Lovely location and great view by the Yacht Club. Saw the ads for the new sushi items added to the Happy Hour menu and decided to check it out. Also tried the new Kyoto Fizz drink which was very pretty and refreshing. I was pleased with the beer (Haze of Glory) they had on the menu, made in collaboration from 2 good breweries- Field House and Parallel 49! I really enjoyed the Ahi Tuna Roll, definitely a different take as they don't use seaweed or typical ingredients for their rolls...they had asparagus inside! Tasty nonetheless.

Seated quickly, immediate attention from our server. Large Happy Hour menu, my wife is lactose intolerant and there were some very tasty options. One meal we chose to share we thought was Vegan but contained cheese. The manager approached us to inform us of no option to make this Vegan and we very quickly had an alternate ordered, nice work as we were in no way inconvenienced. 10 out of 10 last night!

We stopped in for lunch last weekend with our 2 yr old identical twin grandsons, and their great-grandmother, who was staying with us. We had all been caring for the twins for the past 3 weeks, while their 4yr old brother was at BC Children’s Hospital having open heart surgery. They were very active, and impatient to eat. Our waitress took our order for the boys right away, and it was delivered quickly, which was most appreciated! When she found out why we were caring for them, she told her Manager, and when it came time for the bill, she told us that our meal had been covered by the restaurant! The manager came by and told us our story touched her, as she has young children as well and couldn’t imagine what we were going through, and how nice it was that our family was able to help out during such a stressful time. Wow! We were blown away! It was such an unexpected kindness, and we were so appreciative. We come to this restaurant often, with family and friends who come to town, and we will definitely continue to do so! Thank you for your continued great food, fantastic service and amazing kindness & generosity!

The service and the atmosphere were excellent. I ordered the chargrilled steak and it was unchewable, it was like sole. The mash potatoes were good and my husband ordered a salmon that was excellent. We didn't like the lava cake, it was dry. There is a beautiful view of the marine from the patio. For me it was bad experience, and generally i like the food of cactfrom restaurants.

Such an amazing place! The classic! I have gone to cactus clubs all over Canada and this one is up there with my favourites! If you get a good table you have an AMAZING view of the lake and people waking on the board walk! Food is made to perfection as always, all staff are wearing masks and are friendly. They seem like they love their jobs! Love this place and always make sure to pop by when in town!

Yummy food! Great location overlooking the water! What a great vibe, good music and crowd. We went on a Friday night during the dinner rush. They don't take same day reservations but our party of 8 (2 tables of 4) were seated within 25 mins. Currently they are taking a max of 6 people to a table, servers are masked, plastic screens between booths. Everything in kelowona closes at 10 currently. Our server was amazing! The service was fast and recommendations were great! We enjoyed everything we ordered especially the tuna poke bowl, ravioli and the peanut butter crunch dessert! Will definitely go again!

My boyfriend and I dined in for late night happy hour and Wine Wednesday and it did not disappoint. Eva V was attentive, knowledgeable and very personable. Her knowledge on the menu was spot on and she delivered a really enjoyable dining experience overall.

First of all, it seems to be a requirement for staff to be absolutely gorgeous to work here. Everyone was also kind and provided excellent service. The restaurant was hopping when we arrived on Saturday evening, and we had a bit of a wait to get a table. It was not too long though. Our food was absolutely delicious! We very much enjoyed the view and the atmosphere here!

Great customer service at this location from every employee working. Delicious food and drinks, great music which is at the perfect volume you can actually hear your friends/family while you’re enjoying you’re meal. Wonderful ambience, will be going again most definitely.

Tried calling in to book a reservation but was told to do it online. I did exactly that but no options were available for any more evening reservations for any of the 5 nights that we were in town and so I called again and was told that we can still walk in no problem. I was quite disappointed that I couldn’t walk in with my family 2 hours before they are suppose to close as they were fully booked for the night already. The saddest part is this happened 2 more times on two different nights before I finally had to pull a “Karen” and speak to a manager about it. Finally the manager put a reservation for me the next day and I was happy about that. Overall the dinner was good, tasty food and drinks. I was a bit uneasy with what was happening inside though as staff wasn’t really practicing social distancing and kept mingling in their hallways and corners. I also noticed a lot of them kept touching their hair, masks and even their faces and still handle new drinks and new food without washing their hands. I like cactus club but this location kinda ruined it for me. Too many negative experiences trumped the positive ones. We usually go to Kelowna 2-3 times a year and so we usually like going to this place but I’ll have to think twice before trying it out again.

Fantastic view over the marina to the mountains watching the sun set. The food was great, Salmon and Cajun Chicken particularly and Truffle parmesan fries. Waitress Jessica Pa was very personable and chatty. Great night with our family thanks for making it special.

A great place to end your day with while at Kelowna! Their daily happy hour from 9pm to close has lots of yummy snacks and lots of different drinks. A special thanks goes out to Jordyn who was our server on her first week at work!! She was so helpful and such a cheerful lady,,, wish her all the best! Also Shayla was such a sweet lady and not to forget Krystina who greeted us in such a joyful way and was so full of life!!! A wonderful place with an amazing team! Their outdoor patio is very relaxing with a breathtaking view of the lake.... definitely a must visit place! One thing to watch for is your bill,,,,, make sure to double check your bill before paying, especially at night,,, our bills were incorrect three days in a row but once you tell your server they gladly fix it for u.

Phoned in an order for take-out, it's easy to find parking across the street for pick-up. The bags were sealed, which we liked to reduce tampering, businesses should be doing this, especially since most use delivery services now. The food was tasty and flavorful. We loved the Spicy Ahi Roll, which was nicely presented and not overly spicy. The ravioli had 7 large ravioli squares and 7 sizeable prawns. Super delicious! The dinner for 2 for $60 is a good deal, would like to have it again as there are some savings. Great option and the quality is still there although it's take-out!

We had lunch Thursday service good but food come very late and spicy. Try to change it but take us more than 40 minutes. My wife finished hers but i eat alone half an hovers after my wife. They give us $10 off but they should not charge us!!!

I ordered delivery through Cactus club's required delivery service "Door Dash". I paid up front through Door Dash but the order was never filled. I called Cactus Club asking to speak with a Manager and then the General Manager on shift accused Door Dash of cancelling the order and Door Dash accused Cactus Club! 3 hours of waiting for my food and listening to these Manager/General Manager of Cactus Club telling me it was not their fault and they could do nothing about it! I was finally able to get back in touch via phone with Door Dash who confirmed in writing a refund to my credit card. Cactus Club's response was to report it to their head office! The noise while these Manager ladies were on the phone was way too loud..lots of staff speaking loudly ...laughing and partying while I'm trying to communicate my concerns...no manners, rude and not paying attention to the issue. The GM then indicated that they had made the dish twice already and basically didn't want to waste any more money on an order that was never picked up for delivery on their required delivery service. Cactus Club had a chance to make things better but the GM indicated that if I wanted to pursue this further I'd have to contact their Head office but she did not have the information for me to do so. Totally unacceptable! Step it up Cactus Club..I can't believe you operate like this and are going to open Rose's Pub into another franchise of yours. Why would you purchase Rose's Pub and keep it closed for 4 years now (lakefront downtown Kelowna) and then operate as you are with home delivery services? Your Management staff were rude and disregarding...a very painful lesson not to trust Cactus Club or any other franchise here in Kelowna. Door Dash finally offered $5 for my troubles...Cactus club did not offer anything at all except I should try to find out how to get in touch with Head office for my complaint. GM should have this information readily available but the noise and staff were way too loud to communicate properly.

Again, like all Cactus Club Cafes, off the hook. Over 300 employees at this location and one the top earning in the franchise, for a reason. It's busy, but the views are amazing, food is delicious and service is great.

I love cactus club for drinks and appy's! Their drinks are always the best. The peach Bellini is a classic. I also tried one of the lighter calories ones and it was good too! The key lime pie was amazing, the sweet potatoe fries are also the best at cactus! I have got the crispy tofu bowl multiple times and it was good the first time, now I'm just tired of it. I personally don't love the sesame ginger dressing. The spicy yogurt dressing on that bowl I think would be better. The service is always great too! Thanks Cactus!

One of my - until yesterday - favourite places to go eat! The plant burger ???? and friendly staff. However, Cactus club is discriminating customers and violating British Columbia Human Rights by not letting anyone without masks or vaccines in. Will never be back. Would give 5*, giving 1*

My husband always orders burgers with a very specific set of instructions as to what can go on as toppings. It's rare a place will get it right. So kudos to the server and kitchen staff for nailing it. The Feenie burger is one of the tastiest I've had in a while. The local rose wine was lovely

I really don't like to give bad reviews often but I have to speak up after several visits to both Kelowna locations. I have a serious Gluten & Dairy allergy where if this contamination depending on the level I will be extremely run down and left bed ridden between 7-14 days. So despite ordering a burger with baked yam fries my last few trips to both locations despite making sure this order is gluten and dairy free I have suffered unfortunately from large contamination. Day 5 into my illness now in bed and it's just disappointing. I ca eat at Eldoardo, and even Earls or Craft with confidence they take me seriously and there is no contamination but Cactus Club DT and banks not the case. I get it's not a peanut allergy so I'm not going to drop dead in 2 minutes but with gluten and dairy allergies I am still bed ridden and incredibly run down and bed ridden for 1 to 2 weeks. After a few chances and clearly not a one off I've decided that as fancy and high end Cactus Club tries to be until they take food allergies seriously I won't be going back. It's not fair you pay a lot of money for what they believe is high end service yet after consuming a meal and you have food intolerances you're in a very good bad way and ill and dealt with gluten or dairy contamination. If you have allergies go to Eldorado, Craft or Earl's I've never been ill at any. 3 times I've been caught out and had to take time off work after eating at both Cactus Club Locations. Do not take the chance if you have any food intolerances sadly.

Cactus Club Cafe Kelowna Yacht Club is always an ideal spot to eat, excellent service & clean. They always accommodate my serious allergy, and have the knowledge communicate and/or offer substitutions - this makes me feel especially well taken care of. Today I regretfully ordered a typical meal through door dash, and the limited communicating regarding my allergy lead to a dish coming with something that would normally be removed. After speaking with Michaela, she was able to rectify this by having another dish made, and had to deal with Door Dash support which sounds painful. The guaranteed A+ environment, service & food, combined with their awareness and caution surrounding dietary restriction/allergies & willingness to go above and beyond earns the five stars.

Terrible service, the attitude of the waitress was horrible, not helpful at all, with an attitude like if she was doing us a favor and it was very hard to get her attention to order. The hostess was rude and with the same attitude of "im too good for you". The food was very good thou, as always.

We were at the Cactus Club Yacht club location last night and had an awesome evening, thanks mostly to our fantastic server Alley. Her service couldn’t have been better. She was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu, thus making our experience very enjoyable. So much so, I’m looking forward to returning and would definitely request to sit in Alley’s section. Her friendly, outgoing personality was so refreshing. And, as always, the drinks were awesome , the food delicious, and thank you for not diminishing the portions or quality of your amazing food. Looking forward to returning soon, and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I can't say enough about the meal that I had at Cactus Club I had the three mushroom filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus it was absolutely cooked to perfection!! The staff was very friendly and attentive it was just an all-around awesome experience and it's at the Yacht Club so it's also got a nice view of the water and the boats...mm mm mm

Fantastic eatery! The kind where you would land up eating at even if you went on a full stomach! Each dish we ordered was exotic and absolutely delicious ( salmon, butternut squash ravioli, zen rolls,garden burger, impossible burger) the orange slushy cocktail would be an instant favourite of perplexing who love tangy taste. Great heart of Kelowna location, lots of seating, nice ambiance, busy on weekends, friendly staff makes all efforts to make sure you like what you order and enjoy the experience. I would give 6/5 stars if I could!and am well travelled but this one was top notch. ????A must go in Kelowna
