The food was very good, and is definitely worth coming back to. Service was awesome and food was quick to arrive. Started with the Crab and Company appetizer which tasted perfect. I had the Camburger with mucked up fries and all the flavors went very well together. Wife had Spagettiballs and she wasn't disappointed. Portions are quite large, so we ended up taking some home to enjoy the next day.

Food is amazing. Literally the best pub grub in the area. A little pricey, but so much better than anywhere else within 30 miles. Extensive drink menu including a lot of local brews. Would give 5 stars, but it tends to be so busy that you feel pressured to leave as soon as the last bite is swallowed.

I thought I had already been significantly underwhelmed by the food and then the bill showed up. A nice enough little establishment in a good location with a cozy feel and had an enjoyable time with our group. The service was good and the beer selection extensive including many local options. At the recommendation of regulars had the Coop du Jour with Mucky Fries. The food was a sodium induced disaster. A bland deep fried experience that kinda missed the mark for me. Their menu was pretty extensive and I'm sure there's lots on there that might be enjoyable. I'm not normally skeptical of places with rave reviews and find the general consensus to be relatively accurate but in this case I have to go against the grain, can't fake it just to fit in. Was not the flavor spectacular I was expecting. We had one drink each, dinner and a shared a dessert and the bill was over 100 bucks (as expected the prices are listed on the menu after all). I've had better food for a fraction of the cost.

Have been to the P&T dozens of times and they often tweak their menu just enough to keep it interesting without abandoning old favourites. Lively, fun atmosphere, incredible food and really good service from hip-looking, always-friendly staff. Undoubtedly, it was the best burger which I ‘ve ever tried in between of Calgary and Vancouver. If you want to try a high cuisine of fast food you should order a “THE CAMBURGER” from their menu. The burger was extremely delicious as another dishes in the restaurant. Trust me, if the stuff ask you to wait an hour, it will worth and undoubtably you will get the best burger in your life. Service was wonderful. I felt that I was the part of big family where everyone cared about you. To draw to the conclusion, I highly recommend the place for eating when you are in Kimberley.

I went and it was super busy but my server at the bar still made time to explain the menu and even suggested a great craft beer that I was looking for. My wife and I really appreciated the service we received at this restaurant. We came with some ice cream novelties and they allowed us to keep in the freezer as we didn't want to go home first. Besides that, the staff is very nice and friendly. The food was also terrific. We both got a 1/2 size pasta and was the perfect amount for a light dinner. I would recommend the spagettiballs. Such a great restaurant! I love the bike asthenic carried throughout the building! The food was awesome!!! My family of 3 shared the caveman's picnic and it was the perfect amount for us. The sausage was probably the best I've ever had! The fried chicken was perfectly juicy and the best surprise: no bones in it! Such tasty sauces too! So I’m from Indiana and have visited my friend who lives in Cranbrook two times the past month. We ate at Pedal and Tap 3 times over those two trips. The food is just absolutely mouth watering. My go to is the Coop Du Jour- the BEST chicken sandwich I have ever had. If you visit, you cannot leave without trying the mucky fries. I will visit here every time I’m in town. Only downsides are it’s small and gets busy FAST. Get there right when they open and you’ll be good to go. And if there is a wait, it’s absolutely worth it!

Nice little place with fun menu. Tried Cob salad which was amazing. Starter portions is large enough for a meal. Meatballs inside out with balls of pasta floating in the meal sauce was also pretty fun. Although I found taste of hardened pasta balls dubious. Chicken Suvlaki came burnt. All in all highly recommend.

Pretty darn good! I ordered the laksa, which kind of surprised me. The broth wasn't what I expected as it wasn't as creamy with coconut as I thought it would be, but it still has a nice rich flavour. The squid in the soup was nicely cooked and had a char on it which added depth to the dish. My partner ordered the coop de jour (buttermilk chicken sandwich), which I tried and found that it was nice, but I was glad I didn't order it for myself, I can't work out what about it wasn't there for me though. We upgraded the fries to the muck fries, and weren't disappointed with those. The chipotle sauce was smooth and not overpowering and there was heaps of yummy salty bacon. We shared a pink lemonade cocktail and it was amazingly refreshing, it would have been even better on a hot day. I look forward to my next visit.

The food is amazing here but we were disappointed in the management. We had two young toddlers dining with us, and were asked to "keep it down" because they "had two noise complaints". The toddlers were definitely making some noise, but we didn't feel it was unreasonable in volume, especially given the general volume in the restaurant was very loud. Anyone who has small children realises that you can't always keep 1 to 2 year olds quiet for the entirety of a meal (especially when the service isn't super speedy). Wouldn't recommend this place for families with young kids for this reason.

Excellent food with plenty of options! If you're in the area I think it's a must visit restaurant. The reasons for only 4 stars are the service (sometimes) and how loud it is. Ive gone to Pedal and Tap at least once a month since a few months after they opened (admittedly less now that I'm out of town for school). The service is mostly good, but consistently with one waitress we have to wait unusually long for drinks and then to order. I get wanting to create chatter, but I find the acoustics almost make it so you can't talk with the person at your table when it's busy.

Drove from Invermere specifically to try out this restaurant for a birthday celebration after watching a re-run of “You Gotta Eat Here”, and we were not disappointed! Great indoor/outdoor atmosphere with a shaded patio and super friendly service. Located in the stunning pedestrian only area of downtown Kimberley. The food was outstanding! The Classic Burger, Meat and Spaghetti balls, and the Coup Du Jour (crispy chicken sandwich), were all incredible! Burger was moist and delicious, the chicken sandwich was spectacular (the maple BBQ sauce was outstanding), and the meat and spaghetti balls were very unique and tasted awesome! Let’s not forget their buns and garlic bread are home made as well! Strongly recommend and will definitely be back. We went right at 3:00 so it wasn’t busy, but I would see why there could be some big lineups during busy periods. We thought it was fairly priced for the atmosphere and location, along with large portion sizes. Definitely the place to go when looking for some great food in Kimberley!

Took my family here for dinner when visiting us in town. Have always enjoyed eating here, and recommend it to any friends in town. Food was good as usual. However we were really disappointed with the service as we were rushed to order, chairs and bar stools were stacked on tables before we finished our meals and the option of dessert was removed as the chefs had gone home before 9pm. We felt like an inconvenience.

I first heard about this place back in March' 2021 on tv at the gym on a show called "You Gotta Eat Here", the food was different and looked amazing. So while my wife and I were on vacation in Canmore, AB we decided to drive the 3.5hrs to Kimberely, BC to check it out ourselves, and I must say it was well worth the drive and the 20 minute wait for a table. Kimberely itself is a small but beautiful town that is warm and very friendly, after walking around for about 20 minutes we received a text telling us our table was ready, restaurant and its staff a extremely welcoming, the drink menu and food menu were completely different from anywhere we have ever been before, our appetizer was mouth watering, our drinks were outstanding and our main course was out of this world! The atmosphere was very warm, the staff stopped by frequently to check on us, everyone, including all the other customers were happy and cheerful, it almost felt surreal!, so if your looking for a restaurant experience that will definately leave you full and feeling great, warm and welcomed, that will leave you wanting to return, or never leave, the Pedal & Tap and it's great staff is the the place to go! We live in Edmonton, 7hrs away from Kimberely, but we will definitely return here again, even if it's just former a bite to eat and a quick drink, what an outstanding place!

Went on a trip for osoyoos to here. My father told us to eat here! Wow just amazing food. Ordered mucky fries to start! It was delicious. I got the chicken and rib and my wife got the oysters and calm. She said it reminded her of back home in Nova Scotia. And the fried chicken was the best I've ever had. Definitely blown away by this place. A must try. 5/5 food 5/5 atmosphere 4/5 service And the price is not bad.

Awesome drink selection and great food. The dishes are creative and will satisfy various tastes. Some dishes are fusion inspired. The fries that comes with the sandwiches are the best anywhere. My family have tried many different things on the menu and have never been disappointed. Because it's so popular, seating is sometimes hard to come by. However they will text you if you decide to wait, so you can explore the Platzl's cool shops in the meantime.

Service here is very fast (sometimes too fast), but being one of the best options in Kimberley it's important to cycle guests quickly. The food is priced a bit high and the quality isn't quite what you'd get in other cities especially given the price. It's still very good, and a great atmosphere with great staff. If this is the kind of restaurant you're looking for there's also really no other choice.

Exceptionally frustrating wait for seating. Estimate was 75 minutes. Now at 90 minutes and still waiting. There’s nowhere else to eat an actual meal in town in a Tuesday night. Apparently many tables are lingering and waitstaff is unable to move them along. At this point it doesn’t matter what the food is like.

Love, love, love this place! I have celiacs so find it very hard to eat out, but with their specific gluten free menu there are amazing options and I've never had an issue! Food is always consistently good. Lovely servers and comfortable atmosphere ❤️

The food here is to die for. We had some issues getting into the restaurant because of its popularity and the fact we couldn't make a reservation, but this didn't matter in the end because the service was quick and friendly, and the amazing food was out in no time! If you're ever staying the night in Kimberley make sure to check this place out.

Was recently in town for over a week and visited Pedal multiple times with friends/family. Pleasant experiences for the most part but bothered by the last visit. On Tuesday after our meal we were told dessert was a lemon cake with raspberry sauce. We enthusiastically ordered it. What came out was a blueberry lemon cake. The server apologized for the mix-up and said she read the sign wrong. However, very shortly after, a table near us was served the raspberry cake. I had been in for dinner on the Sunday before and the same blueberry cake was the dessert. Based on the cake not tasting fresh and the fact they rotate the desserts, I could tell that the cake we were served was 3-days old. It was played off like the blueberry was the only option for us. I would not have ordered the blueberry cake. When I mentioned to the server that other tables received the raspberry cake that we had ordered she said "oh I was hoping you wouldn't see that!" It bothers me that we paid $12.00 for 3-day old cake when we ordered something else and when other tables near us were given the fresh dessert. Edit: As stated above, there was no attempt by our server to replace the dessert or to fix it. Out of 4 visits in 10 days this server only served us this one time. I feel that this response might've been made up by the owner.

Wide selection of food and drink in a modern casual dining setting. While there were a few inventive dishes on the menu and lots of pub staples suggesting effort and creativity on the food and beverage front, there was little guidance from our server as to the range of the menu, specials, or possible drink pairings for example which I think was more reflective of the limited expertise of some of the staff. Place has great potential and could definitely be a top spot in this area with possibly greater awareness by the serving staff about some of the tasty pairings that are possible. I guess what I am saying is that while this place clearly serves a role as a place where outdoorsy types can find a great brew at the end of the day, the high flavour register of the meal I had suggests that so much more is on offer here. I look forward to eating here again and watching this place evolve.

This restaurant does great food and good drinks and has delightful staff who provide great service. I had the spare ribs and couscous salad which were delicious but far too much for one person. It was washed down with 3 of their 4 beers on tap.

Busy restaurant, very loud as there are no sound barriers, and the tables are close together. The food is Good, but a little pricey if you're on a budget. They offer a wide selection of beers, ales, and ciders. The home made desserts are excellent.

Pretty good, prices slightly high. Was clean. Did not care for the yuppie atmosphere much but that is everywhere it seems. They wear blundstones because they would not be caught dead in cowboy boots? Yet cowboy boots are more Canadian and more functional? But that’s a whole other issue.

Not knowing what to expect other than reading reviews my wife and I were very impressed. We had a 15min wait to be seated so we walked around the local shops until we were notified by there texting that our table was ready. Service was amazing. Food was delicious, finished off with desert and coffee. Staff were very friendly and inviting. Highly recommended for a great evening out!

We were in Kimberley today and decided to try takeout from here. The service was fast. The price was pretty reasonable for the high quality and the food was great. Glorious Bowl, Hot Mess and Kim Jung Yum bowl all highly recommended!

Between the Sullivan and this place it would be a close race for best pub food in Kimberley. I do miss the old menu.
