It’s almost embarrassing how frequently we order from here. The staff are so kind and the food is amazing … get the braised beef ravioli and chicken parm! A must try for us west-enders!

Had a take out of four menu: 1. Coconut shrimp (antipasto): not very crispy, but was still flavourful with the chilli dipping sauce. 2. Risotto (secondi): generous amount of seafood, but a bit too salty 3. Seafood linguini (pasta): nothing very special, taste was just so so. 4. Spaghetti aglio e olio (pasta): I didn’t get this order, instead received Fettuccini alfredo. It was a double-disappointment because of the misplaced order, and the subpar quality of the fettucini alfredo. Overall: My experience was not a pleasant one, with the misplaced order and very average (if not sub) tasting food for the cost. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this place in the future.

I have never had a bad experience at Go Italian. I don’t think I personally know anyone else who’s had a bad experience there. They went above and beyond even before COVID-19 hit and they do their best in the face of these challenges. I have specific dietary requests (not for health reasons) and they always meet those requests with a smile and no judgment.

My review of GO Italian is 5 star all the way! I will be honest it took me a few tries to get an order! Although I took that as a great sign! & I was completely correct! They were so busy on new years that by the time I called the kitchen was booked solid. Which made me want to try it all the more! I emailed them to find out a few things. My email was followed up in a timely manner with all my questions answered. So today I called in a timed order to ensure we wouldn't miss out again. All around amazing customer service! We ordered the ☆chicken parm with Alfredo ☆smoked turkey ☆spinach dip ☆pepperoni pizza All of it amazing ???? presentation & portions were perfect! Also as of right now they are offering free delivery ????

Fabulous restaurant! From start to finish, delicious food, great service. What a jem of a place. Hard to believe we havent been here before but will definitely return. The coastal salad was so tasty with their house made salad dressing. They sell this salad dressing in the bottle, we'll return for another meal and take home salad dressing. Many menu items are still calling my name. Brushcetta was fabulous with the freshest creamiest cheese. So yum! I highly recommend this spot. Also; they close at 7pm on Wednesdays but are open later Thursday friday and Saturday. You can make reservations also!

I just had a great take out experience. When I went to pick up the food it had a typo in the order name but the front of house was so quick and helpful finding the order. Very kind staff. The food was delicious. The Amalfi balsamic sandwich is top tier. I can't recommend it enough. But I also tried the butternut squash ravioli and really liked the flavour and texture, those little cranberries with goat cheese pair beautifully with the soft pillowy raviolis.

My wife and I have frequented this restaurant many times since moving to the west end. It is FABULOUS. The service is prompt and beyond expectation. The food is some of the finest we have found in the entire city. The patio and interior are clean and welcoming. And they have been hammering out all these incredible services through a global pandemic. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS. This is not a chain, this is kind and caring Kingstonians who put everything they have into your experience there. Highly recommend to anyone at anytime. Also steak pizza.

Visit was short, sweet and lovely. Went for dinner with my partner. Our server was genuine and kind. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food was wonderful, fresh, and very well portioned. My partner had beef braised ravioli and I had the seafood portifini (?) Haha! Can't wait to return and try more of these local, fresh made meals.

Excellent food and service! Pasta was cooked al dente and all the sauces and flavours were on point. The calamari was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The mozzarella sticks came along with a Marinara sauce that was delicious. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

We probably travel by GO Italian Restaurant at least once a day and puzzled why we've never gone there to dine these many years. We finally had dinner there last night and very much enjoyed the occasion. I had the two specials which were vegetable soup and crab pasta. I accompanied them with an Italian red wine. My partner had a salad and seafood with spaghetti and drank a sparkling water. The service was excellent. We never had to wait at any time and our server was very pleasant and helpful. Four other tables of diners were also enjoying their dinners. There was a nice ambience. Our entrees were in the $20 range and my wine was $10 for a six ounce glass. It was good value for the money. On the way out, we noticed a glass counter which had a good take-out selection. Overall, we had a very good experience and look forward to returning with family and friends.

One of my favourite West End restaurants. I’ve never had a disappointing experience ever. The food and staff are exceptional. Go Italian stepped up during the pandemic ensuring free delivery options while other restaurants used delivery services with a high fee. I feel extremely safe dinning in during these times as the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a clean and safe environment. I would recommend Go Italian over and over again.

HOURS LISTED ON WEBSITE AND ON GOOGLE ARE FALSE! Do not trust that they will be open without calling first. They only post their real hours on the door to the restaurant, all posted hours online (including on their own website) are not true.

This place has never disappointed me!!! They support our community and have gone above and beyond trying to make it through covid! Great customer service and their food is always delicious! They have THE best gluten free pizza I have ever had!! So many options for those who are gluten free….Don’t hesitate, call in or dine in today!

By far one of the best Restaurants in Kingston! The food is always fresh, delicious, and a good variety is offered. The staff is cheerful, helpful and friendly! One of my favorite restaurants to visit in Kingston! Great food, the staff provides excellent customer service, especially Kayla and Catherine! You are always greeted with a warm smile, even over the phone for take out orders! They know their regulars and know what they like! Highly recommend the bruschetta, and really anything on the menu you cant go wrong!
