Best pet shop in the area! Not only are the staff knowledgeable and friendly, they carry a huge variety of products that you wouldn't see anywhere else! Anything from Reptiles to Spiders and even Aquatic Plants! Not only will they take the time to help you get the most value out of your purchase but they work hard to ensure the success of your animals. This store has been a blessing to Kirkland Lake and area!

The only good thing about this store is the size. Staff is not knowledgeable at all and sometime very rude. They keep trying to push their home brand of food (PERFORMATRIN) that is over priced and only average food. Much better food out there for that price range. Acana, Orijen. Pets are in small cages "to small for them" without water or food. Not pleased with my visit to this store.
