Got take out here last weekend, got salt and pepper wings with ranch and hot sauce on the side and it was just delicious. The poutine was also sooooo good, very happy with the food and the service! Will be back!

The food is really good and the service is even better. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner. I went alone for breakfast and ordered the spinach omelette. If I’m being honest, it wasn’t great, but it was decent. The service was excellent and the coffee was really good so overall it was a perfectly acceptable, reasonably priced hotel breakfast experience. I returned for lunch with guests and we were all blown away with the quality of the food. Once again the service was great. Our server was so enthusiastic about the menu and her recommendations were perfect. The menu prices were very reasonable and I feel like we got excellent value for our money. I will definitely return again the next time I’m visiting Kamloops, even if I’m not staying at this particular hotel. If I lived near this restaurant, I’m pretty sure that I would be a regular costumer.

Stayed the hotel and ordered take out. After reading the reviews I chose pad thai and the seafood linguini. We really enjoyed their food, it had a lot of different delicious flavours with a variety of ingredients. Would definitely order again from them. Also, when ordering the staff were quite nice and food was ready for pick up in 15 minutes, excellent!

Took my family to Romeo Kitchen + Spirits on a Wednesday night and the place is busy but not over crowded. This is because the restaurant is spaceous, which was good during COVID. For starters I ordered the Photine Vietnam. They basically made the gravy taste like pho broth and applied it to a poutine. I thought it was a pretty interesting concept but after a few bites the interest factor wore off. The grilled salmon had a very nice presentation to it. They put small chunks of, what seems like, smoked halibut and it added another dimension to the dish. However the star of the dish, salmon, was over cooked and made the texture rough and dry to the taste. They tried to balance the dryness with sauce but I didn't like the woody taste so I had to use the lime to cover the weird taste in the sauce. I know it seems like I didn't like the dish but this was a unique dish which I did enjoy. Fyi, I had an extreme dry mouth after eating there.

Usually one of our favourite places just delivered the absolute worst service we’ve ever had from any establishment. From the unhelpful, impolite hostess, to the lipstick and fruit flies in the water glasses. They sat us at a bar height table with 2 kids who needed highchairs and were unapologetic and rude about us asking to move. Our server was inattentive and unpleasant to say the least. Our whole table asked for the drink special $8 caesars (thats a special?!) but when we got our bills found out we had gotten singles for almost $10 each instead and she did not give a flying care about the mistake. No apologies, no conversation, no warmth or personality. Absolutely disappointing and we will not be back unfortunately. This experience really brought the entire day down, such a bummer because Romeo is amazing!

Fantastic as always! Our server, Nicole, was friendly and attentive, the drinks were spot on and the food delish! Had the Gyoza, Moroccan Dip (the homemade flat crisps are sooooo good), New York steak and Squash Ravioli with a Romeo's Coffee to polish it all off - a great Saturday night out.

Went to this place twice while in Kamloops, once over business and came back with the family as the pad Thai was sooo good! Unfortunately, my second experience with the pad Thai fell short of expectations (asked and paid for for extra veggies but recieved only a meager several pieces). That said it still tasted great. As for the service - our server (which I had on both occasions) was top notch! In fact, best service I had in my stay in Kamloops of any restaurant. Wait times for food were long but I suspect that like most restaurants they are likely short staffed due to Covid. The extra wait time was more than made up for the excellent fresh flavours in thier food!

The food was ok; not the best, certainly not the worst. Table service was decent, however the hostess service was incredibly bad. We went into a half full restaurant and had to wait for at least 10 minutes before the hostess even came to acknowledge our presence - along with everyone else that came in after us. Despite the space not being full, we still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a table. At least there was a ginger bread competition in the foyer so we had something to do while we waited.

Spencer and Alex are absolutely incredible! They go above and beyond everytime we are in. Alex is the most incredible chef and Spencer has the best customer service that I have ever seen at a restaurant. We will continue to come time and time again as long as these amazing people keep creating these incredible experiences for us! I would highly recommend Romeos to anyone wanting a top notch experience with top notchh staff!

Abby was our server and she was awesome - friendly, attentive and professional. Her advice on which menu item to choose was spot on. I wanted one of everything because it all looked so good, but sadly, I wouldn’t be able to fit it all in on one last lunch! I ended up choosing the Pad Thai with prawns. It was a great choice, with a perfect balance between sweet, with a bit of lingering heat. My Husband had the Turkey Club Sandwich and enjoyed the cranberry bread. That was a neat bit of sweetness added to the savoury. Next time we are definitely going to reserve one of the outdoor “igloos”. They are nicely decorated and have a heat source, so it will make a fun winter experience. (Reserve online for $25.) I enthusiastically recommend Romeo’s and plan to return on future visits to work my way through the the scrumptious menu offerings.

Long day driving, checked in and ordered dinner. Pastrami burger and stuffed naan bread and it was delicious. Fries were excellent and the hostess got us cloth napkins and silverware along with wine glasses. Amazing how just a burger and people doing a good job can make a person feel happy. Even if you don’t stay here you should eat here. Well done all! Thank you for making our short stay memorable.

It was okay. Took My Mum here for Mother's Day. We all enjoyed what we Ate. I feel like I am a bit too much of a Foodie and found the Food to be Adequate, but the Taste could have been a bit Better. Our Blonde Haired Server was Great by the Way. Attentive, Informative, and Charismatic made the Dining Experience here Better.

Decent restaurant for a conference hotel. Upgraded decor, nice view of the city, Thompson River and beyond. Was hungry for a salad so tried the Baja blackened chicken. Looked promising, but was just so- so. Bit too much seasoning on chicken. Decent prices though, nice wait staff too.

Stayed at the Hotel and ordered take out from the Restaurant. Great food and service. Had the Ceasar salad with Chicken. The Romaine lettuce was grilled which was a nice touch. The Apricot Cheesecake was to die for. Good job. Plus it's super convenient if you are on the first floor, your back door opens up to the inner courtyard and to the restaurant it self. Almost like at the resort in tropical hotels South of the border.????????

Martin was amazing during our visit to ROMEOs. Everyone in our party of four was catered to very well and we were all heavy water drinkers. He was very good at having them filled everytime they were empty and was fast. He was also incredibly funny and friendly and made our experience amazing. The food items were great as well, except for the cheesecake which had an interesting combination of flavours and I wasn't the biggest fan.

Got a 10 oz steak, supposedly New York. Definitely wasn't, no flavour. Not Impressed. Caesar was wilted, could have got better elsewhere especially for the $100 between my son and I.

Food arrived right away. Service was great! My sister did not like her salmon dish though, she finds it very salty. And the caesar salad had a bit of shallot taste to it. Maybe the chopping board used??? My ribs are great as usual as well as the new york steak. Love the watermelon mojito!

Visited here for dinner. Reserved a table as it was for a Friday night. Asked to be seated by the window- ended up at a taller table (bar height) with a nice view. Felt safe even I. The height of COVID. The server wore a mask and the capacity was reduced with good spacing between tables. Food was delicious - Had the vegetarian burger and a Caesar flight. Service friendly and prices reasonable. Thanks!

I ordered takeout. The pad Thai was pretty good! I ordered Caesar salad and requested they skip the bacon and sub with a lemon wedge and I was told that would be an additional charge. I decided against paying extra for a lemon wedge. The salad was edible at best. I was hungry!

Passed by with a friend in the afternoon. We only ordered a burger because we were having another meal later. The burger was cooked right on the spot and it came with a veggie soup which was also delicious. Our server guy was hilarious and attentive. The restaurant felt spacey and upscale. A very good experience overall.

We are on vacation with our little ones from Calgary and I would say we had the best service since we are out. Prab who served us was an absolute gentleman to us, he treated my kids with lots of respect, hard to find such boys in hospitality. The food was amazing too definitely recommend coming here if in Kamloops.

We were evacuated from the fires and ate here 3 nights in a row and hands down our favorite. We came in as a group of 10-12 each night and they are super accommodating and very friendly. Very good prices for the quality of food you get. By far the favorite on the menu was the Stuffed Naan...our last meal there we ordered 9! Definitely will be back again

Horrible. Service was awful. There was only two of us and one other table in the restaurant and we've waited 30min to get our drinks, the server was clueless and we had to reorder our drinks 3 times because they were out of things. Forgetting that... when our food came, although it looked great it was tasteless. My husband got eggs Benedict and literally got stale bread, piece of avocado and an egg. NO butter, no spices no finesse.. tasteless. You know the food is bad when you wish you could have went to Dennys for breakfast.

Service okay but as a mature adult, professional couple....I deteste being addressed as "you guys" repeatedly. When we were seated at a wet table, I asked for a napkin to dry it. The young lady wiped the table sorta halfway and I asked for the napkin. She threw it down on the table and said "knock yourself out". Very poorly executed. The food was good but way too much fat on the steak, very small portion and walked out hungry.

Stayed at the Coast hotel for work and Romeo's is inside the hotel. I had eaten here a rew times, food was phenomenal, never had a bad meal. Staff was extremely kind and service was fast.
