Food and service is good. Can use drive-thru or you can order inside ( # of people inside limited). Can't eat inside restaurant right now. Free parking and wheelchair access. Could improve on the coffee: coffee good but sometime has grains at the bottom ( Tim Horton almost never has grains at bottom of coffee cup) Very happy with the restaurant.

The place was very clean and there wasn't a lot of people. I enjoy the fact that there's two sinks in the dining room so you can wash your hands without having to go to the washrooms. The staff could have been a bit more friendly ( kept their conversation between each other while taking my order )

Service: 2/5. Each time we took out, there was an error. We forgot an item, however ordered and paid, and this last time, having taken the trouble to look carefully before leaving, I realized that below my washer was hiding the burger (beef) of another! Il est arrivé à quelques reprises (surtout pour emporter) que les frites étaient froides, les hamburgers un peu garochés (tellement mal assemblés qu’ils ne se tenaient simplement pas), le pain un peu raide... une fois, une des frites était froide, comme si elle avait été faite depuis longtemps alors que l’autre était parfaite. Service: 2/5. Chaque fois que nous avons pris pour emporter, il y avait une erreur. On oubliait un item pourtant commandé et payé, et cette dernière fois, ayant pris la peine de bien regarder avant de repartir, je me suis rendu compte qu’en dessous de ma rondelle se cachait le burger ( au boeuf) d’un autre ! Une fois, j’ai pris la peine de retourner pour me faire rembourser l’item oublié, ce qu’ils ont fait sans hésiter, mais sans vraiment s’en soucier outre mesure... Le personnel ne porte pas attention à ce qu’il fait. S’il y avait une autre succursale ou une autre option végé comparable près de Verdun, c’est clair que nous n’irions plus à cette succursale. J’ai quand même espoir que les franchisés investiront un peu plus dans la sélection, la formation et l’encadrement de son personnel pour résoudre ce problème pourtant assez simple...

My buddy burger (which I asked to have cheese added for) definitely didn't have cheese, although the cashier was adamant it was there but simply melted (it was not). The batter for the onion rings was done so improperly that it would not stay on the cooked onions, a prep issue likely from another address before its delivery to this restaurant (and probably others). Very tasty Teen burger. The fries tasted okay, cooked nicely (today, I added a touch of salt to them). The guy assisting was not a cashier; he was courteous but did not seem to understand the onion rings problem the first time because the second remedial course of onion rings was exactly the same as the first. The toilet base looked like it was leaking. The exit is the emergency exit, but the emergency exit still has its Alarm label on it and a cashier was standing in front of the door so I did not understand to go to go towards that door. She started to try to give the explanation but she lost me way before, plus it would never complied with a 2-meter rule so if she would have blocked the primary entrance, I would have understood that the only way out is the Alarm door ???? Can't say I like this concept, using an alarm door that is still labelled as one to exit... Cover the alarm sticker then, no? Clean restaurant. A client decided to sit right behind us even though we found our seat at the booth before this client; no one asked him to keep his distance. The directional flow on the menu boards was so confusing to us that it didn't seem logical that the giant image of the Teen burger was for the The cashier system's price of the Teen burger does NOT match with the board's price!!!! Unacceptable. A Teen burger is supposed to be $6.39 according to the board, but on the bill for two (bill does NOT show "per sandwich" which is also a take-away, scam giveaway) was over $13 before taxes!!! I would hope that the cashier complies with Exactitude des prix - Too bad we did not choose to point that out because this restaurant later deceived us so many times, we might as well have gone to the cashier or asked to speak with the manager!!!

It’s true that sometimes they overcharge . It happened to me twice . Check your order and receipt before leaving . Otherwise fresh tasty food , no antibiotics in the meat . Their beyond meat burger is the tastiest I’ve had from any restaurant. Love their chicken habanero burger however sometimes they don’t put enough mayo on it. Nice that it is open late. Used this place the last three time in the past month. Prompt and friendly staff on top of fresh warm food certifies their great work ethics. It’s somehow not so easy to operate ont this common order of the basis of their operation... I feel bad for some owners/managers.. Going back to this place. There was a possibility to deduct a star for forgetting my drink with my order but I share the blame and a small distracting event had occurred at the same time so I won’t penalize for that. I just hope it’s the same lady next time so I could modify my next order with a free drink. Service was mediocre, the entire staff seemed to be lost. Onion rings were so greasy as to be almost inedible. The root beer was almost flat. The teenburgers were barely ok but might have been better if we could have eaten them when they were still hot but we had to wait almost ten minutes for the onion rings so by the time we got to them they were just warm. Then there was the bill. Can someone tell me how a special for two teenburgers, rings and Root beer at 14.99 ends up costing $20.43??? We can't figure it out. I could go on, but what would be the point? I waited two days to post this because I needed to cool off a little bit. Anyways, I won't be going back to that location again.

Went there last night for a burger combo. The burger was handed to me almost instantly. No time to have cooked it fresh. I don't know how long they had it sitting around, but it was thoroughly cold. The cheese did not melt at all, the patty was cold threw to the center and was considerably dry. It was like eating a cold left over hamburger a day later. This was my second buy at A&W and both times have been equally bad. Would not recommend.

Honestly, my first experience with this particular location was it's opening day. On that day I ordered an Uncle burger trio, to go. When I arrived home, much to my disappointment, I discovered my burger was almost totally uncooked, therefore, incredible. I returned today 11/25/2019 to give the location a second chance. I ordered a "Papa Royal". This time I was far far happier with the results. The burger was excellent, and seasoned how I like it for a fast food burger, the fries did have a funny aftertaste, but not unpleasant, more like a beef fat flavor, and as always, the root beer was what I'd ever hope for. It's a 24 hour location, so convenient for any of cravings you may find yourself having, and the food is better then McDonald's if nothing else. I'm happy I gave this location a second chance.

I regret not taking any photos.. the food was excellent.... ordered breakfast food. It going to be my go to fast food breakfast joint. Service at the drive thru was excellent.... i have no complaints... if you have a car dont be surprised at the drive thru window is higher up than most deive thru places. I highly recommend... i will take pictures next time.
