Food was ok ok but the worst thing was we were scammed out of our money. He gave us a menu that said the pad Thai curry was 10.50 and after we ate he charged us 14.13 because the "new" menu that we werent given had it raised. So beware of that if you go but I know I will not be going again

So disappointed. Ordered tofu fresh wraps that always comes with peanut sauce at other thai restaurants and got some other oily sauce, also got 2 orders of Pho and received oily TOM YUM broth instead of Pho broth... I've eaten pho enough times to know how the broth tastes and looks. First and last time ill be here.

The food is great if you go in to the actual restaurant. Don't try to order take out from there though or contact them in any way. They don't answer their phone. Doesn't matter if they are open they will not pick up.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Cannot rave enough about this little gem of a restaurant! Not only is the service the friendliest in town, but the food and flavour are immaculate! My family is in LOVE with the curry pad thai as well as their red/green curries, udon, spring rolls, heck, everything on the menu! Nothing we have ever tried has disappointed, and the ingredients are ALWAYS fresh!! Delicious food that always keeps me coming back for more, would never not recommend!

Stopped while passing through Belmont village. Fantastic food, but was greatly disappointed when we tried ordering drinks. Basically all drinks were unavailable, except for pop, water, and 2 shakes. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time, but we were still somewhat unimpressed (which doesnt happen often).

Delicious spicy Pad Thai. We also had their spring rolls which were excellent. They were served with a spicy dipping sauce. This os a simple small restaurant which easoly does more take out than dine in orders. They are a family operation with a new outlet in Breslau too.

This small bistro, that also offers takeout, has excellent Pad Thai. This was my first visit and i highly recommend the chicken Pad Thai, extra spice available if you prefer. We only had water with our lunch so I can't comment on drinks. The place is very clean, and pleasant.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to trying them out. Very disappointed, I got the chicken pad thai, the chicken was very dry and unseasoned and very hard and got worse as I chewed. The pad thai was just noodle and carrots, there were no nuts, lemon, tofu...the things that normally go in a pad thai. I also got the spring rolls that were nasty, it was just noodles in them no vegetables. Wont be going back.

Totally enjoyed the curry sauce though it tastes different from other Thai places. Great for people who like lots of veggies in your curry. But if you are a meat lover, probably the portion wouldn't be enough.

Soup Nazi service!!! (Seinfeld reference) At least he refunded his customers. No Soup for you! My family has been eating here for 15 years, the new management could care less about customer service. She literally yelled at me infront of coworkers who I brought to her restraunt because she wouldn't honour a mistake made. Her exact words: "I don't care 'bout dat" as she stormed off to the back. Then after we finished our awkward sitting, and after all of my coworkers left, the dude at the till said under his voice that mine was free (the original issue was a wrong order to be honoured by a credit for two Chicken Pad Thai). I did not accept that and paid for my meal. My coworker's "vegan" Pad Thai had eggs in it, and he couldn't eat his. He wasn't about to get yelled at by saying anything tho. 15, years but never again.

I have to say, after reading the reviews I was looking forward to a nice new Thai place in KW....I honestly have to say I won't be back again. I'm not sure if my expectations were to high or I've had really good Thai before and this just didn't measure up. I'm from Toronto, Suko Thai is the greatest most authentic Thai cuisine ever. This was like what you'd expect from a strip mall cafeteria at best. The dish I got from Thai Bistro (beef pad thai) had 3 items, beef, carrot and egg... no garnish, no lime, no peanuts, and less flavour than my mother in laws roast beef... it was all just kinda grey and tasteless. I wasted my lunch break leaving this review...I wish them the best of luck in the future.

Best Pad Thai in KW! Trust me I've tried basically everywhere since I moved here and they do not compare. The service is also very fast and friendly. I often order spring roll dipping sauce to add to my Pad Thai and they are always cool about it. The fresh rolls are also very yummy with nice crispy sprouts.

Excellent Thai take-out. Food is on time, hot and great quality. Always fresh ingredients and the flavours delicious. Prices are very reasonable. If you are ordering something that comes with rice, order extra. You will need it for the leftovers. Prawn red curry is a favourite.

A mixed bag: the service was prompt, polite and accurate. The Ginger Beef was recommended by server, and it was *super* delicious - the meat was tender and moist, the veg perfectly cooked (crispy tender), and the sauce was tasty. The Pad Thai, on the other hand, was VERY bland - I couldn't taste any of the usual ingredients that I normally taste in a Pad Thai (peanuts, fish sauce, lime/rice vinegar), and the noodles overcooked. The fresh spring rolls only had noodles, a bit of very bitter basil that had clearly been picked when overgrown, some shrimp, and raw beansprouts in them. They would have been better with some other veg that is better raw (carrots or lettuce) and some younger basil and maybe some other herbs too. So they were okay but not great. The dipping sauce the rolls came with was GREAT though! So a mixed bag. We will eat here again and maybe ask the server what is good.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the food is SO GOOD, and very authentic. It actually makes up for the lame atmosphere, and the awful customer service. The lady is actually friendly, and accommodating when she comes out from the kitchen, but the man only communicates with grumpy looks. If you're lucky, he might grunt at you, before he turns around to go get what you asked for. Similar phone etiquette too. It's worth it though. The food is out of this world, and the prices reflect the lack of service fairly.

Not very good Thai food. I've eaten many times at 6 or 7 different Thai restaurants in Southern Ontario and this one has to be the worst. I rate the Chicken Pad Thai I ate 2.5 stars. It was very bland yet spicy and soaked in oil. Just boiling noodles myself with bits of chicken and carrot would have tasted way better. I don't need every dish to be amazing, but a key Thai dish is Pad Thai and if you can't do that right, I don't think the rest will be any good either. I'm giving 3 stars because the restaurant was clean and modern and the service was fast.

Pad Thai, unfortunately, had very little flavour and only tasted of "spicy". Portion size was quite good for the price. The beef and chicken were prepared well, but also lacked much depth of flavour.

Went to the new location in Breslau, took them 10 minutes to come get our order. Wasn't offered any drinks while the people having take out had tea, while waiting?? Ordered the chicken pad thai, and the spicy chicken wings, only to wait 15mins after we ordered to findout that they didn't have any spicy wings....So we ordered the pho instead, but we got some knock off tom yum noodle thing, that had a soapy smell/flavour to it. Best part is, I brought it to their attention, and they made me pay for something inedible and offered 10% off on it! What a joke.

Visiting Waterloo for the weekend and stopped here for takeout on the way to our hotel. The food was well cooked with authentic Thai flavours. The lady who served us was polite and professional. It is located in a chic section of Kitchener which I would like to explore more.
