As a local, here's my spin... Came in February to try out the "Authentic Burger", they had a special going on for Aussie Day, was not disappointed, the burger was quite tasty, service was okay, it was a slow night with the cold snap.

Not sure who the chief is but this resturant has never ending flavor. The food has the most amazing tastes I have ever experienced in Jasper. Prices are good. And the staff are amazing. Thank you all at C200 for a wonderful Christmas and for your friendly services.

The staff were SO NICE and accommodating. We have a messy almost 2 year old, and they understood needs for families with small kids. We recommend the chicken wings, the pork belly tacos (it was a special). My husband got this vodka-kombucha-berry mixed drink, and it was delightful.

The look of place was really nice, but the food was really really bad. My partner and I paid 117 dollars for this package through a festival. Honestly, the good thing my boyfriend and I got from this experience was the laughs of how bad it was. We had a set menu with a choice of a main and pairing cocktails. Which if someone was to hear that then we are expecting something breathtaking and one of kind. We just couldn't imagine it getting worse and then by dessert it did! Pro tip for a fine dining experience - don't leave it in the plastic container, my guy. At least put it in a proper dish ????

The home fries ordered at breakfast tasted like they had been sitting out for many hours (it was only 10am) and then rewarmed a bit when served , not good at all, tasted like a bland cold French fry on the inside (Maybe just served from the stale buffet food) . The service on this occasion was average.

NEWLY REBRANDED!! Great little gastropub located in the Crimson hotel. Mountain views and quality food. Highly recommend ordering the Clearly Jasper cocktail as well as the Bowden Farm Chicken meal. The servers were very enthusiastic and attentive. Worth the visit!

Great new concept for this location! Had solo dinner and drinks this evening. Loved the Old Ruper cocktail! Salmon Tartare was heavenly (has a nice kick with the chill threads) and the chicken was juicy and the potatoes cooked to perfection! Looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future!

Zero Stars for this place, awful experience. 2 of 6 plates were ok. Chicken Burger was ordered grilled and made crispy, but that’s not the worst. A well done steak sandwich is apparently medium rare, and the authentic burger was not so authentic... couldn’t even chew the meat. On top of that, service was slow, food took a long time and drinks were never refilled. Price was ridiculous even after 3 discounted meals

Nice burgers and great pricing in the heart of Jasper town. Kids menu is also good. Our order was missing a few ingredients mentioned in the menu, but still enjoyed it.

Probably the worst $19 burger I've had. Would have expected the same quality from a $10 or less. Do not get the "hot off the hills" burger. Least you can't screw up beer

It was edible, but a $20 dollar burger should be more than just edible. The truffle fries were a waste of money, as they did not taste like truffle at all, while the fries themselves were mostly just mush. The "hot off the hills" burger is blander than it sounds on the menu. I'll go to A&W next time.

The food was great. The service however was not. 20 minutes to get a glass of water. It wasn't even busy. Then 30 minutes before she took our order.

This Is Amazing!!!! Full Disclosure if you are looking for the best burgers in Jasper, this is the place! We showed up just in time for opening, and at first I thought the price was a little on the steep side but when I realized everything was handmade, it was worth every penny! Handmade burgers, fried chicken and pickles, ketchup, mayo and even the buns are made in house!!! This one not to miss! Will come back and highly recommend!

Revision: 9 months later we came again excited to eat. The food took a really long, like really long time, but in a tourist town in the "off season" I can understand but the reason I dropped from 5 to 3 stars is the menu has changed to be pretty boring. 9 months ago I got the Thai burger (cool flavor profile) but now the 5 selections for burgers are all pretty generic. Original: Mixed reviews on here which is odd because we had a great meal. I had an amazing Thai inspired burger and the kids had good kids meals. People complaining about $19 burgers need to think a burger at BP's is $17 and this is Jasper and the quality is better than a BP's.

Mixed bag. Came here for breakfast and went for the buffet. I liked the scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and fresh fruit. Sausages and potatoes were too dry and shriveled. Probably wouldn't do the buffet again though. Wife had the eggs benedict which she enjoyed. Coffee here was good too. The decor is modern and is not very busy. The restaurant is in the same building as a hotel.

Zero stars. Mind you the burger was good and my wife liked her salad. Ordered battered pickles for an appetizer... Before the meal....which you can enjoy before the meal. They were served after the meals arrived. And they should be called deep fried pickle flavored batter. The fries that came with my burger were so close to raw they cant be called fries. Potato sticks maybe. Free desert if you order an appetizer....they ran out. My beer was empty and never did get asked if i would like another. Would not recommend it to anyone

Didn't believe the negative reviews. And the veggie burger was not edible. Service was shocking and they lied to me about the special. The guy that sat down next to me he ordered the special and he got it !! WTF....... But go yourself and see.

After a 35 minute wait for our meals (only two tables in the restaurant) my husbands eggs were not cooked to his liking. The sausage was under cooked and greasy. Very disappointed. Had higher expectations for this place
