I never expected such a high-end and gorgeous restaurant inside of our hotel! The food was amazing and the drinks were great! This one came with my favorite candy which was a nice touch. The wait staff were very nice and accommodating to us (only one of us speaks French) but they were a bit slow to come around to us around check time. Overall a great experience and we were very impressed.

La table a été desservie entre 7:45 et 8 et nous devions quitter à 8:15( ce qui n’était aucunement problématique ) Jamais on ne nous a demandé si nous voulions des desserts pendant qu’ils desservaient et lorsqu’on a voulu en commander a 8 heures pile, le serveur nous à répondu que c’était impossible , on nous à envoyé le manager pour nous dire mot pour mot: « vous êtes arrivés en retard donc on ne peut vous sortir de dessert »: en d’autres mots, c’etait notre faute. A aucun moment on nous a proposé certains desserts rapides à sortir ou des desserts à emporter( je fêtais ma fête ce soit la et ils etaient au courant) Il a fallu avoir nos manteaux sur le dos pour proposer a un groupe de 7, quatres places au bar. Trop peu trop tard. La facture a pris 15 minutes à arriver et le service entre l’entrée et le plat principal etait lent , extrêmement lent ce que je peux comprendre etant moi même chef d’entreprise et le manque de main d’oeuvre mais ne pas offrir de solutions et accuser le client, c’etait un faux pas au point de vue service a la clientèle. Un très mauvais service

Really liked the service here. The waiters were all amazing that friday night! I had the burger with a salad, honestly the salad was amazing I don't regret not getting the fries. My friends got a Cesar salad and the burger plate but with fries. The food was good and the ambience was very very nice. I like the lighting and the terrasse. Would recommend for a nice relaxing diner out with some loved ones.

(Translated) Although we had visited the Lionel de Boucherville several times, this was our first visit to the one in Laval. The big negative point of our visit was the slowness of the service from taking orders to serving meals. However, our server was very courteous to us and also told us about a lack of kitchen staff. On the culinary side, we find the flavors we love so much from Lionel. Generous portions and tasty dishes. The only downside there would be that the presentation of the dishes was less careful compared to the restaurant in Boucherville. (Original) Bien que nous avions visité plusieurs fois le Lionel de Boucherville, ceci fut notre première visite à celui de Laval. Le gros point négatif de notre visite était la lenteur du service que ce soit pour prendre les commandes jusqu'au service des plats. Par contre, notre serveur était très courtois avec nous et nous a aussi fait part d'un manque de personnel en cuisine. Côté culinaire, on retrouve les saveurs que l'on aime tant du Lionel. Des portions généreuses et des plats goûteux. Le seul bémol là dessus serait que la présentation des plats était moins soignée par rapport au restaurant de Boucherville.

(Original) Malgré que le restaurant fermait à 23h, nous avions été chanceux d’être pris à 22h ( Évitez de reproduire cela si vous pouvez arrivez plus tôt, j’ai pleinement conscience que le personnel n’apprécie pas les clients de dernières minutes ) et même été servis après l’heure de fermeture. La serveuse était très sympathique, le look du restaurent est très beau, le service est rapide, et la nourriture était au top. Franchement génial. Je vous recommande ????
