The karaoke night are a blast! Especially Wednesday when Brittanny is hosting! With her amazing voice she heats up this lounge to stomping vibes. Beer is good and cocktail selection is interesting! Thanks to the staff for a great night!

Although we were greeted right away and seated in a timely matter, the service was poor. The steak I ordered was over peppered, smothered unnecessarily in bbq sauce and wasn’t even served with a steak knife (I was stuck trying to saw through it with my butter knife). The mash potatoes were good, but the steamed vegetables were very undercooked and still crunchy. We were not asked how we were enjoying our food. The waitress only asked if we liked our drinks before even being served food and staff were just standing around the bar chatting. The fish and chips my spouse ordered was over battered, and when asked if he wanted gravy, the fact that it was $1.50 extra was not mentioned. I do not recommend this restaurant, even if you are staying at lake Louise inn. Over priced for what you get.

They can do a lot better here. Decor and lighting was disappointing. Staff was friendly but were very busy and was hard to get their attention. Really enjoyed their signature burger. Will only be returning if we stay in the Lake Louis area.

Cozy and comfortable place to grab a bite. I have an issue with gluten and staff went out of their way to modify their fish and chips dish for me so I could eat it. Delicious! Great service, even when this whole town was crawling with tourists from all over the world.

Yeah, we wanted to like it. But the atmosphere resembles that of a pool table hall (there are pool tables). Service was nice. I’ll say that because the woman who served us was attentive and kind. Food lacks all sorts of flavour. Where do I begin. The spinach strawberry salad was “something else”... it had exactly ONE strawberry on it and 2 pecans. Just call it “A Ton o’ Spinach Soaked in Kraft Raspberry dressing”, because that’s what it was. The calamari were cold, extremely salty and served on a very sad looking bed of withered lettuce, barely recognizable as such. It wasn’t terribly cheap for the quality, and I’ve been to many pubs, and even if it’s Lake Louise: you can’t be serious.

Great spot for good food and live music etc. Located downstairs at the lake louise inn. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had Brooke as a server and she was outstanding. Very efficient and made excellent recommendations for our drinks. Will definitely be returning !

Jenn was such an amazing and kind server. We had the most delicious butter chicken, wings and strawberry salad - we were quite impressed that the butter chicken was actually authentic. Definitely the best food we had over the course of our trip to Banff, Yoho, Jasper and Lake Louise!

This place is terrible, just because the service is really bad. My friend and I are staying at the INN due to work and we like to go for food and drinks and every time we go it takes a good 5-10 mins to get served. Tonight we walked in and the one waitress said hi to us as we went to find a table, we then sat down and again we waited 5 mins and had enough so we left. It is not unusual for us to drop $100 at a time and we are here for at least 5 to 6 months, so these waitresses missed out big time. The food is decent but the drinks are very expensive from $7.00 and up from there. I would suggest bypassing this place.

Food was good, and the service was friendly, but this is not a place to go if you have Celiac disease. The gluten free menu had several items crossed off and our son had to change his order twice because the preparation on the items that remained had changed to include gluten. Even with all the attention they managed to serve him the wrong plate, or cross contaminated the meal. Not a bad place, but they have a little respect for serious food allergies; evidenced by a diminishing gluten free menu and lax standards.

Explorer's Lounge at Lake Louise Inn is very cosy and well-done. I had the Beef Dip, with a small garden salad, which was nice, but the Beef Dip was delicious! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the jus was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, surprisingly so. When next in the area I will definitely eat here again!

Fantastic food. Had an amazing crispy chicken sandwich, probably the best I've ever had. Service was decent, our waitress was always on top of keeping our water glasses full, but took quite a bit of time to give us our bill at the end of dinner (~30 mins). There was also a fun trivia game playing on the TV that guests could play/compete with each other on their phones. We would definitely go back!

Where do I begin? Road trip to lake Louise, skiied all day. Staying at lake Louise inn, which is great, their restaurant not so much! We ordered an app, it came after our meals. They mixed up all of our sides, and didn't offer to change them. I ordered medium rare steak, I couldn't chew through it, it was a solid brick. The clubhouse sandwich had packaged slimy ham. Waiter never came around to ask how it was or to refill our drinks. Their sweet potato fries are great, no dip though. At least the beers were cold and fresh!

Hands down the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of eating and drinking in. If I could give it no stars I would because even one star is generous. The servers and the bartenders will take 10+ minutes to bring you your menus or ask what you would like, the bartenders will take another 5+ minutes fetching your drink even if it's simply a pint and your standing directly next to the kegs, and then spend 10+ minutes on both getting your bill and taking your payment. I can't stress this enough, I am just one person, extrapolate for if you come with a large group. They have a wing night every Wednesday where each week you never know if the wings will be the same, better, or more than likely worse than the previous week. On top of the terrible wing quality, last night they managed to "run out" of wings on the night where they're specifically selling wings. I will never recommend anybody to eat or drink here.

Had a horrible experience at this lounge. People who were seated after us were served and received their food before us. Poor service, we ordered appetizers did not receive them our main course arrived the steak sandwich was ordered med rare and it was blue rare when served. Part of our group left to order a pizza and go back to the room after waiting over an hour for undercooked over priced food. Food was cold and tasteless.

We visited this restaurant on the 4th of this month not knowing what we were getting in to. We were given a warm welcome. Our surver a young girl..though her second day in the job was answering our questions to the best of her knowledge n extremely polite. Being south Asian n visiting from Toronto we wanted to have some Indian meals. HER name could be Morgan. Check # 246492 Table 211. Food DELICIOUS. Ambience super. Loved the place. Will recomend n visit again. Thankyou Morgan and rest of the staff.

We spent two nights here and felt very unwelcome at both. long waits and unfriendly waiters. too bad for an otherwise very friendly hotel.
