Where do I start? The location is good and there's a lovely atmosphere inside but that's where the fun stops. The food was atrocious. The carrots were burnt, the potatoes and fries were a deep dark brown colour they looked like like they'd been boiled in oil that was weeks old and they were so soft they felt almost mashed. My son's have a healthy appetite but even they couldn't stomach it. How does one serve such garbage and charge someone for it? To top it off it was my son's birthday and this was supposed to be a special dinner for him. Steer clear of this place. Try somewhere else. Disgusted

We ordered an all dressed pizza, an all dressed sub & french fries with gravy yesterday. It was our first time ordering from Toto. My wife picked up our order at the restaurant and we loved both. We will definitely order again and try some of Toto's other dishes. I highly recommend Toto Pizzeria!

First time I order a pizza there. I ordered a PIZZA and I recieve a submarine for 15$. Call back the restaurant, they admit the deliverer made a mistake with the adress and say : you can keep the submarine, we'll send you the pizza, you are just going to pay the difference (5$). Pizza arrives. Deliverer says : I told you it was a sub.. you answered "yes". You are going to have to pay the difference : 15$." I said ok cause he's 6'4" and probly m4fia. Pizza was ok, not great. Cheese felt more like "simili-cheese". I expected a lot more from Toto, since I could have had 2 pizza for the same price elsewhere at equivalent quality.

Toto restaurant on the Main Street in Lachine Quebec is a Mainstay and as being there for quite some time. Complete menu of everything and they serve beer and wine and their pizzas are very decent and their pricing is reasonable. They've got a hard-working staff and it's definitely more of a blue-collar hard-working people area and a pleasure to actually have a real person working as a waitress and actually talking with you like you exist. Their pizzas and hamburgers are what I know but I seen people order lots of other stuff and be very happy. It's big enough to throw a meeting in there a group of people or large celebration. However you can always grab one of those great padded boost as we did right near the counter so that we had the waitresses attention easily. Both my buddy and I that split a pizza gave it a thumbs up. Probably a four out of five but with a great service and an old fashion place Decked Out like it was back in the day, which is when this place was put together I guess, it's a most reasonable well kept clean place that serves good food. Large choice on the menu and reel service at your table. Even the washrooms are well kept and clean. That's a real pleasure. You can count on this place at all times. Toto a decent solid consistent good basic everything restaurant in the heart of Lachine on the Main Street.

Sadly, the restaurant has changed ownership, or management. Either way, service and food isn't as it used to be. Food isn't ready at the time they tell you to pick it up - even simple fries. Some pasta dishes aren't as described on the menu. Overheard a client complaining over the receptionist's phone, albeit he was yelling so that wasn't kind, that it's been twice that the delivery man has to come back because something is missing. Toto is going downhill fast... Sad because they've been an established restaurant in Lachine for a long time.

I just received the most disgusting order. I got a tortellini rosé that has NO sauce, and the little sauce there is , is thin and won't even hold on the noodles. 15$ for noodles? I also got a chicken sub that got stuffed with more huge cut mushrooms than chicken, 4:1 ratio of chicken . Really horrible whoever is the chef tonight fire him. I'll never order from here again. After receiving my sub (30 mins after ordering) I noticed it was cut too short and called them. The man who answered on the phone first said "ok, so?" And i had to explain that getting a 7inch when your ordering 10 isn't fair he argued with me because it was "impossible". I suggested that they leave me a small credit for next time because I order pretty often but he continued arguing saying the only thing they could do was make a new sub and take the short one back. I told him that was overkill as it was edible and a wasted sub, that I'd go as far as sending him a picture with a measuring tape if he wanted proof, but he insisted and claimed it would be made right away and sent right away, I would just give back the bad order. 30 minutes later, still no new sub and cold food tormenting me, I called to ask for an eta and they claimed the driver left 2-3 minutes ago. I live a 10 minute drive from the restaurant. 20 Minutes past that I called back and after asking how much longer I'm supposed to wait to have dinner I was berated, accused of being greedy and told I would not get a refund (though I had said nothing about money) and he ended the call with "Enough with you". When the delivery driver finally came I asked him for his managers name, and asked what took so long. He said the phone guy was the boss, that he had to deliver other people food too and laughed at my story. So, hungry and frustrated, I took the new sub and told the driver tell your manager "enough with you" and closed the door. The driver then threw a fit in my entrance and banged things around for awhile and only left after I told him I'd call the police. Toto pizza. If you want this short sub it's sitting on my counter. If you want the replacement sub it's right next to it. Have the owner call me and I'd be happy to talk this out but these employees really messed up. Toto used to be #1...

Back in the day, this used to be THE spot in Lachine. It changed ownership a few years back and went downhill a bit. Don't get me wrong, this place is still great, super cozy and amazingly located. The menu isn't specialized, you can get a bit of everything: subs, pizza, pasta, club sandwich. The desserts are ok but a bit overpriced. Takeout is available and the place is open late and serves breakfast in the morning. If you get a chance, this place is worth stopping by!

We haven’t ordered from this place in over 10 years. Yesterday we decided to go ahead and give it a try. I ordered a poutine and submarine bifteck special with an extra pepperoni at the cost of 3$. I didn’t get much steak in there, in fact 95% of the submarine consisted of mushroom, so I probably had 2-3 very small piece of thin steak and pepperoni was missing. I called in to get this fix and the only thing the woman could do to fix this is give me a credit for the missing pepperoni. Nothing else. Mind you I live nearby they could have bring me a proper submarine but she was not flexible and didn’t not seem to care as she was being cold over the phone. The food tasted over the top salty on top of it. I will not order from there. Not only they owe me money, it screwed up our family dinner.

Went there once, and ordered another time to give it a second chance. I ordered a vegetarian sub, and was unfortunately treated to a sloppily sliced bread covered in green beans, carrots, and green peppers, with no sauce, and nothing resembling sandwich toppings. I spooned the vegetables off the bread, and they were half-cooked. It was absolutely terrible. I repeated the experience and ordered a vegetarian pizza, which came with rotten asparagus, tomatoes with a bit of white on the side, generously sprinkled with slimy black olives, for 11,95$. My boyfriend took a tiny bite and felt instantly ill. These people obviously don't care about the food, or properly training their staff.

Do not order their meatball subs, bread was way overbaked, no meatballs, just maybe one or two cut up and laid flat, not what I expected or will ever order again, called to complain about burned bread but got arrogant reply back from "manager" saying they are supposed to be burned like that, and would not listen. When she got rid of our plates, she did not ask me if my dish was to my taste, despite the fact that my gyros was open and that I had barely touched it. She never came to take our dessert order. After 10 minutes of waiting we called her again while watching the hockey game. She had an on-cold look towards us, not at all welcoming and warm. Notre serveuse Linda n'est pas venu nous voir avant la fin de la première période des canadiens, nous avions presque fini de manger lorsque nous l'avons appelé pour avoir de l'eau. Elle n'a pas demandé si c'était à notre gout, elle n'a pas offert de parmesant pour le spaghetti. Lorsqu'elle à débarassé nos assiète, elle ne m'a pas demandé si mon plat fût à mon goût, malgré le fait que mon gyros était ouvert et que je l'avais à peine touché. Elle n'est jamais venu prendre notre commande de dessert. Après 10 minutes d'attente nous l'avons à nouveau appelé alors qu'elle regardait la game de hockey. Elle avait un air on-ne-peut-plus froid envers nous, pas du tout acceuillant et chaleureux. Donc service pas trop sur la coche, la bouffe non plus appart les pizzas et les pâtes, je ne recommanderais pas.

My family and I hosted a dinner party at the Toto restaurant in Lachine, it was honestly a wonderful experience. Food (appetizer, main course and dessert) was delicious and it was served on time. The waitresses were extremely friendly and polite. I have no complaints and I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone! A big thanks to all staff at Toto!

Changed management, don't know what people are on about regarding that. I tried their pizzas, the sub and also the burger and poutine, and it was all delicious. The sub and pizzas are especially fantastic here. Just had the pizzas recently and it's great, everybody at home really liked it. Prices for the pizzas are amazing as well, for how good it is and the amount of food. The staff there are also very kind and polite, and are willing to make adjustments as you want, which is really cool. Big recommend for this place
