Based on hospitality alone.This is a food bar located in the Kitimat shopping mall on the bottom,main floor of the mall.On this particular day the mall was completely empty...seriously you could hear a pin drop.During our Mall outing we sat down at a table (only tables in the mall)to have lunch that we had bought from another food bar( they weren't allowing seating due to covid concerns).The server from Moms came up to us and asked if we had bought the lunch from Moms...she was the only server.....jeesh....we said no and we were asked to leave the table.This isn't a restaurant!!!.The four tables are located in the common area of the mall and they were completely unoccupied...no wonder the mall is empty! Kitimat wants its residents to keep business local...cant even sit down for 5 minutes,at the only tables in the mall common area, to have lunch and shop. Oh well....off to Terrace we go...just like the rest of the locals.

Horrible experience. I ordered 2 bifanas and 1 pulled pork sandwich. 4 orders were taken after mine including Chili's with buns. They proceeded to hand out 6+ buns to people that ordered well after us just to tell us someone has to go to the store for one more bun to finish the order. We took our food as we were on a time crunch and left without our final sandwich. Won't be returning anytime in the future. If 0/5 stars was an option I would select that after a 30 minute wait for 2/3 of my food.
