I waited almost a year for it to open, I was so hyped. Do NOT go here. I was sick hours after. Their fridges must not be working. My date had a tuna salad which she returned and ordered McDonald’s later on. I had the burger which was meh. But an hour later I wished I had McDonald’s. I was told not to eat there but I always support local places. Never again. I hope an inspector goes by soon.

I ordered for a takeout and I did not wait a long time for it. The food was hot and it was the Best cheese burger ever. It was cooked perfectly with the crispiest fries ever and their coleslaw salad was just perfect. On top of that, Dimitri who works here always gives a professional service. Disappointed. We were 3. We ordered 2 poutines (Montreal and Keto) and a mushroom burger. All were excessively salty. There was something not right about the poutines and neither was even half eaten. These meals are not cheap and really should have been much better. We thought the terrace would be nice, being outdoors and all, in these Covid times, but it sat right on the parking lot which killed some of the ambience. Noise and fumes. Service was decent. ... This place was recomended to us so we don't understand why 3 meals were memorable for the wrong reasons. ...To be fair, when we did complain the waiter apologized and knocked 15% off the bill. For that I give 3 stars rather than 2.

Went to order to go and was sent to the bar. I bwas then standing at the bar while three employees chatted and paid no attention to me, I finally interrupted their conversation asking to order and was told to go on the other end of the bar to order. I went to the other end only to be sent back to where I was, as that is the place to order. I told the waitress they told me this where I'm supposed to order, and she gave a dirty look and walk away. Another guy came and gave me a menu and then 10 minutes later, someone took my order. I ordered a burger with no onions wrapped in lettuce and a salad as a side with no onions. 30 seconds after punching in my order, I asked if I can change the side to fries and he said no. 20 minutes later I got my food and left. When I got home I had onions on my burger, and on my salad. I get they were busy but it makes a horrible experience for trying this place for the first time.

Terrible experience, went there to watch the fight and have some food. We stood at the entrance for 5 minutes no one came to serve us. So we decided will sit down some one will have to come and say something. Weather it be move spots or to just generally serve us. That didnt happen we were ignored for 20 minutes with employees walking around saying nothing to us. Even though multiple people walked by us. So a total of about 25 minutes there no a single shread of service. Definitely a horrible first impression.

Very bad experience with this restaurant. The waiter was very creepy and inattentive. I wanted to order something vegetarian off the menu (which was a big mistake) so I decided to go for the mac n cheese, and I also ordered regular fries. The order came in 40 mins later. I can't imagine it would take this long for some pasta and fries, and when I asked the waiter if he could check the kitchen since it has been 40 mins his reply was "sorry a lot of people ordered at the same time". I don't work in the food industry, but one thing I know is that professional chefs in restaurants are able to handle multiple orders at the same time. The mac n cheese is basically Kraft dinner with nothing more. The fries came in burned and soggy in bits and pieces (not eatable at all). Went there for my birthday, was really impressed by how nice the restaurant looked with all of it's decorations and paintings on the walls. The place wasn't really packed but we had to wait quite a bit to get our food. The waiter was nice enough and brought free chips to help the kids through the wait. I ordered the Dallas Burger which tasted amazing but which also had a ridiculous amount of sauce ???? ended up with my hands coated in sauce and my burger just started falling completely apart after 2 bites. The waiter nice enough to tell my girlfriend that they had a special shot for birthdays which she promptly ordered after he told her that the shot was a Blowjob. Thing is they didn't have whipped cream so they put a huge chunk of vanilla ice cream in it which kinda made it impossible to drink it the proper way so I just ended up taking out the ice cream with a fork and drinking the shot.

This was the second visit to this location. The food was good and served hot. The drinks were cold and the decor/atmosphere cool. My only complaint is the service. I don't know if it is because the booth backs are so high, but after dropping off our order, it seems as if we were forgotten. We arrived around 7.40 pm and were assigned a booth. The atmosphere was awesome hip, trendy and cool decor. The music was loud and we needed to almost scream at our company on the other side of the booth. We ordered 3 burgers , a orange float, and soft drinks our waitress was friendly and fluent in English and French We didn't waited long for our food and drinks about 20 minutes. The burgers were tasty and warm. Fries were cold. We had asked for a refills on our soft drinks and mayonnaise non of them ever arrived at the table. We were never checked on if everything was ok. What did happen was that our food was taken away and 2 of us couldn't finish the burgers but wanted to take them home for later. But the food was thrown out without the question if we wanted to take it with us. The waitress looked overwhelmed while at that moment the restaurant was half empty We drove 40 minutes to this location that is brand new. And we all were excited to try this place out. We will not be back even though with a few small tweeks this could be a place we would love to go to. Sad.

For a plate costing around $ 18 and this for a hamburger, I expected at least a "hum" ... the fries were good but disappointed with the hamburger itself (hyper fatty, tasteless, meat a bit bland). In addition, we are offered brown sauce to put on the looted potatoes (ramekin containing max 2 tablespoons) or spicy mayo for fries and we do not tell you that there will be an additional cost of $ 1 each fold taxes. It was our first visit and for the price easy to find better in my opinion. Was extremely disappointed was looking for somewhere in Lasalle to eat and watch the hockey game, going back to the Brasserie at least you get a bang for your buck. This the first and probably the last time I will go to La Belle et La Boeuf Lasalle. The food was alright, but not worth the hassle or the price. It was over crowded and the service was not good. Half our table was served and then after 15 mins the other half was served. honestly felt unappreciated. Do not ever try and call the restaurant cause they NEVER pick up thr dam phone... Upon arrival the restaurant was empty so there was literally no excuse on why they wouldnt pick up. If you have a problem with your order upon delivery you literally need to show up at their doorstep with the order to let them know its not right... No one reads the notes of specific order like no cheese or extra sauce. You get what the menu says thats it thats all. 3 times now my order is completely wrong. Wonderful location that myself and my family absolutely loved. The decor, and overall ambiance was fantastic, with an overall eclectic mix of 1980's culture and warm cozy home decor. I myself had "La Boeuf" burger, pictured in my review, a little much on the cheese sauce, so the burger was a bit of a mess to eat, coupled with the fact that, I'm a slob, made it interesting, but the waiter included extra, much needed and appreciated napkins, so I escaped a cheese induced fashion faux pas. The fries themselves were great, well seasoned, and far more then you think you get, when you see how it's served. The coleslaw was fantastic, and Kool aid pickle honestly took me by surprise with its wonderful mix of sweet and tangy. In terms of price point, I found it more then fair, with my meal, a soft drink, a 20oz of Stella Artois costing under 40$$. The overall quality was fantastic, and service was solid. On the whole, the experience was wonderful, and I, and my family will be more then happy to visit this location again.
