Was an hour and 45 minute turnaround. Came in at 10:35 am for breakfast and left 12:15am in time for lunch. Place was packed with customers, staff stretched beyond their capabilities. For a quick in/out breakfast IHOP is not the place.

I went to this IHOP past weekend with my wife and I really enjoyed the food and for the most part the service was excellent, the hostess and my server were very welcoming and made our experience that much better but I couldn't help but notice that another server was verbally harassing our hostess in front of us and the rest of the restaurant. I later saw at the server's name was Allison and noticed that we not only harassed our hostess but other, typically younger employees around the restaurant. I am hoping that IHOP Langley will do something about this because not only did our hostess provided exceptional service but she and all other employees do not deserve to be treated like this.

Stopped by for brunch. My group had french toast and omelettes. I enjoyed my omelette (make your own with mushrooms, green peppers and onions). It was good comfort food. No complaints about the service, it was efficient for coffee refills and the staff wore face shields. I would've liked to see more tables vacant as walk by traffic happened often, but I understand a business still needs customers. They have a good system and take your name/phone number, and ask customers to wait at their car or outside for a text when a table is ready.

I went to the restaurant and, since it was only me, I asked the hostess if I could sit at the front counter. The hostess said yes and gave me a menu after I sat down, returning to her station at the front desk. I then waited 15 minutes without any wait staff offering a beverage or even acknowledging I was there. I left the restaurant at that point, disgusted with the lack of service. If there is no one waiting on the front counter, customers should be so advised. It will be a long time before I return to this restaurant.

The waitresses are friendly and service is reasonably fast despite it being so busy. We always get coffee refills without having to flag someone down. They serve groups really well-we always come with a group of 6-12 including a couple of children. Four stars because the food isn't as great as it used to be.

I’ve come to your 100 times plus, 99 times out of that hundred it was good, but it the one that wasn’t, saw my waitress ( new ) once When she took my order and once when she handed me the bill not once did she come back and see if I needed more coffee which I love with my pancakes, on the positive side I saw lots of cleaning people doing their jobs well but seem to have lost my waitress, not sure where she went...... i’ve been a long-term customer of IHOP No I might have to change my allegiance. PS the food that day was a good quality but poorly made by the kitchen

IHOP in general seems outdated at best. This particular IHOP seems to have gone through some updates via restoration(?), or maybe it's opened up in the past ten years so that it seems more modernized. I still felt that I needed to leave immediately I finished my meal. Maybe it's the lighting? Decent customer service though. Unless you're ordering buttermilk pancakes, the other menu items are sub-par in the taste factor.

We always have a good experience with this IHOP. The service and food here are always consistently good. We have only ever had one server here who wasn't that great. There is always one right!? The owners are caring and attentive. I have disabilities, and I have a service dog that helps me. They have always been welcoming to my service dog and I and my family. The last time that we went to this IHOP, we had a server who had recently moved up from a busser and hostess to a server. Her name is Alysa. She was great. Really friendly and helpful. Anytime we are wanting to have a great breakfast, we go here. Morning, noon, or night.I am normally not a big fan of chain restaurants, but this place is the exception, it's great!

The food, service, sanitization and social distancing within the restaurant deserve 5 stars. However, my 81 year old grandma and I checked in and were told to wait outside for 25 minutes when the indoor lobby had nobody in it and tons of room for multiple people to sit 6 feet apart. While we waited in the direct sunlight with no place to sit we watched 3 other groups check in and get seated in the lobby. My grandma gets very painful just standing around especially in the heat so my suggestion is to put some covered benches outside if that's where elderly people have to wait

The dining area is bright and clean, and the service is quick. We opted for the breakfast sampler because it has everything we want in the most important meal of the day: two pancakes, hash browns, eggs (cooked to order), two strips of bacon, two breakfast sausages, and ham.

They renovated the whole place just before the Pandemic and they've been giving exceptional service and offering ways of feeding the community through it all. Food is good as always, but our waitress Tatiana was super rude. Not polite at all as she seated us. Basically makes no effort to make guests feel welcomed at all. If you want customers to treat you better, or if you want to make tips, you need to be polite and positive. I've been to this IHOP a few times and Tatiana has always had a terrible attitude, I don't even understand how she works in customer service still with that attitude.

Food was great, service was really good but the host team just didnt do the right thing. Over quoted each and every guest that comes in. We even got quoted an hour and a half. Weve seen a lot of guest walked out due to long wait time. And when the mamager asked one of the host regarding the party of 8, host answer that he didnt know. I think host team needs some proper training and coordination.

You know that IHOP there on Highway 10 in Langley what a great place to eat the service there was great The Waitresses they're amazing you know when they come in right away that you get everything they could to the kids to make sure they had a great time there and the nice thing about it is when we walked in they had a counter with chair sit on the outside so my kids want to sit there at the counter for the thigh was the most amazing thing if you go there you'll have a great time and real real good food

Original Review from a month ago: We've been to this location for a fair amount of weekend family brunch, pre and post covid. Often a wait but nothing severe. The most we've waited was 45 minutes. They notify you when your time is up or if the time has been reduced. Staff are nice to deal with. Of the times spent there, the cleanliness always a focus and maintained. In covid times, tables are spaced out enough. Food is as advertised. I usually get the "Sirloin Steak Tips & Eggs," "Spicy Poblano Omelette," "Big Steak Omelette." One item a family member bought last two visits, was the "Grilled Tilapia" which was bland. But prior to her last two visits, the tilapia was good. Maybe bad luck for her tilapia the last two visits. Other than that, server's were great coming by to check our table to see how the food was/if there was anything we needed/or when we flagged them down for refills. As for late evening visits (precovid), I've noticed food was a little on the "greasy" side. But perhaps unlucky again? Edit: Nov 8 - Visited again recently October 2021. Photos added.

The food was standard for any IHop. But, the service in handling COVID-19 procedures was spectacular. The staff provided clear instructions in handling and ordering food. Additionally, there are seperate entrances and exits which are clearly labeled. This would be a great spot for vulnerable populations.

My husband did not appreciate colf eggs and partly cooked farmer sausage looked like weinrs! Delicious breakfast place!! Make sure you try the Butter Pecan syrup on the legendary house pancakes! We had the fajita omelette (amazing jalapeno on the side), big steak omelette and breakfast sampler. Waiter brought the bill early so we didn't have to wait. Overall great breakfast choice!

I haven't been to Ihop Langley in about 15 years. The only thing that has changed is the prices and thankfully they haven't changed too much. And the portion sizes might have gotten a bit smaller but food was still good and staff were prompt and friendly.

Tried to substitute my eggs & meats for another item however wasn't allowed to build my breakfast. As I hope to. As it wasn't a part of the same category. I was not pleased as a strip of bacon is more cost than a slice of toast not sure why I wasn't able to substitute my meat for carbs ? If someone would like to explain I'll also keep my receipt if needed for someone to make this change possible that would be wonderful. Thank you As before I left and finished my meal. The manager handle the situation and gave an apology for the inconvenience and discussed the matter with also being able to accommodate our table. Which was very pleasant. Really appreciate the change of service and handling the situation with efficiency and excellent service.

Our go to is always the build your own pancake combo! Gave it a 5 because the server is always so amazing! Any day any time she's there, she's always so perky and so happy and so very accommodating! Decent IHOP location. The staff are friendly and the wait is usually pretty small. If you've been to IHOP before then you know the food - in our opinion it's only OK as it tends to be quite fatty and salty, but then it's usually pretty tasty so we go back on occasion. If you've never been to IHOP then i would recommend this location, but if you have see what else is out there.

I really like this IHOP for a number of reasons: - the meals they have provided for me are always good - the staff have always treated me well and provided very good service - this location is ideal for me, my family and my friends - while not perfect, they work at keeping the restaurant clean - it's child friendly This is not a 5 star restaurant, is good food at a fair price, in a convenient location with plenty of parking and a safe place to share a meal with your family and friends. I have eaten here many times and I will continue to keep coming back.

The food is absolutely fantastic, and big portions for the price (menu ranges from about 14 dollars to 16-17, but each item can last me two to three meals so it's totally worth it). The staff is awesome as well, we were served by an older lady with colored hair and a wonderful rose ring who was quick to the point but attentive and polite. I've had their strawberry French toast as well, and it's incredible. I really do recommend coming here

Post covid. Sitting quite literally only 4 feet from the table next to us. Not the table.. the person. Woman has her shoes off next to us. They’re just cramming in as many people as they can into the restaurant. Staff are rude and clearly extremely rushed and stressed with this too.

This is my favourite breakfast place simply because of their Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes. They give generous amounts of toppings (including whipped cream) and the service is usually great. It's a trendy little pancake place and the only seating are booths. iHop also sells Hamburgers, Crepes, Waffles, French Toast, Omletes, and more. It's a wonderful place to go out to eat - with your family or even on a breakfast date. Keep up the good work iHop.

My friend and I went to Ihop we ended up waiting for almost one hour. And on top of that the food was cold. My friend ordered a burger they put too much mayo also the bun of the burger was cold. I would not recommend this location. Eating at Ihop was the worst experience of my life, save your money don’t eat at this this location.

Nice place this time we were disappointed. Disappointed because the food cooled down fast due to the AC running. Disappointed because they have like everyone else increased their pricing but reduced the portion size. I ordered the breakfast sampler and a side order of bacon. All I got was two small pieces of bacon. For a side order I thought it was going to be more two pieces. Not sure I'll be going again. I would have given less then 3 stars but the staff were nice.

We had an amazing server Louise who apparently is retiring today. I remember her serving ten years ago at the same table. Langley IHOP is one of my favorite locations. Even busy hours, the wait is fairly minimal. Always love the grain and nut pancakes with the breakfast.

In all honesty, I'd say that you would be paying for the professional service and heart-warming breakfast atmosphere—the menus are arguably too overpriced given that there's barely any meat/protein and mostly carbohydrates and fruits. On a positive note, the staffs were very friendly and professional. One of them kept checking on me every once in a while (not my thing but I appreciate it). Food was served fairly quickly too: my Banana Crepes with Nutella took less than 10 minutes to come out. Last but not least: free parking on the location!

This location was way nicer than I imagined. Its large, open, has a huge waiting area and comfy seating at the tables. The menu was extensive enough that there would be something for everyone, the prices were reasonable. The server eas very friendly and never seemed pushy. My only complaint is that the actual food service is quite slow. We were taken in right away and seated. We placed our order which consisted of pancakes eggs and bacon but those menu itens took almost 30 minutes to get to us. If the restuarant was crazy busy I could understand but they were geting by with 2 bus people, 2 servers and 2 cooks from what I could see. The actual food however was fantastic. I had the English toffee pancakes and though they tasted nothing like English Toffee they were still quite good. My BF had the eggs bacon and a side of standard pancakes and managed to eat the entire meau. Bottom line: I'd go back. We were so hungry by the time the food came I forgot to take photos when it was initially placed on the table. Rest assured IHOPs presentation is MUCH better than this.

I went there for breakfast and it was hardly possible to find anything which did not ruin my diat for the day. All what we got was nicely presented and tastes good! Staff was that day OK. It's an IHOP. Friendly staff, massive menu, and always busy. Luckily, they have a fairly good size waiting area. If there's room at the "bar" you'll receive much faster service. Decent but not great. I had a work meeting but was not told until after we ordered that there was no Wi-Fi or no way to connect my laptop to the internet. Then we were told we were able to charge your phone at the front in order to tether hotspot for internet. As there was no plug-in in the booth. Within a matter of minutes the phone was brought back to us by someone else and we were told that was not allowed. And then the waitress argued with us as to who told us it was allowed. Food was decent had to send back the avocado as it was hard as a rock and completely unable but other than that it was all right

I don't wear gloves in public because... I have enough brains to realize I'd have to change gloves every time I touched something else, otherwise it's just cross contamination with the same gloves.It is really to bad the staff at Langley IHOP are putting their customers at risk. In the hour I was there today I watched multiple staff members touch counters menus cutlery debit machine deliver food and not once change their nasty blue gloves. I understand the masks but the gloves are gross....it is simple WASH YOUR HANDS. After this experience I will never step foot in your establishment again.

Busy family friendly restaurant. Very accomodating for little ones or groups of people. Breakfasty foods and a variety of burgers and other entrees. Busy on weekend mornings and lunch time, sometimes the wait line is out the door. Came here for breakfast today and had an awful customer experience. After waiting 20+ min for a seat, which I understand isn't their fault, we got sat and waited another 16min without 1 staff coming up to us taking our drink order or anything. And I'm not exaggerating because we had plans to be somewhere after so we were constantly checking the time. So I asked one of the hosts for a manager and she came over and when I tried explaining our situation she was in a rush just to get out drink order. Said sorry maybe once but nothing genuine like a manager should. She took our drink order and when I told her we were ready to order she said she'll "go get out server". Which I thought was ridiculous, as a manager she should of taken our order and passed it to our server. She came back with the server and said that our food would be priority once it gets rang in. She was super rushed and didnt sincerely apologize. Then when we got the bill from our actual server who wasn't even the one who took our order and it was the wrong bill. When we went up to the front the manager said "oh no" and got us our bill but didn't apologize. As a manager she handled the situation horribly and should learn how to treat unhappy guests properly.

Great for family. Good price. Big choice menu. Popular place, but acceptable wait time most of the time. Once you are in, it's all quick, hot service. All staff is friendly and attentive. Young children eat free. Senior portions and price. Tatiana has been there forever and is a little serious and business like, but polite and attentive and does carry on some small talk. Lots of parking. We and guest family go there 3-4 times a year. NO complaints.

Average tasting food, prices not the best for what you get but okay. Some places offer basic breakfast for super cheap. I like the straight to the point service — not pretentious like some higher end restaurants.

Can't beat IHOP! There is none where I live so I never miss an opportunity to eat here when I am near one for breakfast. After switching to a vegetarian diet I still love the options available to me when I come here. Pancakes and an omelette with veggies topped with avacado! The waitress had an astoundingly witty and very wonderful attitude and sense of humour! Never been disappointed eating here.

My friend and I came here for pancakes on Canada Day. This has been one of the best IHOPs I have been to. Our pankackes were warm, fluffy and delicious and our waitress Tatiana was great in making sure our coffee was full while providing professional yet friendly service. The inside of the restaurant was also bright, clean and spacious. We will definitely be back again for the delicious food and top notch service.

You can't order anything without it coming with hash browns or pancakes, and they refuse ANY substitutions (and even the omelettes have pancake batter INSIDE them). Gross. Seated in a tiny spot, then two others right after seated in better spots Wont be back ever, the new tables are so close to the bench you have to eat so uncomfortable that you have your chest in your meal. No option to move the tables at all...Plus as two of us were seated in a tiny two seater, two other couples were seated in a four seater right after us. I don't think they treat customers fair as we were there first but yet had to sit in a tiny spot and had no arm room or anything so we ate fast and left. I will never be back, bad customer service for first come first serve and bland plain food with no flavor. I could of went to Mcdonalds and received better service and food. NEVER AGAIN IHOP!

One of the worst meals I've been served in years. Two thin slices of dried "turkey" roll with instant mashed potatoes and some overcooked broccoli. "How were the first few bites" came the scripted query staff are all taught to use, two of them in this instance, neither of whom had any clue what to do with my answer. So what's the point of asking? A pathetic meal matched with an equally pathetic response to a complaint - spend your money somewhere else.

20-minute wait around noon on Sunday. Good cold drinks but adults have to ask for straws - paper straws only. Can't really drink the SplashBerry without straw. Some drinks have 1 refill; some bottomless. Clean and friendly servicers. Good food - would rate it slightly better than whitespot for breakfast items. Don't like the dry-ish chedder cheese melted into the egg in the Waffle Stack - The bottom waffle is soggy because of the egg/cheese. The top waffle is crubchy good.

We went with friends for Brunch on Sunday , it was party of 12 . The place was very busy waiting time 40 minutes. Once we got our table the staff was very friendly and helpful. They got food within 15 minutes and best of all we all got our orders correct , which seldom happens with a big group. The dishes were all very tasteful and freshly prepared. The size of helping was good and the price was reasonable. Everybody had great time and we all highly recommend IHOP , great food , served with a smile at a good price.

Expensive breakfast in comparison to local competitors, however the size and the quality were great. I found the hashbrowns to be a little salty but red potatoes is a wonderful idea. The southwestern scramble was a perfect choice and of course the pancakes were excellent although they could be served on a slightly larger side dish. They didnt actually drip syrup on the table but I was worried.
