We ordered the waffles with mixed fruit, chocolate sauce and English cream. We got waffles with only banana and chocolate. We ordered the fruit crepe meal and got only bananas and no English cream, with no fruit mix on the side. We ordered 6 meals in total and 4 out of 6 meals are incorrect. I do not recommend eating here as their chef seems to be either illiterate or incompetent.

Not impressed with this place. The last time my boyfriend and I ate there we waited over 40 minutes for our food and they brought me the wrong plate. In the end I was so hungry I just decided to eat it. We just ordered take out from there and the food arrived ice cold, the bacon was nearly raw, toast undercooked and the eggs were broken in the container. The portions were also significantly smaller than what you would get in the restaurant. Currently recooking everything in the oven. Should have just made breakfast at home! Not worth $28 that’s for sure. Will not eat here again.

Super tasty food, and their coffee is quite good! More on the strong side rather than watered down. We went with my daughter (18mo) on a Sunday morning however and was seated at a 2 person table with her in a highchair on the side. It was very cramped and of course she got a hold of everything. Other than the seating arrangement everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place!

Should have been 4 stars which would not have been bad at but the gentleman with the ponytail who served us was very rude and abrupt. He even went as far as to to ask, mockingly, if the payment from our credit card went through, even though he was holding the receipts proviny we had just paid. Wow!!!!?

The food is decent but they really need to do something about their takeout boxes. Twice now I opened a box to find to poached eggs smashed up against the corner of the box, egg yolk EVERYWHERE. Therefore every other part of my meal was soaking in egg yolk and since the eggs were destroyed I basically ate hollandaise sauce on a cold English muffin. Both times they forgot items too. Luckily DoorDash is cool and refunded me both times. The chain is a good one, but I’d skip the Lachine location.

This being a chain, I can't praise just this location on the nice menus and many different vegan options but still that's a nice plus. I didn't go at a busy time but the staff was still super nice and polite. The place was clean and well kept. The latte was great and hot, big plate of tasty food. My only negative is that I was charged for an extra when I asked to switch the sausage for bacon. I didn't ask for extra bacon just switch the sausage for bacon, it's not like they were going to charge less if they didn't put the sausage in the plate (yes I asked lol)
