Funny how you always drive or ride past a place all the time but only discover it when you walk in the door. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and great food whether it's their signature burger, or their Irish breakfast (only on weekends from noon til two) or their steak night (only on Wednesdays).

So glad this opened, it’s the only place in the area with a great deck / fancy feel! First time we went, we didn’t expect much but just hoping for a beer in the sun. Turns out this place is so much more. Small menu but ALL exquisite dishes. Watch any good cooking show and they’ll tell you to focus on just a few really good items. Plus they change it up all the time, it’s really just a personal “great chef’s playground”. Special shout out to the grilled broccoli starter, yum! Next thing: tell them if you have any dietary preferences and they’ll adapt any dish. Like literally three visits now and they’ve done this to accommodate my preference for no dairy. Finally drinks. While it’s focus is probably on the wine list, they have a decent list of everything else. And custom drinks too, as well as just the ability to recommend something based on what you feel like. Inside, it’s intime, the resto section is simple but cute with nice tables and candles, close to the kitchen and bar makes you feel like you know the owners and are special invitees. The video lottery room breaks the ambiance a little, but you know what? If it helps them stay in business so this precious corner stays active, I’m all for it. Thanks, you’re our local now!

We discovered O’Connor’s thanks to Andy Cook. He invited us to see him perform live acoustic guitar and sing. Great it was a Thursday night and pasta was 2 for 1. The pasta was excellent and the Red Velvet Cake was amazing. Lots of parking at the venue and in the street. Super friendly staff.

Faccia Brutta in 2021 has transformed a neighborhood corner into a downtown-like atmosphere, vive, with friendly staff with great attitude as well as simply delicious food. The experience of hanging out on the terrace with friends over a few drinks and quality food is relaxing and enjoyable. The terrace extends to wooden benches outside to the parking where one can sit down for a smoke. Although not cheap, the experience is worth it.
