We ordered take out, and it was very expensive for the tiny portion sizes. I ordered the spaghetti with brown butter and mizithara cheese and it was like 4 bites of spaghetti, for 13.75, plain boiled spaghetti without any sauce or meat that would cost probably 10 cents so why so cheap with the amount? Also the side salads were filled with rotten pieces of lettuce.

We had a large hockey team come in, made a reservation up front... end of year celebration, and we were handing out awards and cheering on our team, letting each child know what amazing work ethic and team ness they put forth... we were then told to quiet down from the manager on shift... his name is Stu... we then let stu know that he knew this team was coming in and should have sat tables accordingly.. he then told us that because of our volume, we had a table walk out on us.. not sure why that’s our fault when we made the reservation ahead of time ... our bills had gratuity added on yet we were not informed... our server however was absolutely amazing.. her name is Jeanelle... highly recommend her to anyone!!! Food was delicious and drinks were great though not in a timely fashion... we wish that stu had made a better choice in letting a hockey team know that we were to loud in celebrating our season coming to an end.. in the future if you are unable to host a team table and our achievements then please turn the reservation away.. so we can find a place that suits children playing sports and coming together as a team.. thank you ..

We were there mid afternoon the pasta was fresh, hot and delicious. We had the seafood fettuccine alfredo lots of shrimp and scallops. Service was great, good time of day to go.

Ordered takeout of 3 meals, all the components were separately packaged and organized. The bread with garlic butter and salad were good. Always love the Manager's Special where you can pick 2 different sauces, however we used to love their clam sauce and it looks like it was discontinued at some point. Also comes with a drink (coffee/tea that is double cupped with a lid) and spumoni ice cream for dessert! For around $15 per person, it's a very affordable complete meal.

Great place to get pasta and other dishes. Most dishes also come with a drink, side, bread and ice cream all included! Food is priced well. Its not a fancy place but has a relaxed,older style feel to it. Always have had great service from the staff at this location. Sadly my favourite menu item the red curry linguini has been discontinued, I’m sure that is an entire chain decision but I wish they would bring it back.

Had a great meal here on Monday Aug 2nd! Our server Sadie was fantastic, friendly, efficient. Can't believe so many restaurants were closed on a holiday Monday?? We were able to reserve a table over the phone, arrived and only waited around 10 min. Location is very busy. Arrived and was given a 15 minute estimated wait (730). Was seated at exactly 745,very accurate forecast. Took 10 minutes for our server to arrive, and took our entire order. 820 our food arrived. The atmosphere is very casual and busy. Location seems popular with the kids / families. This is my first time being at this old spaghetti factory during dinner hours. The food: The starter beard was soft and warm. The whipped butter went well with it. Probably the best part of the meal. The minestrone soup tasted like canned soup. Nothing special. The seafood Alfredo sauce was granular, this could be because of the use of garlic powder. Whatever it is, it didn't dissolve. Sadly the seafood tasted old. Overall a poor meal. The manicotti was well received,good blend of cheese and spinach. Slightly watery, but good tasting. Service: was fairly slow, and things/requests were forgotten about Such as a straw for my drink. Or extra butter for the bread. I feel the staff were extremely busy at this time, which could have lead to these forgettings. Final notes : seems like a okay little family restaurant. Service is lacking, and price is about $15 (20 with drinks) a plate. For didn't meet expectations, but was large in volume. The servers were friendly and nice. Penny was very polite when we asked her for things. 2/5 due to one dish tasting poor and the service failures.

Our waitress was dressed inappropriately a short dress her bra showing no name tag. She ignored us pretty much the entire time having to have two other waiters come help us. She questioned me when I asked for a box doubting I'll need one. Reached across the table over us taking plates we weren't done with. And forgot our drinks 2 times

This place was full but the staff was very organised and we had been served quickly. I really like the choice of the menu and the price is good too. I live in Montreal and you don't have the restaurant unfortunately. Good service ! You can tell the manager is good, the staff was so efficiant, I rarely see that. We came in tonight to find the restaurant was closing early. It was busy and they were trying to take the proper precautions. Thinking I just drove from black mountain and would now have to hit McDonald's I was thankful they took us in. The manager on staff Taryn, was polite, accommodating and friendly. Our server was kelsey and she was very prompt, attentive and sweet. I tend to find customer service in kelowna to be lacking at times but not here. Best service in town, best pasta and best bang for your buck. Enjoy the red lobster dinner on the mickey d's budget!! Thank you to all the staff who always provide an exceptional dining environment. Was also very pleased with their sanitation practices. I'd give 10 stars tonight if I could. We will be back!!!

Staff were polite and friendly. Our server would disappear for long stretches. It wasn’t overly busy when we were there, I assume he was helping prep for the bar pre supper rush. But he acknowledged it and apologized. The manager checked in twice during our meal which was appreciated. I think he knew our server was busy so he wanted to make sure we were looked after. The missing star is only because the sauce on both of our dishes seemed really watered down which was disappointing.

We arrived around 7pm on a thursday, just as a tour bus full of people were finishing their meals. We thought service would be slow as a result, however there was only a short 5 min wait for our seat, and our waitress was quick to grabs drinks, a loaf of yummy bread and our order. Main meals came quickly as well. Portion sizes were big, prices were low, food was average but tasted alright. Service was quick as mentioned, and very friendly. The dessert ice cream was amazingly good! Would probably return again.

Awesome! I had Fettuccine Alfredo and my roommate had spaghetti ???? and meet balls. Both were awesome! You get a small baguette to start, warm and soft, with whipped garlic butter. We also had a Ceasar salad each. It needed a bit more dressing. There service is excellent! However, I was concerned with the placement of people at every table.

Old Spaghetti Factory is pretty much the best value for dinner you can get. Tea or coffee, bread, soup and or salad, pasta and a scoop of ice cream is all built into their main menu items. They are not exactly a place for major foodies, but they do use quality ingredients for a good meal. Service is good at this location as well. It is family friendly too for those with babies and young children! Arrive early as there is often a wait in the summer months for dinner hours. On a side note: during my pregnancy I had gestational diabetes which they used the Informed Diner program to help me get a suitable (and delicious) meal. After my pregnancy I was not able to eat soy or dairy (even in small quantities) and they were very good at accommodating my situation. They were a life saver for me during this time!

But each time my meal came out it was missing the shrimp so now it went back to put the shrimp on both our meals now the pasta was cold and the shrimp was hot . I asked to please heat up the pasta and the sweet girl was so kind but it came back now like the sauce was dried up . It’s not her fault but we went back again and had more issues with our meal so not a place to go to if u want to relax .

OSFs haven't been great lately, but this one was fantastic. Great food, friendly and attentive staff (without being obnoxious!), and relatively inexpensive for how much you get. $35 per person with three glasses of wine each, upgraded appetizers, meal and dessert. I visit the Old Spaghetti Factory weekly with a dear senior friend. We are always met with a warm welcome and seated quickly because we always make a reservation since Covid19 arrived. The food is consistently tasty and served hot and the drinks are always very good. They make the best Mohitos in town. The restaurant and washrooms are kept very clean and the staff are always friendly and professional. Last week we had an experience at the restaurant that has prompted me to write this review. A big bouquet of thanks for the amazing customer service we received from Braden and Jodie. My friend wears hearing aids and when they were removing their mask as we sat down, one of their hearing aids was temporarily lost while we were sitting at the table. Jodie came to our rescue and ran to get her cell phone to use its flash light. She crawled under our table to search for the hearing aid, which she found on the floor on the far side of the table. She was amazing and took a personal interest in helping us locate the hearing aid. As always we found the service of Braden to be above average as well. We would be very happy to learn that your management team shared this review with Braden and Jodie. They should be commended for their excellent service. See you again soon! Cauleene Pollock. The food is edible but completely unexciting, generally bland, devoid of interest and served by seemingly uncaring staff just there to get the job done. I have eaten there several times, not because I wanted to return but because my visitors to town wanted to try it and I, ever hopeful, figured I’d give it another go. No more thank you. I’m done with it. There are just far too many better places to eat in town. Any of my visiting family or friends who still wish to try it can do so. I’ll stay home and open a can of Beefaroni.

My daughter, granddaughter and I ate at this location in Kelowna last night. We were there at 5 so it wasn’t busy yet and we were settled quickly. Service was great, we are very happy with our servers. The food was not good. I had baked lasagna and for $18 it was tiny with a little bit of lettuce on a side plate which they called a green salad. Could have thrown in a few shreds of carrot and maybe a tomato. Only lettuce does not make a salad! My lasagna was tasteless, I tried to eat it. Usually bring my leftovers home but knew I just wouldn’t eat it. Daughter had pasta and chicken. Pasta was suppose to have some kind of garlic sauce on it but couldn’t taste it, neither of us could. It was really plain noodles. Her chicken she said was okay but too salty. There was no salt and pepper on the table so it was just over spiced in the kitchen. She didn’t take her leftovers either. Our bill was $90 in total (we two had a special drink) plus I did tip as the server was good but definitely a big disappointment and won’t probably go back. Hate throwing away food and hate leaving hungry after spending a $100 a pasta house.

Expectations surpassed! Glad I dined in instead of take out. Great service and ambience (antiques everywhere)! Good portions of delicious food. Chicken parm was nicely cooked with a crisp coating, topped with marinara and mozzarella. Upgraded the salad to cup of clam chowder with creamy broth, potatoes and clam pieces. Very nice. All for $24.50.

It's always packed because the prices are on the low end and the quality is decent. It's one of the most child-friendly and group-friendly places to eat... And definitely one of the loudest places too. Was super disappointed with the take out portion sizes! I've been in there to eat many times and always love it. Decided to get take out and upon opening everything up all 3 meals were literally 1/2 the size they are when you eat in!! Usually myself and my family members can't finish our meals and we bring leftovers home. Well we ate our salads and bread and finished our meals no problem. I will NOT get take out again! It did taste good though and great customer service.

We’ve never been to the spaghetti factory before and to be honest I’m not sure we’d be back. Service was very rushed, we felt under pressure to get our food eaten quickly as there were people waiting, it kinda spoilt the evening for us. Our food was good apart from my salad was swimming in dressing. Our waitress wasn’t very chatty either, no conversation other than asking what we wanted to order she had no time for us which was a real shame. We won’t be in a hurry to come back, sorry ????

Mouth watering experience which I do certainly highly recomend the soup which is in house and ministroni is out of this world....I kid you not the salad super crispy lettuce yummy and ever so fresh the warm bread extremely awesome served with one garlic butter and one whipped butter...the pop is refillable . And BRAVO to the spaghetti cold to perfection and the sauce is so delicious just thinking if it makes my mouth water and lets not forget the freshly greated parnasana wow just the way you want it...but there's more oh yeah, and to top it off pistachio ice creAm it is a great value for the cost I'd say fair price ...the servers are amazing always smiling and great attitudes Got they are run off they're feet always a Waite time to be seated but its worth every minute of it take my word go enjoy and I bet you go back and take your friends Most excellent place to relax and enjoy great food with great company Spaghetti factory you are outstanding above all thank you.

This time round at the ol skettie house I was not as satisfied as previous visits. I ordered the mussel appetizer, and spaghetti with marinara sauce. The mussels tasted old compared to what I'm used to on the coast, and the spaghetti sauce seemed rather plain. I will give a 4 out of 5 since the service was good.

I have been eating at OSF for years, but never here. This is a gongshow, to start with, I got a salad with no fork, waited 10 minutes for bread and the server kept asking me how my meal was, when hadn't even eaten it yet?! These are young folk, and its a Sunday, but management need to train their servers to do a better job, and pay attention to the customer!!

I had a new york steak, fries, and a caesar salad. The steak was very bland, the fries were from a frozen bag, and the spinach, garden, and caeser salads were your typical bagged salad from the grocery store. This is absolutely not the level of food quality I expect when dining out. I could have made this meal for under $10 at home in under 10 minutes. Instead it cost over $20 and we waited over an hour. The decor was interesting. Unfortunately, the chairs and table edges were uncomfortable. I would NOT describe the floor, walls, tables, glasses or utensils as "clean". The servers were great and did a fine job, but were busy and understaffed.

We attended on a Friday night to the spaghetti factory during a bit of a rush hour, over all the food was okay nothing 5 star dining. We got the baked spaghetti and a shrimp Alfredo, The baked spaghetti was pretty good while the shrimp Alfredo was okay, presentation scale on the baked pasta was great but the presentation for the Alfredo was pretty boring. Portion sizes were perfect but over all again the food was not a five star dining experience.

Our daughter picked this restaurant from all the places in Kelowna. We were here for business and whilst here, were celebrating her 9th birthday (actually Monday but who wants their birthday on a school night?). Little did we know we would have one of the best dining experiences of our families lives. Jan was an excellent server and we learned quite a bit about him. All the staff were exemplary in their treatment of the diners and we even overheard the manager chatting with several people. Top notch service and the food was very reasonably priced and superb quality (as it has been every time, this being our third OSF, West Ed Mall and Banff being the previous). This was the highest percentage tip I have ever left and it was well deserved. There are a lot of restaurant chains that could take many pages from their book here. Thank you so much for adding to our happy memories and we will be back the next time we are in town (May 2020)

Ordered takeout of 3 meals, all the components were separately packaged and organized. The bread with garlic butter and salad were good. Always love the Manager's Special where you can pick 2 different sauces, however we used to love their clam sauce and it looks like it was discontinued at some point. Also comes with a drink (coffee/tea that is double cupped with a lid) and spumoni ice cream for dessert! For around $15 per person, it's a very affordable complete meal.

My wife and I were in Kelowna for my friends wedding and we have a 2.5 month old baby we wanted to go somewhere out to eat that was family friendly. Of course, we chose the Good-Ol Spaghetti Factory. The Manager Nathan greeted us at the Front Desk and escorted us to our table we had a reservation and had actually arrived about 15 minutes early but he sat us down right away. Then we had the Manager Recommend the Long Island Iced Teas that were on special (excellent choice) Our Bread arrived right away! What a great flow in the service seamlessly transitioning between sitting down and ordering. Overall the food was excellent the service was above and beyond especially since we have a newborn. 100% a 10 out of 10 for our Restaurant Experience! Keep it up! The lasagna was disgusting. For $18 plus it was two layers of noodles with what was supposed to be meat sauce but it was more like mushed up dog food. Definitely not worth the money. The bread was good. We had the loveliest server, Kelsey. Tipped her well because she gave us great service and it wasn't her fault for the quality of the food. Definitely would not recommend.

I am from out of town and have been craving OSF spaghetti sauce for awhile. We got our dinner to go as we passed through town and I had baked spaghetti. I was disappointed when I received mostly plain noodles with very little sauce and a glob of melted cheese on top. The cesaer salad was amazing and the small taste of the sauce I had was also good but not enough to satisfy a serving.

I truly appreciate the time he took to review the issue with me as well as discuss his business with me. I learned a lot. Thanks Kris - speaking with you was a delight! My partner and I were having a rough day so we decided to order Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. As a result of COVID-19 I haven’t been a big fan of eating in restaurants so we ordered for delivery. I was extremely excited for some good old fashioned comfort food. When our order arrived, it wasn’t great. My order was missing my Ceasar Salad, there were several components missing from my pasta (which was cold and had solidified), and the bread we received was stale. I wasn’t impressed. Honestly, it ruined the experience and didn’t provide any comfort at all. My partner reached out to Old Spaghetti Factory after our dinner and over a week later we haven’t heard a thing back. This is clearly an organization that doesn't value their customers, which is shocking because that’s never been the experience I’ve had, but sadly I guess times change. I wouldn’t recommend a visit to their establishment at this point.

Ordered a lemon pepper caesar and got a bacon caesar. Thought what the hell I'll have this one anyways. Bacon tasted terrible and bitter and the caesar itself was gross and poorly mixed. Cute place in Kelowna, decorated in a very old-fashioned style. There are clearly labelled vegetarian and vegan options. Vegan options include the spaghetti with marinara sauce, mushroom sauce, or Beyond Meat meatballs. All entrees come with bread and butter, minestrone soup (vegan) or green salad, and ice cream. Portions are large and satisfying, and prices are reasonable.

First time here. Like the fact they take reservations. Our server accidently dropped our friends meal, she was very apologetic, the manager came over and ensured it was being taken care of immediately and they comped the meal. The best time to come here is for a late lunch, never busy and very quiet. Other times of the day it can be havoc here, with long wait times without a reservation, but for good reason! The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is nice when it is quiet, but if there are larger groups here the sound does carry, and it make it hard to have a nice conversation.

Great food Great Service. We went for lunch and it was not super busy which is unique for this location. I was especially impressed by our waiter. He was incredibly nice, and attentive. As for the food, no complaints. The ceasar salad was delightful and I loved the ice cream. As for the spaghetti, it is not the best I ever had but it was great for restaurant spaghetti. I ordered the Mushroom Spaghetti and I really enjoyed the large Mushrooms in the sauce. I would recommend this place for Lunch for sure.

Hello, In response to the owner's request, here is what I remember. Based on memory, it was mostly a customer experience issue. I remember us waiting for a while for someone to come by to take our order. And when it came to ordering our desert, no one came by to ask us what we wanted until we kept looking around - and the waitress started to wonder why we were still sitting there. Perhaps they were just busy, not too sure. Other than this it was a positive experience.

The Spaghetti Factory is an absolute classic. I grew up going to the one in New West, so when the Kelowna location opened I was ecstatic. There's usually a wait to get in on prime times/days, so I would recommend booking a reservation. The atmosphere is unbeatable, a great place to eat.

To start on a positive note, our server Kelsey was FANTASTIC!!! She was so patient with our 2 tables (6 adults, 3 kids & 2 babies) and was very personable which was a very nice touch! The environment was clean, warm, fun... The ONLY reason this is not 5 stars is because a family in the restaurant also had 2 very young children. Like I'm talking 2 under 2, very small kids... some grumpy old POS yelled at their kids and THE FAMILY ended up leaving while that "man" stayed and enjoyed his dinner... it was really sad.

Went in last week on a date and told the waitress about my allergy to mushrooms and that I needed the pasta changed because it contained mushrooms. Meal comes and the plate is covered in mushrooms. Sent it back then the (who I'm assuming) was the manager comes over, leans over me and asks why I didn't say anything when he walked past 10 minutes earlier. I hadn't said anything because he did not speak a word to me but only my boyfriend. We proceeded to get the bill and see we had been charged extra for replacing my meal. Very unhappy and could have ended up in the hospital. Would never eat here again.

We went out to eat as I had wanted some spaghetti for a while. I had spaghetti and meat sauce, Gramma had spaghetti and meatballs, and my mom had the French onion soup and a salad. It was all very nice and I'd recommend the food to anyone, but wow this place is busy so don't go for a quiet or intimate time. The service is great, everything is nice, but it is LOUD and packed full. It is very much a family restaurant.

We’ve been there on Sunday night and we got the Valentines Day special menu. I had spaghetti with spicy meat and my husband had spaghetti and meatballs. The menu included sourdough bread, salad or soup, shared app and shared dessert + 2 main dishes for $25 per person. Food was Ok, the standard for Old Spaghetti Factory, but we were very impressed with the customer service. Waitress was great and the manager came to our table to thank us for the visit. Very nice touch!

Cute place in Kelowna, decorated in a very old-fashioned style. There are clearly labelled vegetarian and vegan options. Vegan options include the spaghetti with marinara sauce, mushroom sauce, or Beyond Meat meatballs. All entrees come with bread and butter, minestrone soup (vegan) or green salad, and ice cream. Portions are large and satisfying, and prices are reasonable.

As I often come here to eat when I am in town, I am extremely disapointed to see that the management of this place is not considerate enought to update their hours on either their website or on google and that I walked all the way here for no reason for the second time this year. I will do the Job for them and inform you that they are closed for the day. Because its way to complicated to inform their customer on social media or their own website.

The lasagna was disgusting. For $18 plus it was two layers of noodles with what was supposed to be meat sauce but it was more like mushed up dog food. Definitely not worth the money. The bread was good. We had the loveliest server, Kelsey. Tipped her well because she gave us great service and it wasn't her fault for the quality of the food. Definitely would not recommend.

Wow. Food was amazing, so much food and value too. I got Chicken Parm with spaghetti with meat sauce and baked cheese. Delicious. And the ice cream was good too, also side of fries was sooo good. Very well seasoned and crispy. Would recommend and visit again. Recommend reservations, busy place.

A bit noisy, music is too loud, lots of conversations. Otherwise is a good, tidy place. Menu has a big variety with good size portions. Staff is nice, without bugging much with "how it taste?". The waiting time was surprisingly short.

We had a great birthday dinner for our 8 year old. The server was great, food was great and they sang to her and put a sparkle candle in her ice cream. I recommend the ravioli, don’t think twice about it, it’s a must have here. 5 star for sure for a family restaurant.

Excellent service. Food is decent and for the price is really worth it. As you get bread, salad or soup plus coffee or tea and scoop of ice cream with most pasta dishes. The reason for not giving five stars is not the best quality but still really good.
