A cool ambience and friendly, polite staff make this a nice place to eat out. All their signature burgers are named after a national capital, hence the name. Cool. Depending on the burger, the patties are made of either beef, chicken or pork. Sadly, there's no more salmon. One burger has a vegetarian patty (I'm guessing tofu). They each come with a different set of veggies, cheese, bacon and condiments as toppings. Since I prefer beef burgers instead of chicken or pork, I ordered the Montreal burger (it has all of the above toppings like an all-dressed pizza) and tried their regular poutine while I was at it. After a modest waiting time, I was presented with my meal on a black rectangular plate on a metal tray. Why the poutine was served in an aluminum pan when I wanted it to eat there instead of to go, I don't know. It would have been better served on the plate. Tasty chewy fries in a poutine gravy with cheese curds; the way it's supposed to be. The burger was all dressed, well cooked and tasty. Not sure about the missing dill pickle another reviewer had mentioned, but otherwise yes, more mayo would have been nice.

These are one of the best burgers I've tried in Montreal. They look small and harmless, but they can fill you up; I love them on a ciabatta bread. The fries might come too dark, but the burger is totally worth going. The Montreal or the New York are my favourites.

There's a delivery fee, so my trio cost was $18 and change before tip. The burger alone was 4 stars, but the poutine was terrible. Super dry fries drowned in thick clumpy gravy.

I would like to encourage restaurants, especially since so many have had difficult times, but unfortunately this is not one I can recommend. The oil for the fries was so old that everything was bitter, I feel bad for the maggots that will consume this horrible excuse for a poutine in my compost. Do not be deceived by the pictures, or words on the menu. The Roma had no bruschetta at all, zero, and what they consider double bacon was not even one slice of the most burnt and sad bacon I’ve ever seen. I should have read more reviews before ordering, my bad. I hope this was just a one time mix up, but I’ll never eat from there again.

Order from this place often. Problem is they always forget to bring something and don’t like to correct mistakes. This place is not cheap per se so they should take time to get orders right. Telling me you acknowledge it’s your mistake but then telling me you can’t do anything is horrible customer service. Great experience! A nice departure from run of the mill fast food burger places. My Montreal burger was tasty and the poutine was delicious. Very fresh. The service was very good. I was proactively offered a refill on my Coke. It took about 20 minutes for my order to be ready which was acceptable given the food was made to order. A little more expensive than fast food burger places but well worth it. I will go there again when in the area.
