The food was great! They start you off with some fresh ciabatta bread, warm and soft, absolutely delicious! For the meal, I got the roasted red pepper and goat cheese crostini, chicken supreme with mushroom and spinach sauce with a side of veggies.(from the menu du soir) It took a bit long to get our food but it was understandable considering there were two huge groups of people for different birthdays. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Their tiramisu is by far the best I've ever had ❤️ (My favorite dessert so I've had my fair share!)

Long wait for the order to be taken. The food didn't take long to arrive though. Aranccini was completely tasteless and the sauce tasted like bitter tomato. Pizza cheese arrived cold so it was hard like cardboard. The meat sauce for the pasta was very salty. The bathrooms are old and look dirty. The music is way too loud (yes I'm aware they consider themselves a bar/lounge). At least the staff is friendly.

Really just a great place to spend the night with friends and family and good food. (The food is actually excellent as well, but I felt I needed to use a different word since I used "excellent" many times. Also I'm a little drunk from the wine I had there.)

We were a party of 8 (office lunch) and the first customers in the restaurant for lunch. We waited 20 minutes for bread to be served (it was fresh and very good) and an hour for our meals to be served. I had the margherita pizza which was good but the dough was a little tough. Servers were pleasant and helpful with menu choices. I'll give it another try next time I'm at our LaSalle office. Maybe it was just an off day.

I have been looking for a place where i can through a private party for a birthday that is not to expensive but is nice, and when I was at bocci's for there sunday brunch buffet I had asked if they had done private parties and they said yes. There food is awesome! By far the best restaurant in Lasalle being a very picky eater and always looking to get a bang for my buck I would have to say that bocci's has that upscale vibes with great food at great prices!

Wow, we walked into this restaurant to be greeted by amazing staff. We ordered some pizza for take out. The food is absolutely amazing. This is my new favorite restaurant in LaSalle .I highly recommend this place. Very clean, great prices, amazing staff and delicious food. Great ambiance, tasty food, and friendly service. Have been here several times and will keep going back. Have met the owners a few times as well - very friendly. The Bocci special sub is always a great go-to meal.

They did a great job renovating the restaurant. I had the 14" smoked meat sub. Only problem is there was barely and smoked meat. Mostly coleslaw. Not going to order that again. Other meals looked very good. A friend had the steak sub and was very happy with it.

The food was correct, not as good as the price would invite you to expect. I'm afraid those who believe this is outstanding italian food have never tasted really good italian meals. For over 100$ for 4 people, it was a very normal meal. It wasn't bad, just ordinary, hence the 3 stars. I won't order again. Oh, and they forgot my pizza when delivering, but that can happen with bad luck.

A little unassuming, the location hides the nature of the resto. Very decent food, I believe all prepped in house, at reasonable prices. The decor is modern up to date styling. They might not have all items on the menu, at least that was true about the dessert menu, most items were no longer being served. But that wasn't the deal breaker. Overall good experience.

Less than half vote, the place is ok and the food is ok. Severely over priced for what it is. When you know you can make a better dish at home it's not worth paying that much. One of the waiters is extremely nice though, he's friendly and I would go back because of him. The service at the bar is really bad, they never acknowledge you, even when you're the only one there wanting just a beer while you wait for your group.

Used to be my favourite restaurant, but it's seriously gone downhill. The past 4 times I've been there, the service has been really slow and/or they brought the wrong food to us. I don't necessarily blame the staff, because they need to hire more people. They're all running around like chickens without heads. The owner used to come around and ask how things were, now I hardly see him as well. The food is definitely good, and maybe they're just banking on that people will choose taste over service, but it's starting to become a deal breaker now.

Went there with a bunch of people from work and it's pretty decent. They have the best garlic bread and hot sauce ever! It's SOOO good. Unfortunately the food was not that great - I had gotten a plain pizza. My friends had gotten the fish of the day and they both thought it was okay. I went there a year ago and had gotten the artichoke pizza and that was amazing. Not sure if the food wasn't good cause they moved or something else. I would definitely go back just for their bread and hot sauce though.

Bad experience. had our engagement party there and not only was the room we reserved still not ready/ occupied with another party when we arrived, they also set up the tables completely differently from what we had discussed multiple times with them beforehand. Our decorators had to redo everything since they were not aware of that, which in the end delayed our whole event and we had no prep time before our guests arrived. The waiter who packed our engagement cake at the end (there was a lot left) also ended up dropping it and ruining it for us...don't recommend. Go somewhere else for your event.

Great resturant located in Lasalle to enjoy spot-on Italian specialties. Been quite a few times for dinners and brunches and have yet to be disappointed. Parking can be a little tight, but you can park on the streets around the resturant. Friendly and attentive staff. Wide variety appetizers, main courses and deserts. Prior to the pandemic they were able to host groups small and big alike. Well worth the reservation and trip!

This restaurant is like a drug! I can never get enough of it!!! I live in Brossard and with the detours everywhere it takes 45 minutes to get there but that won't stop me! I love Italian food and have been to many Italian restaurants and none of them compare to Bocci's. I find that no matter whether it is an Italian restaurant or not you never get enough sauce. Well, that is not a problem at Bocci's there is plenty of sauce on your pasta. Plus the plate is so full I always have enough pasta left over to take home! If you haven't tried it yet you must go there at least once! BEWARE: This place is additive! The prices, the food, the ambiance and the staff are phenomenal!

Dreaming to eat a delicious Risotto and tartar, but, unfortunately, it wasn’t the case. Rice was raw and completely dry, big pieces of mushrooms. Angus Tartar, almost dry as well. Service was poor. At one point the waiter went back to the kitchen with only 2 plates in his hands. He picked up the plate from the person in front of me and left my plate there. I can carry at least 8 empty plates. The waiter went a few times in the kitchen with empty hands while there was empty plates on the table. For a brunch the coffee service was poor, only once we had been served coffee twice, and my cup was finished for a while before the waiter came back, were they around more often. The eggs and potatoes had no seasonings. The waffles were hard. With so many restaurants on the island, I won't be going back.

I came here for Sunday buffet brunch with a private group for a baptism. The food variety was nice and the omelette station is a nice touch. I wish there was more fresh fruit and more pastry options. Other great additions would be toast, bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon...Acts like a high end brunch/posh but food quality is just ok. Does not compare to the similarly-priced brunch buffet at the Old Port steakhouse. Customers were going for seconds/thirds and all the food trays were closed. It seemed a bit bizarre that they would cover the food so early when guests were not done eating, especially considering we were a big group and they know what time we arrived. Waitors / staff were either very young and a bit immature (joking around), but some of the older gentlemen were quite unprofessional. One man was scolding another publicly (loudly stating "serve people who are at the table first!") -- while he may be right, it is not professional to do this in front of customers. The same waitor showed blatant annoyance at some young kids trying to pass him and did not give priority for the mother to pass in a tight corridor.

TLDR: the food lacks seasoning No disrespect, but this was a horrible dining experience on my end. The service was great, but the food was less than desirable. I had the veal parmigiana and it was so tasteless, there was no seasoning at all in the sauce, in the breadcrumbs or on the vegetables. I also tasted the penne a la Gigi, they were a better option but still lacked seasoning. All in all I find the food to be highly overrated here and I will definitely not be coming back.

I had dinner at this restaurant on a Sunday evening. It was quiet, only 4 tables busy or so. We had a good night but that’s where I would stop. It could have been so much more fun. We were in the dining room (there is also a bar section but it was empty). The dining room had loud club dance music playing and a bar corner with had a large screen TV showing a football game. None of these worked. They don’t seem to know what they want for ambiance. None of it works together. The food was very good but there is nothing about it that would make me come back to have it again. The servings are ample and well presented but somehow , it leaves you indifferent as to the whole experience. As i said, they ned to find a formula that works. Until then, it’s just another place to eat.

the ONLY upside was that the bread was soft and the bathroom was cute but the music was obnoxiously loud and didn’t really have a particular theme? like just erratic migraine-inducing radio music. meatballs tasted like meatloaf lol like I’ve never had such a bready, bland meatball in my life. pasta was dry, tasted like nothing even after they put 3 spoons of literally kraft parmesan ???? also 23$ for BOXED PASTA?? there were clumps of hard butter in the sauce it was so horrible. coffee was cold and tasted like folgers that had been brewed hours ago, just a really bad quality coffee with a battery after taste. we had a toddler with us and they served her 1 bottle of orange juice half an hour after bringing out everyone else’s drinks arrived at 7:30 and were only allowed to order at 8:45 and served food at 9:30. we were there for a birthday and multiple people had went to the washroom and they brought out the cake without anyone even knowing so half of us missed singing happy birthday. just an extremely disappointing experience. i personally wouldn’t have chosen to eat here even if i was desperate for a last minute reservation anywhere.

Joey has demolished the old bocci restaurant and rebuilt a beauty and tonight I stopped in with my brother and sisters in law after my mother's wake, Joey and his team were very attentive to our table as all tables . Service was great, food was great ,i had the tortellini with spec and peas in the saffron sauce and it was delicious. For dessert we ordered the fried pizza dough with the chocolate sauce and it was not to sweet , it was just right. Congrats to Joey and his team for a great new beginning

The dish was way too oily and I took a bite, in which there was a large chunk of undercooked squid that I must have spat out in the napkin. In short, it was ok, but really nothing more. Very disappointed with the super speed of service, especially for an evening after 6 p.m. We had the impression that we wanted us to leave quickly to welcome other customers (although we had reservations). Le plat était beaucoup trop huileux et j'ai pris une bouchée, dans laquelle il y avait un gros morceaux de calmars mal cuit que j'ai dû recraché dans la serviette de table. En résumé, c'était ok, mais vraiment sans plus. Très déçu par la super rapidité du service, surtout pour une soirée après 18h. On avait l'impression qu'on voulait qu'on parte rapidement pour accueillir d'autres clients (pourtant nous avions réservé). Il y a assurément de meilleurs options de resto dans le coin!

Just walked out of this restaurant . We have been here quite a few times but the treatment we received today was downright unacceptable. My husband and I made a reservation for their brunch over 10 days ago as a late Valentine's Day celebration. We arrived for our reservation on time if not a few minutes early . There was a couple that arrived after us that I am assuming knew the owner personally no reservation. He sat them at a nice table for 2. I was told for our 11:30 reservation we would need to be out by 12:30. We were there to celebrate. If I wanted to wolf down my food I would go to Md Ds. Finally they agreed to give us a huge booth for 8 people practically in the coat closet. We do not live in the area and yet we chose to eat here. After voicing our dissatisfaction they would not do anything. I guess the volume of the groups trumps a reservation of 2. I do know one thing for sure and that they will never see us again.

To be honest, I wasn't impressed. I didn't know what to expect when we arrived. My husband had called ahead to make a reservation but when we arrived, and we gave them our names, the table they had set aside for us was horrible. It was a tiny table surrounded by other larger tables with noisy guests and pressed up against a pillar, we both could see it would not be comfortable so my husband asked to move and we pointed to another more pleasant table to be told that it was reserved. Well, we made a reservation too!! They let us sit there regardless but I could tell they weren't happy about it and (perhaps as a result) the service was TERRIBLE!!! Our waiter was friendly enough but we had to wait for a good 20 minutes just to get a menu. It seemed that the wait staff was ignoring us completely whenever anyone passed by. Other guests were coming in, getting served and receiving their drinks before we ever got our menus. I was sure that they were making us pay for asking to be moved. They didn't bring us bread (it's an Italian restaurant!) until we had to ask for it and even then by the time it arrived, it was too late since our main meal had already arrived. The place is very loud. Music is loud and unpleasant, very much like the old elevator music from the 70s, hard to hear each other. The food was quite good but not any better than any other Italian restaurant I've been to and considering the prices they charge, I was not impressed with how we were ignored most of the evening. To be fair, the place was absolutely packed and the service staff were run off their feet and as I said earlier, our server was very friendly but I don't think I'll be going back. For the prices and the service we experienced, it was very disappointing.

I absolutely LOVE Bocci's! Since having discovered Bocci's a little over a year ago, it has become the ONLY restaurant that I order from. Great deals on the take out menu. The subs are fantastic, the soup of the day is always delicious and hearty. The chicken parmesan combo is one of my fav! I've tried most of the Pasta dishes and loved them all. I really have no complaint about Bocci's at all. I still need to try the pizza which is supposed to be their staple. Try it and I guarantee that you won't regret it. Also agree that the chocolate cake is to die for! It's called "Death by chocolate"!
