The place might not look special on the outside, but the food... The food is delicious! It's not fancy food, but it's made really well. Clearly a motivated kitchen. Also the coffee was the best coffee I've had in Canada so far. As a European, I liked the service. The servers did their job courteously and efficiently without any extra hassle. I was pleased with that. I spent four days in Kitimat, and I'm kinda sad that I decided to try out Rosario's during my final day. I would have eaten here more often.

Ordered the chicken stir fry and burrito bowl. The chicken Stir fry was a breaded chicken burger cut up and covered in sweet and sour sauce to the point of being non edible. The Burrito Bowl was literally an old el Paso taco kit shoved in a bowl and served to you. Neither of these are worthy of serving to paying customers. Needless to say we shall never return to this sub par restaurant.

We were told by the locals that this was the place to go, and boy we were not disappointed! They were super busy but dealt with everyone in a timely manner. I was dining with 2 friends and my 1 year old and they got our food out swiftly and it was hot. The servers were super accommodating to changes I made to my order to be able to share with my baby and they were so friendly. I will definitely be going back whenever I visit kitimat!

Probably one of the better restaurants in town, although the menu is getting a little stale and could use a change. We love taking our kids here, it's a very kid-friendly place. Their house lemonade is amazing!

Service was amazing the 2 waitresses were super nice However the food was bland I got the 2 piece cod but cooked good Just no flavor the tarter sauce had no flavor The coleslaw was bland but the deep fried pickles were amazing loved the sauce that came with that My husband's food was amazing his steak was so nice and cooked perfect next time I think I'll go with the Neptune steak

Menu has lots of options. I had spaghetti with meatballs and it was quite good, and a generous portion. Service was prompt and attentive. We sat near a window as the view of the mountains is gorgeous and as a visitor I just can't get enough! Parking is free.

Had a great experience dining here, Appetizers of Calamari and bam bam shrimp, meal of Cod fish and chips and Caesar Salad, along with Munich dark lager and Stout local Terrace brews. Food and service was great. See you again very soon.

My meal was mediocre at best. We went there as a team after our zones and there was nothing but complaints at our table. I had a burnt steak and uncooked pasta noodles My meal ended up costing me $42.95 and this was not a very good experience for me or my team

One of the best restaurant in this boom town. We ordered the 3 piece halibut fish and chips $30, gourmet salad $15, sticky toffee cake $7 and coffee $3. The halibut and fries was good. The halibut was not too dry or moist. The fries was crispy and coffee not bad. Salad was fresh and toppings was plentiful. Sticky toffee cake I don't see it being offered often. It was amazing and a must try for dessert.

My favorite restaurant in Kitimat. Service is friendly not always fast due to being popular and very busy at times. The food I find is always good and hot. It is a tad expensive for us but if you are working and making good money it is well worth the price.

This place is alright. The service is what I expected; friendly and prompt. The food is average at best. I ordered the seafood fetucini. The sauce:pasta ratio made it seem like a porridge than a pasta dish. The sauce itself was super thick and gloppy. Not the worst I've ever had. If I went back, I'd just order something else. I wouldn't be opposed to going back, and not because it's a small town with limited options, but my friends ordered food that seemed half decent

Always love coming here for any meal. Seafood Alfredo was top notch, not too strong lots to eat hearty prawns and scallops. The atmosphere is such a nice change. Still always my favorite the infused lemonade!! Great restaurant.

I give the service full stars, the food however is meh and overpriced for what it is. Food is adequately good enough, but if you are looking for something tasty I might recommend looking elsewhere.

I ordered a "bacon cheeseburger". When my bill came I was charged for a 12.95 Cheeseburger (not listed on menu) + 3.95 add bacon. There are two different "bacon cheeseburger" options, one is 14.95, the other 15. "Add bacon" is listed as 1.95 on the menu. When I brought this up the server said I need to "order it differently". Ridiculous. If this is a common issue, the server should clarify. Cherry on top was that I was charged 4.95 for a single cup of soda water. Not Pellegrino or anything fancy, no syrups, just tap water with bubbles in it as server informed me they use a Sodastream. The food was alright, classic greasy pub fare, and I would have been happy if I had been charged $15 for the burger and max $3 for a soda but the bill rigamarole put a very bad taste in my mouth.

I've eaten here a few times, not by my choice, and each time I've been here it's been a bad experience. The owner pays very little attention to you as she's doing 5 different things at once, your beverage will sit empty for a while before anyone brings you a new one. The food is mediocre at best and the vibe from the staff is not a happy one. I won't visit this place on my own accord only if it's a family gathering or someone else really wants go go.

I ate here June 26 with Co-workers. The dinner was alright until we were ready to get our bill and the food we ordered to go. The blonde waitress for some strange reason brought my take out order and my co-workers take out order all out in one single bag. She asked if that was ok. Although this was my lunch I was ordering for the next day I did not really care until the waitress started to make sarcastic and belittling remarks which were intended to make me feel like something was wrong with me for expecting two different orders for two different people to have two separate bags. The only logical explanation I could gather was that she was trying to save money on bags and when I mentioned this she very nastily said yes she was. I would not go there again or recommend this establishment to anyone solely because of that experience.

Bun was half stale and cold, the chicken in the Chicken Caesar burger was about as thin as a #2 pencil and there was barely anything in it except for a ton of cheese to cover the fact there was basically half a chicken breast if that. Service was okay if a bit rushed for how dead it was, beer was good. Overall very disappointing, won't be returning.

They have never failed us. My husband and I will drive the 65 km often to have our Friday date night there. Doesn't matter what we order, when it arrives it's sort hot and always good. Just like the service. It's a great family restaurant with a very welcome homey feeling. They even have toys and books to entertain the little ones.

I briefly lived in Kitimat for 2 years and moved away 3 years ago and since leaving I have missed this restaurant SO much! They have my absolute favorite salad - the sweetheart salad! My family just came back for a quick visit and we immediately went there for dinner and was not disappointed. They are always so accommodating to changes too. The servers are always friendly and welcoming. A great family restaurant and I will miss it when we leave again.
