Fantastic design inside. Very appealing. The ambience was good making you want to stay and enjoy the surroundings. The service was fine. The food was good. I had the beef dip which was made with nice strips of medium rare steak. It was delicious. The fries are kind of lame...that's about the only part they could improve.

After being disappointed by the keg and other steak houses so many times, our expectations were so low; Though after tonight our mindset has made a 180. Finally a steak house that knows what a rare steak is. I got the steak and sushi and it was hands down the best steak I've ever had. Sitting in a thin garlic tataki juice we with a side or sushi was by far one of the best meals I've ever had. My boyfriend has been trying to find a steak that outbeats his and today was the day. Service was efficient. I wouldn't say the friendliest, but definitely efficient. The only thing I would complain about is jennet handing the bill face forward. My and my boyfriend have been together long enough that it wasn't a big deal, but I know how some people can get. She wasn't very personal but again, efficient. 10/10 food.

My mother and I had dinner here on a recent vacation to Kelowna. We both really enjoyed our meals. Was delicious and nicely presented. My elderly mother is on a special diet and modifications were made to her meal to accommodate this, which was really appreciated. The service was excellent. Very nice atmosphere too. Would definitely come back if in Kelowna again.

I reserved this restaurant for my husband's birthday dinner for him and I. We ordered a couple watermelon drinks, the soy butter chicken x 2 and a side of fries. The drinks took quite a long time and hence, us being able to order our food was prolonged also. Halfway through my food, I found a greasy hair stuck to the bowl under my rice. I told the server who was apologetic. Shortly after, the manager came over who was also apologetic and asked us if we wanted anything else such as dessert etc., we were probably going to leave right after dinner since we weren't really feeling the restaurant anymore but the manager was quite nice so we ordered the Italian donuts which were pretty good. The restaurant knew it was my husband's birthday as well as the manager but nothing special was done such as candles or writing etc. Feeling a bit better from the food incident, we ordered a couple shots (which were super strong and gross) to end off the night. The bill however took forever to arrive possibly close to an hour after we were done our meal. When we finally got our bill and we communicated we needed the card machine, we called a cab and even the cab came quicker than the server coming back to take our payment. Even after asking another worker, it still was delayed. Overall, we wouldn't go back and I wish I had chosen a different restaurant for my husband's birthday.

Visiting from out of town. Menu is Celiac aware and Gluten Free conscious. I am gluten intolerant and my meal had no ill effects (steak, mashed potatoes & veggies). Spencer and the rest of the staff were very friendly and engaging. Will definitely eat there on my return visit.

While the experience ranges each time we are there, but we had one of the best experiences ever. One of the hostesses made our visit extra special by having an actual conversation and going the extra mile to make us happy. Customer service will always have people coming back, even if everything else fails (although, they are usually great all around).

Ordered out from there I know the inside and service inside is great but if you order over the phone they make you pick it up out back next to a dumpster under some rickety tent. Not a fan of that experience i feel like there is room for improvement and this idea was not very well thought out. It smells back there and put me off from wanting to order out again.

The prawn and lobster ravioli was delicious. But when I order a side of prawns as well and my dish didn't come with any prawns. I got charged double for 1 skewer of prawns basically. Overall the food was great. But 40$ for what I order was obsurd. And really high priced. I feel like I got cheated for my meal.

Came in today for lunch and WOW. We sat on the lounge side and it was very busy. Our server Hillary was amazing, very sweet and attentive. Had the tuna salad and the Katsu salad. Definitely recommend both salads. We will be back.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick drink to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary. The server in the lounge, Matt I believe, was fantastic. This was my first time dining at Joey's with my girlfriend. The hostess and server (Tyler) were absolutely delightful. Professional, polite, patient and attentive. My girlfriend ordered the BBQ Salmon Rice Bowl and I ordered the Prawn + Lobster Ravioli. The plating of the food was visually appealing and enticing. Personally my dish was wonderfully flavorful and delicious with every bite. My girlfriend enjoyed her dish with the same type of enthusiasm. Both of us are impressed and will be coming back again! I give this place 5 stars for the amazing customer service and for the level of skill that the cooks strive to deliver in the food that they prepare.

The four of us had an amazing delicious meal at Joey Kelowna. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the Chicken Parmesan was the best I have ever eaten. We all had a different meal and all said we would have the same meal again. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and efficient and they all wore masks or Face shields. We felt very safe and are we are anxious to return. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was great, so was the service. However, for some odd reason, if you're not ordering anything else in the minute that you finish the bite, they would just ask to give you the bill. That act kind of makes you feel uncomfortable. So yeah... Oder than that, was okay.

Located just west of Costco, this place was amazing. I had the chicken and rib combo. The chicken was very juicy and tender and had a delicious dipping sauce. The rib meat literally fell of the bone as you picked it up. My wife had the Bombay Butter Chicken. She said it was the best butter chicken she had ever had. What both of us commented on was the taste. I sounds corny, but both meals literally were bursting with taste. When I asked for the options for a wheat beer, the waiter suggested Victoria's Driftwood, White Bark. It had a very light flavour than other wheat beers and has become my go to beer.

My husband along with our 2.5 year old son went to Joey for a little outting since we haven't gone to a restaurant in a while. Our experience was a good one, the staff was warm and welcoming but the star of the show was our server, Isabella. She was an amazing server! We ordered the chicken strips for my toddler, my husband had the tuna club and I went for the lettuce wraps. My husband asked for no relish on his burger as a preference and I wanted to take all the cilantro off of the lettuce wraps because I dislike it a lot....anyhow both of our orders came out with the things we asked it not too....so we let Isabella know that my husband was just going to scrape the relish off and I sent my lettuce wraps back and just picked off my sons plate as he was already getting fussy so I didn't want to waste the time waiting. We were not expecting what happened with our bill. Isabella brought out our bill with my husband and my meal taken off the bill. This was such a kind gesture as we were not expecting anything and hate complaining! I just wanted to let you guys know how wonderful of an experience this was for us. Thank you so much!

My husband, son and I went there for an early dinner last Saturday and I asked for drink specials- the young man said there was a Rose wine and a beer so I chose the wine and then said a white wine for my husband- he asked if I wanted the 6 or 9 ounce I said 9 of course since he mentioned it was on special- we ordered food and it was delicious as always as we are frequent customers but have never got the wine before- anyways I notice people around me getting sangria... apparently the sangria was on special too which I was not told about which I would have got over the Rose... anyways after we ate we sat around for a bit empty glasses waiting around to be asked if we wanted refills but thank goodness we didn’t get asked because when the bill finally came I found out that my glass of wine that was on “special” was $27!!!! For ONE glass!!! My husbands came to $21!! For a single glass of wine! We were shocked! We told the girls at the front desk about this and the confusion and they acted truly concerned and took our contact info and asked if we wanted a refund or a gift card for the amount but it’s been a week and we have heard nothing from anyone?? So just wondering if anyone actually cares?? It’s not ok for the servers to offer drinks as specials if they are not on special or if they are then offer the next ounce up but say that ounce is NOT on special and say what the price is.... because I would never in my right mind pay $27 or $21 for a single glass of wine no matter how damn good the chicken wings are. Edit to post- Updated from 1 start to 5 because customer service and follow ups make a difference - Kennedy the manager contacted me via email and apologized for the late reply and not having the server being clear on the specials. She also offered me a full money back refund for my glass of wine and gave us a $30 Gift Card for the restaurant! We went back today where we gladly spent the $$$ and the gift card- on yummy Cesars and chicken wings:) thank you Joeys for rectifying the situation and taking care of your customers and we will be back again!

I highly recommend JOEY Kelowna, one of the first things I base how the food will be at a new place I am trying is their soup. I had their Mushroom Soup and believe me it will rock your tastebuds, I topped my meal off with their hand pressed burger and fries, the burger was hands down aces in my book

This is one of those rare restaurants that I have found where you can have your cake and eat it too. Most times when I visit places of this caliber--due to the exorbitant prices found on the proudly recycled, high quality, card-stock menu--the best I can hope for is a delicious napkin to suck on. I thoroughly enjoyed eating here, and the drinks are fantastic. As I sat at the bar, the bartenders encouraged me to become adventurous as I attempted to create a new and exciting form of martini to compliment my delicious main course. This place isn't cheap, but it's not going to break your non-kangaroo leathered wallet either.

I wouldnl have given 5 stars for the food. Ordered tuna salad, Japanese dumplings and spaghetti pomodoro. Very tasty dishes, way better than what I expected. However, the service we got was weird. It seemed to be very pushy and the waiter was in a rush to kick us out. First we even touched our plates, he came and asked us how everything tastes. Which is fine. We didn't say anything. Then RIGHT after we finish our tuna and pasta, he came and cleaned ALL the fishes expect the Japanese dumplings plate sitting in the middle of the table, we didn't even have the serving plates left... Ok. No problem. We didn't say anything. Then after two minutes they came and took away the last plate. Then the bill pretty much immediately. Like.. what?? I didn't ask the bill. We were still clearly chatting and drinking water and didn't show any intention of paying at that moment. And then, after two minutes, the waiter came back with the machine! We were shocked... What's going on? Am I being kicked out??? I asked him whether they are closing soon. He said no feel free to hang out as long as you want. I don't understand, is it because he's finishing his shift and want to make sure all the guests are charged before he leaves? This happened to us once but that was in a very busy restaurant and clearly they want everyone to come and go fast to keep the high turn over. But last night wasn't busy and we were rushed like this, seemed very strange. Let alone the waiter literally sat across us which he was waiting for us the pay. Very unprofessional. Maybe they should start to train their waiters a bit better. It's not a cheap place to eat. But the service you get from a hole in the wall restaurant can be better than this!

Good and not so good. Good service, great staff, food okay. My wife had the salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus/Snow peas. Mashed potatoes were great and the vegetable combination was okay. The salmon was the tail fillet so it very thin and it was herb crusted. The salmon was okay but the herb crust was really salty and it had to be scrapped off. My meal of spaghetti pompordoro also was okay. It was billed as medium spicy but came off as lackluster spice and it wasn't even homemade spaghetti. The really cold lemon ricotta cheese on top was delicious but it made the spaghetti cold or else it was served cold. Either way the only really good thing was the cheese. Excuse me, the $4 piece of bread was beautifully toasted. That guy should get a raise. Overall nothing really bad but it should and could be a whole lot better. From a proper piece of fish to hot pasta it really really could be better without even trying.

My husband and I never go out. And when we get the rare chance to go out we hope for a good experience. Last night we went out and had a great night. We arrived and the hostess was incredibly friendly. (Sorry I didn’t get her name) once sat our server welcomed us in the friendliest way. I told her I was unsure of the wine I wanted and she took the time to tell me all about them. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and came to our table the perfect amount of times! We did not feel ignored or bothered! The food came and it was perfect and delicious! Thank you Madi P and staff for making our night out so enjoyable!!!

Patio was closed on such a gorgeous day. We enjoyed a booth for our casual meeting. The server seemed very rushed and uninterested in anything but minimum standard service, even considering it was quite slow. They did offer a sample of freshly made ice cream. Still, for the $$ value, there are other establishments that not only make you feel more welcome, provide a higher level of enjoyable, comforting experience.

Too many fries but I guess more is more sometimes. They didn't even forget my side of mayo like literally everyone always does. Don't be a NIMBY. Just try it. Then go and leave a great review just like I did.

Probably the worst Joey I've ever been. Sever was rude, rushed us out, took a half full plate away without asking, 5$ for a double espresso??? And dropped the bill even while my friend was still eating, if you need the table don't seat people there. We only been there 25min for a beer, starter, main and coffee. I was very disappointed on my last visit, my husband ordered the half rack of ribs which is pretty much his "go to" dish, his ribs were cold, he couldn't even cut in to them. I had the steak & prawns w/asparagus. My steak was overcooked, my asparagus was burnt, the mashed potatoes were okay, but not to the normal standard that I have received in the past. This was my "favorite" restaurants to dine out at, but my experiences lately has not been good. On my next outing, it is doubtful that your establishment would be my first choice.

Although I don't live in Kelowna I have went to this location probably more than a hundred times since it opened in the late 1990s. My repeated visits speak for themselves, although the new restaurant seems to have undergone some extensive renovation since my last visit. Currently it has a very upscale feel and the staff I've been well selected and properly trained. The hostess was accommodating and allowed me to preview the seating areas as I had a table for six and wanted them to be comfortable. We selected the dining area and one of our party was late so we waited for him to arrive to order. During our wait we were well taken care of and yet did not feel pressure to order. This is a tier-1 restaurant and a gem for the Okanagan valley and Kelowna. Most certainly I will return and highly recommend this particular restaurant out of the entire chain.

UPDATED** Well we’re back. Came back to JOEY within a week and had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was incredible!!!!! Please keep it on the menu. Unreal. Lovely meal again and the service was outstanding. Thank you. Original—The recipe of your Prawn and Lobster Ravioli was recently changed. The server explained it, and the cream sauce was essentially changed from a butter-dill to a truffle oil-asparagus blend. (With more details of course). This was such a bad change! I’m sorry but it is not as good as before. Other restaurants have similar dishes that are ok but the Joey one always was absolutely insanely good and a step above the rest. This change was a huge let down. But. That is one dish. We’ve eaten here many times and the service is always spectacular and the food has always been hot and fresh. Always has been 5 stars across the board but unfortunately one of the best dishes on the menu was changed. We will be back of course. Thank you.

VEGAN FRIENDLY! Kudos to the management of Joey Kelowna. They have done a great job of accommodating vegetarian and vegan appetites. The staff went out of their way to try to accommodate us even offering a list of ingredients that went into the food. They have a vegetarian menu and suggested modifications to make it vegan for us. We had the lettuce wraps with rice instead of pasta at the recommendation of the staff and they were excellent! Our kids were licking their fingers!

Very mediocre and it's a trend inversely proportional to their prices. Joey's used to have an amazing beef dip, with caramelized onions and horseradish. It's been replaced with the "Butcher's Sandwich" a tiny little thing. Onions? You could hardly tell. There was a thin spread of mustard, but hardly noticeable on the taste buds. And for the princely sum of $23. I've had larger, better tasting beef dip for less than half that at the grocery store.

This is my first time reviewing a restaurant experience! My friend and I were dining at JOEY on Monday, and although the restaurant was quiet we had the most amazing time. Waiter came up and asked me if I had ID which i did not and that was fine. I understand he could not serve me. He continued to add that some mothers (as I had my son with me) a very unnecessary comme t about 14 year as having kids and coming in trying to get drunk, I looked at him and asked if he thought I was 14 and he said you never know, but this is my job. I was very offended, as this was my first impression of him was not a fun time. Then as others were drinking at the table who had their ID the table runners kept watching me and making sure I 'wasnt taking sips of alcohol'super unpleasant meal. Totally uncomfortable. On top of that all three of our plates had something burnt on it. Wouldn't recommend. For the prices better going to cactus club or the keg.

I've been here a few times when I have visited Kelowna. I have never been let down. The drinks and food are always on par of great quality and the service was great. Only thing that I would criticize is instead of skipping booths and having long wait times, follow suit of many other restaurants and use an attractive plexi-glass or lexan barrier.

First visit, first review: Love this place! They ask if you would like a booth (restaurant) or bar chairs (lounge), so my wife chose a booth to chill. The booths are comfy, and atmosphere was chic. It wasn't that noisy, due to the plastic barriers, so the Mrs. and I could chat easily. The waiting staff were top notch, and knew the drink and food menu well. The drinks came out promptly and cold. My wife didn't like the Shirley Temple though, as they don't have grenadine. I liked their 1516 on tap, a tiny bit of hop, but smooth like a Lager. I chowed down on the California Chicken Burger with yam fries, loved it! BBQed chicken breast with bacon, yum! The Mrs. had the Fish Tacos, and was satisfied. I'm not into seafood, but I was impressed! Great food, great friendly staff, definitely recommend to everyone! It's a little $$$, but once in a while is nice. Enjoy!

I've been to Joey's many times and the food and service have always been excellent but last night was so good I just had to write a review. First of all anyone who has been there knows how beautiful the patio is, living in a place as beautiful as Kelowna having an awesome patio is a huge perk, the atmosphere is wonderful. When me and my boyfriend arrived we were immediately welcomed by the amazing hostess (unfortunately didn't catch her name) telling us how great we looked, asking about our night etc. Once we told them it was our anniversary they immediately made sure everything was amazing. Our server Tom was great! Personable, friendly, attentive everything that makes an excellent server. He went the extra mile the whole night to make sure we had a great time. Everyone we dealt with made sure we had an unforgettable night, we will definitely be back!

I've never had poor service here. Good staff, good food. Expect to pay around $40/pp for a dinner outting. Well worth it.

Exceptional service every time I visit here but lately it has been even more of a pleasure visiting this restaurant. I forgot my food that i was going to take home on the table and by the time i came in from my car to get it they seemed to have thrown it out. I was completely understanding and it was 100% my fault, they were only doing their job! but they refused to let me leave without something so their wonderful manager that was working Jan 16, 2021 during the day issued me a 25$ gift card which was more than the entire appetizer itself! Another occasion where I drove to JOEYS and their system was down they issued both my girlfriend and I each a 15$ gift card for our inconvenience.... Never have I been taken care of like that at any other restaurant. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back!

Such a shame because I really used to love joeys Kelowna. Our servers name was Chelsey and I’d have to say she absolutely ruined the experience for us. We did not feel welcome at all and ended up leaving early because of how she blatantly didn’t care about the guests and for the most part didn’t even acknowledge us. I know this place hires better servers than this and it’s a shame than one person means we will probably never be back due to our experience.

Well JOEY Kelowna ruined Mother’s Day. Moved Takeout Friday (take out once a week during the COVID crisis) to Sunday for the special day and our family dinner arrived with one meal MISSING! Called to inquire/complain and they said they’d call us TOMORROW! Continued on the call until we had a manager; they said they’d call back within the hour once they sorted out the issue and the compensation.... nothing. The rest of our meals were stone cold also. HORRIBLE experience, and even worse customer service. They clearly don't care once food is paid for.

I have to say, customer service is going down just as fast as the food quality. The hummus plate as been a favourite of ours and we order it every single time we go. The first picture was December 2020, and the second picture is now- and this was after we sent it back to be redone. This isn’t just a 1 off incident, it’s been consistently subpar the last 4 times we’ve ordered it. We’ve also had dry ribs burnt so bad they were inedible. It’s ridiculous that food prices go up, portions go down but tipping keeps going up! They won’t just be losing customers to the vax passport, they’ll be losing them because of plate like this.

Me and my husband were recently visiting Kelowna and were staying at a hotel down the street. We had a long drive and were exhausted, so we stopped in at JOEY. We were seated in the Dining room and felt comfortable as soon as we sat down. Our server Jennet was at our table promptly and was so kind and welcoming (as we had told her about our long day of travels). We had the Chicken lettuce wraps and I had a sangria. My parents and I came to this restaurant one night a few weeks ago as a bit of a celebratory dinner after moving me into my first apartment. We were promptly offered the community table within the bar area of the restaurant by the friendly host up front, as they didn't have any other tables available. The entire area of the restaurant and the staff had very good vibes to them, everyone being very friendly and helpful to each other even when the restaurant was packed full. Our waitress Sarah was efficient and hospitable, joking around with us as we all sat on the side of the table opposite to her. She was prompt with bringing our drinks, and throughout the night was fantastic about offering either refills or asking if we would like more drinks before our current ones emptied. As such we always had drinks in front of us. My mom and I both ordered steak and my dad ordered the butter chicken. When the food arrived we realized that Sarah had mistaken my mom's order for wanting her steak Medium Rare rather than Medium Well - but without argument she kindly apologized and took it away to be remade, while leaving her with the remainder of her meal so she wouldn't need to go hungry. Sarah brought the new Steak out as fast as possible, and was very nice and apologetic about her mistake - taking full responsibility for it. The food was amazing and cooked absolutely flawlessly, and we all completely cleared our plates with the exception of a bit of leftover steak that we took home for our dog. Throughout both the wait for the meal and the meal itself we were checked up on by Sarah, as well as a few hosts and bussers that were kind enough to pop their heads in to check on things - all of them amazingly friendly. Our dessert of the homemade chocolate lava cake was so amazing that we ended up taking another one home for later, Sarah still checking in on us during dessert to make sure we didn't need anymore napkins, spoons, or drinks. Even upon leaving the staff all offered us a 'goodnight' as they continued on with a busy evening of work. Overall our meal at this restaurant was fantastic and I would recommend that anyone willing to pay the high end price on such an amazing meal and such great service to go here. Despite having made a mistake with the Steak originally, I would still say that Sarah's service was absolutely impeccable. Everyone makes mistakes every now and then, and the fact that she so quickly took responsibility and corrected her mistake shows just how much integrity she has as a waitress. Thanks to the entire staff for making a tough day a lot more enjoyable!

Joey has a standard so you are rarely disappointed. The atmosphere is upbeat and well appointed although usually a bit noisier near the bar. Service is very good with great teamwork on the part of the staff The menu variety is adequate and presentation is well done. The flavor is somewhat sunduef in most dishes to satisfy a broad range of palates. I'm a lover of wanting something to jump out to me so though tasty I was underwhelmed. Don't expect a variety in choice of sides. It's mostly fries and simple salads. For this I found it particularly pricey. Overall nice dining.

What went wrong: -No Coors light - this was a first but it's company policy. They will look into options regarding carrying a few cans or bottles in the storeroom. Did a trash panda instead, good beer, but not ideal for heatwave refreshment. -High protein burger served with honey mayo not the 1000 Island it was ordered with. What went right: -Amazing service and handling of the situation by the duty manageress who refunded the price of both in spite of me being good with picking up the beer. Because Coors is so ubiquitous I would otherwise probably have tried elsewhere next time but because of her efforts will be back, either later in the day or in cooler weather, Coors light would be a pleasant surprise, unlike Bud light it has natural flavour.

Took my family here for dinner just before Christmas. We had gone to see a movie and thought we'd skip the concession at the movie as we'd be having a good dinner here afterward. Let me say this, Don't come here hungry. I ordered Steak and Lobster Ravioli. Steak was about 7 or 8 thinly sliced pieces of what was definitely no where near the advertised 7oz of steak and the ravioli.... 4 pieces. Four. And to top it off there was a hair on my steak. Most disappointing $30 plate I've had in a long time. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the food tasted good, there just wasn't much of it. I definitely didn't feel I got any value for my $150+ meal for my family. (this didn't even include alcohol, I can't imagine what it would have cost if I was drinking.)

The server came to our section many times, chatted and served all of the tables around us and didn’t even acknowledge us. No offer of water, no drink orders, nothing. She was helpful and full of smiles. She even drew a heart and smiley face on my receipt! Micki gets six stars out of five, no doubt. The food was flavourful, and the drinks were spot on. I had the mushroom pasta and couldn't have been more pleased. The raspberry butterscotch budino was really incredible, I don't know if they make the toffee in house or not but even that minute detail was perfect. On our way out, three different employees said "goodnight!" with smiles. Again, five stars at the least, and Micki, you were fantastic. If you have the chance, dear reader, please visit this place, for your own good! Also if they offer get the slush in your drinks.

Perry Como sang the words; “Standing on the corner watching all the girls go by...”. Don’t bother going to that corner - just come here and order something. Order anything really - it’s all excellent and well prepared and considering the quality and surroundings, priced very fairly. The reason for the missing star is because a friend and I each ordered a virgin Caesar. Only until we drank about half did we realize that they had goofed and put vodka in them. For us not a big problem but thank goodness we were not recovering alcoholics. To their favour, the restaurant was truly perturbed and apologetic.

We had a group of 30 that went here when we were there for the Mixed World's Curling Championship. They accommodated all of us in a center location and split the group nicely via booths that were close and multiple staff to take care of us. They were awesome! The food was very good and the experience was even better! We would go there again!

My wife reserved this restaurant for my birthday dinner. We ordered a couple watermelon drinks, the soy butter chicken x 2 and a side of fries. The drinks took forever to come therefore delayed us from being able to order our food. Halfway through eating, my wife found a greasy hair stuck to the bowl under her rice. She told the server who was somewhat apologetic. Shortly after, the manager came over who was also apologetic and asked us if we wanted anything else such as dessert etc., we were probably going to leave right after dinner since we weren't really feeling the restaurant anymore but the manager was quite nice so we ordered the Italian donuts which were pretty good. The restaurant knew it was my birthday as well as the manager but nothing special was done such as candles or writing etc. Feeling a bit better from the food incident, we ordered a couple shots (which were super strong and gross) to end off the night. The bill however took forever to arrive possibly close to an hour after we were done our meal. When we finally got our bill and we communicated we needed the card machine, we called a cab and even the cab came quicker than the server coming back to take our payment. Even after asking another worker, it still was delayed. Overall, we wouldn't go back and I wish I had chosen a different restaurant for my husband's birthday. Here's the best part...my wife wrote a review further down...and the manager spoke to her offering a gift card to make up for the incident... WHICH NEVER CAME...over and over he had nothing but excuses for why it never came and now he doesn't even respond. If management is flaky and lie through their teeth NO WONDER the restaurant runs like trash.

Recieved my order via doordash. My girlfriend and I ordered the shrimp and lobster ravioli, mine with steak. The order came to just shy of $80, and we had to pay extra for garlic bread. What I received was 5 raviolis and 4 bite sized pieces of steak, that alone costs $30. My girlfriend's dish was also $30, and she got 7 measly pieces of ravioli. Super unimpressed with how stingy the portion size was. I would hope that dining experience would be a lot more fair, but I will never be ordering delivery from you guys again.

This places is a perfect Example of Casual Fine dining. Very beautiful , modern and nuteral colours in the restaurant. The entrance way is beautiful and adds to the experience. The menu is not overly complicated and contains a nice variety of options. I felt the menus is very affordable. Me and my date wanted steak ????. We ordered the fillet mion and the prime strip loin. I would suggest the Tenderloin to be the superior choice. Ordered Med-rare and was cooked to perfection. Honestly was surprised with the cut it melted in my mouth. To add the blue cheese butter was a very delicious addition. This was served with asparagus blanched and roared on the grill seasoned well. Two Philo wrapped baked potatoe puree this was delicious and created a nice contrast to the classic meal. They had some delicious drink options peach beleni was refreshing and tasty. Dessert was a lava cake and a whole mill latte. This cake was perfect with the cake not being overwhelmingly sweet and had a nice balace. The only very minor constructive comment would be. Provide upon seating a tables ice cold water or a nice carafe with ice. The service staff was all extremely friendly and very young. Just need to remember to start to meal with ice cold water. Unless it was a stratagey to sell more beer... if so well played it worked haha

I received my salad then, they proceeded to give me my mashed potato spring rolls after that then the steak came out redone. Seemed like a 3 course meal. I then got the bill, no steak included. AMAZING SERVICE! Best Joeys location with Joey Eaton Center. Go!

Was hands down the best experience I ever had. I called to book a reservation for my anniversary, I gave small instructions asking if they could do dessert with a small message written out and they put together an amazing outcome. Instructions were more than followed through. They remembered what had been asked and presented something way more than expected. Our waitress was beautiful and so kind with a great smile, she even wished us a happy anniversary; really showed her attention and care. Could not have asked for a better night.

We come to Joeys twice a year for the past 4 years..so many other places we could go.. but this had been our favorite. They took the best thing off the menu calamari and tempura veggies. I ordered lobster ravioli with steak it was not worth the price and came with nothing.. 4 small raviolis And4 pieces of sirloin steak.. apiece of garlic toast 3.25. Joe had salmon and mashed potatoes small portion as well .. we treat ourselves and have been many times and loved it. You can’t raise prices and cut portions.. if you do you lose customers... but this time felt cheatead .. next time it won’t be joeys...

I love joeys. Weather going out for date night ,calibrating an event or just haveing a drink with friend's always a great dinning experience. The staff is attentive and the menu offers something for everyone.

On my second time coming by it was even worse. Got the steak and shrimp combo. The shrimp and veggies were good, the steak was complete fail, undercooked and chewy as fack. They replaced it but I ate everything by the time the replacement came so I had a steak by itself. Cooked better but still not a good cut. If you can’t do a steak don’t even bother trying. For a $38.00 menu item, you better figure it out. Staff was great about it. Room for improvement. Stopped in for a mid afternoon lunch break, got the Butchers sandwich with fries and a Manhattan, the sandwich was thick with premium beef and nice au jus to go with it. Could have been served a little warmer and the Manhattan was an average cocktail, not blowing away expectations for a chain restaurant but the service is friendly and the lounge is comfortable for catching the game.

I love this place. Great food and really good service. Sorry to see staff shortages here, doesn't make any sense as tips are over the top due to quality food and staff that care. Maybe covid gov't free money slackers don't want to come back to WORK..... ????
