I bought two roti from fusion restaurant in LaSalle and it was the worst roti I ever had in my life …who sell roti without potatoes, plus the roti skin thin like bookleaf. Who also put so much pepper so many thyme stick in customer food without asking them and please take you all time and cut up the green onion

First visit this Friday. I already know this is my new Friday Take Out spot. The food is delicious. The staff is A1. This week I tried the Doubles and Chicken Roti. They were so, SO good. I can't wait to try the rest of their menu! Their Fusion of the Day options will probably become a regular fixture in my lunches ~ everything looks ????. Parking is definitely not an issue. Hand sanitizer, plexiglass..✅ in short, covid-19 precautions are in place (don't forget your mask!!) Glad they're back in Lasalle. Menu is fantastic and I appreciate how they put a spin on some caribbean classics, like oxtail pouting, jerk chicken wrap, etc.

I have been ordering from here for a few months and love the selection, however, I noticed for the past couple of months the quality of food is not the same. For example- the curry doesn't taste the same as it used to. Before you used to use the greenish colored curry (which was excellent), but now you've switched to the yellow curry-which is ok..just a difference in taste. There are a bit too many thyme sticks as well and long pieces of scallion in the chicken roti. I don't feel the "love" in the food like I once used to. I will continue to support but just wanted to bring up a few things I've noticed.

I really hate doing this but this has to be known. I've been supporting Jah B for years but things are far from satisfactory. 1st issue: I ordered some fish cakes a few days ago and ended up having thyme sticks stick me in my gum and my gum bleeding profusely . It is okay to put thyme leaves on your food but cutting up the sticks is a big no no. I bought 12 fish cakes and after trying to carefully bite into them and finding more than 12 pieces of sticks in the four that I was able to ingest, I had to throw them out because I couldn't risk it. Now just today, I ordered two large soups (manish water) for my mother and I not one piece of goat was found in both of them. Not one. Anyway, y'all need to fix these issues!

Ever since i heard they were making doubles I knew I had to go... Finally got a chance and let me say the doubles were excellent! The channa was seasoned well, the sauce was a bit hot/sweet, the bara was fluffy... Definitely coming back! Compliments to the chef!

I just ate the best poutine ever from Fusion Caribbean Kitchen in Lasalle. The gravy is like no other!!! It was so delicious that I'll probably buy another one tomorrow. Hands down the best poutine in Montreal. Their vegan rotis and their doubles with mango salsa are also the best. Thank you thank you thank you.

This place is the best kept secret in my opinion in Montreal! Every dish is full of flavour and great portions. It’s basically like a home cook meal but amplified! Consistency in every dish. Staff are amazing and friendly...I know people from all corners of Montreal coming for their food! For myself it’s out of my way but worth the trip everytime.

Excellent food. I want to encourage you to lower the spicy ness and trim the meats. Too much fats on the meat. I will tell anyone to eat there, but will like yo see these improvements done .

Did a pretty big order of a variety of items from this great restaurant for our weekly order-in night. We enjoyed our food so much. The portions were so big that it lasted us the weekend! The fish stew was fabulous. The curry goat roti was amazing. The patties were amazing. Often its too little filling, but these were a great ratio. The Jerk Salmon was by far my favorite. Not a common combination, but it worked so good together. Definitely adding this place to our delivery rotation. ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks for the great food!
