Friendly server, Anthony, and delicious food. It was a bit hot sitting on the patio but they brought us lots of water. Nice view of a marina and the mountains. Food was plated nicely as well. Enjoyed my Pimm's Cup.

Beautiful spot right on Okanagan Lake. Great breakfast, had the red pepper and feta omelette and it was delicious! Also whatever hot sauce they provided was some of the best I've had. Friendly and quick service as well. A great experience all around.

Oak + CRU social kitchen on the lakefront in the heart of downtown Kelowna and is located inside Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort. Food was fresh and very delicious. I ordered a classic burger with a salad. The beef was fresh and cooked well. Bread and the bun were made fresh in the kitchen.

Oak + Cru has a warm and welcoming staff, and our knowledgable server was able to help us navigate the updated menu (different from the website), with allergies and food sensitivities to find a main course that would suit our needs. There are no Vegan desserts, but the meal was filling and the ambience was pleasant and classy and we were left satisfied with our meal. One thing I would like to see from this restaurant is more timeliness in the future, as it took a long time for our order to arrive and for us to receive our bill. I don’t know if I would prioritize this restaurant in m no y list of Kelowna faves, but I can honestly say it was a pleasant evening.

Location itself deserves a 5 star. Did a business meeting here and had no complaints. Server made a few accomodations from the menu, did not rush us, just let us be and finished our meeting. Food was delicious and very well presented.

The Oak and Cru is located on the ground floor entrance of the Delta Hotel. However it is open to guests and non guests. The menu has good variety and is frequently updated, so I am always getting something new when I visit. Seating is comfortable and nicely spaced with the option to eat on the heated and covered lakeside patio. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular. Customer service, as expected, is fantastic. I would like to have the option of a physical menu instead of the QR so that I can leave my phone and disconnect.

Don’t recommend having brunch and breakfast here. It took 20 minutes for waiting ordering our food. We ordered 3 lattes and they tasted not good. Each cup of latte shared uneven portion of milk foam, and mine had barely a very thin layer. Apparently they didn’t want to make another one. My husband ordered a Classic Breakfast with avocado. It costed $19 for only two pieces of half-cut toasts, two eggs, a small bowl of fruits, a few of green leaves and 6 slices of avocado (only half of a whole avocado). My friend ordered a Classic Breakfast as well, and only come with two sausages. I would say the quality of food totally doesn’t worth this price. Based on personal flavour preference, the toast was too sour for me and the greens tasted very bad as well. One of the worst brunch I have ever had.

Nutella Nut

Food was good, but took an eternity. Ordered waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Waitress brought the whipped cream along with the drinks, but by the time I had my waffles, it was melted. Five years later, when I actually had the waffles, they had caramelized bananas, not strawberries. Once I actually had strawberries, they had given me less than two berries, and left the caramelized banana syrup on it. The waffles also had nuts on top, which it did not mention in the menu, of all things, how could you forget to mention NUTS... I asked for a new whipped cream, and it took far too long to get it. By the time I could eat my waffles, they were room temperature, and I was wondering why these people hated me.

We went for the 1st time for a date night. After not liking one of the initial dishes we flagged down a server named Sanjay. He was phenomenal and listened to us about how we didn't enjoy the dish and went out of his way to get replacement dish sent out. It's very rare for me to send something back but super appreciated when the staff is understanding. Sanjay is an amazing gentleman and I'd highly recommend people go to oak and cru just for his service

Waiter was attentive and friendly Dome style private table was cozy and nice. Ordered pizza, fish and chips and a burger from lunch. Food was mediocre.

Very enjoyable venue, even in the off season. Food and service are above average and the locations is exceptional as it is a boat up restaurant and lounge with patio inside a 5 star hotel.

My wife and I ate here for lunch. We love the atmosphere, modern classy. They've got a great drink menu, I had a beer and she had a glass of red wine. Our server was awesome, happy and always at our table just when we needed her. The food menu is really balanced and offers up many options for anyone with dietary needs. I really like the fact that they source their ingredients from local suppliers. I ordered the Penne with braised beef rib, just thinking about it now is making my mouth water. Everything just works with that dish. Portioned perfectly and priced right. My wife ordered the Smoked bacon cheddar burger and she said it was the best cheeseburger she's ever had. They don't skimp on the fries either which is always a bonus especially when I can sneak a few. We'll definitely eat here again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Had the Prawns here and they were good. My friend had Avacado toast, which they said was good also. You can order out for take out or use Skip the Dishes for food delivery service. There is an online menu. Located downtown on Water St. I think I saw outdoor seating area used in warmer weather. Staff were friendly. Check out online for more information or give them a call. Nice restaurant. There is a find the table option online.

Recently stayed here and really enjoyed myself! Loved the breakfast board, the smoothie had a hint of prune juice flavour which I do not love but the rest was perfect! The donut tower was beautiful, the donut I had was the cream-cicle one at the bottom, the dough was a bit dense for me but the flavour was on point. Wish I could have tried them all but alas I had to share.

Impact Events

Great place on the lake, plenty of gluten free items which makes dining here a great choice and not having to select from one or two items. A group of friends and I booked one of the winter outdoor dining domes and it was a wonderful experience where we got our own private dining space - will book that again. The whole team are friendly, helpful and provided great service. Highly recommend.

Plain and simple. Not worth the money. I’ve come here a couple of times before tonight and food has always been good but over priced. We had the shrimp for an appy which were tasty but... they were $18 for THREE shrimp and were cut in half to make it look like there was more. Plus they didn’t even remove the guts from them. For mains, we had a margarita and 4 cheese pizza. Both were good pizzas. We did have to take half of the arugula off the 4 cheese pizza. I’d recommend going else where for dinner. There are many good locations in downtown Kelowna. The only way I’d recommend this place is if you are staying at the delta and you want a good breakfast.

Happy hour options are good and well priced but always check your bill especially if you purchased a vacation package deal. 5 days straight we had to audit our bill and go back and forth over the incorrect charges. Really does not make for a nice end your day.

Ideal Sunday Brunch Location. Management doing great job with checkin due to BC Vaccine Card requirements. Hats off to the KITCHEN and WAIT staff. Food was delicious, the authentic touch to food preparation and service felt. A 5 star would be accessibility parking.

The establishment, the view, the food, and drinks were PHENOMENAL!!! Dev gave exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Everything was perfect with the except of the vibes from our server Morgan. She seemed very unhappy and I hope we caught her on an off day. Could’ve been a 5 star. Shoutout to Dev and the kitchen for the eggs Benny and good conversation!

We received a $20 Voucher for staying at the Delta and spent it here. No disappointment here. The service was great from the hostess to the server. We seated outside on the patio and enjoyed the lake views. Our ice latte was delicious. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the avocado toast. I enjoyed the salmon Benny. All ingredients were fresh and everything was delicious. Would I come back? Absolutely! I highly recommend this place for a delicious coffee and food. Hope you find this experience useful. Terrible food on their fixed menu. We had booked a table in their new igloo bubbles. Food was bland and cold. When I complained I expected a call from their manager, instead spoke with a chef from the restaurant. Not helpful at all. For 2 of us with no alcohol our bill came to with gratuity $186.00 My advise give this one a miss

I was here with my brother. I wish I could recall the fellas name that served us. We had a whole lot of laughs. We were giving him a hard time. I kept calling him by different names like I couldn't remember and now I cant! It was super funny and he was a really good sport and laughed along with us. The world needs more smiles and laughs. Amazing staff here. I highly recommend going in. The food was great and the server is my new favorite! This place is a real beauty.

Beautiful location and view, connected to the Delta Hotel. You are basically paying for the view. The food was not bad but there were not enough servers so it took kind of long for the food and to settle the bill. The food was sort of like leftovers of the buffet breakfast they serve to hotel guests but with higher prices. Our server was super friendly though. Live music was great on a Sunday afternoon.

Went with 25 minutes left until close for a night cap after a long day of work. Was told by the bartender that they were closed. After we were turned away he went back to the table of his friends to continue hanging out/drinking. They weren't closed he just didn't feel like serving us

Last night we dined in one of the domes on the patio outside. It was such a fantastic experience! My partner booked one to celebrate my graduation, and the staff let a friend drop off some stuff to be put in it before we arrived. The menu was great and same with the wine! I would highly recommend booking one (there is $200 minimum spend - but worth it for a night out). Thank you to the manager Jay for being so kind and our server Paige! I hope this is a regular experience in the winters now.

Tonight we experienced luminescence at Oak and cru. Our party of six were thrilled from start to finish. Sanjay was our server, he was funny, attentive and honest about choices. Beverages were fresh with flavors that complimented well. My favorite the southside martini. I recommend the fettuccine with selva prawns, perfect mix of Lemon, mushrooms prawns and goat cheese in wonderful cream sauce. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I went here for the first time and loved it. We got seated immediately. Our waiter Quinn was so friendly and personable. Our food arrived quickly even though they were busy. Loved the food and atmosphere, it’s my fave restaurant in Kelowna. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

Our experience in the Dome dinning was amazing. Our server marina was absolutely the best!! She made our night relaxing and one of a kind. She explained the menu, she gave us good suggestions for wine without making us feel pressured and took many pictures of us with the decor. She deserves to be recognized for the professional service that she does for the business. She is an asset to your restaurant.

We went here for our first night away in over a year. Service from our server was awful, the manager was kind and he is the only reason this review has 2 stars. Way over priced for mediocre food disguised as high end. We waited 20 minutes for a draft beer and glass of wine in a restraunt that had people at 8 tables and 4 servers. I ordered the modern burger, it came out completely different then described on the menu. The server didn't make an effort to rectify the situation and wouldn't explain anything to me because she didn't know the menu. The manager helped however it came back out raw and it was late so we just paid and left. I was then over charged for my glass of wine, no discount for waiting 2 hours for food, so we walked out $170 poorer and super unsatisfied. I have served, bartended and managed restraunts for 20 years and never experienced such poor service. Training and learning the menu would be a big help to the servers. Not knowing what's on tap, not knowing what the food you're serving looks like or what sides come with $50 dishes in a high end establishment is unacceptable.

Stayed at the Delta for an extended 12 night stay for work and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel restaurant. All the staff (Tana, Sam, Courtney, Alex and the rest of the team) always went above and beyond to remember me and offer exceptional service. Even when I had eaten everything on the menu twice and started being that picky customer who orders off-menu. No request was ever greeted with anything but enthusiasm. It was much appreciated and I now look forward to my return visits. Friendly atmosphere and the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the office.

Went to Oak & Cru for a family celebration. As covid restrictions were still in place we sat outside on the beautiful lakeside patio. Our server Anthony greeted us promptly, was super friendly and very attentive. The food did not disappoint, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The fresh fettuccine and prawns is highly recommended. With 5 large prawns, this dish was a symphony of flavours! For dessert we had the Creme Brûlée and the S’mores. Both were delectable. Excellent Happy Hour wine choices and pricing. By 6 pm the patio was packed. We were not rushed during our meal making the evening a wonderful dining experience. Will definitely return the next time we’re in Kelowna.

A first great experience! I was stunned by the patio vibe and its view of those beautiful ponds. Our server was a nice lady who made the brunch day relaxing for the four of us. I ordered smoked salmon benedict, which was yummy! ????☕️ Nothing really different compare to the ones I had in other restaurants with less price tho. I really enjoyed my brunch overall, and I would recommend this place for special occasions or a once-in-awhile visit.

I stay at the Delta frequently for work and have to say that when the Delta switched the restaurant to Oak + Crew I haven’t been overly impressed. I am sure Covid has played into some of their challenges of recent, but this place remains far overpriced for what it is. It’s good but not great! 28$ for a 9oz glass of red wine… yes it’s a premium, but I believe I can buy a bottle for less. Service is mediocre. I am actually here right now writing this and would give it a 1 star based on tonight’s service, but because of past experiences it barely rates a 3 star. I will admit the patio in the summer is a great spot wrt atmosphere! Try it out, but don’t expect to get what you are paying for.

We were a bit disappointed. The bottle of wine (Viognier) we ordered had turned, you could obviously see it as it was a rust colour but they served it anyway. We sent it back. The staff were great and friendly. Establishment wasn't as clean as it should have been. Table was sticky, windows were streaked and dirty. The common areas of the Hotel just didn't look like they were getting a lot of attention. Sad, as this has been my favorite Hotel.

Good restaurant in the Delta hotel. I had the hamburger with 1/2 order of fries and 1/2 salad. I love it when restaurants provide that option.
