but did not make any attempt at service recovery.

We went as two couples for supper. The service was prompt. We sat outdoors as that was our choice and we found it to be very pleasant. The service was great. The food was 6 out of 10. I love fish and chips...I was happy that there were sweet potato fries as a substitute for regular fries but the fish was battered In small morsels...I did not like that. But on my next visit wow.lots fish....excellent!! My main problem is they do not cater to lactose intolerant. They should make a variation of cheesecake for the lactose intolerant customer. The service was great...the young fellow very pleasant.

Very disappointed with our take out meal tonight. $40.00 for 2 burgers that were dry and overcooked, cheese missing. The burgers were sloppily thrown together. We had to pay full price even though we did not want the fries. Ok fair enough, we expected that might be the case but we did expect a good meal and certainly didnt get that.

Ambiance is amazing. Drinks are very fun. Food was great. Not something I'd wait an hour for tho. Apparently it's normal for your food to take an hour on a Saturday at 8pm. When we queried where our food was after about 40 mins, we were told the steak takes long because it was requested well done and that it was a very busy Saturday night (the restaurant was emptying out, it wasn't that busy). And they lied that it had only been 25 mins when I know we ordered at 810 (I took a photo of my drink as the waitress was taking our order and I checked the time that was) and it was 8:55 when we asked about our order. Finally got our order at 910. With a small size steak that somehow took around an hr to prepare & cook. Obviously something happened to our order and instead of being honest about it we were just fed some garbage about it being normal and our fault for ordering a steak well done. Unfortunately we won't be back. We wouldn't have even had an issue if something had happened, these things happen! I really didn't like the avoidance of responsibility.

Good for a nicer night out but not too fancy. Food is mid-priced and very tasty although my lamb was a little overdone. We enjoyed the vibe and the food. Servers were friendly and attentive. I have severe food allergies and was pleased with the way that was handled: The server checked with the kitchen on our order and the manager came out to confirm before putting the order through. The meals came out with a little toothpick labelled "allergy". We will be back. Parking lot was full when we got there but there is street parking nearby.

I had the Animal Burger while my friend had The Burger. Both burgers were very good. He had the Saskatoon pie while I had the donuts for dessert. Again the food was very good. They sat us in the lounge which I thought should not have children. They were children in front and behind us. As for the service, it was disappointing. We never had a refill on the water and I had to ask for tomato sauce for the chips.

Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent and meals eaten at Firestone. Cons: The restaurant is a bit noisy - but only because it's so well attended. The place was packed for nearly every meal I ate there (5 total in 3 days). Not the ideal place to go if you're on a date or want to have a business meeting in the evening. Also, I spent one night at the bar, and while I was served drinks very quickly by the bartender, I felt that I had to pester the staff to get a menu and food order placed. Everything after that went well though! Pros: The restaurant decor is pleasant; It's a great looking place. The food is delicious; try something new! I thoroughly enjoyed the Sicilian pizza, and the donuts were pretty good as well. The asian bites are good too. Plenty to try out here. The staff were generally helpful, quick serving, engaging and pleasant. Had some good banter with a few of them which certainly benefits the experience. I was staying in the hotel, which made accessing the restaurant simple. And I did not regret a single meal here. It also came highly recommended by a number of contacts from the area. Try it out!

I love this place but sad to see their severe lack of focus on service. I saw our waiter (Cris) maybe 3 times? Food took so long, I was on my phone looking up other places to eat. Waiter didn’t bother offering or suggesting anything and didn’t even look interested enough in what he’s doing. The food was subpar and no one checked on our meals. All excuses and no action. I will be hesitant to come back but your brunch is so good it’s almost worth the bad service

The parking there can be horrible because often there are conferences being held at the conference center., which takes up all the parking spots along with the guests at the Hotel. Be prepared to park far away and walk a ways. I made a reservation previous to going, so I am unaware of what the wait could be like to get a table there, but it didn't seem that busy the day I went. I ordered the Beef Dip and it was over-spiced. When I made a comment to the waitress, she gave me the look that says "well that's too bad, enjoy it as much as you can." The waitress was also very slow at filling up the drinks. This would not have been such a dilemma if I didn't need the liquids to wash down the horrible dip. Tums became my friend afterwards to help me with my indigestion from the horribly spices Beef Dip. I love beef dip and have never had a bad one until now. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Cesar Salad though, and obviously there must be some other great dishes there, but the beef dip and the waitress turned me off of every going there again. Had we not been in a rush to get to the movie theater, I probably would have talked to the manager or the chef about the horrible beef dip I was served. The dessert look incredible there, though I sadly didn't have time to order one before the movie. But truthfully, I'd be hesitant of trying anything there after the Beef Dip incident.............

Really good burger and fries and not expensive at all. However me and my date were never offered refills and I don’t know if they cost money or if the waiter just never thought to ask. The waiter was also flirting with my date the whole time and hardly made eye contact with me and while I appreciate his confidence I thought it was kind of unprofessional. The decor is also rather strange honestly and cheap and tacky looking, but it is rather cheap so it’s understandable. Overall would go again if I’m in town!

We have always enjoyed are outings there for supper. We tried their Sunday brunch today, ordered the $15 eggs Benedict. We don't usually complain but the eggs yokes were hard, which is not what you expect when you order this item, and they were very stingey on the potatoes, and we left still hungry. Also an expensive cup of coffee $3.85, had we known that would not haved ordered it. Overall experience is very disappointed...Will not be going there again for breakfast or brunch anytime soon. Keep in mind that it could have just been the cook that day, but that's why I gave it 2 stars not a 1 star. This does not reflect on their evening dinner service.

Most of the staff was great. The gluten free menu is impressive and the gf tuxedo cake is heaven! When it is busy and the manager isn't available to run an allergy it gets a bit annoying. My co-diner was almost done by the time My order arrived. Other visits have been fine, and elsewise it was great!

This was the first restaurant experience that I had in Lethbridge and it was a great one. I took my kids to this restaurant and they had a fair menu for kids to pick from who are picky eaters. The food was absolutely delicious and I definitely intend on coming back. The service was pretty good but on a counter note it was very busy when we went in on a Friday night we ended up having to wait about 20 minutes before we were seated and because it was so busy we may not have seen the level of service that we probably would have seen otherwise as the servers were quite busy. That said they were very professional and helpful and we enjoyed our service and the food. The next time that I go there if I plan to show up at a busy time I will definitely make reservations.

Not What I Expected Like Most other people, the food was on the bland side. From everyone I know who has been there, it seemed like a lot of hype. We were also told a 45min wait for a table, we lucked out and even with an overworked server we still managed to get seated, order, eat our meal and pay within 45mins, at 6:10 on a friday. The lobster & crab dip was good minus for the well salted chips. That aside, the pizza i had was great. The sauce was not super flavorful but overall taste was great. The crust was nice and thin, not soggy or under done. The meats used were not greasy but nicely salted and seemed slightly smoked. Portion size was good, about a medium(10") at regular restaurants. Even at $16 I would purchase it again. Nice light(?) alternative to the usual pizza joint pizza.

The atmosphere of the restaurant gave a very nice grill and lounge style feel. The music was confusing. A soft pop song would play, then the next song would be Mario Kart menu music. I enjoyed ‘The Burger’ and it was so flavourful! The juices from the Alberta beef, the temperature was nice, and presentation was very pleasing. I also had the ‘Fried Mushrooms’ as an appetiser which was a terrible choice. The mushrooms were gigantic, and had no flavour. All I tasted was cooking oil and batter.

Great food with good portions and awesome service. I noticed that the food was very over the top with dressings, toppings and seasoning. There was no option for basic simple dishes. If you do enjoy over the top dishes and good quality food then I would definitely recommend this place!

This is a great place to go with friends or just with your spouse. The menu changes every couple months and we have gone there 25 times.. The servers are terrific they know the menu in and out, and they are happy to help with allergies. My wife is celiac and there aren't alot of places we eat where she doesn't get I'll after.. But Firestone has always given us delicious and safe meals to eat. I would give them 10 stars of I could. It may be a little more expensive but it's worth it.

Usually great. Last visit was awful. Ordered the Korean BBQ. It's was a very small portion and was so salty I couldn't eat it. 50 minute wait for that was pretty disappointing. And it was about 35 degrees in the restaurant. The coconut macaroon cheesecake is just plain cake with coconut sprinkled on the whip cream. The food was mediocre. I've usually had great food there but not this time. I would be fine with mediocre food at a fair price but they are charging top dollar for sub par dishes.

Worst restaurant ever. Three times ive had poor quality food, with sloppy plates and terrible service. One of those times was a funeral wake. i had spoken with the manager, about keeping my table of 14 well serviced and that when i settled the almost 2k dollar tab, I would tip very well. We love going out with our friends to the Firestone for breakfast on Saturday mornings! We are Seniors and we share the Classic breakfast! They even divide it up for us a serve it on separate plates! The food is delicious and the service is great! Show less. Great service great food great atmosphere Had the risotto bites. My friend had the macaroon chez cake. Yum yum Definitely a five out of five excellent food and wonderful people! Would highly recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant is connected to the Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Centre. There is an entrance to connect the two establishments from inside, but it was locked. The restaurant has curbside pickup. There is a beautiful seasonal patio. Service was great and the pasta was excellent. The crème brûlée was good, but a bit off. The crackly topping has moisture on top-this was not my favorite crème brûlée. I asked the server about the locked door. She said sometimes they open it and sometimes they don’t. Hopefully management comes up with a better policy.

I enjoyed my out of town stop here at Firestone. Our server was fantastic. He was very warm, inviting, and knowledgeable. He made great recommendations and ensured we were taken care of. The menu here is has nice amalgamation of flavours, showcasing various food options to meet the needs of what you are craving. The hamburger spring rolls and the spring roll potatoes were nice appetizers. I would have given 5 stars but all of the other food we ordered was just average at best. The Alfredo sauce was neutrally flavoured and unseasoned and the pizza was ‘cheap’ tasting. The drinks made for a lovely twist, the pina colada was nice and creamy. I would like to give this place a second chance to see if other menu items can be even more delicious!

They came out on a mini hot cast iron skillet. I myself had the spicy sweet ginger crunchy wings. It came with 10... BIG... wings. They were very juicy and delicious. The panko crust did not stick very well to the actual wing though, but that is fine. My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing this restaurant for our first time last night and we were not let down.

My fiancé and I tried out Firestone for breakfast and it was AMAZING! Their breakfast potatoes are to die for! The eggs in the Benedict were definitely hard as opposed to medium but still delicious none the less! Our server Amanda was very friendly and has great service! Pricing is super reasonable and their mimosa menu is awesome!

I recognize that there are many 5 star reviews here for this restaurant, however I have a hard time believing their legitimacy. Firestone isn’t bad per se, but it’s not 5 star good.

Came here for the first time in a while and don’t think I’ll come back. We waited more than 5 mins to even be greeted by our server, to then having plastic in my drink. The server just said oh no took my drink and walked away didn’t tell me what was going on at all, maybe I didn’t want that drink again.... the server Renee came to me and my boyfriend table maybe three times in the 1.5h we were there, we sat with empty drinks for a good 45 mins of that time and she didn’t once stop to ask if we wanted more water or another round of drinks. Got our bills the drink that had plastic in it didn’t even get taken off my bill nor did she ask me if there was anything she could do.

We had been here before about 2 years ago and had a great experience. We were thoroughly disappointed this time. Our waitress, Courtney was nice but not terribly attentive. We waited a very long time for our meal to arrive (over an hour) and when it did, it was sub par. My son had pancakes which looked like they had been cooked at 6 am and had sat in a warming dish for hours - dry and gluey at the same time. He had to ask for a side of whipped cream, syrup and berry sauce to give them enough moisture to get through. You would think that an order of pancakes might come with a side for that price. My meal was also drenched in sauce, noodles were mushy and my husband's Cobb Salad was small and topped with the oddest ingredients. Who puts shredded and deep fried hashbrowns on a salad?! Will NOT be back. Waited over a year to eat out with my extended family for a birthday celebration and was incredibly disappointed.

The food was amazing, the staff were wonderful and the drinks were top notch. I had Logan as my server and he was fantastic. He made great recommendations for both food and drink. The peach chipotle old fashioned was delicious but wasn't on the drink menu and I wouldn't have knowledge about it if not for Logan and when I ordered the smoked Ocho old fashioned he informed me of how to make it even better... And he was right. I ate the steak with ravioli and prawns and there wasn't anything on my plate that wasn't mouth wateringly wonderful... And the crispy potato rolls! Don't get me started! Lol I came out of there extremely full and very happy and that's pretty much exactly what a person wants when they walk out of a restaurant. 5 stars, would eat there again lol.

I had the Chicken Bellagio and omg! It was AMAZING! the atmosphere was very fancy and relaxing. Our waiter was awesome. We had the BlackBerry forest cake and it was to die for as well as the peacock passion moscoto. This is definitely a go to restaurant for anyone visiting lethbridge. You won't be disappointed!

Hubby and I don't often go out and we have tried to change our restaurants now and again to try something new. However, we have realized that every time we try to we just come back to here! We have come to firestone quite often a few years now. We make it now our anniversary or our once in a blue moon date night choice and we never regret it! They always have something new on their feature menu which we love cause gives us something new to fall back on. But this time we both stuck to their small plate options. My hubby got their fish tacos and I grabbed their lettuce wrap and mmmmm!!! Thanks so much guys for always making your food so delicious and leaving us happy every time we come! Disappointing experience. We have been to the Firestone many times, the service and food has, in the past, been fantastic. This time was different. The service, while polite and friendly, was slow. We ordered an appetizer to share, we were given one spoon for the appetizer, we had to ask for cutlery when our meals arrived. Our steaks were both under cooked (for me that's okay, for my wife, not so much), my lobster mashed potatoes were cold. The taste of the food was good, if a bit understated. When we finished our meal, the waiter just asked if we wanted our bill, no offer of dessert or coffee. I'm not sure what has changed from our last visit, but management needs to take close look at what's going on, the Firestone was our favorite restaurant, but this experience has definitely changed our perspective.

Came for the Rum Experience with my GF. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. Our Waiter was Logan and he did an excellent job. He had a good knowledge of the menu and knew what was good to order. My GF ordered the Cuban sandwich and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered the Jamaican Street tacos and they were Oh So delisioso! We ordered our drinks from the Rum Experience options and they tasted great too. Definitely will come back again. Loved it all!

First of all the service was amazing. Our server was fast, friendly, and made our visit very enjoyable. The risotto bites were amazing but the deep fried pickles were the worst I've ever had. We both ended up getting the prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, I got the smaller portion. The prime rib was very good and Yorkshire pudding excellent! Our only complaint was that it wasn't enough gravy for meat, potatoes, and pudding. The bad the sticky toffee pudding, it was good but it came with a raspberry sauce that was unnecessary. Great experience and the price was appropriate.

A very, interesting, experience. Not in the good way. Came here as a group of 4, 2 of us got our food great, it was presented well and tasted good. The other two, terrible. Ordered a specific burger with no tomatoes and no onions, order came out as the wrong burger, but with no tomato no onion, food was sent back to be corrected with no issues. The two of us who got our food were done and finished by the time the "corrected" food was brought out. Two burgers with nothing on them but cheese, clearly had been left sitting under a heat lamp for a while before it had arrived. Waitstaff only seemed mildly concerned about an order that took an hour to be corrected. Had a pleasant time on previous visits but will not be returning after this. Overall food was good but a terrible example of customer service.

Almost rated this place five stars, but had to take a star away because they served my wife coleslaw which went bad and was stinking. We were a bit apprehensive of rest of the food and to be honest was scared of having an upset stomach at night. Luckily nothing happened. The food was quite delicious, the ambience was perfect and the service was quite good too.

Waiter brought out wings which were not the ones I ordered, says to me “ well you can just take these ones”. No thanks! So brings them back and comes out with the exact same wings just double cooked so he could add batter. Will not be back. Do not recommend. Food was good , drinks are great , server was polite . Greeting and hostess staff Not impressed . Came after church for brunch and half the place was empty including bar side and we were told it was ALL Reserved !! Not waiting for staff or not seating these areas but Reserved . We would have to wait 10-15 min which we did with 4 other tables. We were there for over an hour and let me tell you unless it was a prank or some fluke mass cancellations 1/3 of those open tables were never seated ! DON’T LIE to people .

One of my favourite restaurants in Lethbridge. Perhaps slightly more upscale, but there's everything from people in formal wear to people in jeans and sweatshirts dining here. The patio in the summer is fantastic! I always love to try the items on the feature menu which changes every few months. You can tell the chefs put a lot of thought and care into the dishes. The regular menu is really good too, the pomegranate chicken, duck sandwich and prime rib are some of our favourites. We have occasionally had slow service, but never bad. Highly recommend reservations (which you can do online!) as it can get quite busy during peak hours. Food is a little bit pricier, but for the quality and portion sizes always worth it. Great drink options too.

Ambience is really cool here. Very romantic and warm. I've been twice and the service was slow both times. Friendly, just slow. Also I've had seafood here and it didn't seem fresh, (stinky), but I ate it anyways and never got sick so I guess that means it wasn't bad. We visited Firestone yesterday and had a great overall experience. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff were simply outstanding. It was easy to tell our server enjoys her job - she was pleasant, fun, and most of all, accomodating. They supply blankets if you're cold when sitting outdoors! How awesome is that! We enjoy the Firestone because the food is fresh, different (in a good way), and delicious. Apparently they're revamping their children's menu to include some of the regular menu items. I don't recall a restaurant that had a decent children's menu - most offer boring, neutral tasting, and mostly unhealthy choices for the children. Overall great restaurant - we'll keep going back.

It was a busy evening, so I'm trying to understand what all went wrong. But we had to wait for over an hour and a half for our food. The waitress had very little knowledge of the menu and even less knowledge about their wine card. My lobster mac and cheese was amazing, I have to give them that, but my wife was very disappointed in her meal and the kids had a mediocre meal at best. It was our first time at Firestone and it will be our last and for the first time in my life I did not leave a tip

I had to come back and change my review. I ordered the chicken and waffles today. I did not get a great order of chicken and waffles but I did get a great lesson on how to make 1/8 of a chicken breast look like an order of food. This place used to be awesome and now it is barely okay. I find the quality inconsistent and dependent on who is working in the kitchen. This is a direct reflection of management in my opinion.

Normally this place is quite good but tonight it has been horrible. We sat ourselves in the bar area (like we always do) but I heard the waitress give the guy next to us hell for not going to the front to be seated so I knew we were in for a bad time. 20 minutes later we still hadn't seen a server then 5 minutes after a different server showed up. The good news is one of the guys im with knows the owner and will be sharing our experience with him. Like i said, normally its good here but tonight has been horrible.

Their food LOOKS nice. The presentation is really good. That's all I can say about the food. The feel of the restaurant is unsettled. The lounge area opens into the dining area and the lounge allows children. Feels different when you're sitting at the bar and a child is your neighbor. The bright neon by the open concept kitchen does not feel like it belongs in what they say to be an upscale fancy restaurant. Prices are high for poorer quality food.

Good food, Good service, Good Value I have eaten lunch a number of times here and it has always been quite good. This was perhaps that first time I had dinner here and it was the first time I have been to this establishment during the Covid era. I wasn't disappointed with the food or quality of the service. My spouse and I both ordered off the "Uncorked" menu which offers a complimentary glass of wine. I ordered the Brick Chicken which was great, and was more than I could eat at one sitting. My wife had the Bamboo Bowl which also was a large meal. Both were well cooked and presented. We also shared a slice of the Callebaut Chocolate Fudge Cake which was massive and very tasty. The service was prompt and friendly. All employees observed the masking requirements.

My fiance grabbed the Neptune Stuffed Mushrooms, which were the perfect appy size and she told me they tasted wonderful! They came out on a mini hot cast iron skillet. I myself had the spicy sweet ginger crunchy wings. It came with 10... BIG... wings. They were very juicy and delicious. The panko crust did not stick very well to the actual wing though, but that is fine.

My only complaint would be that it was a little busy so the wait time for our food was a bit longer, but I got to enjoy the extra time talking with my dad. There was a good variety of food options. My dad made a special request with his food, when he got his plate the request wasnt fulfilled but the servers corrected it right away and were very nice about it. All in all a great restaurant.

Food taste, quality, and price line up. As with all busy restaurants mistakes sometimes get made. Staff is friendly and accommodating. If you have issues with people touching your drink garnishment do not get a cocktail here. We often sit in the lounge facing the bar and television's, with a full view of the drink service area we have observed several of the waitresses play/fix their hair and then make garnishments for drinks. No hand washing. Playing with the straws also seems to be a popular way to pass the time while waiting for drinks. The bartender (s) should wear gloves and be in charge of this or prepare them in the kitchen. On a positive the prime rib here beats the Keg, with yorkshire pudding and all the sides you expect the flavors are spot on

The best time to visit this place is of a morning when the food is fresh or fresher than what it will be later on in that day. I've been here a few times and every time the service was poor, the food was disappointing and over priced. I believe in giving a place a fair chance and that's why I've been a few times and it was a few times too many. The staff are rude and not helpful what so ever. I took my Mom here once when she came to visit from England. My Mom asked for a plain salad with NO tomatoes or any type of seeds ( as she has a severe seed allergy) when we gave this order to the server, the server just rolled her eyes and became very unprofessional and she still brought a salad with tomatoes and a seed based dressing, when I complained to the server she called over her supervisor who asked what could she do, I explained what the problem was and still she just looked at my Mom and myself and still said "well what do you want me to do". Well that was a few months ago and I've never been back. Firestone has got a lot of potential but over all, this place is very poor quality and not recommend.

Went for dinner. Took about 10 min to receive our drinks. No water was offered until we asked. I ordered the Mahi Mahi. I told the waitress if the fish was over, like many places cook fish, I would send it back. My wife ordered the steak. Both dishes came out, my wife's shrimp were cold, as were the veg. They said they would fix it. My fish looked like it had been set under a heat lamp to die. It was so over. I ordered stack Yorkies instead. Three minutes later my wife's "new" steak came out. They just put the shrimp, veg and steak back on the grill to warm it up. Of course the streak was now well done, not medium rare, and her shrimp..one of which were missing was like rubber. . I cancelled my order and left. Horrible service and could not care what they served. We will NEVER be back. Do not go.

So this is the second time Firestone Grill has let us down. This time I have decided to write a review. We walked in at 1640 and was walked to our table, had multiple waitresses and waiters walk by us for 20 min as we were sitting in the lounge at the first table closest to the entrance. No one came to our table to check on us or even bring water. The restaurant wasn't busy as we went just before the supper rush. Decided while we were waiting to wait till 1700 to see if they would notice and give them time to come and serve us. After 1700 decided to get up and leave. Prior to leaving I mentioned to the one younger waiter at the front entrance that was checking people in that we were leaving as we were sitting there un served for 20 min and was able to make a reservation at the keg while waiting to just get our drinks ordered. Very disappointed, yet again!

Firestone is my favorite restaurant in Lethbridge, Alberta. The food & service is excellent, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the decor is modern and tasteful, the restaurant & bathroom is clean, and the price is incredibly fair for the quality and amount that you get. The feature menu keeps things interesting if you want something different from the regular menu. They have done everything right. The pictures: Lobster, shrimp, and artichoke dip - creamy, with chunks of seafood. Muscles: Done in a creole butter & cream broth. Cooked to perfection! Ordered the New York strip, perfectly cooked, came with potatoes in a pastry wrap of some sort, amazing. Side of mixed vegetables were great too. Had a side Caesar salad and it was the only disappointing thing, very bland... Dessert was awesome and HUGE portions, had a white chocolate brownie with salted caramel. Service was also fantastic. This restaurant is an amazing place to go for a nice dinner if you want to dress up a little without breaking the bank. At its price point, it is almost unmatched. The quality of the food is very good, the portions are extremely generous, and the prices are more than reasonable. There are other reviews complaining about the quality of the food, but keep in mind that this is not the place to go for fine dining. My salmon and scallops were a little overdone, and so was my wife's lamb, but the food was still delicious. TLDR: Great restaurant, highly recommended, amazing bang for your buck.

Went to Firestone tonight with the family and ordered the mushroom gnocchi. It was absolutely amazing. I made my family try a bite and everyone loved it. Boxing Day, so was a busy opening in the restaurant. However, reservations were made for our larger table (12 people), so they knew we were coming at their opening time. Service was slow in general, bar got slammed and behind, and food came out for many of our table as cold or overcooked. Our server was curt and not very friendly, and he did not tell us his name. He did have tattoos and a nose ring, though. We placed our orders around 7:45-7:55, and didn't get served until 8:40! In addition, I got served the wrong thing (I ordered the Yorkshire Pudding Stack and got served the Mushroom Pork Tenderloin)but I didn't want to make a fuss as we had been waiting for so long for our food. No reason was given. The server did take what I ate off our bill, which was good of him. Furthermore, the food was tasty. It was just not worth the wait and it was very disappointing to get served something I did not order. The drinks were okay, but I felt my drink (Dark Ritzy) was poorly mixed. Too sweet at the top, and nothing but rum at the bottom. Overall, the experience was fair. The decor in the restaurant is great, but the acoustics are not so great. I don't think I would recommend this restaurant based on the price, the wait time, and the service.

Do not expect coming out of this restaurant happily. Truly do not judge the book by its cover. The place looks amazing but the food is just horrible. The cook need to step up their game. The food will put you in a bad mood. Especially for its cost. The customer service was also not good. Waiters didn't bother asking us how our food were, didn't bother to come by to ask for water refills, or bothered thinking there was no utensils in our table when they took out our food to change it the second time. since they got the steak wrong. It was nice that the second was still the full order but it was once again, disappointing. The friend I came with was pregnant so she needed the food to be cooked well. Her food was undercooked. We took a few bites of the second try then left right away. It was so disappointing we needed to buy sweets to take off the nasty feeling from their food. I hope the cook works on their skills more. This was not the first time and it will be the last I come there.

Our server was really sweet and bubbly. Waited almost an hour to be seated (not tremendously unusual for a Saturday evening), but almost just as long for our food to arrive. Food was fair, prices were unjustified. Overall, disappointed
