Such amazing service! We had an old gift card in my fiancé's wallet that we didn't know the balance of--it didn't work on swiping, but our lovely server Emma H entered in the numbers manually and we found out we had $50 on it! Definitely an amazing surprise! We had such an amazing time, and service really made our night. Emma H's service was above and beyond!!!

Had a long and difficult experience trying to order online, and it was my anniversary. I left my feedback regarding this online issue, and the manager called me back right away, apologized profusely and provided us with help. He even gave us lots of extra dessert as well as a gift card. It was above and beyond and really made us feel better after an issue that wasn't even their fault. What thoughtful service, we really appreciated it and made our anniversary even better! ❤️

Arrived on Saturday night with no reservations. Was still seated within an hour. Staff was attentive and efficient, but we still didn't feel rushed. Mistake was made with my order but was corrected within 4 minutes. I was impressed with the way the staff handled the complaint, the manager and our server came over right away and made sure we were OK. Both myself and my wife had worked at restaurants in the past so know mistakes happen and weren't really phased. The food was spectacular in both quality and presentation. And when the bill came my meal had been comped for the mistake. Will definitely be returning regularly, maybe with reservations next time.

The staff was very friendly and the low lit dining atmosphere was exciting and intimate. There were so many interesting fun mixed drinks to chose from. I ordered the chicken pesto quesadilla and I was beyond impressed by how good it was.

If you needed any evidence that Cactus Club hires its female staff for their ornamental and aesthetic value, look no further than this location. Which explains perfectly why it was a total sausage party with 80/20 guys to girls ratio. The 14oz lager for $4.60 (after tax) is a good deal for any night, and a good beer, so they get my highest praise for that. I doubt there's a better deal around on a Friday actually. The $8 quesadilla on the late menu is a good deal too. Why only three stars? The music was loud and abysmal, unless you like generic R&B and have a short attention span. Come on, this is Langley! How about some tunes with an edge and more masculinity for all the buff dudes who go here hopelessly hoping to pick up a girl! Anyways, the atmosphere is more night club than restaurant, but your only other option is Gabby's Country Cabaret (ick!).

I would consider myself as a regular here , and I normally don't post anything here ..but i find myself having to do this..last night I went there with a friend after a hockey game .... We were told to go and find a seat in the lounge , which we did .. infact lots of tables were available, including on the patio ,..we sat down and somebody after sitting there for almost 10mins came up to us and told us we can't sit there , the girl up front had been making this mistake all night and he told us we have to get up.and leave or wait for another table , why ?? I wasn't the one who made the mistake ... But once again told to leave ...so let me tell you , this will be my last time ever at any cactus club , and I was going there on average 2 to 3 times a week .. I know they won't care .. but it's my 2 cents worth ....

Spaghetti with 5 prawns were not great. The spaghetti and the sauce resembled canned spaghetti $17 for this meal was not good value. My friend had a chicken dish that would have been good if not so over salted. He described it as being equivalent to swallowing a salt shaker. I will avoid cactus club moving forward. R

Decided to try Cactus Club Lgly ... I have been to several locations but not this one. Seated at the bar to wait for a table. Music too loud. Asked if the music was as loud in the dining secton but bartender did not understand. Asked the res desk for table on patio but for reservations only. Used to having a conversation while eating. Left.

I’m a frequent customer here and my family tends to get the chicken burgers but the last time we ordered it for takeout the blackened chicken was way too chewy and did not taste right.

This restaurant will not allow reservations for groups larger then 7 unless you order a set menu. The lowest price being $45 per person and does not have their normal menu on it. They said you can then add the food you want for its menu price. Terrible way to do things, I am planning a birthday not a Christmas dinner. We want the normal cactus food not some plated dinner you made for the holidays. Enjoy your other reservations and thanks for solidifying our love for Cactus.. not.

Amazing food, just wish the prices weren't so high. They make a MEAN Manhattan cocktail. I definitely recommend it if you're just chillin at the bar or wanna look classy in front of some dimes. Beer selection is mediocre at best. Could use better local beers on tap, but the manhattans make up for it. 10/10 will be dining here again!

Absolutely worst service of any cactus club I have been to. From the point of getting sat at the bar to paying the bill. Got the run around when wanting to sit at the bar with my friend when there was 2 seats open the whole time, and not to mention the bartender forgot to ring through desert and rung it through after 20 mins and said it would be 5 mins, and it was another 15. She didn’t even clear the desert off the bill which is ridiculous. Bartender also only seemed interested to talk and be social when we were paying the bill in hopes of getting a good tip. Definitely don’t recommend this location, head to browns or Earls up the street.

One of the better Cactus Club's I've been too. Staff are very nice and attentive. Food was prepared very well. But like a lot of comments by other visitors the music was a bit loud. The crispy chicken sandwich was so good and definitely recommend a try.

Excellent service and food. We had a order mix up which was not 100% server error, some miscommunication, but the management quickly stepped in and acknowledged the error and gave us one free dish. Errors happen, but taking responsibility is a big thing. We would love to come at this location again.

People who give a restaurant a bad review because they aren't able to take a reservation due to being already heavily booked. Seriously, do you criticise an airline because all the seats on a particular flight are sold out? Make your reservation earlier! They are booked because they are good. Get over it and plan better next time. What are they supposed to do, go buy more tables and set them up in the parking lot?

Food is always good and hot. However most plates are $18 or more. Service and cleanliness is good. Make reservations after 6pm. Parking is ok...you may have to park 6 rows over. Staff friendly. Would recommend.

Went with my friends around 6. Waited till 830.some of my friends drank too much because they were sitting at bar and waiting from long time . At 8 30 server came to us and said it Will still take long time for a table but we also cant not serve you because one of my friend got drunk.we even said we can send her home or one or 2of us will sit outside with her. But give other 10 a table because all were hungary. Got served at 10. They were doing there job . But did not enjoy at all. Food was good though

Service was awful today. Food took so long to come out. The manager lady came to us and said food was taking long cause they forgot our kids order. Didn’t even say sorry and was rude about it like it’s our fault... Use to be better here but now service going downhill. Had to ask for refills and napkins. What am I going to do with one napkin and drink for appetizer and main? Won’t be back especially when you spend 130 dollars and are treated badly.

We were to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Reservations were for an early sitting [4:30] to accommodate my school age granddaughter. There was only one other booth in our aisle in use. The music was very loud. We were offered drinks and our orders taken. The food arrived quickly. Then over the next 30 minutes an employee vacuumed our aisle three times [3x]??? Housekeeping in the middle of an early meal when there had been little traffic other than Cactus Club employees? Then the server started removing plates while we were still eating. One order for dessert to fill a Birthday request…The Cheesecake tasted old. We were out by 6pm vowing to never return although had enjoined many visits in the past. From my perspective you can’t blame these incidents on Covid just terrible management and poorly trained staff that from all appearances seem to be in abundance. Not everyone is a millennial. Some of us still enjoy talking to whom we are with. Subdued music, minimal interruptions, great food is a perfect trifecta for a good restaurant. Yours isn’t in that category. Aim a little higher.

Our go to place for Happy hour and family dinners. Missed it during Covid restrictions. Super nice to be back. Covid protocols were good, service was good as usual. Prices went up but I guess that's understandable given the pandemic. We enjoy their patio.

Usually I quite enjoy cactus but right from the reservation phone call it’s was like they didn’t want us there. They weren’t inviting or polite. We ended up going to joeys for an amazing experience where we felt like family. In times like these they should be trying to go above and beyond to make families feel wanted and special. As this was one of our first nights out in months, I probably won’t go to cactus anymore. They’ve lost their touch.

Our friends and I made a reservation at the cactus club. They lead us to a booth that had a dirty used fork on the seat, and food under the table. I had to comment to the greeter there was a dirty fork on the seat and to request a new seat. Had to change booths to a clean table. I was disappointed with their standard of cleanliness.

The staff member are racist and have no problems showing it. Especially one called Stephanie. They made me and my entire family feel like the dinner was a whites only place to eat. It was so bad we ended up.leaving our food and paying the 175 dollar bill. Had to abandon our food and ended up taking everyone to a fast food close by. Will never eat there and will never recommend that branch. They ruined my sons graduation day. I love to eat at cactus club but will never recommend the one in langley 200th st. How can a manager respond asking me what happened when the manager on duty was called to address the matter and she made it worse.

Have the sushi ...i was shocked at how good this was outside of a sushi restaurant. The flavors were amazing ....seriously . The cocktails were well done and tasty . My sunset soda was a light orange flavor and would have again . The safely measures in place for covid were good and made me forget for a little while about anything but good company, great food and fun. I would go back for sure . We were seated quickly and served by friendly staff.

Wonderful food, great service. Our waitress was helpful and every dish was made to specifications. I would recommend the "millionaire cut" with the 7oz fillet mignon, medium rare. Wonderful and so tender that it melts when you chew. One of the best restaurants in Vancouver. Great dining experience and amazing environment. You'll love it.

I love their happy hour! :) It gets super busy at this time, so try to come early to get a spot and avoid the waiting time. This time I had the Tuna poke bowl, mini chicken burgers, and yam fries. All were delicious and brought out quickly. I also had a very yummy Bellini. Our server was sweet and attentive, which I always appreciate when I am out to enjoy a meal. :)) I had a really good time with friends and family.

My first time at this cactus location and I won’t be going back. The hostess was incredibly rude and dismissive to my whole party. We had called ahead to ensure we would be able to sit down, and we’re told we didn’t need a reservation and would be able to walk right in. When we arrived, there was little to no signage for Covid. We walked in to be seated, only to be turned around and told we had to talk to the hostess outside- who wasn’t there when we arrived. When we walked outside, a line had formed in front of the hostessing stand. When we tried to explain we had already been inside, she coldly told us to go to the back of the line. When we tried to explain what had happened, she was dismissive and told us again to go to the back of the line. We patiently waited our turn, but by the time we approached the hostessing stand we were told we wouldn’t be able to be seated for OVER AN HOUR. I understand that there is a procedure to be seated, but we’re not mind-readers, and without proper signage you’ve made it impossible for your customers to follow. The tone she told us to get to the back of the line in was incredible inappropriate and offensive. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a Cactus location and frankly I’ll be taking my money to other establishments that don’t treat their customers like second class citizen. I’m not sure what had happened to this particular hostess to be so condescending and rude to us, but my best advice for her is to not let your personal life or bad attitude come with you to work.

My first experience to this restaurant yesterday was rather poor, but I decided to come back to give it another try. I ordered take out yesterday. However today I sat in the bar while doing my work on laptop. The server was very friendly. Not too attentive but attentive enough. Recommended the best dessert I've ever had (the chocolate toffee mousse). I ordered the steak medium - was delicious! Only reason I am not giving this a 5 is because the music is just a tad too loud which makes people talk even louder. Atmosphere, food, service was all great - which is rare to find when travelling for work, in my experience!

My partner and I came to cactus club for Dine out Vancouver. We got the Steak dinner for 2, my partner’s steak was tender, slightly overcooked, but a good steak none the less. I ordered the exact same meal, but my steak was like chewing on a basket ball. I told the waiter, and he told me that it’s just the luck of the draw whether you get a nice cut of steak or not. They did take a round of happy hour drinks off of our bill in the end, still a rather disappointing experience.

Always a fabulous experience, come for the Szechuan Lettuce Wraps, stay for the Bellini, the happy hour in particular is feast for the eyes and the not too hard on the wallet either. I don’t know what they do to it, but the Cajun Chicken Sandwich is a party in your mouth! The service is always outstanding.

My husband and were really excited to come here for our wedding anniversary this week. It was a little disappointing the server never asked us if we were celebrating anything... which isn't the end of the world, it's just a nice touch that goes a long way. But I have to say, we both ordered the steak, and both of ours were extremely tough and chewy. They were cooked as requested but it seemed like the cut of meat was of poor quality. I'm just writing in as feed back- cactus, you need a new meat supplier!! The zen roll was great though!

Went there after Sunday shopping with my mom. We are both vegetarians and ordered our yummy meals. The staff was super friendly on a busy afternoon. The waitress even took time to adjust our bill to reflect adjustments like no meat to the rice bowl - no other place does that! We super appreciated it. Went for a birthday. Larger party. I did not realize that this restaurant basically turns into a club at night. The patio was so insanely hot my rare tuna club was cooked by the time I finished it. The food was good. But not great. It took a long time and the table was served so slowly. First people were finished by the time the last were served. Servers were polite and efficient. But it wasn't fun. Don't sit on the patio under a heater. It was too hot to finish my meal. Will I go Back? No. Sadly if I wanted a club type atmosphere I would have gone to a club. I wanted a nice dinner. In a nice restaurant.

I have been to cactus club several times but this was my first takeout order. I ordered online and since it was only 7 mins away from my house, I chose to pick up the food. Everything was so easy since the start and the timing was perfect. The order was ready as exactly as the time they sent it to me through sms. The service was good and friendly, the food was fresh and good as usual. I had truffle fries, tuna poke bowl and white chocolate cheesecake.

My Girlfriend and I decided to eat here during their Happy Hour period from 3-6pm. Our server was Coralee, and we were both impressed by her because she was positively lively, friendly, charming, helpful, caring, and she had a wonderful smile about her too. We both ordered our Happy Hour appetizers, and our drinks too, and it wasn't more than 15 minutes when our orders arrived at our table where we were seated at. The appetizers were hot, fresh, and very delicious, and we both ordered more of their tasty appetizers, especially when we had both finished the first appetizers we initially ordered. We were both Impressed from the Excellent service we received from Coralee, and of course the Excellent food choices we had that evening too. We went for lunch and had an amazing experience! The servers were very friendly and happy to assist. The food was amazing. Love their lettuce wraps and truffle fries. There is a particular experience I want to share. We ordered lettuce wrap and accidentally we got chicken instead of Tofu. We mentioned it to them and they happily replaced it and it was on the house. Also served us dessert in the end free! All in all excellent food, ambiance and great customer service. We had a great time and would be glad to visit again to enjoy the great food and hospitality.

BEST place for dining with food allergies/restrictions, hands down. They even have a separate "Gluten Free" menu. I've dined at dozens upon dozens of restaurants since being diagnosed, and none compare to the Cactus Club. No matter which location I visit, no matter how busy, they are always able to cater to my food restrictions (all 12 things I must avoid!) effortlessly and without fail. They never get it wrong. I never have to worry about having a reaction. The servers are always knowledgeable about food allergies and cross contamination. They always double check with me if they're not sure of something. They're definitely the most reliable place for a pleasurable allergen free dining experience. Thanks Cactus Club!

Birthday went sour - I was out celebrating my birthday on Sep 20, 2020. So decided to make a reservation. Took my family for some drinks and dinner, I have got 2 really small kids , thus its an ordeal just stepping out, let alone celebrating an occasion. We still took a chance and went. Foods and drinks were good and came in a timely manner, they accommodated our food preferences too.. It all went south when the server (lady) was told multiple times that we are celebrating my birthday and would appreciate a complimentary dessert. I believe its not too much or a big ask as these gestures make the rare occasions special .. They noted each and every time with a nod and a smile. However as we were coming close to finishing nothing happened and there came the bill. $150+ (that's fine too) But guess what lady server you were reminded so many times you agreed and then you when came the moment you said "Oh I believe you guys are already full" … WHAT ???? aghast and angry at that rude comment , my wife got upset .. we finally got a puney little mousse kind of chocolate dish .. did not taste it and left it for them to enjoy.. All was going well till that assumption by the lady server was made.. Felt humiliated and disgusted at that attitude. I just moved in the area and was excited to be living close to Cactus Club .. Guess what You ruined our evening, special occasion thus Lost a customer for life.

This restaurant is a great place for lunch or dinner. The food is always great and the service is good as well. Their seasonal menus have some of the best tasting dished I have ever had. Their summer ceviche was amazing. It gets very busy on weekends and reservations are suggested. They have several choices for seating. The usual dining room, the lounge/bar area and on the patio. The patio has heaters and if it is a little cool out, they bring you a blanket.

I go here often. Food is consistently good. Service can be spotty at times.... but overall they manage well even when it's busy. Drinks and shareable appies all around are good. Patio is really just outdoor space in the parking lot and faces Scott road. If you go when the are busy there can be wait, but it's made worse when the host staff are unable to estimate wait times with any accuracy.

The food is always great of course but the hospitality here is lacking! We (5 adults and 4 kids) were waiting for a table for 30 minutes when there were plenty of seating options available. By the time they seated us, they offered us 2 separate tables completely distant from one another. We were there for a birthday and they expected us to sit far apart. I am talking not even in talking distance. Plus we had 3 toddlers in tow... so one adult would have had to sit alone with the kids! We ended up squeezing into a booth. I have to say the hostesses have no common sense. They kept telling us there was no way to place the tables together, however, on our way out there was a party of 10+ sitting together. #neveragain

A child party gone wrong,went absolutely perfect because of Cactus Club. Went out for dinner for a 9 year olds birthday in Langley, there was 15 of us and the originally planned restaurant does not take reservation. We were told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. Decided to try Cactus Club Langley as it was close and most of us adults prefer the food anyways. It was very busy but they made a table, took us in and celebrated a child's birthday like professionals. The services was exceptional for such a last minute, large group and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you to our sever Phoebe and the rest of the amazing staff.

My wife and I regularly get take out as we are unable to dine in due to COVID-19 and while the food is always great (try the chicken wraps if you haven't already) the service at the take out window is often very rushed and doesn't provide the same quality of service as if we were dining in. Today after waiting 20 minutes for someone to go "check on our food" Gabby was able to locate our food and pack it up and send us on our way before the other girl came back! Gabby had a sense of urgency to pack our order but did so while taking her time and making conversation with my wife and I. She had a great sense of humour and brightened the situation. I am not usually one to write reviews however our experience was so refreshing I couldn't let it go unnoticed. Thank you Gabby!

My wife and I have lived in the Langley and Surrey area for about the last 4 years and Langley Cactus Club has been our favourite restaurant since we moved here. We've probably tried the entire menu and the food is always consistently incredible so we know whatever we order will be delicious everytime. The service has always been stellar and the few times we waited for an item we found them taken off our bill out of courtesy and without mention or complaint on our part. Today we visited for my Birthday dinner and it was as amazing as ever. We tried the new Sushi rolls, had some wings, drinks, and desserts, and were impressed with everything. Our server was on top of the entire night and extremely polite. When I mentioned they had made my Birthday dinner perfectly our server took a drink off our bill again out of courtesy for my Birthday. We had a reservation for 4 people on Thursday at 8:00 and I was there with my wife and 2 kids! I ordered Steak and prawns and some appetizers. I asked for my steak to be medium well cooked and after one hour and 15 minutes they brought my steak back like charcoaled black!! The waitress was really nice and asked me if I wanted another steak but my kids were tired and I just asked for a salad! Listen learned not ordering steaks from here any more! If you are charging 43 dollars for a dish you better get it right! Not a happy customer!

Cactus club rarely disappoints on food. Just watch out. As with most restaurants in the area, dinner time is chaos. From 5:00 onwards, you can expect to wait to be seated. Today Sunday January 17 at 1pm a friend I met for lunch to celebrate my friends birthday. The service was great from the time I first approached the host desk, to being seated, to our server taking our order. Our server Kiara made our experience memorable. You could tell she was smiling even though she was wearing a mask. She exudes positive energy and made sure we enjoyed our visit from start to finish. She answered all of my questions about the menu making great suggestions. She shared her favorites from the menu and you could tell that she was knowledgeable of what the dishes contained. My friend has not dined at Cactus Club often and she was impressed with our visit today. I really have to say that it was Kiara and her customer service that left such an impression. We had the BEST experience Friday evening. We arrived at our reserved time and were sat almost immediately at a table that I was super unhappy with due to its location right in the middle of the patio (first date night in months we were looking for something a little more private). The food was amazing (try the tofu lettuce wraps they're to die for!) It was a great experience from front door right up until we left (3 different staff thanked us on our way out). Came here for a nice night with some of my lady friends and Matt was our server. First of all, hot as an af. He really took care of us and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. Honestly, I've had some bad experiences at cactus club, but this guy turned things around for me. He was so attentive but not invasive, and I'd for real not be surprised if he could turn water into wine. If he went to work at earls, I'd go there instead. Matt is great, go here and ask for Matt! I'd probably even consider Browns, and Browns sucks.

Happy Hour is always great at Cactus Club. I feel like they did decrease the size of their Bellini during happy hour though. Decent service, and doing the whole social distancing thing. Not sure why we couldn't get into the Patio portion - it seemed relatively empty.

However, While sitting near the bar I could see the servers picking up drinks with their fingers at the lip of the glasses and touching the end of the bare straws with their hands. I think they all need to be trained in the basics of proper hygiene when handling cups and utensils. I found it offputting as they are handling money and everything else with their hands...this is how people get sick. It's all sorta common sense stuff, but I witnessed almost all the servers do this.

I arrived there with a friend at 430 in the afternoon and stayed for 6 hours! I was fortunate to be served by Kayanna! All of your servers should have her demeanor! When we arrived we had saw the arrival of departure of the first happy hour, were there through dinner and then another happy hour! Kayanna was amazing but she had been sent home due to her being "NEW". the person who took over the table was not anywhere near the same personality nor attentiveness. All you have to do is look at Kayanna's tip that night to know how appreciative I was! I gave the 5 stars based on her if I had been served by the other all night I honestly would not be even have spent the time to write this! Great job Kayanna! I am hopeful to see you soon! Just so you remember I am the guy with the shaved head and the very beautiful girl with pink hair!

Prices are pretty high for what you get. Service wasn't great since it was busy. The food was mostly good other than the calamari that was over salted (and I'm someone who likes a lot of salt) I was a bit concerned about how packed the restaurant was. I had gift cards from Christmas to use up and I didn't have space to have family from out of town in my home so we came here. There are barriers between tables but the tables are still very close together. This was the first time I've been to a restaurant during covid-19 and it didn't seem much different other than the masks on staff and the addition of barriers

Consistency and chic. Great food (except fish tacos tasted plain) and nice trendy decor. I've been to multiple cactus clubs in BC and one or 2 in Alberta. A common theme that I've noticed is the food is consistent and tastes great. I've always received good service at multiple cactus club locations including the Langley one. The bathrooms are impressive and clean at the Langley location and they have a large patio there also. One thing which kind of perplexes me though is why Cactus club does not have Nachos as an option on the menu. PS the spicy virgin caesars with no ice at the Langley location tasted amazing (props to the bar tender who made them on Friday Oct 20th at around 845 pm).

First time eating here we had curbside pick up and ordered 2 burgers wings and cheesecake the meal was ok nothing special the bill was 72.00 dollars way overpriced for the quality of the meal. we had asked for no Tomatoes on one burger but it came with Tomato which we are allergic to the second issue was there was a large wooden type tooth pick laying sideways in the burger which I bit into and hurt my tooth slightly not a pleasant experience for my first time eating here. Overall did not enjoy my experience here...

Today we were busy so we used DoorDash- when placing the order the time was estimated for 73-83 min on the order site. Food arrived in 35 min which - when you are timing a work schedule is terrible. Went here for my mom's birthday. Fantastic service from our waitress (shoutout to Melanie!) and the food was excellent! Not only does a Cactus Club exceed my expectations for a delicious steak Oscar with mashed potatoes and for an appetizer I had their spicy tuna sushi. The sushi was absolutely amazing! We went to the Langley location after attending 2 winery’s in Langley to get food we mentioned this to our server and then 5 mins later not even a “manager” comes and says we will get 1 round of drinks and that’s it , basically implying that we have drank to much before coming but then offers to buy us a drink ? Seriously unimpressed with my last experience at the Cactus Club Langley location.. First I order a regular virgin Caesar muddy and specifically clarify that there will be no horseradish because I do not want horseradish. The server brings me a short "signature Caesar" which does contain horseradish. I simply express that I would like a new tall regular virgin Caesar due to horseradish in the current one she goes and brings me the same one back in a tall glass. When I say for another time there is horseradish and I would like a traditional Caesar the server goes on to ARGUE with infront of my family that "non of their Caesars contain horseradish" when I ask the girl to talk to the bartender and make me a traditional one, she walks away making one last super inappropriate remark saying again "none of their Caesars have horse radish" I finally receive a virgin traditional and there is so much tobacco no one at my table would be willing to drink it. I was not into arguing with the lady anymore so I left it full on the table and didn't drink it. Our server didn't not run our food or take our payment and it was not busy in the restaurant. We were left without being quality checked for 10 minutes and many of us were waiting to eat our meals with salt and pepper. No one noticed I didn't drink my Caesar or offer to take it off the bill, so I paid for it and decided to write this review. Jenny N was our server

We ordered their steak and mushrooms dish and hunter chicken dish followed by desserts. The food arrived shortly after the border was placed, is made with fresh, high quality ingredients and well prepared and presented. The server was polite and helpful. I noticed they had a promo advertised in their bill wallet and when I expressed interest, the waiter said she would send manager to process my purchase of the gift card. When the manager eventually showed up, he informed me the promo was finished over a week ago! An reputable establishment should better inform their staff and update their marketing materials regularly.

I recently was at Cactus club with my husband to enjoy a late night dinner. My favourite menu item is the prime rib sandwich. This is also my bestfriend and sisters favourite meal and I was extremely disappointed to find out that it had been removed from the menu! Yes, there are other palatable items on the menu but this was the only one that sated us completely with all its flavours textures and aromas. We will likely not be dining here as often anymore unfortunately. I hope the prime rib sandwich will return to the menu one day soon!! Thank you.

For some reason I always have sub par experiences at this location but other locations always seem to be great. This most recent experience, Tuesday afternoon/early evening ended with our server approaching us at around 5:30 stating her shift was over and that we needed to settle up - she never asked if we didn't mind settling our bill or offered to transfer us to another server, just bluntly informed us that we needed to pay so she could leave. Just leaves you with the feeling that she only wanted a tip from us and not to ensure we were enjoying our experience. I also had to ask two times for cutlery and more chopsticks as we were not provided with cutlery or enough chop sticks or side plates for the 4 of us to share our appetizers (we were provided enough for two people to enjoy them). I think I'll avoid this cactus moving forward and go to other locations.

I stopped in here for lunch the other day and had a really great time. At first we decided to sit out on the balcony but it was way to hot and there is no fans or anything to cool it down outside so we decided to move indoors to survive the heat wave. Our waitress was totally cool about it and was great with letting us know the specials. She had our orders down quickly and brought everything out at the right times. I was a little let down with the cuviche but the peach balini made up for it... they are heaven. All in all it was a great lunch and I would go back again.

Overrated Update : Visited once again and was absolutely terrible. Waiting time was confusing as person organising didn't seem to know what was happening or when to message, waiting times are understandable as cactus club is notorious for being busy but should give a waiting time estimation which wasn't received Food is seriously under portioned or falsely advertised either one. Ordered a FULL rack of ribs with fries and a salad.. Instead receive definitely NOT A FULL RACK that makes me laugh that they have the nerve to call it full rack and served with mcdonalds fries which I could have gotten cheaper from mcdonalds itself. Left the establishment still hungry nor am I a big person with a huge appetite, would definitely not pay $35 for. Again... Seriously overrated. The ONLY good thing I can say about this place is the server who served us was actually nice.

This is a fast-paced lively environment. Despite usually being busy, food & drinks are delivered quite quickly and the servers polite, knowledgeable of the menu, and friendly. The music is a bit loud at times, but the configuration of the tables enables conversation without having to yell across the table to dinner partners. Seems to appeal to all ages, and kids are welcome. The menu is diverse, the food well-prepared and delicious.

The one thing we’ve always loved at Cactus Club is there Calamari. Over the years no matter what came and went their Calamari has always been one of the best. Today, we were given soggy, undercooked, raw calamari with close to no batter on them. Extremely poor quality, and I can’t believe they let this come out of their kitchen. I’m extremely disappointed that we waited all week to have this from them, then ordered via Door Dash so that we wouldn’t have to leave the house and ended up getting this. Thanks a lot Cactus Club Langley, you’ve definitely proven to us that you’ve lowered your quality standards. You’ve left us extremely disappointed on a Sunday night.

I'd have to say the service always depend on which server you get. Overall, I am happy with the service they provide and the food is always great. If something is wrong, they do however remake everything for us. It's good to have a reservation so you don't wait in line for lunch or dinner. Love that they also have happy hour!

Last night went with a party of 11 (3 children) included at 5:30 & we were told an hour to 1 1/2 hr. wait. at 7 o'clock we were told that we were next, they were just waiting for table to finish their food. Talked to a manager & he said that he would look into it- he actually was more interested in the conversation he was having with someone else - not at all concerned about us. At 7:30 still not seated & still no time frame on when we would be seated. 2 hour wait. Why would it take 2 hours to wait for a table of 11 ???? We never did sit down to eat at C.C. We actually left & went somewhere else to eat - enjoyed our birthday party at a resturant that actually cared about there patrons.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, and it's raining and snowing this Saturday. The experience was very bad. We were taken to the outdoor area by the receptionist without asking if we like inside or outside when there were many empty seats in the inside room. Although there was an electric heater, there was still wind coming in. The second bad experience was that there was still some dirt on my knife, When I found it, the waitress changed it for me but she didn't say "sorry".

Edit: There's a young man named Jordan there. He is terrific! Reason for a five star rating. Customer experience! The service is top notch for the price. A great value. The servers are not rude or fake nice. Any delay or issue with the service is quickly remedied. The first time I went there we were seated and waited for perhaps 4-5 minutes and the very professional manager came out to apologise and offered a free desert. I was blown away. Every experience thereafter had been impressive. We usually go after 9 and eat from the cheap menu so two can done for a low cost (comparable pricing to Boston Pizza). I have yet to sample the regular menu. Pro Tip: The "Dirty Fries" are not on the menu. It's an unofficial item. Super delicious. If you don't like spice it may not be for you.

Cactus is known for its ambiance and a great place to enjoy dinner and drinks. The oddest situation was observed during our visit to the Langley location on Friday. It was dinner time and the restaurant was filled with guests ... but as we dined on our meal , there was staff vacuuming around the guests. Perhaps vacuuming at a time when the restaurant is not busy would be a better idea. The vacuum was super noisy on top of it! The service and food, as always , were good. The ambiance, not so much due to the vacuuming.

My fiance and I came here for our anniversary and had an amazing time. It was our first time at a Cactus Club and our server (Brooklyn) went above and beyond to make our visit great! She was incredibly friendly, super helpful when we had questions and made sure my fiance never had an empty glass. On top of all that, the food was lovely and we took home some key lime pie to eat later! 5/5 experience, we will definitely be coming back.

This place is awesome. Four of us went on Friday night without a reservation so we were given a 2 hour slot right away. It was 'happy hour' so our food selections were reasonably priced at around $18.00 each. The food and service are always top notch and I must say my friend's said their steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. I had a jambalaya rice dish which also was delicious. Even the men's washroom was quite an experience with a lounge area and video screens in front of each urinal. Only 2 people allowed in the washroom at this time. My only issue was with the music volume a bit loud but it was good music so no worries. Ambience is nice and a lot of room so I definitely recommend this location as I would for any Cactus Club I've been to.

The overall ambience at Cactus Club is spectacular. I have been here numerous times with parties varying in size, and have never been disappointed. The wait times can be incredibly long if you are dropping in without a reservation, so I would highly recommend that you plan ahead before coming in.

My daughter and I went to the cactus club in Langley tonight for dinner. Our server was Marissa. It was during Happy Hour. We had a lovely meal, and were waiting for the cheque, when Marissa brought over a plate with a scoop of ice cream and a chocolate peanut butter square, with a caramel heart iced on to the plate. When we told her we hadn’t ordered dessert, she said “I heard your daughter call you Mum so I thought I would give you a dessert as an early Mother’s Day gift, please enjoy with my compliments “. What a lovely thing to do, and totally made my day! That is one of the reasons we return to the Cactus Club all the time. Great service!

Beware of the hosts..I have never gotten such horrible service from these girls. Most are lazy, they don't know how to do their jobs properly. Telling someone to just find a seat in the bar while it's busy and then denying me the ability to put my name on the list for a regular table; seems a little strange and unorthodox to me. After waiting at the bar, we were then told to grab our own drinks to carry to the other table (even though our hands were full) and then told that we had to pay for our coffee at the bar. I asked to host to just transfer our drink to our table and she told me she couldn't do that. She explained to me why for a good 5 minutes to only go up to the bartender and have her tell us simply she would just transfer the drink. THIS HAS BEEN THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW THE HOSTS HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE. Not only that, some of them are catty and rude. (Making the atmosphere very uncomfortable) the gentleman who work there have always been amazing, and so have the servers. Maybe it's time to do a host turn over..

Back when we used to live in Cloverdale we would occasionally come here to eat. They're one of the only places I trusted to go to with celiacs, they've been super friendly and accommodating about it. Haven't been recently, my only gripe was the lack of gluten free desserts besides ice cream xD

The wait time to getting a table was ridiculous, however, it was a Saturday night which was understandable but I have never had to wait so long to be seated at a restaurant. I am definitely happy that we did end up waiting it out, as our server was exceptional. This was definitely one of my most memorable visit to the Langley Cactus. Our server, Caroline took super great care of my friends and I, despite how busy it was. Never was there a moment we thought to ourselves that our server hasn't come to our table. I have never felt as if the server was a good friend of ours. Thank you Caroline for taking such great care of us! I would definitely recommend anyone to be seated in her section. And next time I visit I sure will request to be seated in her section as well.

We decided to do take out for our wedding anniversary due to covid . We ordered two orders of hunter chicken and ask for extra sauce and no issues with it . The chicken was hot and so good and the mushroom sauce was prefect ! We ordered hot wings that was spot on for the heat. The Szechuan chicken lettuce wrap is out of the world . Its so delicious , I will be back for more ! The wife wanted their cheesecake with raspberry sauce and I wish I got some too. I tasted it and my mouth is watering just thinking of it . Its soooo good !

I have been going during happy hour on fridays, so it’s usually pretty busy, but the staff is fairly attentive once I am sat, and the happy hour menu for cocktails are really good and I highly recommend, the food is almost always the same so it usually a pretty positive experience, I like to know what I am getting. I have had a couple issues with take-out, like missing parts of my meals, (like the lettis to my lettis wraps, or truffle fries) but they usually compensate me by sending me a gift card in the mail , which isn’t always a good thing cause it took like 3-4 months the first time, in the end it never showed up so, when I raised this concern they comped my meal, but I had eaten there several time in the interval so I would have liked to have used it sooner. Overall a pretty decent restaurant, and of course I will be coming again.!

This review is based on my last visit. While the line to get in was over an hour, the restaurant was working at full-capacity, and it was a Saturday night, so I won't base my review on that. Food was excellent, service was quite good. The only thing that is preventing this from being a 5 star review is that the waitress was slow in checking in to see if I wanted another beer, and by the time she came back it was time to go.

We went here this past Saturday to celebrate my birthday. I was pretty concerned with how crowded it was. There wasn't an empty table in the entire restaurant, and people were standing around waiting for tables without any distancing measures. It makes me wonder if Cactus Club is breaking some rules? Having said that, the food was amazing, as always, and despite the really drunk girl vomitting in the bathroom sink right beside me, it was an overall good experience.

Had an excellent experience tonight at cactus club! Our server Simrin was outstanding, she addressed us quite quickly and had our drinks out within 5mins. My friend and I ordered an appy to share and entrees each, food was very very good. Waited a little long for them but it was busy so it was understandable and it was well worth the wait. I had the prawn spaghetti and my friend had chicken wraps mmmm delicious. Would highly recommend this place again and definitely ask for the same server. Overall vibe in the lounge was great music wasn’t too loud and everyone was friendly, would come again.

The lettuce wrap chicken was so small, but the lettuce amount was huge... and my Thai chicken was the smallest portion ever. The portions were so small in such large dishes. We had "take out" in the parking lot this week. I'm sure they are busy, in fact I know they are. But hey Cactus Club. Our bill was $50.00+ giving you a 10% tip for boxing it up for us, and well. No ketchup, no condiments, no napkins, and we ordered a $6.50 bottle of water, and no cups?? Really?? Common Sense! Don't ya think? The food was "okay"...which it's always normally awesome when we have gone. Cactus Club makes great food, a little pricey but good !! I don't know if your cook was having an off day, but the lettuce wrap was "just okay". I didn't finish it, threw the 1/3 out... disappointing! I'll try again in a couple of weeks, hopefully you've stepped it up a bit.

My friends and I went for a birthday party last night. We ordered 4 virgin cocktails (they specified that they can be made virgin as we are only 13 and 14 years old). They brought us 3 out of the 4 because the last one was still being made. The 3 were great! When the fourth one came, my friend noticed something off about it. She tried mine and noticed a significant difference. After each one of us tried the two and compared, we realized that they served us a NON VIRGIN. Serving alcohol to a minor is an offence! After that, they took it back and exchanged it, gave NO apology and a new waitress. They didn't even give us the drink free because of our troubles! Have a little class Cactus Club!! The food was good but overall the meal was disappointing from their lack of hospitality.

Came to this location today after years because our regular and favorite one the White rock location was busy because of happy hour. With the rude comment an employee made on our way out I remembered why we had avoided this location for years. Everything was great, the server was super nice don't know her name unfortunately and the burgers were great! The truffle fries however were super bland compared to other locations. Upon entering and being seated I had my mask on. On our way out, an employee asked me to put my mask on, which I did right away because I had forgotten to put it on. However, if you are that strict with masks maybe have a sign on the door. That says masks mandatory upon entering and leaving. I just wasn't sure if I had to have it on on the way out because I've been to other cactus locations where they didn't enforce it. I asked where the exit is because we weren't sure as we had never been here since the new rules. So we didn't know the new rules. We were use to White rock location which has very clear big signs guiding you to the exit. Which is a different exit that then from where you entered. So we assumed this location would also have a separate exit rather then exiting from where you entered. When I asked her where's the exit she replied Where you entered from . We didn't come here for attitude. Not the best location and food compared to others. She was wearing a red top with short brown hair. If I knew where the exit was I wouldn't have asked. Have never come across such a rude employee as all Cactus employees are super nice.

The individual claimed to be the manager manager (Bailey) took my order, and he didn’t greet me at all ( I had to ask if I had called the wrong number as he didn’t say anything) nor did he show any enthusiasm. Went late for dinner at 9:15pm and was told the restaurant was busy and no open seats at the moment (totally fine), and asked if we would like to be put on a waitlist for the next open table to come up. Sat around around for 20-25 minutes then get the text that a table is ready for us, so at that point it was all good. We went to the hostess station just as a pair of young women walk up (about 15 seconds ahead of us), so to be polite we waited the extra minute or two until they were done speaking with the lady for us to check in with the hostess... And they gave our table to them, and told us it would be another 15-20 minute wait!! Unbelievable

Food and drinks absolutely amazing! Cactus Club never disappoints and the Langley location is no exception. I always recommend Cactus Club to friends for the lively atmosphere and delicious and beautifully presented food. Service at Langley is 10/10, thanks to the hardworking staff. I went to Cactus Club with 9 friends on a Saturday evening of a long weekend (without a reservation) and the staff were very accommodating; the wait was only 1 hour! We were seated at a patio-style table with a fire in the middle! Everyone at our table was impressed. I look forward to many more great experiences at Cactus Cub.

We were appalled at the managers attitude. Never encountered any disappointment with their waitresses or their managers in the past. Potential diners and visitors who are not used to a certain..let's call it "Rude and Obnoxious Behavior By Restaurant Manager " (!) that the restaurant manager Amy, was definitely on a power trip or possibly even prejudice and wanted to show us she was in charge of the service. Amy, the restaurant manager was extremely rude and dismissive in her in ways and body language. What a shame, given the quality of the food served. Our server was very polite and respectful and wife ordered cup of tea, requested that the milk not be cold and preferably heated in a microwave, steamed or even warmed up on their stove. I should mention that we were there less than a week ago, and have always had professional service and great servers. This lovely girl smiled and told us she'd try to accommodate my wife's request: Soon after she returned with an apologetic smile and advised that her manager Amy said we don't do that, and my wife explained that we were just there a few days ago, and despite the fact that they do not have a microwave or steamer they always managed to grant her request. My wife asked to speak to the manager. I could not help but notice the server approached her manager to confirm whether it was ok to meet our request, her body language and annoyed head-shaking job made clear that she was not going to make any exceptions. Shortly after Amy walked over to our table. It is completely acceptable to walk over to your guests and apologize for not being able to accommodate their requests. It is absolutely NOT acceptable to be such a drama queen in front of other guests and make clear they are unwanted and not going to meet a customers request. She approached our table all grumpy and grumbled in front of us and while other patrons looked on. Amy loudly said: "We don't do that and we have never done that, and we are too busy to warm up the milk, and we do not have a steamer or a microwave, so we cannot and will not do it" my wife attempted to explain that we were just there and the kitchen was able to warm up the milk for her. Amy, appeared to be really annoyed that my wife would not accept her decision, and stated: "I will check with the kitchen, they are too busy, and I am telling you right now, that we cannot warm up the milk for you as we just got rid of our steamer today, and I am telling you right now, we cannot do it, and the kitchen is too busy" Amy, was clearly upset and grumbling like a school girl and marched off in a huff and puff and had already decided that she was not going to accommodate my wife's request, and I very much doubt that she even went to the kitchen to ask, so she blatantly lied to us. After advising she would check with the kitchen and let us know she just disappeared and did not return or make any apology for the inconvenience. The patrons next to us simply stared and shook their heads and they too could not believe that a manager would behave so unprofessionally.What on earth? I have no idea what we did wrong to deserve such treatment. My wife simply requested to warm up the milk with her tea and now we are being treated such poorly? This experience completely ruined our evening, and I recall telling my wife even if she did end up meeting her request, I won't be happy and enjoy my dinner with the manner in which she behaved and had absolutely no courtesy to return to our table to let us know, and just ignored us completely. Not to mention that we were just embarrassed because other patrons were listening....Would you do the same? If anyone would want to say we're in the wrong, I won't mind but please, I hope it would be constructive.Hello? This is Cactus Club! Anybody home? We are the clients, and have been coming to this restaurant for years, not the other way round!!! And this is the manner in which you treat your loyal customers? If you do nothing, at least hire managers who have empathy, and know how to behave respectfully with your customers ..... Shame on you!

The Tuna Poke bowl with a few modifications is a great choice for Celiacs and those with Gluten Intolerance. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Our food was delicious and we're always impressed with the quality. You feel good when you're done eating, nothing is ever greasy. We even had room for yummy desserts, I recommend the peanut butter crunch bar!

My husband and I frequent the Langley location pretty regularly and we’ve always had such an amazing experience! The food, drinks and staff are all amazing. We wanted to take the time to write this review because we had an unbelievable time recently. We were waited on by Destiny and she was exceptional. We ordered a starter and a couple drinks and asked if we could have our main course a little later than usual so we could enjoy our time there a little more and she said no problem. About 20 minutes into being there a couple had come in and was sat adjacent to us and their cologne and perfume was so strong that we asked to move somewhere else. Destiny had us moved immediately and apologized even though it wasn’t her fault at all. Our mains came out shortly after that and were delicious. My husbands steak was rare when he asked for medium rare and Destiny had it remade and even told us it would be comped which we were not expecting at all as we were happy to pay for it. The manager even came over with the refired steak to make sure it was properly done and although it wasn’t we weren’t upset or mad at all because of the care the manager and Destiny had with us. We had a remarkable time and felt it was important to say that even though we had a hiccup with our meal it really meant a lot that people cared about our experience and did everything they could to make it a lovely night out. We will definitely be back and hope to sit in Destiny’s section again. She is a true asset to your team and a truly lovely person. Thank you again ????

Ordered something to go, no lettuce with my lettuce wraps (no sauce either), and my chicken was over cooked. Also, it took longer than was told it would, and I had to park by the big n tall because there was nowhere to stop to pick up our order because there was a lineup of cars waiting out front for their orders to be ready as well. Not impressed.

Everyone knows cactus for their consistency, we came to this location last night and ordered one of our favorites- butternut squash ravioli. Unfortunately the dishes came out cold, our server Sabrina A was fantastic. She resolved the problem, brought us warm dishes (on the house) went above and beyond and was very kind & attentive to our table throughout the entire night. 11/10 will be back

I love Cactus Club. The atmosphere is crackling with energy and the staff are so friendly and quick. There's lots of parking for everyone- during this strange time of Covid please call ahead and make a reservation. My favourite dish is the Kobe meatballs and spaghetti with truffle oil- but everything I've tried is delicious. It's my go to restaurant in Langley...matter of fact just writing about it made me hungry...maybe I'll see you there today. ????

I don't usually do reviews but was very disappointed first with the service, had to keep flagging down the waitress. She took our order. I ordered what I thought was a prawn ravioli appetizer but apparently they have the same dish as an entree so the waitress just assumed I wanted the entree at 3:00 in the afternoon. I also got charged for an extra drink that I neither ordered or received. $52 for a lunch is a little over-priced. Won't go there again!

Favourite cactus club, but just be warned there are a lot of clicks regulars at the bar. If you have a family or just want to chill I’d go in the lounge or sit on the patio.

I love cactus and frequent cactus's monthly, the service,food and drinks are always great at the other locations. except this Langley one. Yesterdays experience was lacking a great deal. Our first server was alright. We weren't able to order a 2nd drink when the first one arrived, cause we aren't allowed to have more than 1 drink per person at a time ??? ( I've never experienced this rule at any dinning establishment. especially a cactus ! we always order an extra 1 or 2 sun set sodas per person before happy hour ends, never any issue) she never came back to check if wanted to get one more happy hour drink order in either. her shift was over we settled the bill and got a diff server. This server checked on us once at the very beginning, and than ....we never saw her again. I saw many servers walk back and forth pass my table and I was clearly looking around for service but not one person could be bothered to offer any help. When I did manage to ask one girl whom albeit was not assigned to our table. she reluctantly said uhhhh ohh ok but our drinks never did arrive. We gave up waved down another girl for to go boxes (which came immediately)packed our food and left. I'm have no idea what the issue was. If we had over stayed our seating time limit ? if that's the case would u not let us know, Instead of ignoring us for 25 min , and refuse service so we would just eventually leave ? Never coming back to this location.

Phoned to make a reservation for the next evening (Tuesday) for 15 people and was told, by the "manager" they wouldn't take the reservation as they already had their large party tables booked. She stated there was nothing she could do. I guess they would rather lose business on a Tuesday than make room for another table. No alternatives suggested. We would have been happy just in the same area, didn't have to be one long table.

Have been to Cactus well over 100 times in past years and was VERY UNHAPPY to find out that one of my favourite appetizers, dry ribs, that I have enjoyed ever since I started going to Cactus over ten years ago has suddenly been taken off the menu. EPIC FAIL!! Are wings next??

Very disappointed with their take out service. Online its one price and then for take out the prices are higher. So people who don't feel comfortable dining in due to covid get ripped off and get charged more than people who are risking their lives and eating inside the restaurant. The manager couldn't even do anything about it and all she said was talk to cooperate. EVERYONE ORDERING TAKE OUT DURING HAPPY HOUR, BEWARE OF THE PRICES. Not happy at all!

After speaking with one of the managers, I still feel the need to leave a message because I think this establishment needs to be held accountable. Disabled Bathrooms are not storage rooms and should not be used as such, no matter the circumstance. The disabled bathroom at the Langley location was filled to the ceiling with boxes, signposts and vacuums. The room was so full that even though we were able to enter we could not use the sink. Worse still, my mother who uses a power chair, was unable to maneuver out of the room and was stuck. Imagine there had been a fire! This was frustrating and embarrassing. Because I think hospitality staff must be more aware of the needs of their guests, I will try to explain. I understand that the restaurants main bathroom is equipped with a wider stall, but this alone is not sufficient space for many patrons who use power chairs or who require assistance to use the facilities. This means that they need space for the chairs to turn around with room for the door to open and sometimes a loved one or aid to maneuver around them. This is a major safety concern. Please be conscious of this and set the precedent for your industry.

Dec 28/15 My mom turned 105 last week, I have been bringing her to the Cactus Club for a couple of years now. The staff have always been very accommodating, they even know which table on the patio works best for her! Your ribs are her favorite food ( I usually take some home). on her birthday we split the order and your generosity in the split plates was amazing. THere were 9 of us and the service and food was excellent. Thank you so much for making it special (and Mom loved her birthday lime pie dessert)

Food is always top notch- always come for happy hour. Joe R is a prince we love him. (Was here 4/23/2019 at 10pm) To elaborate a bit- Happy hour prices changed a bit which made me sad but honestly you save so much money it’s still worth it. Joe had what I think a lot of servers in fancy restaurants lack or are trained out of having: a personality. He made our talk a friendly conversation as opposed to a business transaction. My friend and I are both servers so are generally critical of the service we get and we had a great time joking around with our lovely server!

I had some calamari which was oddly bland, and the rocket salad which was good but the chicken was too salty. Staff seemed indifferent, but it was very busy. Also had a whiskey ginger smash which was delicious. Overall one of my better cactus club experiences.

It's great that you can now book online, which is highly recommended as this place is always busy. They have a surpringly good draught craft beer selection, and very tasty food. Place does get a little loud, but that's fine with me, just might not be a good place to bring older people on a Friday or Saturday evening.

It can sometimes be a bit awkward to ask for modifications to ones meal due to food sensitivities but not here. They were so accommodating and sent out an amazing meal that was modified to suit on every visit. The service was great. Music was a bit loud :) Thanks for the great meals!

On the evening of July 10th my parents and I came in for happy hour around 9pm. We were sat in the lounge after about a 15 minute wait. When we arrived at our table it was dirty and then had to be wiped down. Once seated we waited about 7 minutes before our server even showed up. By the time she arrived we were ready to order both food and drinks. We placed our order and waited for food and drinks that never arrived. We asked for water while we waited which was brought to us and put on the table without even a smile or word from our server. While we waited (over 30 minutes from the time we were sat) a table that was seated about 15 minutes after us received not only our servers constant attention but a bottle of wine and mixed drinks for the entire table of 6. Both my parents and I were so frustrated as we felt completely ignored, we ended up walking out without ever seeing drinks on our table. Upon leaving I spoke to a night leader who seemed to care more about cancelling our food order in time rather than how poor our experience was. I did not feel she acknowledged or cared about our complaints. Needless to say it was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

Ordered via DoorDash. Fan-freakin-tastic. Food was hot, delicious and was delivered in a realistic time. Missed the servers but did enjoy my Bandara Salad and the family enjoyed their hot choices except for a minor error of only including two pieces of lettuce with the wraps. Thank you for a taste of “normal”.
