I missed the prime rib but the stroganoff was quite flavourful and the local wine from Harper's Trail was delicious. Our server was friendly and polite but a bit slow and forgetful. Fortunately we were not in a hurry so it worked out. Hopefully next time I can get in early and try the prime rib!

From the entry till the exit, Cordo Reto+Bar is all about, great service, amazing ambience and excellent food. We loved the curated menu, incredible flavours and amazing food. Lovely drink menu, great appetizers and excellent main course. We tried the cheese board, grilled chicken and chef's special - Buttermilk Fried Chicken on Biscuit(The BEST EVER). Totally worth the birthday dinner.

Absolutely incredible experience! First, Micheal was our bartender. He was warm, hospitable, and fantastic! What a genuine person with a lovely personality. When Micheal was done Maddison took over. She is the mixologist and put together an incredible cocktail menu that goes perfectly with their locally inspired menu. Cordo trys to source everything from BC and does a fantastic job of representing the products available. Top to bottom this has to be one of the better restaurants for craft ingredients and locally sourced products. Definitely worth checking out!

The food was great at Cordo. I recommend trying out a flight of gin if you go there. You choose a mixer and a gin, and they have a good variety to choose from. The food and dessert was good too. We had the beef tenderloin stroganoff, which was a delicious modern twist on an old classic.

Food is great here, expensive as any hotel restaurant but since moving here we've been to Cordo twice and it never disappoints. The gathering board is amazing to share, lots of yummy snacks. And the gin flights are so fun and delicious a must have! Atmosphere is also a plus and the service has been good both times! We recommend Cordo to friends :)

My favourite restaurant in Kamloops, hands down. I think the people around me are getting sick about hearing about it, I feel like that's how often I talk about Cordo Resto. Their menu is small, but there is always something new and delicious to try that might push you out of your comfort zone (the new fall menu is so, so lovely). We have gone out for many a date night here, the service is always above and beyond and keeps us coming back. Also tried their brunch offerings this past Sunday and it was fantastic - I hope they can continue to expand on this!

The food was delicious! Large portions, and a lot of flavour. The mushroom gnocchi is a must try. My friend ordered the gin flight and it was a nice experience. I ordered the prime rib that was on special last night and it was enough to feed 2 people! We ordered the espresso creme brulee, and it was too die for, would definately recommend! The waiter was very helpful, super polite and overall great service. Overall a great place to dine.

There are so many appealing choices, it will take a while for me to try everything I want to try! My most recent visit I chose only small plates. The Kale and Brussels Sprouts Caesar was excellent, with the only “croutons” I will allow - pork belly! The simply named Squid were more-ish, an evolution of the standard calamari. And the burrata and lamb meatballs were a perfect balance of flavours. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Went for lunch yesterday at Cordo. The staff was great and super helpful. We had a Benny and a pasta for lunch which were both absolutely delicious! I really appreciate their focus on keeping the menu as local as possible be it ingredients or cocktails, a large majority of the options seem to be BC based ingredients! Keep up the spectacular work Cordo. I will be back for some Gin Flights and lunch again VERY soon!

Stellar service and wonderful food! We stayed at Delta Kamloops after an accident with our car. After the whole day dueling with towing service, transportation by taxi from a long distance we got to Delta Hotel and were tired and stressed. No way we would walk more than 50 feet for food. We hoped the food would be good at the hotel. In fact, the food was great and the service was top notch!!!

Good food, lovely service! Patio is open during COVID. We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way home to Vancouver. My hubs had the chicken cheddar melt while I had the winter panzanello salad. We also shared the pork belly to start. Every dish was really flavourful and we enjoyed it all. The portions are fair for the price. Would definitely recommend this spot in Kamloops!

Amazing food! I highly recommend the Smoked Trout salad and the trout entree. The salad was fresh, the dressing was light and there were lots of smoked salmon. Amazing! The trout entree was moist, perfectly cooked, and paired beautifully with coconut rice and pumpkin seed pesto. Great service.

It is a nice place. Food was great. Lots of cool things on the menu that aren't on other menus around the downtown area. Drinks are a bit expensive. But that's the norm for downtown. Go and try it though. Service was great and the interior of the restaurant is nice. Chairs are super comfortable too!! I'll be back to try some more off the menu soon. If you go onto there Facebook web page. U can message them and they will send you the menu ASAP.

My husband and I both had the braised beef sandwich and it was outstanding, as were the both the soup and fries that came with it (I had soup, he had fries). The service was also excellent. This place just became my #1 lunch destination in Kamloops.

Best fine dining in Kamloops? My official favorite is Cordo Resto + Bar in the Deltas by Marriott hotel lobby hands down! The vibe was very inviting, the staff were extremely catering to our requests, and the bartender has some too notch creativity. This is definitely a spot worth checking out on your visit to Kamloops. They have the most delicious and creative craft cocktails mixed up by Mixer Maddy – such flavourful concontions using a ton of local fresh ingredients and local spirits. I highly suggest trying the Strawberry Fields made with strawberry gin and rhubarb liqueur, so delicious! Also tried the Flamingo in the Desert and the Tequila Mockingbird. I love trying cocktails that I know are hard to make at home, and all of the cocktails on the menu were with ingredients I don’t generally have on hand so was super excited to try all their delicious creations! They also have a really great lineup of local wine from all over the Okanagan, cider from their locals up at Woodward’s, local beers to choose from, and obviously a ton of local spirits with a massive list of Gin’s to choose from including some of my favs from their local Kamloops distillery Gin Lane Co. I would suggest trying the craft gin flight if your a fan, paired with a bottle of tonic from my fav local tonic supplier, Barker & Quin from Williams Lake who I’ve actually worked with in the past – loveeee their Marula! For dinner I had the Campanelle pasta which is hand made pasta from their locals at Sorriso’s which is a well known authentic Italian restaurant and Deli in Kamloops. Love how much they support their locals! This pasta was sooo mouth watering, made with basil, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, brandy, and I added some grilled prawns and wow… it was out of this world, probably one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in my life! My partner had the Steakhouse burger and it was hard only taking one bite when he offered a bite… with that double stack of fresh chuck & brisket, bacon jam and smoked cheddar on a brioche bun. Yes please, drooling already! Definitely ate all those fries too! There are so many other dishes I have to try on the menu like the Seoul Beef Bao, Pan-Fried Gnocchi, Smoked Trout Salad and the Gathering Board. Excited to try them out for Breakfast too and get the Banana French Toast, yum! They even have a Patio Hour, yessss, I’ll be back for that for sure! Their menu is innovative and really showcases the region and the ingredients they have to offer. You’ll see tons of fresh produce, meat and fish used in their dishes, and a little something for everyone on the menu.

Spent the most enjoyable evening out with friends at Kamloops’s hottest new patio this season. CORDO Restaurant & Bar you did not disappoint! Mixer Madi the Victorian Nights and curated gin flights were so yummy and paired beautifully with Des recommendation of the shared charcuterie board. I had the Kamloops pasta, made from a local business on the North Shore with tomato and finished it off with the Earl Grey creme brûlée! Carla was a delight seating us at the bar until a table outside became available. Will be back again, soon!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND after ordering takeout and specifying multiple times it was a allergy then receiving the order taking it home and unboxing to find that the items I had ordered were clearly not made with the allergy in mind at all, I called the manager expressed my concerns she offered a gift card which was not what I wanted why would I want a gift card for a resturant that can't even make a ceaser salad after arguing a bit she agreed to give a refund on the order when I showed up the manager then proceeded to argue a little more and then said we will just give a gift card. So after driving 25minutes one way for a refund I was told I would get and a little more arguing and then to be told it's just a gift card for a restaurant that clearly has no food saftey standards I simply left for my 25minute drive home. Generally not a good experience neither the food or the customer service

Really liked Cordo a number of times I visited but didn't enjoy the last visit and haven't been back. I had ordered the pasta with veggie "meat"balls. Not only did they bring me "meat" balls, they charged me the higher price on my bill. Even after bringing it to the waitresses attention they refused to charge me the lower price for the thing I had actually ordered, and also couldn't eat since I am a vegetarian. Really disappointing visit.

The drinks were great! I would definitely try the gin & tonic option where you get to make your own drink. The creme brulee was delicious. Unfortunately the food is were they lacked in the restaurant. The charcuterie board was not as described. It said it would have bone marrow and it didnt. Its selection of meat was bad and extremely not fresh. It was hard for me to choose something on the menu as they had limited options and i came there because of their lamb pictures which they didnt have. Pork belly was ok. Overall great atmosphere for drinks but needs some work on the food menu and food quality.

I was very impressed that my parents made a reservation at this restaurant for Canada Day. The breakfast menu had many options to choose from, as well as an assortment of Starbucks coffee drinks which was unexpected and impressed all of us. Jenna was an absolute delight today. I have never seen a more efficient waitress after owning a restaurant for many years, I have to say I was very impressed with her positive attitude and ability to handle volume. She was prompt, friendly, and made some recommendations that accommodated some dietary restrictions that were quite complicated. Overall we were thoroughly impressed by the service, ambiance and their food. It was elegant and well executed. I highly recommend anyone visiting Kamloops to at least dine here for one of their meals.

We ordered from here for the first time tonight The cauliflower vindaloo was delicious but my husband and daughter ordered the campanelle pasta and it was unbelievably spicy hot. We love spicy food and like jalapeños but both could not eat the dish. You should have some sort of warning on the menu or go easy on the jalapeños. Could not taste anything in the dish other than the heat. Be aware ????????????

We were very impressed with Cordo. The food was excellent, we all tried simple options that were executed to a very high standard. The service was fast and friendly, out server showed a good depth of understanding the menu when we asked questions. Pricing is very fair for the food we had. If i could give this restaurant 0 stars i would! My food was so god damn awful! I got the " Cordo Burger" and all i have to say is that I've had better from McDonald's . My burger was dry as hell and my bun was burnt to a crisp , little to no sauce and when i mentioned this to the manager he just told me i didn't know what good food tasted like and told me if i didn't like it then i should just leave. I was completely unimpressed especially since i have heard such high acclaim from other reviews. By far the worst restaurant in so many ways. I hope the chef can not be so incompetent and actually serve some good food.

I have been able to hit Cordo twice since reopening, and we've been more than pleased both times. I can strongly recommend the vindaloo (slightly more fusion than authentic, but thoroughly pleasing, particularly with prawns), the Power Salad, and pork belly (though I wouldn't recommend it if you haven't tried/like pork belly before!) New decor is gorgeous - great spot for a downtown lunch that's not a chain!

We came here for some dinner and drinks since it seemed like the place that closed the lastest in Kamloops. I started off with the rubi + smoke cocktail which was amazing, very complex yet refreshing. I ordered the croquettes and the vindaloo. Both were good and very solid portions. I also had one of their local gins which were also very good and complex. Our waiter was very nice and was always there when you needed something. Great stop in Kamloops.

went to Cordo on July 4 and was not good at all. ordered chicken and eggplant for dinner with 3 meatballs. The meatballs came with no sauce it looked like 3 round hamburger patty. Plus one bite of my chicken and they obviously spilled the salt that i got a mouthful of salt. I deeply regret not complaining that night. Disgusting and I probably will not go back.
