Ordered all the time from different locations. last week ordered from 1 on Wellington in Verdun and tonight from this 1 in Lasalle. get the pizza both times and supose to be pan pizza... comes looking like a regular pizza. called and found out they dont do cheese to the edge no more and did not mention it on website.. it tastes different and I dont like it.. it is not pan pizza its a bad imitation not worth 40$

Change of ownership brings about changes in everything. They used to have the best pizza dough in the area but now it tastes like cardboard. They staff - they don't smile. The quick service counter is not quick and if you eat there, they'll make sure you feel like you're bothering them. Not halfway through our meal, waitress walks by. My mouth is full so of course I'm expecting her to ask if everything is OK or if we need something. NOPE! Exact words "do you know when you'll be done? I'm almost finished my shift and I want to get paid. I don't have to invoice you but you can tip me now". Let's just say I'm happy I had a mouth full of food. The place itself isn't very clean. It's always empty no matter what time you go. I don't think I will ever eat there again no matter how many free pizzas they offer me.

I visited pizza hut near 10:30 pm and the girl taking our order was very disrespectful and arrogant and lack of customer dealing ethics in my opinion she should not be dealing with customers if she can’t treat them properly. A very disappointing experience from a large food chain branch like pizza hut.

Oh my lord , even one star it’s to much that place it’s about time to close or renovate, like they said you know the book from the title , just by entering to the restaurant first the door is broken and crocked you have to pull hard the glass door is disgusting , place is dirty , even the wooden fence and the table is sticky , I just imagine the outside god know how’s the kitchen or inside is, employee looked unhappy or like there’s an issue in between, super slow service even we was only three in the restaurant , and large pizza meat lover $25 plus tax almost 30 , price is not an issue for everyone it’s just the place is dirty , I think it’s about time an inspector to go visit , I hope the manager see this feedback and do a big clean up everywhere .

The pizza is very good . Ask for the marinara sauce that they give with their breadsticks. Dip your pizza in this .... sooooo good. They are 90 cents each little container . Worth it . Enhances the pizza so much. In fact , that marinara sauce is so tasty, i could just drink it haha . So good. If you walk in and order your pizza in person, you can get a large for 9.99. For max. 2 people though, their large isnt that big .

Loved their pizza all my life and I've always had good service at this location in particular. I grew up in LaSalle so I've been ordering food from this exact restaurant for decades and it's always been good. I've tried many other pizzerias, chains and independents, but I always come back to this one.

0 stars if I could. Literally live less than 10 minutes away driving distance from this place on google maps, only to be told that because my address isn't technically in LaSalle that I can't order pizza. There are literally addresses IN LaSalle that are farther away from the store than I am, and when I offered to pay $15 extra for the delivery, and still refused? In what world does that make any sense. $50 with tip for 1, YES, 1 LARGE PIZZA and refused? Perfect example of why this franchise has been losing stores left and right all over the globe.

DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION My husband and I are not from Montreal. We came here to visit and rented an apartment in the area. With two very hungry little ones in tow, we arrived at this Pizza Hut at 7:30 pm after a long day of travel. It took 4-5 minutes to seat us though there was hardly anyone at the restaurant. Once we were seated, we expected we might order drinks and our food right away because we knew what we wanted and knew the kids wouldn't last much longer. After we had been seated......nothing. Nobody came to the table again. We watched as TWO other parties came in, were seated and when we saw the waitress bring their drinks to the other table without coming back once to check on us, we were done. It had been 20 minutes since being seated and we could see they were not planning to wait on us for whatever reason, either because the waitress was completely incompetent, because of the kids, or something else, but we left. I could hardly believe our treatment here!

Don't expect good service at this location Lady at the front was so confused that i have to repeat my order couple of times,just to make sure everyone's on a same page It took me 5 -10 minutes to place the order I ordered two Pizzas one of them was veggie lover and other one was butter chicken pizza So when i got home with my two pizzas Surprisingly both of them were non vegetarian pizzas,So i got really frustrated and called them again The only reason i am giving them two stars is just coz of they delivered a pizza to my home (Veggie) After the call

POOR SERVER!! Be honest, all foods in every pizza hut are almost same and good for my family, I've been many pizza hut in Montreal and others city, but this one is worst! I order in mobile before we arrived so that we can eat quickly, and I ask cash girl could we(my kid and me) eat in the store, she said yes and I paid tip for thanks. But when my kid start eat on the table, the bus girl was very rud kick us out. I never see this before and I hate this Pizza Hut

Had my daughters birthday party there. We were a large group of 30 people and the waitress handled our group with care and great attention. She did a fantastic job waiting on our large group singlehandedly. The food was mediocre especially for the price but the waitress was fantastic!

I hadn't had Pizza Hut in years and decided to order but I was sorely disappointed and now remember why we don't go there anymore. There wasn't nearly enough cheese, despite paying for extra cheese, and the toppings were so few. I actually counted 5 slices of mushroom or an entire large pizza! Never in my life have I ever been inclined to count toppings but one can't help it when you pay for 4 toppings and open the box to utter disappointment. To their credit, the crust was nice, crispy and perfectly cooked but lets be honest, who orders pizza for the crust? Especially if the toppings are barely sprinkled on. Honestly, the pizza made me sad. You deserve more, there's better pizza out there.

Where to start?? The service was laughable to say the least. It took almost 15-20mins to get water! The waitress openly admitted that we’d have to remind her for the rest of our order as she is forgetful (not a good trait as a waitress, then again we watched her drop drinks on another tables customers so maybe a review is in order). My wings (if you can call them that. See photo below) was so small and basically crisp skin on a tiny bone, came before my fries! And when the fries came, they were warm! Second picture would be my garlic bread?? More like burnt toast lol . As for the 3rd picture.. These were my toppings (uncooked and raw) but once removed the crust was amazing ha! Overall Pizza Hut is my favourite pizza and THAT is the only thing good about this place... the pizza!

Update: For a while had largely good experiences, but only during the day when the manager was present. However, then all of a sudden they started making it wrong again. When it was returned for a replacement, staff were very rude and uppity. Done with this place, I won't be buying again. Review is for takeaway, not sitting in: Extremely overpriced. Charge huge amounts for any sort of topping or extra. These big pizza chains are supposed to be cheaper, but they are gouging their customers. The real issue is, you pay for extra cheese and get barely any cheese, let alone extra. Depending on who's working, you can get a pizza that's so thick it doesn't cook or so thin you can barely see it when it turns sideways. Stuffed crust (again extra and all those little extras are overpriced and add up quickly) rarely has enough cheese and the crust is often tiny. Absolutely zero quality control. If you're rich and craving pizza hut, go for it, but those of us on a budget will get poor value for money and ripped off on the extras we pay for that aren't followed through on. Also, order is often incorrect and has to be remade.

What a joke. Normally I couldn't give 2 sharts about writing reviews...especially of a chain like pizza hut.. but I placed an order online and they called me back saying they have no pizza... odd. The next day I called back mostly out of curiosity .. this time the ordering system was down and they wanted me to go to the store to place an order.... so much for delivery.. forget this hut

Worst service ever. Slowest restaurant I have ever been too. 1 waitress serving only 3 tables and i waiting 30 minutes before going to the front to ask where i can order because it took so long, they said they would bring me the waitress and it took another 10 minutes... basically i was in there for 2 hours just to get a cold pizza.... even the bill took 15 minutes... its faster to order the pizza and pick it up and go home and eat even if you live an hour away thats how slow it was

Extremely nice waiter that was serving me. The selection for the buffet is a bit limited, but it is top quality food for an affordable price. The restaurant itself is cozy. Would definitely recommend.

I will rate this restaurant on the lunch buffet. It's awful, I never dislike a restaurant this much but pizza that was brought out on the buffet were already dried out and tasteless. The only "good" things about it is that it was only 9$ and the cinnamon dessert was fresher. After reflecting on the price I figured that I could have had a great 10$ pizza elsewhere and if would have been much better. Do not go the for the lunch buffet.

I've ordered pizza online and they were great. However, we decided to eat there last week and it was a disaster! There was no utensils on the table, the plates were dirty and oily, the dining room was a mess with forks on the floor, it was just not a welcoming environment. The food was okay, which is why I gave a 2 stars despite the horrible experience.

THE WORST PLACE TO EAT OUT AT! The service... what service!!! We waited at the door, where there is a sign to wait to be seated. Finally we were told to sit where we wanted. The tables were dirty and not set for customers to sit at. I needed to go find a table that had clean tools to set my table for my self and my family. The buffet had NO FOOD! I took what i could to feel my mother in law and my daughter and waited minutes to get them more and feed myself. Food is the same, dull, dry, half cooked and NO ICE CREAM MACHINE!!!! You want a goood pizza hut? The one is Chateauguay is by far superior! Think twice before coming to eat here....

I went in to the lunch buffet knowing exactly what I was getting into. It's $8 or $9 a person, so I knew that quality wasn't going to be the number one priority here. The pizza crust is dull, the cheese flavourless and the salad items aren't very inspiring. But hey, I knew that this would be the case. I just wanted some cheap pizza and I got to eat as much of it as I wanted. What I was surprised about was the level of service. There was a single waiter for quite a few patrons and it was pretty clear that he was running around quite a bit. He never kept us waiting though and was always friendly. Props to that guy because I could see he that working hard. Maybe the other waiter/waitress was sick, but there really should be more than one waiter. In all, if you're looking for as much lousy pizza you can eat for the cheapest price, go for they lunch buffet at this Pizza Hutt. Can't go wrong if you know what you're getting yourself into.

Ordered a large pizza (12 slices), but the slices are so small that two slices together wouldn’t make one ‘regular’ slice. Had to put a frozen pizza in the oven cause this wasn’t enough for 4 (and a half) people. ????

The place is so run down I will never go back. The carpets are so dirty it’s disgusting, the blinds have so much dust and don’t work. The tables have the markings of the cups like they were never cleaned The seats in there booths are worn and torn. At least the pizza was good and so was the service

The buffet is very simple but it is what you would expect from a 9 dollar all you can eat meal. But even that way it was very tasty and the staff is very fast at putting more pizzas options there The drinks are a little too expensive and, as always, I believe they put too much ice in everything here in Canada. Oh, it's a very easy place to arrive and park, with lots of places to sit.

Put simply the restaurant and service are OK but the quality of the pizzas has been going down a lot. Order a Hawaiian pizza and you will barely have any ham and pineapple. Would rather try my luck with any loval pizzeria next time.
