Our trip back from out west and on our way back we decided to go check out Kirkland lake. We stopped at CJs. The food was tasty and the coffee ☕ was the best. The staff are extremely friendly. I will be back again !

They are very welcoming and have big portions! Their poutine is also delicious!! Would recommend if you are looking for a nice lunch or supper in a retro style restaurant with good food!

The food was fast, hot and good. Yhe staff were friendly and helpful. All of the cleaning and Covid protocols were spot on. We were all quite comfortable.

I have been a fan of this place since I was 12. On Winter days when I travelled to a place East of there we would work up an appetite and show up here after Spring Skiing to enjoy some great food. That was in the late 60s. A half century later I rediscovered this triumph to food and I was not at all disappointed. I am happy to say there are few places that can make a hamburger so good. Anybody who is feeling peckish needs to mosey on down HWY 66 east from Kirkland lake to King Kirkland to experience this place for themselves.

Great to see this place reopen again. We had a quick bite of clubhouse sandwiches and fries. Sandwich was good and there fries were homemade. Food was good and the wait staff were a great group of people. Will definitely stop here again.
