This place had a very nice atmosphere and was pleasant to stop in for drinks and food. Our service was slow and it took a long time to get a drink. We had a sandwich with chips, which were just Lays chips. Thought they would make their own chips or something more interesting. We also had the taquitos that the server recommended, however found them to be bland with no seasoning and dries out. It was not very good. So the food looks great but didn't seem to wow us with what we had. Great looking patio. Drinks were good, still a great place to hang out and have a beer.

The worst service i've ever received. It took 10 minutes to get a drink & it to 40 minutes to get food. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food was actually decent. Maybe next time i'll try any of the restaurants around, but will not be returning here. ****REPLY TO OWNER This took place on friday night (8/10/18) at around maybe 9pm. We had the blonde waitress, extremely slow service. She would take our order and then go sit on the steps beside the restaurant to talk with her friends who were smoking. It's no wonder it took so long, our order didn't make it to the kitchen right after she took it. Disappointed.

Such bad service, our waitress was more interested in hanging out with friends or inside the bar (which was empty) then giving a good service. The place across the way was starting to sound way more appealing then for us to continue on waiting for no one to give us the time of day. Finally we got fed up and paid our bill flat with no tip and left for Gainsbourg Bistro (a super friendly place down the way). I've never felt like this before, to this point i always left something for the host/hostess till i experienced this one. Who 100% didn't deserve a thing from me.) I would not recommend this place.

We ordered italian sausage pasta with tomato sauce and mushroom onion fusili white cream pasta. They both came with a piece of bread. Both were okay. My bf says their nachos are really good and it is better value for your money. They also have some really good craft beer that changes often. Getting our food was fast but most people were drinking not eating (we had a whiskey event there). Still it was a great experience for me. We had no problems.

Bartenders are very rude, the one girl tried to sell me water for 10$ (was supposed to be vodka water) when I noticed it was just water she yelled at me until the other girl told her to just fix it. Lol she actually expected a tip after that? The next time I went for a drink the other bartender came from around the bar to yell in my face about how I won’t get served if I don’t tip.. last time I checked tips are for proper service not for people who are rude with me and try to pull scams. Maybe I would have tipped them all at the end as I am usually inclined to do, but seeing as how badly I was treated I decided to keep my extra money to myself. It is obvious this employee does not care how the establishment as a whole does. I too come from a customer service background that relies heavily on tips (but I also dont expect tips if I do a bad job, and even if someone doesnt I will never yell at them for it), however the way I see it is that if my company is making money, than Im making money and get to keep my job. I think she would prefer people to not spend money in her establishment at all which would leave her without a job at the end of the day.

Me and some of my friends went there on Canada day. The restaurant was at near capacity, but had a few spots left. We placed an order, and an hour and 20 minutes later, we still hadn't received anything. Each time we would ask about when our plate was coming up, the waitress would say that it would be ready in 5 minutes. After 30 minutes of asking this question and getting the same answer, me and many of the other clients in the restaurant understood that the staff didn't care about the service and was straight up lying to us. While I was not expecting to be served immediately due to the fact that the place was busy, I had better expectations. At least the staff could be honest about the situation instead of hiding behind the counter and waiting for the customers to come up to them. Some of the staff was drinking on the job too... maybe this has something to do with the poor service. I ended up having to cancel my order (as many other customers did) because quite frankly, I lost faith in the staff's ability to get something out of that kitchen. It shouldn't take that long to prepare pasta, it's not rocket science.
