We went in because we wanted something fresh and healthy and was blown away by the food at Peg's Bistro. It was absolutely delicious. The staff were so attentive and great even though we could tell they were super busy with pickup orders. They still took care in our orders and made sure we got what we wanted.

Have just left there, the food has always been delicious but what I truly appreciated was telling them that my boyfriend is allergic to mushrooms and them cleaning the plate twice and using new tongs and ensuring that we were aware of it. Very very good service :) Will always recommend.

Sauces have good flavor with a variety of spice types and levels. Excellent cooking job (broccoli warmed through without mushing). Great customer service with friendly atmosphere and neat blacklight paint on ceiling. Much better than the Palatal that used to be here!

I wanted to go here for the bubble tea at first, because it was the only thing open at 12am. I found them through Skip The Dishes, but decided to check it out in person instead. I actually got an amazing experience out of it! me and my family ended up ordering food, had fun customizing our own dishes, and stayed to dine because of the welcoming atmosphere. the interior design of the restaurant is super cool. Its a great place to go to with your friends or a first date! The food was super good, really fresh! the second you're served your dish the aroma hits. as someone who is Asian I was amazed that their stir fry is as good as the authentic stuff! even my brother who is super picky (hes a burgers and fries kind of guy ) loved it! On top of that, the customer service was superior. The owners friend and the cook who worked at night where super nice and went out of there way to serve us. they really made it the reason why we want to go back there again and again. this really is a hidden gem of Winnipeg.

While at first, reading the "feeling festive?" bit on their website seemed a little silly or gimmicky, it's actually a brilliant way to differentiate your food each time. She tried the sweet, I tried salty heat, and we were both surprised by how good it matched what we were craving. The staff mix it up to your taste "heat, do you want a 2, a 3" kind of thing. They cook it up and brought it to our table, and when we wanted to "up her heat" a little (the food!), they brought out the most delicious hot dipping sauce. We were the only ones here at 11pm, thinking it might be because people are equating this place to the stir fry place that was here. Tried that and this place is NOTHING like the old restaurant. Highly recommend trying a new place here. They're open late (2am) and super nice people. Can't recommend them, in person or by door dash, highly enough! Between wine sense and booster juice!

I've been here a handful of times, really unimpressed with the food quality and service the last 2 times. Went today, music was so loud I couldn't hear the person behind the counter and they couldn't hear me. Wrong veg+sauce got added due to it, one of their screens is down and staff very unhelpful on ordering a bubble tea (asked what flavors and just got "yes we have bubble tea"). Over $20 a person and had broccoli stem pieces + onion peel in my stirfry???? change to cardboard from plastic doesn't hold up well for takeout and bubble tea wasnt filled. Disappointing as when it first opened, it was my top Stirfry recommendation in Winnipeg :(

Would put 0 stars if I could. Owner was rude, refused to let us dine in because I didn't show an ID with same address as my girlfriend even though I'm not Canadian and I'm staying at her house since I had a travel exemption for extended family reunification. Once again, I don't have a Canadian ID, I'm French and authorized by the IRCC to stay in Canada with her for 6 months. Won't buy from there again.

Fast, fresh, and tasty food! Friendly staff and no skimping on portions! First came here after winning an Instagram contest and have been back a second time for the great food! Pick your noodles, meats, veggies, and sauces. Then the team cooks it all up for you and it’s served piping hot! So many possible combinations. They also have drinks, appetizers, and dessert. Forgot to take a photo of the excellent artwork on the walls.

This place was great when they first opened. But the last 2 times me and my spouse went there (we go in specifically everytime when we are in the city) they have become annoying with the toppings both times we asked the worker for extra mushrooms and onions as that is the only toppings my husband gets and they will put on 4 pieces of mushrooms... And mine was was broccoli she litterally put 2 pieces than 2 pieces... we ended up asking like 10 times for more.. like common its vegetables shouldn't have to ask 100 times...

This was surprisingly fantastic! I wasn't sure what to expect, and I'm not a big stir fry person (it has to be really, REALLY good for me to feel satisfied!) Well, guess what? I was satisfied. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and even offered some extra spices when we said we could use more heat. It was affordable and portion was generous. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was inviting. Definitely highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

You choose your meat, noodles / rice, vegy's and sauces to have a fresh stir fry made the exact way you want it. You can order online and it will be hot and ready when you get there, or eat in. Love these guys and what they made with this place. The food was cooked to perfection, we loved our thin crust stir fry, the chicken was gone before I could have a second look at them. My munchkins love their mango shakes with the unique bubbles and cannot get enough chicken. Give these guy's a visit, you will not be disappointed... The art works inside, tell a story itself! I live a low carb lifestyle, one of the few things that never truly convinced me was Zoodles, or Zucchini noodles. Mostly because I would make them myself and they would always end up a little bit disappointing. However, Peg's Bistro figured out some sort of wizardry that I could not, after the first bite I had to double check to make sure they didn't mess up. They didn't, the consistency was perfect, the food was delicious, full rating for portion size and taste. My only disappointment was that I ordered a 6 when I should have ordered a 7 or 8, I was a bit too conservative the first time I tried this place, not a complaint just an observation/tip for those who like their food a little bit more on the spicy side. Still delicious AF. Would post a picture of my take out order but it was demolished very promptly before writing this.

I had ordered from here before and the customer service was fantastic. As it was my first time they walked me through the menu and gave recommendations. Unfortunately, the next time I ordered was through UberEats and the service was terrible. We ordered two stir-fry and bubble tea. It wasn't ready until after the restaurant was closed. When we got it the bubble tea was terrible and just tasted like Coca-Cola, and the stir-fry had clearly been sitting out for quite a while as the noodles had all hardened into a brick like mass. The food is great, I just recommend going in person.

Decent and convenient stir-fry. Tried this place on friday cause it was the only non "fast food" place open late. Had a good variety of thing that could be added. Portions were absolutely massive, the large for just me could have fed me for 3 whole meals. The one issue I has was that their spice levels are skewed towards the light side. My partner thought the 4 level spicy was just tasteable, so maybe go higher than you normally would for that.

Omg so delicious! I ordered the beef stir fry with Shanghai noodles, broccoli, onion, green peppers with sesame seeds. the ginger garlic flavor was amazing. I ordered spice level 5 and it was a nice heat. I will definitely be uping my spice level next time I order and I definitely will be ordering again. Very generous portions and the didnt skimp on the beef. I cant wait to try more of their delicious food. I would definitely reccomend.

Service deserves a 10 star rating. Staff is very attentive and helpful! Food is outstanding here. All the ingredients are super fresh, the dining area is very clean. I made my own stir fry and chose the Peg’s sauce which is a special blend they make. The sauce packs HUGE flavour. For me, it was a touch salty but I would get it again for sure. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in the area!

I asked about the vegan options and the staff were very helpful in letting me know which options to choose or avoid. They also made sure to use ingredients from the under-counter storage bins and clean the grill to ensure no cross-contact occurred. Definitely will be coming back. Only thing I could recommend would be labelling the vegan items on the menu and/or website.

My only complaint is that they didn't honour the conditions of the Groupon I purchased, so the food ended up costing significantly more than expected due to having to purchase additional items that were not in the fine print in order to use the already paid for Groupon.

He was really patient and took the time to make sure my order was correct. 10 out of 10 customer experience. The food also turned out great.
