Although the food was good and the service as well. The owner/manager was very rude. When we found out that they had added a 15% tip without informing us before we ordered. Meanwhile we had added a generous tip already. And the manager argued with us about it and said that they do that at every restaurant, which is clearly not the case at every restaurant what a liar....

Great time! I debated between a 4-5 but ultimately gave them a 5 for their service. The food we ordered was a 4. We had pizza and wings. They have an extensive menu and I'd be happy to go back and try their burger for burger week (it sounds like they are putting in a lot of effort for that one). In one of the pictures we are with the managing partner who kindly allowed us to take a photo with him. Parking is available in a large lot, but they get pretty busy that is shared, but it gets quite busy.

Usually do delivery and it’s always just as amazing as dining in. We had the deep fried mushrooms and noticed they were different and they were amazing. They were before too but they’re even better. I usually order the Greek salad wrap and it was bigger than before as well! So good. The root veggies were amazing as well. Always great food. Inside always have a good experience as well. Always recommending this place.

Food was fine but an overall poor dining experience; it felt like eating in a high school cafeteria. Patrons on the patio were playing their own music and swearing loudly (perhaps common for Winnipeg). I asked to be moved to the dining room but there didn't seem to be anyone working there. The waitress who was serving me from the lounge seemed to be run off her feet and didn't show up to check on me once the food was served or give me my bill while others were standing around rolling cutlery. I certainly couldn't imagine bringing children to a restaurant like this with the poor level of service and rowdy clientele. The place seems unapologetically indifferent to its customers

Amazing wings their hottest flavour could be hotter but is definitely not a disappointment if your getting wings my suggestion is the zingers they are lemon peppor with honey garlic and Frank red hot, I haven't had anything other than the wings but I would imagine it couldn't be bad considering how good the wings are.

Jeffrey's is always a classic place to go for cocktails and appetizers. Their food has never disappointed, and their servers are always really nice and helpful. Went for ceasar week and their panini ceasar is definitely one I'd recommend!

Super friendly staff really make the experience while the food was your standard diner fare. Burger was tasty and fries were as well. My partner had a club house and she said it was good. If you're looking for typical diner food this is a good choice. The add-ons on the burger added up bringing my burger, fries and gravy to nearly 25$.

A good deal better than what some describe as a local diner. Food is consistent and well prepared. Bar sounded like good clean fun. We noticed a lot of pizzas moving over the counter, we'll have to sample one next time. Update: We don’t know why they move so much pizza here. Pizza toppings were good, fair amount of cheese. But the sauce was uninspired and the thin crust was dry and lifeless.Two of us had steak sandwiches that were perfectly cooked. Only knock were garnish onion rings that were fishy tasting. That steak though! So good.

I ordered mango habanero wings and nachos. When I got the wings they just tasted like KFC fried chicken, no mango no habanero. I asked the server if I could have different ones and she said no that she would charge me for another pound of wings.... I explained to her that they didn't taste like mango or habanero and that they were flavorless and she proceeded to tell me that a lot of people don't actually like those wings and that they're "mild".... Anyways she removed them from the bill after I had another chat about how unsatisfied I was with them. She was short with me afterwards was trying to clean my plate while I was using it. It also took 15 mins to get the bill although we were 1 of 3 customers there! Not going back

My gf and I went there, were both vaccinated. The front lobby area is really small and crowded. They wouldn't accept my vaccination form or my ID, started interrogating us so we left. Famous Dave's BBQ is way better anyways, they accepted it and gave us no hassle. They aren't very friendly at Jeffries either.

Quality food. Have had the Mauros meaty delight pizza 3 times now and it is easy to overeat, be careful. The thin crust is unique and the toppings are perfectly ballanced. Loved the butterflied shrimp and chips, good portion size. Also tried the Combo platter 2 and was blown away by the presentation even though I order through skip the dishes it still arrived in great condition, like I was sitting at a table in the restaurant. Spreading the word about this little jem of a place. Thanks to the management and hard workers at Jeffrey's.

The selection of wings flavors is so unique and exciting! The wings are extremely flavourful and very nice sizes! They are just bones and batter. There was the option of all the flavors to have batter or no batter. I am very much looking forward to going on actual "wings" night! I've heard good opinions of this establishment and they have far superseded what I have heard. Service is amazing, or at least the attendant who was caring for our table was very good. Prices are very reasonable. There were Plexiglas dividers hung between each table to allow for privacy.

Yummy food, about $36 for a 3 appetizer platter, but they wouldn't let us add on fries for the advertised discounted price even though we ordered an appetizer. Server was friendly and helpful. Service was reasonable for timing. We enjoyed a quiet time at the restaurant and could hear a live band at the bar side. Music was a nice country set.

Owner was very confrontational with me (including repeating what I said in a rude manner) when I sent back my food because it was not anything close to what it was called on the menu and therefore not what I ordered. I did try my best to enjoy it but I just couldn’t. When I asked him why he was behaving this way he said “well you call it confrontational I call it you being overly sensitive” and then refused to make me anything else. I obviously won’t be back. After looking at other reviews I can see I’m not the only one who has had run-ins with the owner/management here.

Only disappointment, that we unfortunately did not notice until after we left, was that the POS prices and menu prices do not match. Our Appetizer was $3 more on the bill than what the menu stated. The price is correct on the website but the physical menu is incorrect.

I was quite disappointed when they opened up this past weekend and turned there Skip the Dishes switch to off!!!! When we called we were told they are open but the restaurant is busy (25%)??? and they would switch back on in 30 minutes! Then through out the hour it was still OFF! We then called again and told this time that they don't know when if they would switch Skip back on as they are busy with restaurant....... Funny how when the restaurant can't be open they want us to order for delivery! Some customers are older and in poor health and don't want to go to restaurants and have always ordered from you for delivery!!!! Well after over an hour waiting for food to be ordered we did order from another restaurant and had a great meal.... We will miss Jefferey's wings and pizza but won't be back to a restaurant that treats its customers like this!

Heard they renovated so we went to check it out. Nice atmosphere inside. Menu items were a little overpriced for the most part but the chicken finger platter was good value. The pizza was not. Tasty, yes, but overpriced for the size. Looking through the menu I would say this is indicative of most of their items, especially their breakfast menu. (e.g. pancakes with one meat = $12. And to get strawberry or blueberry topping is an additional $2.50. Like what? For $12 you should include the topping already) ????????‍♂️

Went to Jefferies restaurant on Henderson tonight with a friend. We had the rib special on Monday nights. The deal is half rack of ribs with a side dish and choice of soup or salad. The soup was excellent and the mash potatoes were tasty and hot. The only problem was that the ribs were very tough. Not very good. The service was excellent and The price was excellent $14.00.

First and LAST TIME I will order from them. Told them that I didn’t want the order until 6:15. They blamed it on SkipTheDishes. How ever SkipTheDishes knew to come to the back yard which was in the message to them. The Pizza was like it came out of a box at Sobeys and put into the oven. Hard and Dry. Wings weren’t much better but the Dumplings soup was better. Salad was good but really hard to get salad wrong. Lettuce cheese and croutons. Feel bad about this however this is how I feel. Oh yeah when I called the restaurant and told them that the order was on its way the hostess told me that it was SkipTheDishes problem and to contact them. I asked if she had a number for me to call she said NO and hung up. Very disappointed. Like I said First and LAST time.

Horrible service, yet great food. Went in to order, there's 5-6 staff behind the till, I asked for a takeout menu and they said they don't do takeout unless you order from skip the dishes, so I told them "I'll just dine in and get a table", so I stood around for a minute while they stared at me so I led myself to a table next to the ONLY people in the restaurant. Waitress came around 5 minutes later to take their orders, but didn't bat an eyelash at me. I waited another 10 minutes before finally getting up and asking why I've been sitting for 15 mins waiting for a menu when the restaurant is empty. And she had the nerve to say "oh I'm sorry we must not have seen you" I let the manager know what had happened and he says they do take out without skip the dishes and that he doesn't know why they would say they didnt. Was already annoyed as it was so I left, ordered a week or so later through skip the dishes and the food was super delicious and well done. Long story short, order through skip and save the hassle.

Oh my god!! The food here is amazing!! I absolutely love their gravy on the poutine and though it's not cheese churds on the poutine, I still love it! But they have a large selection of yummy delights, try their ribs or their dumpling soup or their potato soup, you won't be disappointed. Also, I have been here for a Paint Nite and it was a blast - had so much fun! Added bonus, there is a bar side and they have a pool table. I love it here!

They impose their own 15% tax on tables that have 8 or more people. This was not mentioned when the reservation was made. They did not tell anyone that while we were there and over half the people at our table ended up leaving a generous tip manually then noticed later that the bill already had 15% tacked on already. My bills 15% came to almost $10. Very dishonest practice. They argued about it too and would not budge. This is really sad as we were trying this place instead of going to our usual restaurant of choice that does not practice this gouge. The owner/manager whatever insisted that the place we usually go to does this too. Well they do not. He is dead wrong about that. Really bad attitude about the situation. Now I do have to say the food was great and was cooked perfectly and the server was great too and she is deserving of a good tip which in a good service situation like this gets $5 from me. I did not have my reading glasses and almost did not notice the unmentioned gouge added to the bill. The server better be getting that whole 15%.

Very surprised at the size of their wings. Big, meaty, juicy and full of flavour. They don't skimp out on the seasoning/sauce but for some of the flavors it can be a bit much. Absolutely loved the nachos. It had cheese though out and pulled apart the way melted cheese is supposed to (most places it feels like the nachos have been waiting at the pass too long and end up hardening & you wouldnt be able to pull them apart with ease). Interior is a little dated, but still a good atmosphere. Washrooms were small but well maintained & clean.

Ripped us off with a $14 "15% tip" they snuck onto the bill. Did not notice until after leaving a good real tip when paying the bill. Noticed a few minutes later. Confronted them about it and they argued about it saying it is printed in the menu and that they also told us. BS. They did not tell anyone about it and I never had a menu to order from. We just ordered freestyle. They ripped off most of the people at the birthday party the same way. It's really sad that they think it is normal to treat FORMER customers like this.

Pretty deadly honey garlic wings...especially if you are a garlic lover like myself! My husband absolutely loved the pep and mushroom pizza! The best part...I was able to enjoy it! I usually can't eat pepperoni that's heavily processed but you can tell that they care and use quality ingredients! A must try for a hang out if you are in NK or enjoy at home through skip! ????????

Ordered the pizza based on the reviews. For the price, extremely disappointed! The crust actually fell off the pizza & there was hardly any sauce. I hate to say it but I've had better frozen pizza. Haven't tried any other items on the menu so can't comment. I'll just stick to a restaurant who specializes in pizza next time.

Went on Saturday, October 14, 2017. It was busy at first but started dying down. Our table of 6 all ordered drinks which took forever. I ordered their hamburger and the burger was so over cooked it was black and falling apart. When other people at the table asked for drinks the water the server didn’t bring them until reminded to again (there were only two tables too). Overall would not recommend, terrible service and food. There is a surcharge for using the debit machine and the bills were all mixed up as well. This is my first and last time coming here.

Had lunch here with my family. I had the burger which was quite good. The service was friendly and reasonably timed. The restaurant was quite cold however and on the way out I had a look at the thermostat, it was 67F which is about 18C. Not a very comfortable temperature. My grandmother had pancakes which tasted like they were made from a package mix. It is so easy to make pancake batter; it doesn't make sense to buy it. Probably a nice place for a beer and burger but I wouldn't go back for anything else.

My girlfriend and in our 50's have gone to this restaurant a few times. We went for Sunday dinner and a glass of wine in the bar to play some Vlts. Food was great. Clients were a step up from Main Street Project. There was a guy out the bar passed out with pee underneath him. We complained to the manager he banned us for 30 days. To matters worst the waitress came running after us asking if we paid our bill. We did with 15 dollar tip. never again.

WORST PIZZA EVER !!! I will NEVER order from this place again. I ordered 2 Large 2 topping pizzas this evening. First they jacked up their prices 10% then the food quality has gone in the tank. Girl who took my order over the phone seemed clueless. I tried to order 1 of the 2 pizzas- half pepperoni and beef and the other half double pepperoni and when I asked her how much 2 large- 2 topping pizzas would be she tells me $57. I said "What". Then she responds that the system won't allow for a pizza to be half/half. I used to pay $43 for 2 Large pizzas. Now it's $49. Are you kidding me ?? Covid pandemic or not is this how your treat loyal customers ?? Sorry but you've lost my business. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! Doubt they even care. I'll share my feedback on Facebook and Instagram.

Super rude manager/owner? They had added an extra 15% to the bill and tried saying that was a normal thing to do. We had already payed the bill with a good $10 tip before I noticed the extra %. They would not give me that 15% money back. I used a debit card unfortunately. If I had used my amex I would have done a charge back for the 15%. We will obviously never go there again.

My friends and I went here to watch the Jets game and grab a bite to eat. We enjoyed the many tv’s and projector screen to watch the game. We also really enjoyed our food. The special was 1/2 rack of ribs, which I got and it was so good (fall off the bone, great taste). My bf got a pizza, which he also enjoyed. And I think my other friend had the bartered fish platter and he also really enjoyed his food. The waitress was also very nice!
